Inside Rainbase they somehow met Smoker and his marines who were quiet angry with Mary for what she did to them.
Along the way they got separated with Luffy, Vivi, Nami, Nojiko, Alvida, Usopp, Kaya, Zoro, Makino followed by Smoker entering the Casino, And Sanji, Chopper, Johnny, Yosaku, Mary and Sophia in the city.
Now
With the group going inside the Casino.
Luffy rushed inside the casino screaming out loud for Crocodile to come out of hiding despite all off the crewmembers that went with him shushing him as they didn't want to fight now, with half their numbers outside and not knowing the foes strength.
In the end it didn't matter as they were lead into a trap, Smoker as well since he followed them inside the casino to try to capture Luffy and the little girl that humiliated him in public.
The pirates plus the lone marine sat on the floor inside a cage made of Kairouseki the same material that made Smoker's jutte and it was extremely hard and had the same effect the sea had on Akuma no mi users.
The Shichibukai gazed at them with his partner beside him, he then did what every bad guy does when they have the hero captured, he gloated and did a monologue about how awesome he was and how they were losers.
The more he talked the more bored Luffy looked, Makino only had to look at his face to know that he planned and doing something to laugh and pass the time, while possibly anger the boring fellow that held the key to the cage.
"How about we play a game, I will impersonate someone and you will try to guess who." exclaimed Luffy interrupted Crocodile who was still trying to bore them to death, even his partner seemed to be almost asleep.
The whole crew and Smoker sighed but really had no better thing to do.
"Ok this one should be easy, You What did you say about my nose!?" said Luffy.
"That's Buggy..." answered Alvida having sailed with the man and knowing how sensitive he was about his nose.
"This one should be harder, "Bwahahahaha! Who wants a fist of love?"" said Luffy impersonating his grandfather.
"That's your Jii-chan." answered Makino being the only one who could have known about it.
'Why did he remind me off that man...Nah impossible there is no way they could be related.' thought Smoker slightly unnerved by Luffy's last impersonation.
Luffy frowned and then asked Zoro to give him one his sword for a last impersonation since he could see that Crocodile was almost reaching his boiling point.
"Why not..." said the green haired swordsman drawing Yubashiri from his sheath and giving the katana to his captain with a look that said break it and you die.
The happy captain took the sword and put him over his mouth like a mustache and laughed "Gurararararararara! You can't beat me Croco-gaki! "
Hearing those words send Crocodile over the edge, losing his calm he roared "WHITEBEARD! "
Only for Luffy to pout and said "Damm you won."
While this was going on Smoker was still lost in his thought 'How does he know a Yonko's mannerism that well?'
The pirates all thought 'He must have asked his brother how his captain was seeing he bet our future on their bounties.'
Luffy was also in his own mind where between thought of meat, being the Pirate King and having a nice family like crew was this little thought 'I wonder why they call Whitebeard Whitebeard because he doesn't even have a beard just a big white mustache...I know I will call him Whitemustache when I will see him...No Whitemustache sound lame I will ask him why he is called Whitebeard then.'
Finally getting a hold of himself Crocodile was about to speak again when he decided it would be better to check on his men, outside looking for the other Straw hat pirates that Mr. 3 identified, with the Den Den Mushi.
"Hello, this is the Shitty Restaurant, What is your order?" asked the voice from the snailphone causing Crocodile's to widen in recognition as he remembered the voice from one of his previous call.
A few minutes earlier with The group that stayed in the city.
Sanji, Johnny and Yosaku watched the entrance of the casino hoping that their friends would come out soon, while they send Chopper, Sophia and Mary to secure transport to Alubarna capital city of Alabasta.
Suddenly the square before the casino filled itself with Baroque Works agents, obviously looking for them, guessing that their friends got themselves captured, the three of them quickly devised a clever plan.
The first step, defeating those wannabees and coaxing Crocodile outside so Johnny and Yosaku took their swords out and along with Sanji proceeded to beat the crap out of the Baroque Works cannon fodder.
Soon all the cannon fodder laid unconscious on the ground either slashed or kicked into dreamland, then a Den Den Mushi rang and Sanji answered "Hello, this is the Shitty Restaurant, what is your order?"
Back inside the casino.
