To reply to a guest, Felix and Bridgette didn't fall in love at first sight, not real genuine love. There's attraction and admiration for each other that first meeting, yes, but not real love. Not with how they pursue each other.

Felix pursuing LB wasn't to be romantically involved with her but to lift the curse of Chat Noir, to be free of his bad luck (likely with her never being Ladybug again as well with that kiss, something she loves to be and it's a fact he seems fine with, his wish to be free more important to him).

And for Bridgette's wish to be romantically involved with Felix, it's not encouraging with how she ignores his disinterest in her and the fact that no, he doesn't want to date her and yet still continues to pursue him living up to the unnerving and unhealthy trope of "if-I-keep-pursuing-them-they'll-say-yes-eventually", making him very annoyed and agitated.

Getting to a point as one concept shows that he's willing to use his bad luck powers to get away from her. There's a concept that if Bridgette used her good luck selfishly, she received bad luck, that means likely Felix has a similar set up. Him using his bad luck selfishly means he would get good luck, so if he tormented others with bad luck, his life would be easier. But concept wise we only see him making an apple fall on Bridgette's head, his good luck was getting away from her, which tells me that he really, truly doesn't like Bridgette and really wants to be as far away from her as possible (and for understandable reasons with how she is romantically).

These two did not truly fall in love, not with what's shown and how they are with each other. An attraction and admiration yes, but no true love. Not with each side being selfish and inconsiderate of the other and their feelings.

Usually, saves were not smooth.

Sometimes saving could rather awkward.

They could wind up on top of someone or grab something they shouldn't have, or they just land wrong and publicly it looks wrong and, usually the best they could do was offer a sheepish apology, and get back out there as quickly as they can, and forget about it. Just roll with it.

Everyone understands.

Awkward saves happen.

Just do what you can and roll with it.

But Marinette does have to admit, this right here has to be one of the strangest saves she went through.

Chat had scooped Marinette before she even knew what was going on, leapt for her terrace and dropped down her trapdoor in a steady rush.

Unfortunately, Chat didn't factor in the bed bouncing them in his rush, tossing the two the floor below, earning squeals of surprise from them both and loud grunts as they hit the ground.

There were mutual groans from the two heroes as they laid still on the ground, developing bruises throbbing, at least on Marinette. Chat moved to roll over and sit up, giving a tense start when his nose brushed hers.

His silver eyes snapped opened, meeting wide blue eyes peered back into his, close enough that he could see and count every freckle dotted across her nose. Feel her short breath tickling his lips. Close enough that just dipping a little lower, lips can brush and-

The trapdoor to her room popped open, Chat's ears swerved up, both him and Marinette turning to the door to see Alya rush in, spouting, "Sorry Marinette there's this wicked looking akuma running around and I have to go and…"

Alya trailed, taking in Chat on top of Marinette, looming far too close to be comfortable.

Both heroes tensed.

Alya's jaw dropped.

Meekly, Marinette uttered, "Hey Alya… I, this isn't what, uh, I can explain…"
