Old Friends (Part 11 – Final Chapter)

The makeshift flag that Mia made to draw attention to where they are gets caught on some broken glass. Mia shifts to get it free and the floor and glass give way making her lose her balance. She screams as she begins to fall out the window but Harvey catches her arm and after a few moments of Mia hanging off the side of the building Harvey manages to pull her to safety and into his arms. He yells at her, "Don't ever fucking do that to me again!" Mia catches her breath, pulling away from him she yells back, "You think I wanted to do that? Jesus Harvey!" He pulls her back to him and says softly, "I'm sorry baby. I didn't mean to yell at you. Thank God you're ok." Mia nods, "Its ok. Thank you for saving me. I guess I owe you my life now huh?" He smiles and says, "And a whole lot more. And I plan to collect." He grins. Mia rolls her eyes and kisses him. Mike yells, "Hey you two ok?" They nod and slowly make their way back to Mike and Amy. A few hours later the four are rescued and taken to the hospital. Mike is admitted to the hospital with a couple of broken ribs and a damaged lung. The lung is repaired and Mike is released a few days later. Amy's arm is put in a cast; Harvey's ribs are taped and Mia gets a scan to see if she had sustained a major head trauma. The nurse tells her to get dressed and says the doctor will stop by to give her the results. Harvey is in the room with her and as he helps her get dressed Mia doubles over in pain. Harvey catches her before she hits the floor and lays her on the bed then goes to the hall and tells the nurse what happened. The nurse, doctor and a few other nurses follow Harvey to Mia and begin to examine her. One of the nurses pushes Harvey out of the room as Donna shows up. Harvey tries to go back into the room but Donna holds him back. He says desperately, "Donna I need to get in there." Donna says, "You're not a doctor Harvey and you'll be in the way. Stay here. What happened?" Harvey explains. Donna says, "I'm sure she'll be ok. How are you?" He shrugs at her then winces slightly, "Ribs are sore." Donna says, "Your mom is in the waiting room." Harvey looks past her towards the doors then back to Donna. "Tell her…I'll be out…as soon as I find out about Mia." Donna nods, "You'll stay out of their way when I leave?" Harvey nods. Donna walks out to the waiting room and explains to Lilly and Marcus what is happening. Lilly looks at the double doors and whispers, "Oh dear God." Donna and Marcus look at Lilly. She looks at the two of them and asks Donna, "Was Mia pregnant?" Donna shakes her head, "Neither Harvey nor Mia said anything…I don't know." Lilly says, "What you described…I've gone through when I miscarried." Confused Marcus asks, "What? When?" Lilly explains, "Once before I had Harvey and then once before you." Marcus says, "You never told me." Lilly says, "Your father and I never told anyone."

As hard as it is for Harvey he manages to stay outside of Mia's room until the nurse opens the door and tells him he may go in. Harvey immediately rushes to Mia's side and takes her hand. When Mia sees Harvey she starts to cry again. Worried, Harvey asks gently, "What's wrong baby?" He then says to the doctor, "What happened?" The doctor says, "Ms. Parker, I'll let you explain if you need anything just call for the nurse. You'll probably be released in a day or two." Mia nods and when they are alone Mia says to Harvey, "Sit please." Her voice cracks as she pats the bed next to her. Harvey says, "Mia, what happened? Are you ok?" Mia nods and wills herself to not cry. She takes a deep breath and begins to explain, "Um…I…I love you Harvey and if I knew…Oh God Harvey…" She pauses a moment then talks fast because she's afraid she won't be able to finish if she talking in her normal tone, "I was pregnant...I didn't know…I lost our baby. I'm so sorry." She bursts into tears burying her face in her hands. Harvey listens to her and can't believe what she's telling him. He can't move. He knows he should hold her but he's in shock and mumbles, "Pregnant? You didn't know?" She shakes her head and says, "No…" she reaches for him but Harvey backs away from her, "How the hell could you not know?" He sounds angry which surprises both him and Mia. Mia explains, "I've always had problems with my period and years ago I was told I'd never be able to conceive. So I never thought differently when it didn't show up for the last four months. It's done that in the past and I was never pregnant." She lets that sink in for a moment then says, "I'm so sorry Harvey. If I would have known or even suspected I'd have told you." He processes everything she tells him but he still can't believe it. First Scottie now this…he's angry but he's not sure at who or what. Mia looks at him. Harvey looks at her. Mia's brain is telling her he'll leave and never come back but in her heart she knows he's just in shock. Harvey mumbles, "My mom…Lilly…she's in the um…waiting room. Donna was here. I um…I'll be back." He gets up and goes out the door. Mia cries into her hands feeling all alone.