"Your voice you are the one that impersonated Mr. 3 back then?" asked the Shichibukai inwardly completely furious.
"Yes you can call me Mr. Prince! " answered Sanji.
Causing the straw hat pirates inside the cage to smirk having recognized their cook voice, suddenly there was a crash like noise coming from the phone and a new voice asked "Mr. 0 sir we managed to chase the intruder off but we need your help to corner him."
"Ah excellent! " said Crocodile sounding happy to no longer have a thorn in his side, the government dog then turned to face his prisoners and spoke with a false air of compassion "I would have liked to spend more time with you but sadly I am needed elsewhere." Mr. 0 then threw the key to the cage in a Bananadile den and pulled a switch that opened valves causing water to enter the room, before leaving with his partner laughing along the way.
What Crocodile didn't know was that the voice that answered him wasn't one of his men but Yosaku's so he went outside and found his men unconscious but before he and Miss All-Sunday could reenter the casino the doors closed on them.
The pirates and Smoker tried to get out but it was useless plus the water was almost up to their knees and
the devil fruit users already felt a little weak, Luffy, Alvida and Smoker all felt the drain of strength so were useless.
Suddenly the doors of the room burst open and Sanji, Johnny and Yosaku came in.
Smoker quickly pointed the Bananadile with the key inside his stomach, Sanji went to it while the swordsmen took care of the others.
"Koutetsu senkou! " said Johnny as he quickly drew his sword then resheathed it causing half the beasts to die from his cuts.
"Juuryoku hason! " said Yosaku as he slammed his nodachi on the ground causing the floor to break and the beasts to fall in the hole.
"Anti-manner Kick course! " said Sanji as he violently kicked the Bananadile that held the key in the stomach causing it to puke the key and a wax ball out.
"Water..." whined a voice from inside the ball.
Sanji and the swordsmen ignored the ball and picked up the key and went to open the cage, with the cage open, they were about to leave when the ball cracked open revealing an old foe Mr. 3 but a mummified Mr. 3.
The free Baroque Works officer then quickly went to touch the water and returned to normal causing Makino to narrow her eyes.
The wax user saved from certain death looked around him and paled when he saw the straw hats pirates and a marine captain, knowing he couldn't defeat them he left but not before closing the doors and barricaded them to make sure the pirates and the marine couldn't get out that way.
With no other choice the pirates went in the water, with Sanji carrying Luffy, Usopp carrying Alvida and Zoro carrying Smoker under Luffy's orders.
They finally left the casino through a river and regained the earth not far from the city.
"Why didn't you left me in there?" asked a puzzled Smoked his belief that all pirates were scumbags shaken due to Luffy acting like no traditional pirates.
"Because it was the right thing to do." replied the Straw hat captain to his nemesis before he left to find the rest of his crew, that with Chopper's help were able to secure a huge crab as transport to the capital.
Once everyone was on the crab, the thing took off toward the capital at a huge speed considering his size, the crab nicknamed Pincer by Luffy and Chopper was convinced because Chopper promised to show him girls in Belly dancing outfit.
As the sun was setting the pirates noticed a hook coming at them, this hook was Crocodile's and it went to take the princess away but Luffy didn't let it and was caught instead but not before Makino whispered something in his ear.
"I will see you all in Alubarna and protect Vivi." said Luffy just before he was out of range.
"tch that idiot why did he do that?" asked Sophia and Alvida not understanding why did Luffy let himself caught when he simply could have destroyed the hook with his devil fruit powers.
"Because when it comes to battle Luffy is probably smarter than all of us." replied Zoro with Johnny and Yosaku nodding.
"Explain! " ordered Nami who also didn't understand.
"Simple Luffy knows we know almost nothing of Crocodile's powers but the same thing is also true for Crocodile as Luffy didn't show much of his powers when Marines were in sight of him, that is something Shanks taught him when he was seven and first ate his devil fruit." explained Makino causing Vivi's, Alvida's, Chopper's Sophia's and Mary's eyes to widen.
"When you say Shanks you don't mean Akagami Shanks right?..." said Alvida
"Yes why..." replied the bartender confused as to why they reacted like that.
"Nothing...we just didn't know Luffy knew such a famous pirate that's all." replied the shocked pirate.
