CH 11 THE BATTLE FOR SURVIVAL BEGINS CHUNIN EXAMS STAGE 2
"Welcome...to the Forest of Death" Anko yelled out
This caused many genin in the crowd to shiver. At 8 am in the morning all the remaining Genin gathered at the 44th Training Ground for the 2nd stage of the exam. The outward appearance alone was enough to unnerve some of the ninja but what they would find inside would possibly destroy most of them. After having some early morning fun torturing Naruto Anko finally gathered all the genin and explained the rules and gave them the consent forms, everyone split off to go sign them.
Ino walked off to the side to fill out her form, the blonde beauty sat under a tree.
"You look like excited"
Ino was slightly startled but then calmed down hearing that voice it was Takeru. The onyx haired boy stood behind the big tree away from prying eyes he spoke but he kept his eyes toward the forest. Ino smiled as she also kept her eyes on the paper, she remembers their promise not to show any intimacy during this exam. Although she hated it she understood the reasons for it they are already going to be targeted it'd be even worse if one of them was used against the other.
Ino smirked "Well I have been training so I think Im ready for this..." soon her smirk faded she whispered "Takeru-kun...please be careful I hate that you are going into this by yourself, everyone will be targeting you"
Takeru sighed "I know Ino-chan..." he whispered her name "This is my test, Hayate Sensei recommended me for the Tokubetsu Jonin rank if I am to prove my self to be worthy of that title then I will have to endure this, besides..." he smirked "there are a few people in my life that would be pretty pissed if I lost to these bozos...Hime you be careful as well..."
'Takeru-kun' Ino thought as she heard him walk away
Soon enough all the genin turned in their consent forms and got their Heaven or Earth scroll. Team 7 took their Heaven scroll and went to one of the gates to wait for the test to begin.
"Everyone ready" Naruto asked getting excited
"Hai Naruto-kun" Hinata replied with a sudden vigor she would prove her strength and braveness with in these next five days
Sasuke closed his eyes and smirked "Yea lets do it" he sounded as smooth as cool as ever
"Alright Formation Omega" Naruto called out to his teammates
Naruto get in front close to the entrance, Hinata was behind him and Sasuke brought up the rear. This way Hinata could watching all around them and Sasuke and Naruto could watch the back and the front respectively.
At Another Gate
"The time has come to carry out our orders in the open" the mummy looking guy said to his teammates as the sentinel unlocked the locks to the gates.
Anko looked down at her watch and...
"Alright you maggots the 2nd part of the exam has begun"
At her saying this all the gate around the forest opened and all the genin dash inside.
Naruto and his team made a nice dash and leap inside up to the trees, Takeru also took to the trees. The three Grass Shinobi quickly made their way inside.
"You know who we are looking for" the lead female asked
"Yeah those three brats" the other replied
Soon all the teams where inside the forest, soon enough Anko heard the screams she so longed for.
"And so its begun"
With Naruto
Going through the trees at a moderate speed, Naruto's nose was working over time. He looked to the left and sniffed
'Hmm Kiba and his team are that way...' he turned right after taking another step 'Hmm barbeque chips that can only be one team Choji and the others'
Hinata looked left with her Byakugan activated and Sasuke looked right and behind with his Sharingan. Both Genin looked at each other and nodded.
"Naruto-kun there are no enemy close to us at the moment" Hinata told her blond crush
The boy nodded and pointed down to a very wide tree trunk, all three genin landed on it. Naruto pulled out a scroll from his pouch and placed it in the middle of them.
"Fuinjutsu: Sealing Release Activating it out poofed everybody's weapons. Naruto quickly strapped his Soaring Sword to his back and made 2 Shadow Clones who quickly ran off.
"What was that for" Sasuke asked while placing his Chakura To on his back
"I learned while training with Oji-san that shadow clones once dispelled their memory transfers back to me"
"So you can use them for scouting" Sasuke said
"Right alright lets continue on the ground" Naruto commanded
All three Genin made the leap down to the ground. Naruto sniffed and caught a wiff of another person in the area. He stopped his team and lifted up one finger and nodded.
"Hey guys I kinda gotta go to the bathroom Ill be right back" he told his team before leaving to go behind a couple of trees. A couple of minutes later Naruto came back sighing relief.
"Alright let's go and...urgh" the boy stopped in mid sentence as he was sent flying into a tree by a gentle fist.
"Ahh what...what was that for Hinata" Naruto asked as he put his right hand on the tree to try to raise himself up before he yell out in pain. Looking up to his hand he saw an arrow sticking thru it pinning him to the tree.
"You know if you're going to transform into someone better make sure you get there look down right fool" Sasuke said shaking his head smirk
"Whats he talking about Hinata please let me go" the blonde cried out
Hinata remaining silent knocked another Arrow into her bow aiming it right for the boy "You're not Naruto-kun why don't you drop the act with these eyes I can see you're a fake now hand over your earth scroll I know you have it"
"Even without our dojutsu your kunai holster is on the left when Naruto is right-handed and you don't have his sword or the cut he got earlier man your transformation sucks" Sasuke mocked
The fake Naruto panted and release the henge revealing an Ame shinobi with a breathing apparatus.
"So you got me Im still gonna get your scroll..." he turned to Hinata "...and I'm going to enjoy killing you you clever little b..." he shut up when a kunai was embedded into the tree beside his face
"Word of advise Id stop right there if you want to live our teammate has a problem with those..." Sasuke paused opening his eyes to activate his Sharingan to intimidate the genin "...who bad mouth his friends especially her"
"Pfft so what she's just a little BITCH who will die for causing me such pain" the captured rain nin said...signaling his doom
Not even a second after the words were spoken the form of Naruto came crashing down in between the rain nin and his teammates his arms crossed he glared down at the captured nin with his deep blue eyes.
"What did you just say...about Hinata-chan and while you're at it give up your scroll"
"Im not telling you or giving you anything baka and there nothing you can do to make me" the ever defiant Rain Nin spat out
Naruto smirked and activated his Kitsunemengan along with his teeth and nails elongating. He leaned down ever so slowly glaring at the man until his whole body become covered in the shadow of the tree the only visible thing were his blood red eyes with black slits in them. "I CAN...AND YOU WILL"
The Rain Ninja shivered and began panicing until he let out a blood curdling scream that could be heard throughout most of the village.
(And in another universe far far away a man dressed as a giant Bat sat at his computer typing away at his files, when he suddenly stopped typing and smiled feeling proud of something but of what he had no idea.)