Harvey stands outside Mia's door and slides his hands through his hair. He thinks to himself, 'I can't handle this shit! First Scottie tells me she aborted our baby then she fakes being pregnant. Now Mia miscarries. How can you not know you're pregnant?' He shakes his head. Then he hears a little voice say to him, "Mia loves you. She needs you. You've both lost a part of each other." Harvey swears it's his father's voice! He looks around but doesn't see anything. He nods to himself and a few moments later he returns and pulls Mia into his arms. He whispers, "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I love you Mia. We'll get through this together." Mia hugs him tightly and whispers, "I love you Harvey." He pulls slightly away from her to see her face as he tells her, "I'm going to tell Lilly and Donna. I'll be right back ok?" Mia nods. Harvey kisses her gently on the lips then walks to the door. He turns before opening the door and winks at Mia. Mia waters up and tries to smile then blows him a kiss. Harvey goes out to the waiting room and goes over to where Donna, Lilly and Marcus are sitting. Lilly is the first to get up when she sees Harvey approach them. She hugs Harvey. It takes him a second but he hugs her back; then Marcus then Donna. He tells them what happened at Sidwell and with Mia. Lilly asks him, "How are you with this latest news?" Harvey shrugs and mumbles a painful, "I don't know." Lilly says, "She'll need you Honey. It won't be easy but you'll both get through it…just…be there for each other. If you want, I can talk to Mia. I know what she's going through." Harvey looks at Lilly confused and Marcus says, "Mom just told us that she had two…" Harvey looks at Lilly, "You had…two miscarriages? When? Dad never said…anything." Lilly nods, "Yeah, I had one when you were about two or so and the other was before you were born." She takes a deep breath and then says, "I wanted you to have a sibling, so we kept trying that's why there's five years difference between you and Marcus. After the second miscarriage I was scared I'd never get pregnant again. I so wanted you to have a little brother or sister and finally Marcus arrived." She gives a small smile to Marcus as Harvey takes a moment to process what she said. Lilly continues, "Mia's going to need your support Harvey." Harvey nods then says, "I need to get back to Mia. Um…do you want to see her…mom?" Lilly smiles as tears come to her eyes as she hears Harvey call her mom. She says, "Yes, if it's ok." Harvey nods, "Yeah, I think Mia might like that. Come on." Marcus tells Harvey he'll talk to him later and they hug goodbye. Harvey tells Donna he'll call her later as he and Lilly head to see Mia. When Mia sees them together she smiles slightly. Lilly comes over to her and hugs her. Lilly whispers, "Harvey told us. Oh honey I'm so sorry for your loss. If you ever need to talk, you call me ok? I know how you feel. Harvey will explain but…just know…I love you Mia. I love you and Harvey and you'll get through this pain. Just be there for each other." Mia nods and squeezes Lilly's hand. Lilly says, "I'll leave you two. Call me if either of you need anything. I don't care what time just call ok?" Harvey and Mia agree. She kisses both of them and Harvey walks her to the door and says softly, "Thank you. I mean it. Thank you mom for being here." Lilly reaches up and touches his face and says, "Always. Good night son." Harvey nods as Lilly walks out and down the hall. He turns and goes back to Mia. He tells her what his mom told him and he holds Mia all night as they both try to get some sleep.