"Shanks is so famous in the pirate world? I didn't know he seemed like a good man" said Makino thinking out loud.
The other were shocked because they didn't know Luffy could think like that.
With Luffy.
Luffy was dropped by the hook in front of Crocodile and Miss All-Sunday in the desert.
"Mugiwara...you went too far this time." growled Crocodile
"My my it seems the princess escaped once again." said Miss All-Sunday looking amused by all of this something that caught Luffy's eyes.
"hey lady you seem fun how about you join my crew?" asked Luffy seemingly out of the blue.
"What the..." said Crocodile bewildered.
"Hmm Why would you want me in your crew Mugiwara no Luffy? You know nothing about me." stated Crocodile's partner looking seriously at the straw hat wearing boy.
"Shishishi so I don't know you now besides when you will join my crew (because I really won't let you say no) we will learn lot of things about each other." laughed the pirate captain with his huge D smile.
'That smile just like his...Could he be one off the...' thought Miss All-Sunday shocked at Luffy's carefree attitude.
Flashback Ohara 20 years ago.
"Remember Robin somewhere out there, there are people that will like you for who you are and will stand up against the world to protect you..." said a dying giant before he died frozen by his former best friend Kuzan.
Flashback end.
"What's the meaning of this Nico Robin are you intending to betray me?" asked a pissed Crocodile.
"No No Mr. 0 but I will remind you to never call me by that name." said Robin before leaving looking deep in thought.
"Where are you going?" asked Crocodile.
"Alubarna, I will go ahead..." lied Miss All-Sunday as she left to observe the fight.
Once she left Luffy looked at his opponent all serious.
"What gave you the right to attack Vivi's country? That girl, while not as strong as us wants to save everyone. She never wanted this so What and Who gave you the right to attack this country?" asked Luffy looking angrily at the Shichibukai.
"Hahahahahaha you idiot I gave myself the right to attack this pitiful country and my strength will allow me to do it." said Crocodile.
"You are the idiot, alone you have no power..." said Luffy as a hourglass landed at his feet.
"I gave you three minutes then I have somewhere else to be." said Crocodile and as soon as he finished that sentence he had to dodge Luffy's punch.
The man then turned into sand to move behind Luffy and attacked him with his hook however Luffy ducked and proceeded to kick at Crocodile's face which turned into sand on contact before reforming itself.
"A logia..." said Luffy looking at Crocodile.
"Yes Suna Suna no mi and unlike the other users I have mastered my abilities...Desert Spada." said Mr. 0 as he launched a wave of sand at Luffy who sensing the danger of that attack dodged.
"He cut...the desert." said Luffy as he looked at the aftermath of the attack.
"You did well dodging otherwise you would have been dead...Wait what are you doing?" asked Crocodile watching his opponent bringing out a shovel and a bucket from out of nowhere.
"Simple I will use your body to repair the desert." said the straw hat captain as he used his shovel to fill the bucket with Crocodile's body.
"Raahh! Enough! Barchan!" said Crocodile trying to grab Luffy only to catch the shovel.
Luffy watched in shock as the shovel turned to dust he was very thankful to have followed Makino's advice.
Flashback a few minutes ago.
"Luffy I don't know what that man is capable of but don't let him touch you..." whispered Makino just as her captain was taken away.
Flashback end.
"You were lucky to have dodged that Sables! " said Crocodile as a sandstorm started around them.
"What are you doing?" asked Luffy
"The three minutes have passed this is the end." stated Crocodile as he used his hook to spear Luffy through his belly.
Luffy his hands covered in his own blood weakly grabbed the sand user's arm trying to keep him far away from his Nakama, but the Shichibukai threw his body on the ground and left him for dead.
"Desert Girasole! " was heard as the Shichibukai left as quicksand swallowed Luffy's body, just as he was almost entirely swallowed his body was suddenly launched out of the quicksand by arms.
"Why do you D fight like that?" asked Robin truly curious about this strange pirate that shattered her world belief.
"Shishishi." weakly laughed the tremor user.
"Why are you laughing you lost and badly at that?" asked the black haired woman puzzled by Luffy's acts.
"I know his weaknesses but he knows nothing of my strength." said Luffy before Robin's eyes widened in understanding.
