KitCat here! Yay, another chapter! And this one is shorter than the last. See I'm trying to make it better… as I said, trying, probably with no success. Ok just read it, this is the explanation part. Not the minor questions, that's not the next one but the one after that. The next one explains only one of the riddles while the one after explains the others. Ok, just read it.

Ok, I still can't find that line break, so if anyone knows where it is, telling me would be great. I didn't mean for that to rhyme, it was an accident, so in time. Now read on, if there are any mistakes, let me adjust, goodbye for now, from Doctor Legolas.

Seriously, that was an accident.

Chapter 11- Mirror, Mirror on the wall

Doctors POV:

I was staring at the mirror trying to guess on my own what it meant. All of this, Bella's secrets and everything has something to do with Jenny and my tenth regeneration. I try and think of everything that doesn't make sense about her: the dreams, the times when she says something only my 10th would know, I know this one is weird but she smells funny, her ability to "guess" what I'm thinking. Could it be that Bella is part me? But that would make her part time lady, and I would know if she was. One, by the smell. But then what would this have to do with Jenny? Could it be saying that she is like her, part time lady and therefore I should treat her like a daughter?

Bella was sitting on the floor pulling out some strands of hair and examining them.

'You going to help? Or explain like you're supposed to.' She drops a strand onto the ground and doesn't even look up.

'My hair disappears when it touches the ground.' Don't care! I want to go back to the real world.

'Bella!' she then pulls a face at me.

'You need something to occupy yourself when you are working on something. Well I am working on what to say while fiddling with my hair. Am I allowed to think?' yes, I need something going on in the background when I work. And apparently she does too, just like me. Could it be that she has something to do with Jenny?

Then it hits me. That's my previous regeneration. Bella knows what regeneration is and I don't remember telling her, but thinking about it, I have a good memory and would remember telling her. But that in the mirror is what I used to look like. I regenerated. No. It's stupid. Not to mention impossible. Jenny died, I held her while she died. No, it just… no.

'Bella, explain now.' she then sighs and lies down.

'No, now!'

'Oh come on give me a minute.'

'I gave you ten minutes to sit and think.' She sits up and frowns at me.

'First I have to buck up the courage so I can tell you. God this isn't the easiest thing to do in the universe. You don't get how hard it is for me.' Sometimes, she still confused me with her Australian accent and slang words.

'Of course I don't know, you haven't told me yet.'

'Ok… I. I suffered from amnesia so I might get some bits wrong… On Messaline, Jenny, you daughter got shot and died. She had two hearts like a time lord but she didn't regenerate.' I know all this of course but I didn't want to say anything.

'The source. This is what the people at Torchwood believe when they did some research. Some of the gases from the source got into Jenny's lungs, bloodstream whatever. And when she died, the gases healed her and they made her come back alive. Then, she left the planet and went exploring the stars. Who knows how long it lasted… the traveling that is. Only she did. But one day her ship was damaged and she crashed on a planet. She was hurt badly and suffered from amnesia.' Wait a minute. If… Bella suffered from amnesia and so did Jenny, could one my theories be right?

'The people from Torchwood found her and they didn't know who she was and neither did she. So they did a blood test to find out. As it turns out, she was the Doctors daughter. But she had a problem, she couldn't regenerate. So they tried to piece together her memory again of the Doctor and apparently it helped a lot. Also, it just so happens that while clearing out the Naismith mansion, the last known place the Doctor was, they found some of his blood. And, it turned out there was enough to get together a batch of some sort. There was a lot of experimenting with only little bits of blood so none was wasted, but they got there in the end. Torchwood invented a serum that once injected, would give Jenny the ability to regenerate.' Bella paused trying to figure out what to say next. I found it odd she was talking about me in third person, but if it helped her, I'm not complaining. The way she explains it though is so simple, I love it.

'What they wanted to do was find the Doctor so that she could travel with him, but they didn't know how to find him. So they had an idea. They would give her the serum and then make a Ganger so she could be. Wait… they wanted to preserve her so that she would be safe when the doctor found her. So before they put her in the machine they gave her the serum, but when she regenerated. Oh yeah, the serum caused her to regenerate. She was like, they said about eight years old. So it meant she would be in the machine for a long time. They set up some default stuff though, because she would be going back to a different time zone. And they had to be careful of other stuff like invasions. They wanted to make sure she was safe or the ganger didn't die. They wanted her to have a normal life. What they planned was that they would find a time when the Doctor was by himself and then send out a signal so he could find Jenny. However, just before going into the machine, or it was sometime during the transfer thingy where the body and mind were in two different time streams, Jenny had another amnesia attack. Don't ask me why, she just did, and everything was forgotten. Torchwood realised this early on and so they just let her live an ordinary life until the Doctor was found. But there was one more thing Jenny wanted to do. She wanted to change her name when she was on Earth. No reason, just the fun of it.' Just then the mirror started glowing a sky blue and it seemed that the glass had gone, and all that was left was some passageway. We were nearly there; we were nearly back on the real world.

We were both standing in front of the mirror now wondering if it was safe to go in. if that's what we were meant to do. But then, it seemed the only way out.

'Let me guess.' I say to her.

'She changed her name to Bella.' And all she does is nod. I then give her a hug and a silent tear falls. This must have been the second time I've cried because I was happy. I'm never going to lose her again. Then, I dare to say the word that makes… nearly everything make sense.

'Dear daughter.' Turning back to the mirror I sigh, ready for the final challenge.

'Geronimo.' I say.

'Allonsy.' She says in reply. Then we step into the magical doorway to wherever in the universe, maybe even Candy Mountain! Wow, where is Charlie the Unicorn coming from? But, it seemed like noting interesting was going to happen, because I was standing in total darkness by myself. But seriously though, I have been traveling with Jenny, my daughter for a month and never guessed. That degrades my awesome dad stats by a lot.

oOo

I bet you didn't see that coming *insert sarcastic voice*. So yay, Bella was Jenny all along. I will explain it to you now but I get there in later chapters. Jenny didn't tell the Doctor right away because she wanted to do an experiment. She wanted to see if he would treat her differently before and after she told him. So there is still a bit of waiting to do until you find that out because she hasn't gone anywhere with the Doctor knowing yet. So… the big explanation DONE! *Insert happy face*. Good-bye.