The next day Mia is released and they go to the condo. Harvey makes them a couple of omelets and they eat as much as they both can, neither of them are all that hungry. Victor calls Mia to see how she's doing and tells her to take as much time as she needs. He and Jonathan are looking for temporary offices and seeing if the floors damaged can be repaired and he'll be in touch when they finalize plans. Donna stops by with dinner for them. She also gives Harvey a package that was delivered. Donna watches him as he opens it. She knows what's in it because she opened it. Harvey reads the document…a note…that states, "Next time you all will die. Leave the deal in place." Harvey mumbles, "Shit!" He looks at Donna who says, "The Feds want Louis to testify when they make their case against Bandel." Harvey asks, "They have a case? A solid case?" Donna says, "They seem to think so." Harvey then asks, "Louis won't be prosecuted?" Donna shrugs, "They don't seem to know about the embezzlement." Harvey gets angry, "They better disbar him!" Donna shakes her head, "He didn't say that was going to happen. Louis doesn't want to testify because Bandel has told him he'd kill him." Harvey mumbles again, "Shit!" Mia and Donna look at Harvey. He says, "I know I've done a lot of…not kosher things to get what I want but goddamn Louis!" Donna says, "Jessica is still refusing to put his name on the wall. She's been telling 'after the Feds are done.' She's hoping you'll have a plan." Harvey shakes his head and says slowly, "He knows about Mike. He'll use it. I don't know what to do." Mia looks at Harvey confused but doesn't say anything. Then she says, "Um, I'll let you two talk alone. I'll be in the other room. Thank you for bringing dinner Donna." Donna hugs Mia. When Mia disappears Donna whispers, "You didn't tell her about Mike?" Harvey shakes his head, "No. I didn't see a need, until now." Donna nods. "I'll go. I'll see you tomorrow?" Harvey nods, "Yeah. Thanks." He walks Donna to the door and watches her leave. He turns and goes to his bar and pours two drinks taking them into the bedroom. Mia puts down her book saying softly, "Hey. You ok?" Harvey looks at her then shrugs. He hands her one of the glasses. She smiles and says, "Thanks." He sits next to Mia on the bed and says, "I guess I need to tell you about Mike because if…" Mia says, "You don't need to unless you're ready." He looks at her. He thinks if he tells her now she'll leave him and he's not ready for that just yet. He nods, looks at her a moment then smiles. He takes her glass and sets it on the table next to his and pulls her to him. "I love you Mia," he says as he kisses her.