'Of course...No pirate that weak could have a bounty so high either he was very lucky to have pissed Crocodile so much that he didn't think or he planned all this and then he is more dangerous than anticipated.'
"Why are you telling me this?" asked Miss All-Sunday.
"Shishishi I know you won't tell him, if you were with him, you would have told him about my crew after you met us in Whiskey Peak or Croco guy seemed surprised by some of my crewmembers that you had clearly seen and identified. This tells me that you aren't really with him which means that you have an ulterior motive but I don't mind about that." said Luffy before falling unconscious due to his serious wound, shocking the woman once more.
But before she could do anything a voice interrupted her.
"You what did you do to Vivi?" roared a man.
"Already awake? You should be careful with those wounds." said the woman as she prepared to leave but not before casting a look at Luffy, picking up his hat that fell during his battle and giving it to him.
'That boy maybe I should bet on him' "You should take care of the boy after all he is this country biggest and only hope." said Robin before she left for Alubarna.
With the other straw hats near Alubarna.
"He will be okay won't he?" asked a obviously very worried Vivi.
"I honestly don't know, Luffy is strong for sure but we know nothing of Crocodile's abilities." replied Makino.
"Don't worry about him Princess we will protect you." said Johnny and Yosaku.
After crossing the river, the crew was almost at Alubarna when they met Carue and his fellow ducks that composed the super-Ducks brigade.
The pirates decided to split up in teams, Usopp and Kaya on a duck, Nami and Zoro on another, Nojiko and Alvida, Chopper and Sanji, and Johnny and Yosaku, and Sophia and Valentine, Makino would stay with Vivi.
The ducks and the pirates were ready and so the distraction worked as the Baroque Works members started following the ducks not knowing that Vivi wasn't amongst them.
The princess and the bartender stayed behind to speak with the rebel leader and to try and stop the war before it even began.
With the pirates on the diversion.
Mr. 1 and miss Double-finger followed to ducks to the east side of the town.
Mr. 4, Miss Merry Christmas and Lasso took the ducks that went on the south side.
Mr. 2 took the west leaving the north side completely open.
The ducks stopped running once cornered by the various Baroque Works officers and the pirates took their cloaks off, showing their opponents that neither of them were the princess.
With Mr. 2, Sophia and Mary.
Mr. 2, the swan Okama was conflicted as he stared at his former coworkers, he really believed they shared a bond of friendship.
"Why dearies, why did you betray the organization?" asked Mr. 2.
"Because we found something better! " replied the two former agents.
"It saddened me to do this but I'll have to do it." said the Okama as he was about to kick his former allies however Sanji appeared and blocked the kick.
"I won't let you touch those ladies." said Sanji as he blocked Mr. 2's Kick with his own.
The girls not taking this chance left leaving Sanji alone to fight the ballerina okama.
With Mr. 1, Miss Double-finger, Zoro, Nami, Nojiko and Alvida.
Mr. 1 and Miss Double-finger looked upset at not finding the princess.
"We will have to kill you then we will kill the princess." said Miss Double-finger.
"I would like to see you try." said Nami.
"Yeah Zoro will kill you." stated Nojiko.
"Why me alone and you then." roared Zoro.
Mr. 1 went to attack the girls but Zoro blocked his palm strike but was surprised when his opponent body sounded like steel.
It looked like Zoro would face Mr. 1.
Miss Double-finger turned her attention to the girls but was surprised when she only found two when they should have been three.
It appeared Alvida trusted Nami's and Nojiko's strength and instead she went to help Mary and Sophia.
With Mr. 4, Miss Merry Christmas, Lasso, Usopp, Kaya and Chopper.
Kaya stayed on the side while Usopp and Chopper faced the duo.
It appeared very quickly that Lasso shot exploding baseballs that Mr. 4 could hit back with a four tons bat while Miss Merry-Christmas dug hole as a mole.
With Johnny and Yosaku.
"Say man doesn't that frog shaped woman look suspicious to you?" asked a curious Yosaku.
"Yeah and doesn't that man with all the sevens look strange?" asked an equally curious Johnny.
"Maybe we should follow them?" asked the heavy swordsman.
"Yeah you are right." stated the fast swordsman.
It was how Johnny and Yosaku trailed Mr. 7 and Miss Father's day.
