Missing Angel Chapter 11: Missing Citadel

Previously on Missing Angel: And with that she went through the portal, all glamoured up, ready to fight at the Citadel. Nothing would stop her.

The portal had stopped swirling, she jumped out.

She had arrived at the Citadel of the Iron Sisters, she saw millions of dark shadow-hunters.

They looked like they were vampires with veins popping out of her heads at every odd angle. It looked disgusting.

Dark-shadow-hunters ambushed her from every corner. She killed one every 5 minutes. They were harder to kill than demons.

Clary had to admit that her brother, Damorenzo was good at creating dark shadow-hunters. She wanted to find her brother and talk him out war, it was a preposterous idea.

She fought her way through the mass of shadow-hunter turned dark shadow-hunters. Leaving a path of bodies, scattered around her.

Her arms were getting weary from shooting multiple arrows from her dependable bow, which she adored.

Looking around at the scene that surrounds her, she examined the fights between the good and bad shadow-hunters.

Every five dark shadow-hunters that died, one normal shadow-hunter died. She could not picture a future where the shadow-hunters had a vast population.

Up ahead, Clary could see an opening. A cave. She immediately thought about her brother.

'What if he is hiding there?' she thought

Then she found that last piece of strength and will power to fight her way through the abundance of shadow-hunters.

As she fought through, she saw the Lightwoods fighting. Behind them a dark shadow-hunter was sneaking up behind them. And then it attacked. They were not anticipating an attack from behind.

They tried to fight it off but they failed. The dark shadow-hunter had stabbed Isabelle through her rib cage.

She dropped to the harsh ground. Jace and Alec tried to help her. The blade that had gone through her was forged with demon blood. It could kill her. Demon blood was lethal to shadow-hunters.

Clary couldn't watch Isabelle die. She was her friend. And friends couldn't watch friends die.

She rushed over to her and healed her with her blood.

Jace and Alec looked at Clary with dumbfounded gaze. Clary's blood could heal demon-related injuries or just normal injuries.

Clary then saw Isabelle's wound heal up. It was incredible sight to see.

"Thank you" Alec said, surprised "Who are you?"

"Someone that doesn't need to be noticed" she said, she made her voice sound different, an effect of the rune. Her identity didn't need to be acknowledged. Yet.

Then she walked off, leaving them grateful but confused by who their mystery healer was.

She continued her fighting to see her brother once more.

Killing her way through the crowd of shadow-hunters, she reached the cave.

Putting her bow and arrows away, she walked in.

She glanced back at her watch, she had half an hour left before her rune wore off and her real features came back.

Guards of dark shadow-hunters were positioned every metre to protect Damorenzo.

She wasn't suspected to be a normal shadow-hunter, since she had seen the way the dark shadow-hunters acted and she acted that way as well.

She passed all the guards safely. There was one last short obstacle between her and her long lost brother.

A ninety degree right turn.

She carefully re-applied the rune which gave her the features she temporarily wears.

Then she entered.

"Master, we are losing too many. Shall we retreat?" said a squeaky, high pitched voice

'No, we need to stay and show we are strong and will not give up" said a familiar voice. Her brother, Damorenzo, now known to the Clave as Jonathan Morgenstern, the creator of dark shadow-hunters.

He had not changed at all. His white hair still flopped the same way and his eyes were darker than they were. Maybe they were conceived from what Valentine must have done to him when she fled, he may have needed a new test subject. Why did Valentine have to meddle with us? We did nothing to him.

She was overjoyed that her brother was right in front of her, but she was sad that she wasn't what she truly looked like then her brother would recognise her.

"Who are you?" He asked looking at Clary

Clary was stunned that he was finally talking to her. Fear kicked in as she had to think up a name, a name that he would not recognise or be something that links to their past.

"Grace Thomas" she said quickly, almost stuttering.

"I do not remember turning you"

"But you did. You turned me at the London Institute." she argued, trying not to reveal herself to her mental brother.

"Ahh. I see. Grace, we need you to fight" he said looking directly at her. He seemed like he was trying to remember if he turned her or not.

"I.. um…"

"What" he bellowed looking right in her leaf green eyes.

"I have fought" she said "I am tired, please let me rest"

"Rest? How old are you? Five?" he yelled

"Sorry master" she said sadly looking at the ground like she was a naughty child.

Clary felt weird, she called her own brother 'master'. She shook of the temptation to hug him and to be loyal to him, she has been lonely since she fled him and Valentine a thousand years ago.

"You should be. Go out and fight." He said

Quietly she heard him whisper "Weakling"

She took offence to this. As he had helped her train all those years ago.

She wandered back off to the battle field to find the dark shadow-hunters grabbing normal shadow-hunters to bring back to Damorenzo to turn, since they lost a lot of their fighters.

They knocked them out cold with a blow to the head and pulled by their ankles, back to the cave.

Then they all retreated help

Her brother was psychopath nutcase, who needed to be put in his place.

She finished exiting the cave from her odd conversation with her ape-like, demented brother.

In the end, she was going to fight her brother. He needed to be stopped. No matter what the sacrifice will be. She will fight him, to save the dying race of shadow-hunters. She was Azasarella.

Authors Note:

Hi. I am alive..

Sorry for not updating yesterday! BUT I HAVE A SIGNIFICANT REASON WHY! :)

I have recently had a bad-really bad headache and cough (I couldn't look at a screen for long), so I did not update. The horror! But I have now! Yippee! ^_^

Thank you for the 5,000 views. When I uploaded this story, i would not get that much, so yeah. THANK YOU!

By the way, the name 'Grace' has no connection to the story at all. It was something to hide herself from her brother.

There is 6 chapters left and an epilogue. Sorry i messed it up. /:(

Anyway, enough of that. Please review, they mean so much to me. I love reviews. :) They might make me feel a little bit better! :) Hopefully! :)

(I may update later too!)

I should update next Sunday. If MissDramaAngel is not letting me update by keeping the computer to herself, then I will try for Monday Night. (UK time, obviously!)