At breakfast Harvey tells Mia everything about Bandel, about Louis, and about Mike. He thinks he's ready for her to walk out on him but she surprises him by staying. Mia asks, "So what's your plan about Louis?" He shrugs, "I don't know. If he tells anyone about Mike…I might be facing jail time." Mia says, "Someone needs to tell the Feds about Louis embezzling. Mike's got credentials now right?" Harvey says, "Yeah but they're fake." Mia says, "But they seem clean, right?" Harvey says, "Yeah. Well, except if they go to the Harvard file room. They won't find anything on Mike." Mia thinks about it and says, "So Louis and that woman broke up right? Do you think she'd help him knowing he hurt her; knowing he embezzled money? If I were her I'd be pissed." Harvey smiles and then shrugs, "That's a question for Donna." Mia giggles. Harvey says, "You're not…about Mike I mean. You're not angry or anything…disappointed maybe?" Mia takes Harvey's hand and says, "No. You did what you did because that's who you are. Mike touched you and you gave him a chance." Harvey says, "Yeah but if it comes out I could go to jail." Mia says, "We'll cross that bridge if we get there. Right now you need to worry about Louis. The Feds need to know about Louis before Louis says anything about Mike." Harvey smiles and says, "You just gave me an idea. I'll call you later. I love you baby!" He stands, kisses Mia as she tells him she loves him too. Then he heads to work. He calls Donna and tells Donna his plan. When he gets to Jessica's office he tells her the plan he came up with. Jessica smiles, "Great minds Harvey!" Harvey looks at her and asks, "What?" Jessica explains she came up with the same plan. "I got a burner phone and called the Feds not more than a half hour ago. Feds should be here shortly to haul his ass to jail." Harvey then asks, "What about his threat?" Jessica says, "Took care of his 'proof' all he had was word of mouth; nothing in writing or recorded. When he tells the Feds he'll sound like a desperate man." Harvey smiles but his smile fades quickly when he thinks of Bandel. "What about Bandel's threats? I got a note saying next time we would all die." Jessica's smile fades slightly. She says, "I've spoken to Eric Bandel. He's been arrested and wants us to represent him." Harvey looks at her, "Seriously?" Jessica nods. Harvey says angrily, "No way! These people are dangerous we need to not be associated with them." Jessica says, "I don't think we have much of a choice since Louis is their attorney." Harvey says, "Then farm it out." Jessica looks at him, "To who?" Harvey says quickly, "I don't care to who," he thinks a moment then grins and says, "Hardman!" Jessica laughs, "Really you want to throw Hardman a client?" Harvey shrugs as if to say 'so what'. Jessica says, "Well, Bandel wants you." Harvey shakes his head, "No! No way am I taking Louis' goddamn client. Especially one that nearly got me, Mike, Mia and Amy killed." He gets up and angrily walks out of Jessica's office. He walks towards his office knowing he'll have to represent Bandel because of Louis' client is actually the firm's client. He walks into his office as Donna watches him. The phone rings and she picks it up placing it on hold she says, "Harvey…Eric Bandel is on the phone." Harvey looks at her, his jaw line tight with anger. He picks up the phone, "Specter." Bandel says angrily, "Get me out of jail Specter." Harvey says, "Look I have a conflict of interest with you …and Sidwell…" Bandel cuts him off saying curtly, "I don't give a shit Specter. Get me the hell out of jail and get these charges dropped!" The line goes dead when Bandel hangs up. Harvey picks up the stapler on his desk and angrily throws it at the wall. Donna looks at him. He says, "Tell Ray to meet me downstairs." Katrina comes to Harvey's door and says, "Louis and Bandel are being arranged in one hour." Harvey rolls his eyes. He says out loud, "There is no way I can get the charges dropped for Bandel." Katrina asks, "He wants you to get the charges dropped?" Harvey nods. Donna asks Harvey, "What are you going to do?" Harvey says, "I need a continuance to come up with a way. It won't be easy."

Ray drops off Harvey and Katrina at the courthouse and they meet with their respective clients. Katrina gets Louis out on bail easily but Harvey has a harder time with Bandel. He finally manages to get Bandel out on a quarter million dollar bond. As they walk out of the courthouse Bandel threatens Harvey, "You do you best Specter…be the best damn closer you've ever been and get these charges dropped or you'll never see your wedding day." Harvey glares at him and says through clenched teeth, "Don't you dare threaten me!" Bandel gives him an evil smile as he says calmly, "I'm not threatening you." Bandel then slides into a black Cadillac Escalade. As Bandel drives away it hits Harvey that Bandel wasn't threatening him he was threatening Mia. He calls Mia immediately and asks, "Baby are you ok?" Mia says, "Yes, why?" Harvey sharply says, "Lock all the doors and windows don't let anyone in ok?" Mia says, "Harvey you're scaring me. What's happened?" Harvey nearly yells, "Nothing. Just do what I said." Mia says, "Ok. Ok I'll do it." Harvey says, "I'm sorry. I'm on my way home." Ray drives Harvey home.