Mr. 4 and Miss Merry Christmas vs. Chopper and Usopp.
"How is that dog able to shot exploding baseball?" asked a disbelieving Usopp as he narrowly dodged an explosion.
"Lasso is originally a rifle but he ''ate'' the Inu Inu no mi model : Dachshund." explained the mole woman.
"But that's impossible! " exclaimed the three straw hats.
"No matter we will kill you." stated Miss Merry Christmas.
As the battle continued Chopper tried to hit Mr. 4 believing him to be the more bothersome of the trio, sadly Miss Merry Christmas caught his foot and only his quick change into his hybrid form saved his life but also revealed his Zoan devil fruit.
Miss Merry Christmas looked around after dodging the pirate counter attack for Usopp but didn't see him.
"You are not the only one that can go through your tunnels you know! " said Usopp as he leapt through the air from one of the hole he then hit Mr. 4 on the head with a heavy looking hammer with a cry of "Usopp pound! " .
Miss Merry Christmas looked stunned as her partner was hit, but her surprise quickly turned into anger and she quickly went to hit Usopp with a cry of "Mogura Banana! " .
Taking the hit Usopp let go off his hammer and was sent into a wall.
"Usopp! " cried both Kaya and Chopper the latter quickly munching on a rumble ball to help his friend.
"Scope! " said the reindeer as he tried to analyze his opponents
Mr. 4 woke up suddenly looking a little lost and Chopper quickly took advantage of that by grabbing the riffle/dog and making it sneezed a baseball bomb into a hole.
The straw hats then ran to avoid the resulting explosion but sadly the Baroque Works agent were still alive.
"The gloves are off! " said Miss Merry Christmas as she quickly dig into the ground and suddenly Kaya was dragged forward.
"Usopp! " cried the terrified girl as she moved without her will.
"Mogurazuka Highway! " said the mole woman from below the ground as she lead the nurse towards her partner.
"Be ready Mr. 4 Mogurazuka Yonban kousaten! " said Miss Merry Christmas, however Usopp using a speed he didn't know he had (Ah love...), he managed to get between Kaya and Mr. 4 and as such he was the one that took the hit from the four tons bat.
"Usooopppp! " cried Kaya and Chopper thinking the sharpshooter to be dead.
"That's makes two with the straw hat and the long nose, two pirate's dead?" said Miss Merry Christmas looking quite Happy of that fact.
"Bwhat did bou said?" asked Usopp angrily and speaking in a funny manner due to his broken nose.
"How are you not dead?" asked Miss Merry Christmas bewildered.
"Luffy can't be dead! " firmly stated the straw hat pirates.
The mole woman then returned in the ground and this time dragged Usopp with her hoping for redoing the previous attack.
"Kemuri Boshi! " said Usopp as he fired a smoke pellet blinding Mr. 4.
However Chopper using a new form the Horn point dug into the ground and caught Miss Merry Christmas then Usopp called the attack impersonating Miss Merry Christmas due to hid broken nose and Mr. 4 hit his own partner in the head sending her flying.
"What...Have...I...Done?" said Mr. 4 very slowly as he watched his partner flying away.
"You should worry about yourself Hissatsu Uso/Cho Hammer Suisei! " said Usopp and Chopper as the former used the latter horns as a slingshot for his hammer hitting Mr. 4 and sending him flying into a pillar.
Meanwhile Kaya played with the Dachshund without a care in the world, she now and then decided than the dog/riffle would become her pet/weapon and that he would protect her.

With Sanji and Mr. 2.
The cook and the Ballerina were even matched, their kicks countered each other perfectly so the battle was bound to be long however Mr. 2 wasn't above using treachery to win.
"Here let me show you the power of the mane mane no mi! "said Mr. 2 as he prepared to show the cook the funniest face in the world.
The face was just a mix between Mr. 2's eyes and mouth's Usopp's nose and Sanji's eyebrows.
Sanji then kicked the cross dressed in the face.
The Transvestite went through several faces before he found Sanji weakness about women, but then he started beating the crap out of the pervert cook.
Suddenly Sanji noticed something as Mr. 2 wearing Nami's face spun towards him and so reacted by using his Mutton shot to stop his opponent's Grand fouetté : Ano Natsu no Hi no Memoir.
