Chapter 11: Dinner with Parents part 3

"So, what will it be Powerpuff Girls? Surrender or lose two people you care about," Ace smirked as he looked at the Powerpuff Girls, who were trying to decide on what course of action they should take.

"Bubbles, don't worry about me. Just take these chumps down," Mac yelled.

"Mac, I am not going to risk your life for the sake of you trying to be a hero. That's my job!" Bubbles cried out.

"Don't worry about it. I will be fine," Mac shouted to her.

Through the course of three minutes, Mac and Bubbles were shouting like a married couple. The professor, Mrs. Utonium, Buttercup, Blossom and The GangGreen Gang were at a loss for words. They weren't sure what the outcome of the fight could be.

"Will you two stop arguing and listen to us?" Ace growled

Mac looks at Bubbles and decided to make his own escape. He used his left foot to kick Ace's knee. Ace stood his ground and still held Mac while attending to his knee. Mac sighed as he knew one way of getting out of the hold he was in. Mac opened his mouth and gave Ace a large bite. This made the leader of the gang cry.

"AHHHH He is biting me. No one told me that this kid was a biter," Ace yelped as he was about to hit Mac for biting him. However, Mac using his muscle in the mouth and his left shoulder to throw Ace towards the Powerpuff Girls. Mac let go of him while Ace was in mid-air.

Ace slid down to the rainy ground, while Mac pinched Snake to release Mrs. Utonium. Snake groaned feeling Mac pulling him off Mrs. Utonium, who was taking a moment to breath.

The Professor was making his way to his wife. Ace looked at Big Bill, Grubber, and Little Arturo. "Hey, what the heck you three standing there for, get them."

The three villains started to race towards Mac. Mac kept his ground but, Bubbles threw Grubber away from Mac. Blossom punched Little Arturo in the air, and Buttercup used her strength to throw Big Bill at Ace, who couldn't get out of the way in time.

"Wow, Bubbles that was…" Mac smiled before seeing the death glare his girlfriend was giving him.

"We will talk about our listening skills after this fight okay. I need you to get out of here. It's not safe," Bubbles yelled.

"Bubbles, I am not leaving you here just to get beat up," Mac argued.

"Look, I don't want to see you two go through another fight, but we need to focus on the battle at hand." Buttercup said before she pushed Mac out of the way and grabbed Snake's hand, which was about to pull Mac to him. Buttercup pulled on his arm, so she could punch him sending him back a few yards.

"Mac, just get our parents out of the battle" Blossom said before the three rushed into battle with the Gang Green Gang.

Mac ran over to the Professor and Mrs. Utonium "Listen, we have to leave"

"Okay" The professor said before he took his wife with him and Mac.

Ace and Grubber looked at one another. "Hey Bill, Arturo, and Snake, keep the girls busy while we attend to the hostages"

The three men didn't realize that Grubber and Ace left them to deal with the Powerpuff girls. The three gulped in fear of what the three could do to them.

Mac saw the Professor and Mrs. Utonium were in the basement. The professor made adjustments to the laboratory making it the most fortified place in the entire house. Not even Buttercup's rage could get through the door.

"Good, we should be safe for the moment. The police should be here in a while, though I think my daughters will have control of the situation" Professor Utonium said

"Well, I think that we should at least do something. I am not willing to stand here and let Bubbles get beat up like that." Mac worried.

"Everything will be fine Mac. Bubbles and the girls can hold their own against these guys." Mrs. Utonium smiled at him.

"I just feel I should do something," Mac sat down on the stool.

"Just have faith in them," The Professor said hold his hand to Mac's shoulder to assure him that Bubbles and the girls will be fine.

"Professor, we took care of business," Buttercup said pounding on the door.

"Oh good," The professor smiled as he was getting up. "You see Mac everything is fine. They took care of it."

"Yea, we showed them," Bubbles giggled

"They won't be messing with us," Blossom cheered.

Mac smiled hearing his fears to be over. The professor slowly went up the stairs to the door. It stayed quiet for a few minutes before Mac sensed something was wrong.

"Professor, wait." Mac cried out "Don't open the door,"

It was too late as the professor opened the door and he felt a hand flying him out the door. Mrs. Utonium covered her mouth with fear. Grubber and Ace opened the door as they glared at Mac.

"Mac, how did you know it wasn't them," Mrs. Utonium walked away slowly.

"Well, Bubbles didn't ask about me. I found it weird as I heard a strange spitting noise after each voice." Mac said guarding his girlfriend's mother like a guard dog.

"Well, I think someone is going to be a detective, unfortunately you are at the end of your rope, you little brat,"

Mac glared as he prepared to fight the two members of the Gang Green Gang.

The three girls managed to defeat Big Bill, Little Arturo, and Snake without a single effort.

"Good, that takes care of them" Buttercup glared as she used a rope to tie the three criminals up.

