It's been a while since I included a lemon in one of the chapters, so in case you're not into that be wary since it begins in the middle of the chapter.
Enjoy!
Aqua's POV
After talking with Terra, I actually felt a lot better.
Despite the circumstances, a low and small voice inside of me told to not give up just yet. Not only Terra's advice to wait at least a year was reassuring, but Merlin's answer took a lot of weight off my chest. There was no way he could be wrong.
I took a path back to Twilight Town, and was startled at seeing it was already raining at full force. Avoiding the water as much as possible I hurried back home, closing the door behind me hastily.
"I didn't think it would get this bad…" I muttered as I took off my shoes to remove my damp socks.
I entered the living room, turning on the TV in hopes of seeing the broadcast. Hmm, shouldn't Ven be back by now?
The wall clock read 7:05pm.
"…And be sure to stay indoors, there will be an increase in precipitation alongside strong cold winds especially towards the night. However, be sure to expect the sun back by tomorrow morning."
"Ven?" I called out, hoping he was upstairs and didn't hear me when I got home.
"This has been Twilight Town's 7pm broadcast, back to the news-"
I turned off the TV sighing. Looking outside the window I frowned worriedly at seeing in the distance the faint light of thunder. Was he really not home yet? I made my way upstairs with hurried steps towards our shared room. "Ven are you in here?" I opened the door and scanned the room, frowning worriedly at seeing it was just as I left it this morning.
"Ventus!" A part of me was hoping he had just dozed off somewhere, but the other part of me was almost sure Ven was not home yet.
I looked all over the house before returning downstairs, grabbing a raincoat, a new pair of shoes, and an umbrella. It was not normal for Ven to take this long after patrolling, he should have been back at least an hour ago, and with the rain gaining this much strength I couldn't help to be concerned.
Frantically I opened the front door with one swift motion, opening the umbrella above me as soon as I stepped out. Though the rain's water drops were thick, there was still barely any wind so that meant I still had time before the weather actually got dangerous.
Now, where am I supposed to start looking?
Where could Ven be that something held him back from coming home? The first place that came to my mind was the abandoned mansion. I ran as fast as I could across the empty streets, doing my best to avoid any puddles or slipping in the middle of my haste.
Soon enough I found the passageway that led to the small wooden area right outside the mansion, and ducked to reach the other side. "Ven!" I called for him, hoping to get any sort of response.
Still moving forward I stopped on my tracks at seeing a huge branch had fallen off one of the trees, blocking the way. However as I walked towards it I felt my heart sink inside my chest at seeing an unconscious figure underneath. "Ven!"
The log had landed on his torso, and only his arms and face were freed from its weight. I knelt to his side, shaking his shoulders. "V-Ven wake up! Wake up!" His eyebrows stirred, and his blue eyes slowly opened.
"A-Aqua?" He groaned.
"Yes, it's me! Don't worry… I'll get you out of there!" No good spells came to my head that I could use to get rid of this, so all that I was left with was use brute force.
Summoning Terra's D-Link for strength, I crouched and held the log from its base, grunting as I steadily lifted it off Ven's body. Probably the mixture of adrenaline and Terra's D-link helped me carry it almost entirely, a feat I usually wouldn't be able to do. As soon as I saw Ven crawl out, I let the log fall back on the floor.
Not even bothering to recover my breath, I scooted over to Ven and offered him my raincoat. "Ven what happened? Are you hurt? Can you walk on your own?" His clothes were soaking wet, his damp hair covered his eyes and I could see some scratches on his arms and face.
"I'm not hurt." He murmured with a tired smile. Steadily, he sat up and I held his shoulders when I saw his knees tremble. "T-Thank you."
Just for how long had he been here?
I gave him a sloppy kiss on the lips, and hugged him as gently as possible, too scared to hurt him. "Please don't scare me like that again." Though I was holding him in my arms a part of me was still afraid. What if a heartless had spotted him when he was unconscious? What if the branch had hit his head instead? What if he got a severe injury from this? All these scenarios circled my mind, and it took me a minute to calm down before focusing on the matter at hand: getting Ven back home.
"Sorry." I heard him chuckle against my ear, and I broke the hug to instantly support him on my shoulders, while holding the umbrella with my other hand.
Ven's POV
Through Aqua's steady pace we managed to arrive home just before the rain got any more intense, and the moment we stepped inside the house she ran upstairs. "You're taking a warm bath as soon as possible. I don't want you getting sick, so start taking off your wet clothes."
Sure enough, the damp clothes against my skin felt uncomfortable and cold, so I did as she told me to only remain in my underwear.
A small groan escaped my lips as I felt my back ache. It was true, somehow I had managed to get out of there with not a single broken bone or any deep injuries, but I had been unconscious with that thing on my back for at least an hour. I'm definitely gonna feel that tomorrow.
As quickly as she left, Aqua returned still on her wet clothes –but didn't seem to care- and came over to probably check for any visible injuries. "Does anything hurt?" She asked as she started to gently feel and check my arms.
"Just my back." I confessed while turning around for her to see.
The moment my back faced her I heard a panicked gasp. "Does it look that bad?" I asked nervously.
I winced the moment I felt Aqua's fingertips gently touch my back, and she was quick to flinch in response. "Sorry!" She apologized, a concerned and shocked frown still on her face. "It's just… you have so many bruises…"
Figures.
I could feel her eyes locked on my back, and almost like breaking free from a spell she finally walked back to face me. "The bath should be ready, get going."
"Shouldn't you come too? I mean, you got as wet as I did." I pointed amused, her clothes still dripping a bit on the floor.
Aqua looked down and raised her eyebrows in realization. "Oh… I had completely forgotten."