Sidwell buys out Bandel but Harvey still has to represent Bandel in court so he enlists Mike's help. Meanwhile Louis puts pressure on Jessica and demands to have his name on the wall. When Jessica flat out refuses Louis, he goes to Bandel. Bandel says, "No problem Louis, I'll take care of it." Louis nods and smiles and says, "Thank you." Bandel chuckles then says seriously, "Oh but you'll owe me." Louis stops smiling and says, "Never mind. It's ok." Bandel says, "No it's done. You'll repay me when I tell you." Louis swallows hard thinking to himself, 'what the hell have I done?' He says, "I don't want you to hurt my friends Eric." Bandel says, "I'm the only friend you'll need now Litt." Louis panics and says, "You've been behind all this, haven't you?" But he doesn't wait for an answer because the look on Bandel's face tells him he's right as he says, "You were behind Mike getting hit by that car…you were behind that bombing at Sidwell. Harvey and Mike almost died in there! Eric don't…I don't want my name on the wall anymore." Bandel laughs and says, "No Louis you deserve to have your name on the wall and you will get it. Go!" He dismisses Louis. Louis leaves thinking he needs to somehow stop this before it gets out of hand. God knows what Bandel is capable of!

Louis' case is delayed but Bandel's is just beginning. Mike secretly helps Harvey and after a few weeks Bandel begins to demand from Harvey to find a way to make the trial go away. One day as Jessica and Harvey leave the courthouse shots are fired and Harvey goes down. Jessica looks around as she falls next to Harvey. Both have been hit! Harvey lays bleeding as he struggles to stay conscious. Jessica applies pressure to Harvey's neck. He tries to speak but can't and Jessica tells him, "Save your strength. Just stay with me Harvey. Stay with me!" Harvey blinks and thinks about Mia and watches his life flash before his eyes. Jessica is talking to him but she sounds so far away. He sees the paramedics arrive and take over for Jessica as they look at her wounded arm. The last thing Harvey remembers is being taken to the hospital.

Jessica's arm is bandaged and repaired. The doctor tells her it was a clean shot straight through and she'll be fine. She insists on being released and wants to know about Harvey. Detective James Regan arrives and talks to Jessica asking for any details she might remember. A nurse tells her that Harvey is in surgery. Jessica calls Donna to tell her what happened and Donna in turn calls Mia. Mia nearly collapses from the news but stays strong and calls Lilly and Marcus to tell them to meet her at the hospital. Mia arrives at the hospital followed by Lilly and Marcus. Donna follows with Rachel and Mike. Mia tells Detective Regan, "This is Bandel's work." He asks, "How do you know? Have there been threats?" Mia tells him what Harvey told her weeks prior about Bandel threatening he wouldn't see his wedding. Regan makes notes and says he'll be in touch. Mia can't stand sitting and waiting so she begins to pace.

After several hours the doctor comes to tell them, "Mr. Specter is very lucky. He lost a lot of blood and it could have been much worse. We repaired the damage; the bullet missed his jugular and spinal cord so he'll be ok. He'll be in intensive care for at least the rest of the week but I'm confident he'll be back to his old self soon." Mia asks, "May I see him?" The doctor nods and says, "Absolutely. Follow me." They all follow him and when he turns around seeing everyone he smiles and says, "No more than two at a time. If you need anything Ms. Parker please don't hesitate to contact me." Lilly says to Mia, "Mia honey you go ahead in first." Mia wipes her eyes and says, "Ok. I'll be right back." She goes in and waters up seeing Harvey laying in bed with all the tubes and equipment. She goes over to him taking his hand gently and kissing it says, "Doctor says you're very lucky. Oh God Harvey." She takes a deep breath and says, "I love you honey. Don't you dare leave me." She says a prayer and then tells Harvey she'll be right back but that other folks want to see him. She kisses his hand again then Lilly and Marcus walk in. Then Donna and Jessica step in to visit with Harvey; lastly Mike and Rachel. Mia goes back to be with Harvey as he lays quietly on the bed.

