A.N. – It has been a long while but I'm back here! So I promise to do my best to update as much as I can and give the best that I can.

The next morning Myra awoke early to make breakfast for not only her son and herself but also for Bruce and Loki as well. She would have to get used to the fact that the now powerless and mortal god of mischief was now residing in her house, bruised and battered.

'He tries anything funny I'll beat him to a pulp and throw him out my door.' She thought to herself tiredly and then she telekinetically got out everything that she needed to make pancakes. She heard one of the guest room doors open and closing and heard soft footsteps on the carpet walk to the kitchen, automatically ruling out the fact Loki was in bed with a fractured ankle, she assumed it to be Bruce.

Telepathically she searched and true to her guess he walked in wearing a cornflower blue, button-up, collared shirt and some nice looking light blue jeans with some light brown shoes on.

"Good morning Bruce, how do you like your pancakes?" Myra asked him as she telekinetically opened the door of the fridge and walked over to pull out some fruits and whipped cream.

"Do you have any blueberries?" he asked with a smirk as he came toward the counter through the living room and leaned against the countertop on his elbows, one arm resting in front of the other.

"Yes I do." Myra said as she spun and held up the little package, then she put it back down and looked at Bruce again as she began stirring the water with the pancake mix.

"Bruce, would you be kind enough to do me a favor and bring Daniel down, he's probably up by now." He nodded and said he would, and then he turned around and went up the stairs to retrieve the two year old.

Once Bruce had brought a bright and bubbly Daniel down for breakfast, the three of them sat down and had pancakes. After everything was cleaned up, including a maple syrup covered two year old, Myra turned to Bruce as Daniel took to his still wobbly little feet and went to play in the living room with his blocks and trucks.

"We should probably check in on our 'guest'. Bruce, will you be okay with staying here with Daniel this afternoon? If you're not its understandable and I can call my director that I need to skip this rehearsal." Myra said. Bruce let out a laugh and smiled.

"No it's fine, it truly is. He probably won't be trouble."

"Oh no, I'm not worried that he'll give you grief I'm just worried about Loki being near him." Myra said as they walked toward the door, which behind it was their unwelcome guest.

"Don't worry, his pain medication is wearing off and will definitely not being walking on that ankle any time soon." Bruce reassured her. She had been staring down the door but turned her sight to him at that moment, she gave him a half smile and nodded,

"Okay." Was the only reply she gave him and then he began to reach for the handle of the door. He turned it slowly and went in first, Myra followed after him. Bruce saw Loki lying awake with his eyes open.

"Well it's nice to see that you're awake sleeping beauty." Bruce said calmly as he approached the bedside. Loki rolled his eyes and saw Myra standing by the door. After acknowledging her presence by looking at her, Loki shifted his gaze back to Bruce.

"So, I guess this is the official monster house." He quipped. Both Myra and Bruce ignored the comment. Bruce kept at checking Loki's vitals.

"I have to check his ribs Myra, if you could help me sit him up?" Bruce looked to her and asked. She nodded and made her way to help him.

"I can sit myself up doctor." Loki snapped, and with that he adamantly pushed himself into a sitting position despite the struggle.

Bruce then checked his ribs and his breathing, Myra had moved back toward the door as Bruce was finishing up with Loki. Now that the check up was over it was time for some reassurance that he would not leave that room at all.

Bruce then, unknown to Loki since he was staring intently at Myra, handcuffed Loki's good ankle to one of the bedposts. When he hard the click and felt the metal around his ankle he looked to find himself a prisoner once again.

"Oh, so now I am to be chained like a beast? But I'm not the beast here." Loki said as he looked pointedly at Bruce but then his gaze turned to Myra.

"Although the last time I saw you, you looked far different than what you are now." He finished.

"And you haven't changed much at all, still a prisoner." Myra remarked coldly. Loki thought for a moment, Bruce and Myra both turned to leave when he spoke up again.

"Your son is very easily amused." Loki said nonchalantly.

Myra snapped, she turned sharply and ran at the bed with a growl, she changed forms and pounced onto the bed. She was half straddling Loki and had her claws elongated and wrapped around his neck. Her eyes angry and cat-like, she shouted at him, almost roared at him.

"Stay away from my son!" Myra tightened her grip on his throat.

"Myra!" Bruce cried out in surprise and ran over to the bed to pry her off of Loki.

The fallen god of mischief he sucked in as much as oxygen as he could as the two left the room. He reached a hand up to his neck, Loki pulled it back and found no blood but there would most likely be some faint scratches and definite bruising. At least now he knew her trigger was based on instinct due to her animalistic nature.

After that incident the rest of the day ran smoothly, despite all of Myra's worries Loki did not get out again and she thanked Bruce many times for putting the handcuff on his ankle. For now, she didn't have to be paranoid.

A.N. - Not much but for now it's all I've got! Tootles!