"I just hope Mac and our parents are okay" Bubbles said with fear

"Wait, weren't there five members of the Gang Green Gang" Blossom said pondering the subject "Oh Wait, where is Ace and Grubber"

Suddenly, they heard a loud bang from inside the house. The three zoomed in to investigate. They saw the professor near the laboratory door. Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup soon came to his aid.

"Gir….girls" The Professor asked

"Yea, we're here professor" Blossom said

"There is still two downstairs. Mac and your mother is down there" The professor said trying to get up.

"Don't worry we got this" Bubbles said before she zoomed downstairs with Buttercup.

When Bubbles and Buttercup flew to the basement, they saw stuff had been tossed around and torn apart. What they saw was their mother lying down on the ground. The two girls flew towards her.

"Mom, are you okay" Buttercup said with unsettling emotions.

"I'm fine girls, just get to Mac. I am afraid that Grubber and Ace might hurt him" Mrs. Utonium said before she lied down and proceeded to fall into unconsciousness.

"Bubbles, you go ahead. I got our mother" Buttercup said before Bubbles zoomed over to where she saw Mac confronting Ace and Grubber. Bubbles surveyed the situation from upon a cylinder device the professor had.

"Well, well it looks like it's just you and us" Ace walked slowly towards Mac. "What are you gonna do about it"

"Simple, it won't take the girls too long to defeat your buddies" Mac glared "I just have to stall you until one of them comes down here to kick your sorry tail"

"Big words coming from someone who is outnumber. Okay, Grubber kick his sorry tail into no tomorrow" Ace smiled

Suddenly, it had gone quiet. Mac and Ace looked over to where Grubber was. They saw him going down like a rock. His attacker turned out to be Bubbles, who wasn't looking too happy at the leader of the gang. "All I asked for today was a simply dinner with my parents to meet my boyfriend, but noooooo you five have to ruin my dinner, assault my family, and threaten to hurt my boyfriend. I am going to take great pleasure in hurting you Ace"

Mac was shocked at Bubble's words as he never heard her using this tone of voice with him around. Mac felt amazed he was dating such a girl that loved him. Bubbles zoomed towards Ace, ready to fight him. However, Ace made a mad dash towards Mac.

If I can just hold him against her, she won't hurt me He thought.

Ace underestimated Mac's fighting ability as he punched Ace, while Bubbles used her super speed to attack Ace.

Ace went down for the count when Bubbles returned to Mac and smiled at him. "Is there anything about you that I don't find fascinating?"

Bubbles darted her eyes at him and slapped him lightly "That was for ignoring me that one time"

She slapped him again "That was also for not protecting my mom and dad"

"Sorry about that Bubbles, I was trying to protect them but Ace and Grubber got to her first" Mac said

"I still love you Bubbles" He kisses her for a few minutes before she stopped him.

"Mac, you still love me after dealing with these people? I could have gotten you seriously hurt. Why didn't I think this through? I should have…."Bubbles said overthinking the situation. However, she was halted by her boyfriend, who was kissing her lips just to keep her calm.

"Bubbles, what's a relationship without a little risk" Mac told her as he started to kiss her.

Their happy union was soon interrupted by Ace, who had a beaker of an unknown chemical as he glared knowing that it could be Bubble's weakness, yet he didn't care anymore.

"Take this" He yelled before hurling the beaker towards them.

Bubbles feared seeing that it was acid and prepare to use her heat vision on the chemical, but her boyfriend pushed her out of the way to take the full heat of the chemical.

Bubble's couldn't believe what she was witnessing. She saw the glass beaker how broke apart when it made contact with Mac's body. She saw him hurling against the wall and hit his head on said wall. Bubble's eyes completely were shocked by what had happened. She crawled over to where Mac was trying to wake him up.

"Ma…ma…ma…Mac" She said with little of what she could muster.

"Bubbles" The professor, Buttercup and Blossom all saw their sister holding Mac in her arms.

Ace started to laugh as he smirked. He glad he was able to one-up the Powerpuff girls in some way. This quickly got the anger of Bubbles.

Ace noticed a blue aura surrounding Bubbles. She gripped her fingers as everything slowly stopped around her. tears were streaming down her eyes. Her eyes then turned pure blue. Her hair ties burned when she poured her energy all throughout her body. Bubbles glared at Ace, seeing he was laughing at Mac's demise.

"ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH" Bubbles screamed

The professor looked upon his youngest daughter in the angry fury that has overtaken her. he gulped with fear of what was going to come next. He could tell that Bubbles was beyond her anger. All the emotions she held back were now coming forward. Her anger was converting her rage into pure energy.

"uh, oh" He exclaimed seeing Bubbles was about to show Ace the true fury of a Powerpuff girl.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, run for your lives. Bubbles is beyond pissed. All hope is lost. All hope is lost.

Well, it seems that Bubbles is anger. I feel sorry for Ace in the next chapter. For now I must find a hiding spot.