"I finally found your weakness, if you want to use your more powerful moves you need to take your original appearance." said Sanji pretty sure that he was right.
"Could you repeat please I didn't hear you?" asked Mr. 2 acting as if he wasn't bothered by what Sanji said, however the cook saw through his charade.
After this discovery the cook slowly gained the upper hand and finally managed to defeat the Okama by using a well placed kick the Veau Shot.

With Miss Double-finger, Nami and Nojiko.
Nojiko knew that she would be nearly useless in this battle only covering her sister but she would make sure that her sister wouldn't be hurt.
Nami looked at her new staff made by Usopp, she didn't know how to use it but she would make sure to understand how to.
"Nojiko, cover me." said Nami as she took the manual to read the instructions.
The blue haired girl then started shooting at their opponent who cursed and dived for cover, Nojiko tried to keep her busy, but the pilot didn't know that her opponent had eaten a devil fruit allowing her to grow spike from everywhere on her body including the sole of her feet.
Miss Double-finger then walked above the girls and let herself fall before growing spike all over her body and rolling into a ball "Stinger Hedgehog! " .
Caught by surprise the girls had to scatter in order to dodge the attack, thinking Nami to be the weak link, Miss Double-finger attacked her turning her fingers into spikes.
Using her Clima-tact as a standard staff Nami tried to block all off her opponent's strikes but her opponent was faster, fortunately the spike woman had to dodge Nojiko's shots and Nami wasn't hurt.
Changing target Miss Double-finger targeted Nojiko, and seemingly killed her when her spikes speared the pirate.
"Mirage Tempo! Beware of the Illusion and the wind." said Nami having figured a way to protect her sister.
With two opponents against her Miss Double-finger knew that she had to defeat one of them quickly or she would tire too quickly.
"Hissatsu triple bullet shot! " said Nojiko as she quickly fired three shots in rapid succession at her opponent who could only dodge two of them the third injuring her right leg.
Miss Double-finger growled however as she looked at Nojiko, she was hit by Nami's cyclone tempo from behind sending her flying forward right below a cloud created by Nami's heatballs and coolballs.
The orange haired girl threw a thunderball at her cloud launching a lightning bolt at Miss Double-finger "Thunderbolt Tempo! "
Miss Double-finger couldn't believe it here she was one of the strongest female in Baroque Works getting her ass kicked by two no name pirates.
"Here taste this Toge Toge Dopping! Stinger Flail! " said Miss Double-finger enhancing her strength and running at Nami who she now knew to be the more dangerous one, However Nojiko using her riffle interrupted her long enough for Nami's ultimate attack to ensnare her.
"Hissatsu Sniper Shot! " said the sharpshooter
"Tornado Tempo! " yelled Nami as Miss Double-finger was sent away from her through two walls.
Victor Nojiko and Nami.
With Mr. 1 and Zoro.
Zoro looked at his Wado Ichimonji, he finally did it he cut steel, though the battle was hard and he almost die three times, he defeated Mr. 1.
Flashback seconds ago.
"Atomic spurt! " said Mr. 1 ready to finish Zoro off.
"Ittoryu iai : Shishi Sonson! " said Zoro who with lightning like speed drew, attacked and resheathed his sword.
Flashback end.

"Nah that would be a waste." replied the heavily wounded Zoro.
"I concede." said Mr. 1 as he fell on the ground followed shortly by Zoro.

With Alvida, Sophia and Mary.
The three girls found each other and some Baroque Works agents, so the girls took it upon themselves to deal with the cannon fodder.
Alvida had to face at least twelve men, deciding to be efficient the woman took out her trusty club and threw it toward her opponents, those men tried to attack her but thanks to the power of the Sube Sube no mi none connected.
"Heavy boomerang! " said Alvida as her club returned to her having done its job by knocking out all the men.
Mary was facing fourteen men who all looked at her very creepily.
"So little girl, how about you come with us and we won't hurt you much?" asked cannon fodder.
"Kibou no akaguroi! " said Mary as she quickly painted dark red circle on all the men facing her, suddenly the men attacked each other and knocked themselves out.
Sophia faced fifteen men, who looked in a quite lusty way at her.
The young woman lazily jumped in the air lowering her weight to float over her foe, where she dropped like a stone her right leg extended.