He's been watching everyone come in and visit with him. Harvey sits on a bench watching not really believing what he's seeing. His dad comes over and sits next to him. Harvey asks Gordon, "Am I dead?" His dad chuckles and says, "No son. It's not your time yet. Is that Mia Parker?" Harvey tells him, "Yeah it is. We were going to get married." Gordon smiles, "That's great Harvey. I'm glad you two found each other again. Wait. What do you mean 'were'?" Harvey shrugs. Gordon says, "You're going to get better son. You'll make your wedding day. Mia's loved you her whole life Harvey." Harvey nods and slowly grins, "I love her too dad." Gordon grins, "I know son. I know." Harvey says, "And Lilly and Marcus are here." Gordon looks and sees them. He smiles and gets a little misty eyed. Harvey says, "She has cancer dad." Gordon says sadly, "Yeah I know son. You two getting along now?" Harvey says, "Yeah I guess. I don't know if I can forget what she did to you." Gordon nods and says, "I appreciate your loyalty son but its been a long time and I'm guessing your mother has learned her lesson. I've forgiven her." Harvey shrugs then says, "She said she miscarried." Gordon nods, "Yeah twice. It hurt like hell but you'll get over it. Just takes time. You know you could always adopt." Harvey smiles, "You knew Mia was pregnant?" Gordon nods. Harvey says, "I don't know if I'd make a good father." Gordon puts his arm around Harvey and says, "If Marcus can do it so can you. Besides you had me as a role model." He grins then says, "Fathers aren't perfect Harvey, you just need to be there for your kid. Support them and love them. You'll be great!" Harvey nods, "I miss you dad." Gordon smiles, "I've missed you too son. You've got a long life in front of you. Take care of Mia and yourself. Tell Mia and Lilly and Marcus I said hello and I love them." Harvey nods and says, "I love you Dad," as Gordon fades away.

Harvey's eyes flutter open and Mia is by his side saying, "Oh sweetie you're awake! Shh don't try to speak. I'll get the nurse. I love you Harvey." He blinks at her and squeezes her hand. She smiles then rushes out to tell the nurse Harvey is awake. The nurse pages the doctor and a few minutes later the doctor and nurses come into the room.

Jessica goes back to the office and is approached by Bandel. She says, "We'll ask for a continuance on your case until Harvey's out of the hospital." Bandel says, "On one condition." Jessica looks at him as he says, "You add Litt's name to your wall or next time your golden boy will be laying in the morgue." Jessica is holding her cell phone and manages to hit record on it and says, "What did you just say to me Mr. Bandel?" Bandel leans closer to Jessica and repeats himself. Jessica asks, "You had me and Harvey shot?" Bandel says, "Louis Litt needed a favor so I've decided to help him. Put his name on your wall or else." He stands up and says, "And get these goddamn charges dropped once and for all!" Jessica stares at him as he walks towards her door saying, "You have 48 hours." He walks out of Jessica's office. She waits about ten minutes to make sure he's gone then listens to the recording. She says to herself, "Got you! You son of a bitch." Louis comes into her office as Jessica contemplates her next move. She looks at Louis and asks with a hint of contempt, "What the hell do you want?" He sees her bandaged shoulder and says, "I saw Bandel…what did he want? What happened to your arm? Are you ok?" Jessica snaps, "As if you give a shit Louis!" Louis says sincerely, "I do care. You all are my family." Jessica laughs, "Family? You are a piece of work Louis. Fine, you want to know I'll tell you." If her voice were daggers it would cut through Louis like a hot knife through butter. She says, "Harvey and I were shot at when we were coming out of court yesterday." Louis looks completely surprised and Jessica wonders if Louis even knew. She says surprised, "You really didn't know?" Louis says, "My God no! Is Harvey ok?" Jessica softens a bit and says, "He was shot in the neck. He's in intensive care. Doctor said it could have been much worse." Louis looks relieved. He asks, "Who did this?" Jessica says, "Allegedly you went to Bandel because I wouldn't just put your name on my wall." Louis pales and his eyes get wide, "No. No!" Jessica continues her anger getting the better of her, "So now I have 48 hours to comply with his demand of putting your goddamn name on my wall or next time he won't miss." Louis says, "No I didn't…" Jessica says, "Guess you made a deal with the devil Louis." Louis stutters, "I didn't mean for you or for Harvey to get hurt." He looks at Jessica for a moment then asks, "What are you going to do?" Jessica says, "Be careful what you wish for Louis." He gets up walks out of her office with his head down. He's always thought of Harvey as his best friend even though he knows Harvey doesn't think of him that way. What was he going to do? Talking to Bandel won't do any good; he says to himself, "I have to turn myself in. I don't have a choice." Katrina walks into his office, "Louis what's wrong?" Louis says, "Harvey and Jessica were shot. Harvey's in the hospital. I can't do this anymore Katrina. Bandel must be stopped. He's threatened Jessica and Harvey. I can't have that on my conscious." Katrina says, "Louis, if you turn yourself in you'll never practice law again." Louis says, "But my friends will be alive." Katrina asks him to give her a day to come up with something. He yells at her, "Enough Katrina! I've made up my mind. Please leave me alone!" Katrina gets up and sadly walks out. Louis calls his parents and tells them what has happened and what he plans to do. He tells them goodbye. He calls Donna but gets her voice mail. He leaves a message, "Donna I'm sorry for everything. I hope you'll forgive me one day." He writes a note to Harvey and places it on Donna's desk. He walks to Jessica's office but sees she's on the phone so he walks towards the elevators, catches a cab and heads to the police station. Detective Regan takes his statement and Louis is arrested. He calls Jessica and tells her what he's done. Jessica smiles and asks if he needs anything. He declines then says, "One thing, don't fire Katrina. She really is a good attorney." Jessica says, "No problem. Good luck Louis." Louis nods and mumbles, "Thanks." He hangs up as they place him in a cell.

