Yuki: I'm not sure. But I think it revolves around you Alice.

D: Yu-chan is so smart! You're right. This chapter does revolve around Alice as well as her love interest!

Alice: You finally decided? Who is it? Tell me!

D: No. It's a surprise.

Alice: Yuki! Do you know?

Yuki: I have an idea, but I'm not completely sure.

D: Whisper it to me and I'll tell you if you're right or not.

Yuki: Okay. *whispers her guess*

D: *gasp* Holy crap! How did you figure it out?

Alice: Yuki! Tell me!

Yuki: *ignores Alice and shrugs* I compared Alice's personality with his and they seemed to fit perfectly with each other. That and I guessed.

D: Well either way you're right. Anyway, Aly-chan, do the disclaimer and maybe we'll tell you.

Rikkai and hyotei lover: Holy Shit! How did you figure out that Yamamoto was gonna be with Alice? Remember Tsuna's still like five so he really won't think much of it. Kyoya at this point still doesn't know his feeling for Yukiko to the fullest, but yes he will be happy.

Chapter 11- Hail and Rain meet

Alice' POV

It's been a week since Yuki and I made it to Namimori.

Since we were so malnourished and exhausted, we had to stay in the hospital until the Doc gave us the all clear.

Yuki, unfortunately, is still unconscious.

Though who would blame her after what happened back at the lab. But that's a story for another time.

Anyway, during the week here Iemitsu- I mean Papa-had told me all Mama and Aniki. What they were like, the way they looked, things like that.

I couldn't wait to meet them in person.

Now at the end of the week and I was cleared to got home today.

But I didn't want to leave without Yuki...

"Don't worry about Yu-chan." Papa assured me. "She's a strong girl. I'm sure that she was just a lot more tired then you were, Aly-chan. After all, she was there longer."

I nodded. I guess he was right, but I wish she would wake up now.

And as if on cue, Yuki began to stir and opened her eyes.

My own widened and I rushed to her side, breaking away from Papa.

"Yuki! Thank Kami-sama! You finally woke up." I said."You had me so worried."

She looked at me, turning her head a little. "Gomen ne, Alice. I didn't mean to." She said, giving me a weak and tired smile.

I smiled back.

"Yu-chan, I'm so glad that you're okay." Papa said. "Alice is getting released from the hospital today but didn't want to leave you here alone."

She glared slightly and I twitched in fear.

After being with Yuki for 2 months teaches you something.

Never, EVER, make her mad.

It's scary.

Back at the lab, she nearly ripped this one scientist's head because he hit Ken right in front of her.

"Alice~~. What have I told you about being overly worried." She asked, a small dark aura surrounding her.

"N-not too?" I asked, trembling slightly.

"At least you know." The aura disappeared.

I sighed in relief.

Life lesson #1: Never piss Yukiko off if you value your life.

"I'll go get the doctor to see if you can leave today alright?" Papa said.

She nodded and he left the room.

Silence filled the room.

"He knows everything right?" She asked, breaking the silence.

"Yeah. I told him everything I knew. He said he'd explain everything to Mama." I said. "I didn't mention anything about the pacifier, Reborn, or Mukuro and his friends."

"That's good."

"I just hope she likes me." I added, looking down.

"I know she will. I promise."

"Still I'm worried. What is Aniki doesn't like me ether?"

"You mean Onii-chan? He'll love you. They both will."

"You sure?" I asked.

"Positive!" She grinned.

Papa walked back in with the doctor right behind him. Yuki grabbed my hand and stiffened.

That's right. She hates anyone in a lab coat thanks to those bastards.

Papa and the doctor noticed.

"Yu-chan what's wrong?" The former asked.

She didn't respond and had that scared look in her eyes.

"She's scared of the doctor." I told them. "What do you mean?" The doctor asked.

I sighed in slight frustration.

Were they really that clueless?

"It's your coat. The scientist that experimented on us always wore white lab coats." I explained. "Seeing your coat reminds her of them."

"I see." He said.

He knelt down to eye level as she followed his movements with her eyes.

He held a hand above her head causing her to flinched and squeeze her eyes shut.

The doctor slowly placed his hand on her head.

Yuki opened her eyes and looked up at him.

"I promise you, Yukiko-san, I will not hurt you. I only wish to help you, but I can't without your trust." He said.

I could see the fear in her eyes fade a bit as her grip loosened. "Plus I'm an old friend of your father's. If I were to hurt you in anyway shape or form, your dad would kill me." He added.

We both turned to see papa smiling sheepishly as he rubbed the back of his neck.

*So he wasn't kidding* I thought.

*So it would seem...* Yuki replied.

"Do you think you can trust me enough to help you?"

"Hai." She said.

The doctor smiled, Then stood up and turned to me and papa.

"Alice-san, you can go home to get some rest while I run some tests to make sure Yukiko-san is well enough to leave." My sister stiffened a little but only I noticed this time.

"I don't want to leave Yuki her all by herself." I told the two adults.

