(Sorry for the wait! Summer vacation started and is close to ending, so I've been playing a variety of videogames, including Terraria. So, without further ado, here's the beginning of Section Two!)
Chapter 11: Our New Pals and Weapons
Hiya! Dave back, with some news from our new home! So far, everything's been going good. Madison and Faye quickly adapted to the new world and quickly used their skills. Madison is a great ranged fighter, using a Sapphire Staff she made before meeting us. Faye has different powders, one of which can take away the Corruption, and she tells us how much of it is left. All in all, life's pretty normal these days aside from the new members.
The Organization learned how to use Limit Breaks. When they're in trouble or tired, they can use their Limit Break, and it differs with everyone. So far, only a few of us could tell Kairi, Namine and Xion apart. Those few are Sora, Riku, Roxas and Gilbert. That merchant never forgets a customer.
I've been working with our Demonite on a nice bow. I thought I could make a pick and sword, but I need some other materials from that. I've also been reading up. Apparently, this world, Terraria, can house three 'realms' within it, the original overworld, where we are now, the Corruption, which we already know of, and the Hallow and the Crimson. Apparently, the Hallow is a beautiful area filled with divine beings, like fairies and unicorns. Problem is, they're all hostile, so it has been sealed away. The Crimson, however, is like the Corruption, a spreading, horrifying land with bloodthirsty monsters. Problem with that is, and here's the stinger, there are many worlds out there like this one, Terraria, as I like to call it. The Crimson can only appear in a world that has no Corruption. If we ever find that world, it'd be the opposite of this. I'd call it… Airarret.
Yeah, that sounds awesome, Airarret. I should write a story about my adventures here. Nah, who'd want to read some dumb fairytale-like story about a land filled with possibility and danger? Anyways, back on topic, our spelunking follies. I'm an avid miner, so I like to choose my team before going out, preferably a team of four. Normally, it's me, Pewdie, Steve and Axel. I chose Pewdie for his picks, Steve for his experience, and Axel for the fire. Steve is slightly getting used to this world though, and I'm having doubts about going back to my world. Will we really be here for the rest of our lives? I can't believe that, I've gotta have hope!
Back on Steve's world, diamonds were the most powerful and valuable resource, whereas here, it's only used for Capture the Gem and staining glass and embedding into robes. Pewdie is working on the computer parts from extra iron and pressure plates we don't use. That reminds me, the Castle that Never Was project is going well with Guido's help. With my new Shoe Spikes and Blizzard in a Bottle, I'm able to get up and place blocks where nobody else could reach. Boften is working hard on an explosive launcher, and I can't wait to see how it works.
Well, I guess you're all caught up with our new stuff now, so I guess I'll go…
BYE!
(Well, that was rude of him. But since we're all caught up, I haven't even fought the next boss, the Eater of Worlds, or in my case, the Brain of Cthulhu. I made a world based off this fanfic's Terraria, and it became Crimson. Well, I'm gonna have fun getting over my arachnophobia. See ya all around!)