Across town the Feds raid Bandel's restaurant and Bandel and his associates are arrested. Jessica and Harvey are placed in protective custody. Harvey recovers from the neck wound and he and Mia start to make wedding plans. Lilly gets great news from the doctor that her cancer is in remission. She invites Harvey and Mia and Marcus, a very pregnant Elana and Jackie to her condo for brunch to tell them the news. Everyone is happy, laughing and joking.

A few months down the road, Louis is sentenced to 15 years and is in protective custody because of death threats by Bandel since he testified against Bandel. Bandel is sentenced to life in prison with no chance of release.

Mia and Harvey plan their wedding for April to be held at their home, Harvey's boyhood home. Mia asks Donna to be her maid of honor and she gladly accepts. Mike is of course Harvey's best man and Mia asks Marcus to walk her down the aisle. Lilly takes everyone out to dinner the night before the wedding then takes Mia to her place for a girl's night. Harvey tries to protest but Lilly says, "It's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding. So say goodnight Harvey." Mike and Marcus laugh as does Donna who says, "Don't worry we'll make sure your bride gets to the wedding on time tomorrow!" Mia giggles and says, "But my dress and everything is here why don't I just stay…" Donna says, "Mia, we've all had some bad luck the past several months, time for some good luck so no arguing you're going to Lilly's for the night. All your stuff is there anyway." Mia looks at Donna who grins at her. Harvey shakes his head and taking Mia's hand says, "I need five minutes." They walk over to where Ray is waiting in the car; Harvey pulls Mia to him and kisses her. He says, "I'll see you tomorrow soon to be Mrs. Specter. God I love you Mia." Mia touches Harvey's lips wiping her lipstick with her finger and says, "I love the sound of that! I can't wait to be your wife Harvey. I love you. I'll see you tomorrow. You make sure you dream of me." Harvey chuckles, "No problem you're always on my mind." They start to kiss again and hear Donna say, "Ok save it for the honeymoon you two." Mia says, "That reminds me, you haven't told me where we're going for our honeymoon." Harvey grins, "You'll find out soon enough. Good night my love." He kisses Mia softly on the lips as Donna pulls Mia towards Lilly's waiting car and they climb in and Jason drives them to Lilly's condo.

The next morning everyone gathers at Harvey and Mia's home; it's not a big crowd just family and friends and a few work associates from Pearson Specter and the Sidwell Group. Just as Harvey had predicted the weather is perfect for their April wedding, a few big puffy clouds and lots of blue sky and sun. The backyard is set and ready, chairs on each side of the white runner determining the aisle; lots of flowers everywhere per Mia's desire. There is a small tent set up for the cake another for the DJ and dancing. The bar has been set up in the dining room. The caterers arrive and set up the appetizers. Once the ceremony is completed a tent will be set up with tables and chairs for dinner to be served.