"Meet my new technique Tsutenkyaku! " said Sophia as she landed amongst her foe, the ground below them fell apart and they fell in the cracks losing their balance.

With Makino and Vivi.
The girls after having failed to talk to the rebels due to Baroque Works agents firing at them with the city canons, they then tried to reach the palace to convince the royal army to stop this war.
The girls had to snake their way pass both armies that duked it out in the city, despite a few close calls they finally reached the palace where to the shock of every one the princess ordered the palace destroyed.
"As you wish your Majesty." said Chaka the leader of the royal army.
Then the princess explained what happened to her while she was gone.
"I would like very well to see all the pirates that helped you princess they must be quite the characters." said Chaka.
"We have one with us now Chaka this is Makino she serves as a bartender to the straw hat pirates."
"Nice to meet you." said Makino bowing to the man.
"Likewise." replied the man as he too bowed.
Suddenly a voice interrupted them "I would like that you don't destroy the palace as it is my future home, Princess." said Crocodile from the top of the palace.
Then the doors closed on their own as Miss All-Sunday appeared with the king nailed on a pillar.
"Majesty! "
"Dad! "
'So that's Vivi's father...'
"So now that we are all here and that Mugiwara is dead, I will explain why am I here." stated the Shichibukai not noticing his partner expressions.
"Luffy...dead no it can't be..." said Vivi with tears in her eyes as she thought about the man that promised to meet them here.
'That man's partner looked funny when he said that Luffy was dead...I think that Luffy isn't as dead as that man believes.' thought Makino frowning as she patted Vivi's back comforting the girl.
"So Majesty why don't you tell me where the super weapon Pluton is?" asked Crocodile looking smugly at the king shocking the king and confusing the others.
'How does he know that name?' thought the king.
"What makes you think it even exist?" asked the king.
"Hmm I thought about that and even if the weapon isn't here I still have the bomb that will explodes in half an hour, so you see all my bases are covered." bragged the man.
Makino looked at Mr. 0's partner and caught the look of disgust the woman send her partner when he spoke of the bomb. 'Maybe she isn't as evil as he is, so why is she with him?'
Then while all were shocked by this revelation the Tsumegeri the elites managed to enter the palace and challenged Crocodile to a fight.
Sadly the Shichibukai didn't even fight and let them die as they drank the Hero Water that developed their strength by a factor off 200 percent in exchange of their lives.
Crocodile's disrespect of the warriors' deaths angered
Chaka who attacked the sand user showing the power of the Inu Inu no mi model : Jackal.
Sadly the Zoan was soundly defeated by the Shichibukai.
Then Kohza entered the palace and was shocked at what he saw, after being told of the situation by Vivi he agreed to stop the war now knowing they were all played by Crocodile.
The rebel leader was able to convince the royal army to wave white flag and surrender but sadly he was shot by Baroque Works agents from behind causing the battle to start again.
The princess tried to order them to stop but Crocodile using his power surrounded the palace with sand making the princess efforts useless.
The Shichibukai then left the princess fall from the palace that was way above the city ground.
Just as she was about to die she was saved by Luffy who wasn't as dead as Crocodile believed and Pell who used the power of the Tori Tori no mi model falcon to transport Luffy from Rainbase to Alubarna after he recovered from his previous wounds.
Luffy left Vivi to look for the bomb, while he took care of a Croco guy.
"You How can you even be alive?" shouted the Shichibukai astonished that Mugiwara was still alive.
"Maybe you are a lousy shot?" replied Luffy mocking the croc guy before dashing at the sand user and punching him in the face sending Mr. 0 sliding on the ground.
"Well since you will be busy, I will let the king lead me to the Poneglyph." said Robin before unnailing the king and frogmarching him to the street, she never noticed Makino following her.
Meanwhile Luffy kicked the Shichibukai back into the ground as the latter tried to stand up.
"How?" asked the sand user shocked that someone was able to touch him without seastone or Haki.
"You are sand, when you are wet you can't dematerialize." explained Luffy before wetting his arms with the water Barrel he had on his back and punching Crocodile back into the ground.
"Take that Desert Spada." said Crocodile sending a wave of sand at Luffy who simply let it fly past him.