"Alice." Yuki said. "Don't worry so much. I'll be fine."

"But Yuki..."

"No buts. Go home, meet Mama and Onii-chan and get to know them."

I knew that arguing was useless so I just sighed and obeyed. "Fine, I'll leave."

"Arigato Alice." She said, smiling.

"Alright Alice," Papa said.

"Let's get you home." He then placed a hand on my back and led me out the door.

I looked back at Yuki and waved.

She smiled and waved back.

Papa moved his hand off my back and held it out to me. I grabbed it and we walked down the hall.

Home…

Home was something I wanted since I was born.

I mean, sure I knew what home was like since I had all of Yuki's memories, but I haven't experienced for myself.

I've always thought home was with Yuki…but to her, home is with her -our- family.

Am I going to feel the same way she does?

Or am I going to feel like a stranger intruding on their family?

"Aly-chan?"

I snapped out of my depressing thoughts and looked up at Papa.

"H-Hai?"

"Are you okay?" he asked.

"Eh? Oh! Hai papa!" I said with a nervous laugh. "Just thinking..."

"About?"

I looked down at my shoes. "If I was going to feel the same way Yuki does when she thinks of home."

"what do you mean?" he asked kneeling down.

I looked up into his dark brown eyes.

The same ones I have...

"What if Mama and Aniki don't like me? What if I feel like I don't belong there?" I asked in near hysterics.

His eyes widened a bit before they softened.

"Alice..." he said "I promise you that both Nana and Tsuna will love you just as much as they do Yukiko. I also promise that you will feel at home and that you belong there. Alright?"

"Okay."

"Good." he said standing up. "Now let's go home." He grabbed my hand and we continued walking.

(Time Skip)

After a while Papa and I walked by a park and as we passed it, I noticed a boy about my age sitting on a swing.

He had this depressed aura around him.

I stopped and continued to stare at the kid.

Papa noticed and stopped as well.

"Aly-chan, what's wrong?" he asked.

"That kid..." I stated.

"What about him?"

"He looks sad...Why?" I asked looking up at the older man.

"I'm not sure. Why don't you go up to him and ask?" he suggested.

I nodded and ran up to the boy.

He looked up at me.

"Are you okay?" I asked him.

The boy had short spiky black hair, tanned skin and honey-brown eyes. He was wearing knee length jean shorts, a pair of blue sneakers, and a blue shirt. He also had this sad look in his eyes.

I wonder what happened...

Boy's POV

I was sitting on one of the swings in the park looking down at the ground.

Mama...why did you leave Papa and I?

Suddenly I heard the sounds of feet run towards me and I looked up at the person.

It was a girl...

She had long dark brown hair and eyes and slightly pale skin. She was wearing pale blue PJ's and brown shoes.

"Are you okay?" She asked. "Why are you so sad?"

I looked back down. "My Mama's gone..."

I watched as her feet disappeared from my view and the heard the swing next to me clink. I looked over to see the girl sitting there with a sad smile on her face as she looked down at her shoes.

"I see... I'm sorry for your loss."

"Thanks..."

We sat in silence for a bit.

"She wouldn't want you to be sad forever." she said suddenly.

"Huh?"

"Your Mom. She wouldn't want you or your Dad to be sad for the rest of your lives. She would want you guys to be happy and to remember all the good times you had together."

"Really?"

"Yep!" she grinned. "So keep smiling and have fun!"

Her grin never faded.

For some reason, it made my heart beat faster...

"Aly-chan!" someone called.

We looked over at the park entrance and saw a man about Papa's age waving at us.

"We need to hurry home or else Mama will start to worry." he said.

"Hai!" she called back. She hopped off the swing and turned to me. "That's my Papa, guess it's time to get going. I hope you take what I said to heart. Ja ne."

She turned around and started to walk away.

"M-Matte!" I called, standing up.

She turned back to me. "Nani?"

"What's your name?"

She smiled. "Alice. Sawada Alice."

Alice...

What a pretty name.

"What's yours?"

"Takeshi. Yamamoto Takeshi."

"Well Takeshi, I hope to see you again soon."

"Yeah me too."

"Bye!" she called running off to her dad.

"Bye..." I responded quietly.

D: Awwwwwww~ How cute!

Alice: I hate you...

Yuki: That was adorable. Ah young love~!

D: You're starting to sound a little like Bianchi

Alice: I hate you...

D: You love me. And if you think about it, if it weren't for me you currently wouldn't exist.

Alice: I hate you...

Yuki: I think you broke her.

D: Don't be ridiculous. She's just upset that I paired her up with Yama-kun.

Yuki: Why DID you put them together?

D: I kept planning some future chapters and every time I thought of some kind of romantic scene came up for Alice, it was always her and Yama-kun. So I thought 'Why not?'

Alice: I hate you...

Yuki:*Sweatdrop* How long is she going to stay like that?

D: *shrugs* I don't know.

Alice: I hate you...
