Its called "It All Depends". Here is the summary;

3 years have gone by peacefully. Suzuna has left for University in Okinawa. The Usui family has ditched the small apartment and returned to the Ayuzawa home. The two rambunctious girls are growing up healthy and strong. So when the family is invited to Gerard Walker's wedding in London, issues are quick to arise. Having to deal with a supporting but obnoxious elder half-brother, convincing a grandfather who hates their guts that their lives are none of his business and keeping the girls out of trouble proves to be harder than anticipated. So why did they have to deal with all this? Why did things have to go wrong now?