"Water gun! " said Luffy spraying Crocodile with water before kicking him in the side sending him flying in the wall.
"That's it I will show you the true power of sand. Ground Secco! " said Crocodile as he put his left hand on the ground.
"The grass is dying?!" said Luffy seeing he grass turned yellow.
"The power of sand is to dry anything, Ground Death! " said Crocodile turning the ground into sand.
"Now die Desert Girasole! " said Mr. 0 as he tried to bury Luffy alive.
'Shit quicksand! Shit my water barrel! ' thought Luffy as him and his water barrel were swallowed by the quicksand.
Crocodile sighed and left the palace to follow Nico Robin as he thought to be finally free of Luffy.
The ground shook and Luffy erupted from the sand he was buried in, having be forced to use his power to free himself.
The pirate captain chased after Crocodile to finish this for good.
With Johnny and Yosaku.
Zoro's two students had followed Mr. 7 and Miss Father's day to the clock tower where a hug canon was hidden.
Their eyes widening in horror at the thought of such a big canon firing in the city, the two swordsmen decided to deal with the weird duo before dealing with the canon.
"Hey you toad! Yeah I am talking to you woman! " shouted Johnny drawing the duo attention on him white Yosaku sneaked pass them to attack them from behind.
"Ohohohohoh What are you doing here pirate, Mr. 0's plan won't be disturbed by the like of you Yellon Gun ready! " said Mr. 7 as he drew his gun on Johnny.
"Croa Croa Croa Who are you calling a toad I am a frog! Gero Gero Gun ready! " said Miss Father's day.
"How is that better Junkan Striku! " said Yosaku spinning on himself with his sword drawn cutting Mr. 7 and Miss Father's day in one move.
As soon as the two laid defeated the clock opened showing the city, the canon pointed at the city.
Looking inside the canon Johnny saw a time bomb inside the canon cursing loudly he tried to guess what to do.
Yosaku looking through the opened clock saw the rest of his crew below, to warn them he threw the unconscious bodies of their opponents below.
It worked as all of them looked up and saw Yosaku waving at them.
They went up and after Yosaku got beat up for his act, they saw the time bomb too.
Usopp signaled the location of the bomb to Pell who using his Zoan power flew the bomb outside the country over the sea where he dropped it.
He just came back when the bomb blew up.
With Makino, Robin, The king, Crocodile and Luffy.
Makino and Robin didn't have time to talk since as soon as they reached the tomb and Makino revealed herself Crocodile arrived, demanding answers.
When they weren't to his liking he went to kill Robin, just as he was about to cut her up he was punched in the jaw tremendously hard by an enraged Luffy whose fist glowed with his Gura Gura no mi powers.
"You!? What does he take to kill you?!" roared a furious Crocodile.
"Something you will never have. Skill." replied Luffy enraging Crocodile who went ballistic and unleashed his full power inside the tomb.
"You have no water so what will you use to hit me?" wondered Crocodile while a small sand storm started inside the tomb.
"Gura no kanazuchi! " said Luffy as he slammed his joined hands on the Shichibukai's head which stunned the latter.
Everybody but Crocodile who was lost in his fury noticed that Luffy's hand were wet with blood.
"Gura no Stamp! " said Luffy as he slammed a Gura kick in Crocodile stomach after which the Shichibukai coughed blood, his organs having be greatly damaged.
But Luffy wasn't done as he threw one last attack at his foe.
"Gura no Arashi! " roared Luffy as he threw punches after punches on his opponent sending Crocodile's unconscious and broken body flying in the Poneglyph.
Luffy then threw Robin over his right shoulder, the king over his left and dragged Crocodile's body with his right hand, with his head ordered Makino to follow him.
Exiting the tomb just as it fell apart, the two pirates went to the town square where the battles stopped since it started raining, and where the marine where trying to arrest the tired and hurt straw hat pirate.
Marching toward Tashigi Luffy threw Crocodile's Broken Body at her saying "You better got tighter leash for your government dogs or I'll send their broken bodies to your Gorosei Personally." warned Luffy.
Seeing the damage done to Crocodile, the marines quickly left the town square to contact their Headquarters.
The Battles over and the king saved all the straw hats saved those that didn't fight very hard let their exhaustion catch up to them and fell asleep in the middle of the town square.