As Jason drives up to the house and parks, Donna steps out and heads inside looking for Mike. When she finds him she asks, "Where's Harvey?" Mike's first reaction is to panic saying, "Why? What's wrong?" Donna laughs, "Nothing silly. Mia's out front and I want to sneak her in so Harvey won't see her." Mike breaths a sigh of relief and says, "He should be upstairs getting ready. Want me to make sure he stays put?" Donna winks, "No I'll do that, you get Mia bring her upstairs to Marcus' old room." Mike nods as Donna heads upstairs. She sees the door Marked "H" and knocks, "Hey you decent in there?" She hears Harvey say, "Yeah come on in Donna." She walks in and sees Harvey and Marcus both looking very handsome in their dark grey suits. Harvey asks, "Mia here?" Donna thinks about joking with him then decides against it, "Yep that's why I'm here to keep you in here until she's secure and out of sight." Marcus chuckles, "What is this Covert Affairs?" Donna laughs and goes over to Harvey helping him with his tie even though he doesn't need any help. She says, "You do look quite dashing." Harvey blushes slightly then grins. "You look lovely, green is definitely your color Donna," he says. Donna smirks, "I know." She laughs then says, "Wait until you see your bride." Harvey grins even more and a few minutes later there is a knock at the door. Marcus opens it and Mike sticks his head in, "Mia is in the house as you requested Donna." Harvey asks, "Where is she?" Donna says, "Nope you'll see her when Marcus walks her down the aisle to you." Donna turns on her heel and goes out of the room and down the hall to where Mia is waiting. Lilly helps Mia with touching up her makeup and then says, "Mia, I have something for you. I don't know if you have anything old but, I want you to have this." She takes out a box from her purse and hands it to Mia. Mia takes it and opens the box. She sees a diamond and garnet bracelet. She says, "Lilly this is beautiful. Wait, I remember seeing you wear this when Harvey and I were kids." Lilly nods, "You use to admire it every time you came to visit. Gordon gave me this after Harvey was born. You and Harvey were meant for each other. I'm so happy you found each other again and that I could be here today to help you both celebrate your new life together." Mia waters up as does Lilly when she hugs the older woman. Lilly helps Mia with the bracelet. Mia says, "Thank you Lilly. It means a lot to have you with us today. You know I kind of feel that Gordon is with us too." Lilly hugs Mia and says, "Me too. He'd be so proud of both of you. He loved you Mia as if you were a daughter to him." Mia smiles, too choked up to speak. They hear Harvey in the hallway, "Mia whichever room you're in I love you. Lets get married baby!" Mia yells back before anyone can stop her, "I love you too Harvey Specter!"

Marcus knocks on the door and Donna goes to it and opens it and sees Marcus letting him in. Marcus says, "I'm here to escort the lovely Mia to be my big brother's wife." Mia grins saying, "I am so ready! Lets go!" Donna and Lilly go down first then Marcus and Mia. Mike and Harvey are at the make shift altar with the minister. Lilly walks down the aisle, stops then goes up to Harvey. She looks at him a moment then whispers, "I'm so proud of you my son and your father would be too." She kisses him on the cheek then says, "I love you." and quickly turns to her seat. After Donna comes down the aisle the music changes and everyone stands as Mia and Marcus walk down the aisle. All eyes are on Mia. All Mia sees is Harvey, she captures his attention as she sees him grin at her and say, "Wow!" She smiles back at him. She sees him wearing the off white tie she bought him a few weeks earlier and Mike is wearing a green tie that matches Donna's dress. Mia is a vision of loveliness in her floor length off white lace gown by Vera Wang. It has a sweetheart neckline and cap sleeves.

After the vows and rings are exchanged and Mia and Harvey are pronounced "Husband and Wife" Harvey kisses Mia and they live happily ever after as Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Specter.