That was Aqua for you, always getting more worried over others instead of herself. I took her hand in mine, and guided her upstairs with me. "Then you're coming too. We can even chat for a bit, I want to know how it went with Merlin."
"And you better tell me how you got yourself in that mess." She retorted back, clearly upset and still concerned at the same time.
I guess I was not getting off the hook that easily. "Fair enough."
I winced as I sat down on the tub filled with warm water to the brim. Letting my shoulders relax and resting my arms on the edge connected to the wall I took in a deep breath as I felt my muscles loosen, glancing to the side to see Aqua had just finished undressing. Not holding back a sly smile forming on my face, I watched as my wife gracefully made her way inside, siting right next to me.
Surprisingly, we remained quiet while we washed each other's hair, the only sound in the room being the gentle movement of the water. As soon as I saw Aqua grab the soap, I turned around to let her clean my back.
Uncertain and timid at first, Aqua began a ginger and slow pattern as she moved her hands. "Are you feeling any better?" She finally asked.
"Yeah, much better." I whispered, the gentle pattern Aqua had on my back starting to make me sleepy. "Thank you. I don't know what would've happened to me if you hadn't been there."
Aqua stopped for a brief moment, before continuing. "What happened back there…?"
I chuckled embarrassed. "Well, it's actually kind of silly." I admitted. "I took the normal route of my patrol just as I do every day. There were just a very few heartless at the mansion, but by the time I got out the rain was starting to get stronger, so as I made my way back through the forest thunder hit one of the trees and one of the branches fell…" I trailed off, realizing just now how much bad luck I had in that moment.
I turned around to face her, stopping her moving hands on my back. "I got hit, and then I fell unconscious."
Aqua frowned, bringing a hand up to my face. "You need to be more careful." Before I could say anything, I found myself trapped by her lips in a passionate kiss.
Maybe it was the warm water around us, or the steam covering all of the room, or the fact that I had gone through quite a dangerous experience, but a growing feeling within my loins urged me to keep going.
Not holding back, I pushed her against the wall of the tub and held her body closer to mine. Aqua seemed startled at first, but didn't take her long to relax her body and let herself go. Obviously, I was not thinking through this, since I had my back injured, but I was still determined to make love to her right then and there.
"V-Ven?" She stuttered confused, breaking the kiss.
"Shh." I placed a finger on her lips. "It's alright."
Holding one of her breasts in my hand, I moved forward her neck and began to kiss the tender skin. A small moan escaped her lips, and I could feel Aqua's hands surround my back. "What would I do without you?" I muttered, sucking on her earlobe.
All I got for response was a brief whimper. Taking her lips against mine again, I smiled inwardly when Aqua's hands guided my other hand down between her legs. Despite being submerged in a tub I could easily tell apart the water from her juices, and I was more than satisfied at feeling my ministrations working on her.
Losing no time I slipped a first finger inside, thrusting slowly in and out with a 'come here' movement, feeling her walls steadily enclosing around me. Letting go of her lips, I descended further and took one of her nipples in my mouth, stroking her other breast with my free hand. It was at this point that there was no turning back.
Confident she was almost ready I put a second finger inside of her, stretching her walls to the sides with a scissoring motion. Almost immediately Aqua's hands held my hair as I sucked harder on her nipple, her breath starting to turn heavier.
"Oh Ven…" She breathed, lightly moving her head back.
With one final peck on her breast, I let go of her and grabbed her waist to hoist her up on the edge of the tub against the wall, allowing her to sit down. Clearly confused, I winked Aqua's way before settling between her legs and licking her already hard clit. Aqua let out a delighted gasp while arching her back, holding my head in her hands encouragingly.
There was nothing about her body I didn't know. I knew every single weak spot, how to manipulate it, for how long, and what kind of response I'd get. I knew what I was doing, for everything was carefully calculated.
I tried to lick clean her moisture, but no matter for how long I'd go more of her juices would continue to flow out. Might as well finish the job. Deciding to take the aggressive and most reliable route, I encircled Aqua's clit with my lips and started to suck on it relentlessly. Aqua's toes curled, her back arched further, and her grip on my hair got stronger as she climaxed. "V-Ven-!" I could feel her legs tightening around my head and her fingers tremble in my hair.
Heaving a deep sigh of contentment, Aqua slipped back into the tub and wrapped her arms around my neck. "Will you be okay with your back hurt?"
I didn't think that far head, but surely there was a way I wouldn't have to move my hips or back…
"Yeah, don't worry." I reassured, lying back on the floor of the tub. As soon as I changed positions Aqua followed along with my idea, blushing lightly once she realized she'd be the one in charge.
Grasping both my hands for support, Aqua hovered above my waist before steadily going down until I was fully inside of her. We both moaned the moment we finally joined, and it took the best of me to not move my hips instinctively.
Aqua didn't bother to wait and lost no time in moving her hips, swaying her body up and down I knew she was especially sensitive when we did it from this angle, and seeing her bite her lower lip only further proved my point.
The tempo was building up, the water around us started to splash more frequently and I could feel my imminent release start to build up. "Aqua…" I moaned, holding her hands tighter. "I'm c-close..."
My words triggered something inside of her, for the moment I said that Aqua began to move even faster, her breasts bouncing gracefully alongside her.
"A-Aqua-!"
All too soon it was over.
Aqua shivered as I came inside of her, and I could tell that was enough to get her over the edge. The way her walls contracted violently around me was enough proof. After taking a deep breath, Aqua fell on top of me resting her head against my chest.
At this point, I didn't bother to think if we managed to conceive.
I already knew the answer to that.
