Natsu's POV

As I watched that bastards body fade away a small smile crept its way onto my face, However something in the back of my mind told me that this was far from over.

"Natsu! What have you done!? You killed him!" Erza yelled from behind me and I sighed

"I ended my two years of torture" I said coldly before turning around and began walking towards the rest of the group

As I walked closer and closer to them I could feel myself becoming dizzier and dizzier due to the wound on my stomach, yet I didn't let it show. I had been weak for too long and I wasn't going to let a simple stab wound stop me from carrying on.

As I reached Mira she placed her hand on my shoulder and it felt as if my skin was melting "Gah!" I screamed as I began to feel pain like I'd never felt before.

"Natsu!" I heard a few people yell but it was muffled due to the blood pumping in my ears.

This is it Natsu! Everything You and I worked for, It's finally complete! I heard Eric's Voice say darkly inside my head

"I-I'm fine" I half muttered as the searing pain began to subside

Tread carefully Natsu Dragneel, You may be able to subdue it right now but very soon...You will kill all of your friends I heard Eric say which sent a chill down my spine

It wasn't long before the pain coursing through my body stopped and I could see clearly again and when I looked up I could see everyone staring down at me

"Take it easy Natsu. You're wounded" Erza said while inspecting my stomach.

However from the look on her face I could tell my injury was serious but instead of sitting around doing absolutely nothing I coated my hand in flames and held it over the wound in order to seal it up.

I grunted as I felt the wound slowly closing and after a few seconds I moved my hand and looked down to see the wound was completely sealed

"That should do until we get back to the guild" I said before standing up and walking forward slightly with the rest of the group.

However as we began to leave a new scent suddenly appeared and I was on high alert. I sent a blast of fire in the scents direction only to see nothing there.

I'm probably imagining things I though to myself before the group and I made our way towards the train station.

3rd Persons POV

"My my it seems as if is nearly ready for the next phase" A cloaked figure whilst staring down at the group of Mages from a nearby Mountain.

"Oh please. You still can't be going on about that brat can you?" A feminine voice said from behind the cloaked figure.

The woman had two curled horns on her head, a black patch covering her right eye that continued to her left wore a long black cloak and bandages which covered most of her torso and a pair of underwear underneath, on her arms she wore light coloured arm bands and black gloves covering her also wore black knee guards and black high-top boots.

"Minerva...From the way you speak, my guess is that you and have had past encounters?" The figure said whilst standing up.

"Please, that annoying brat couldn't possibly be 'him' can he?" Minerva snapped as her magic began to spiral out of control

"Calm yourself before you draw attention to us" The figure snapped however Minerva only smirked

"Like that brat can see us from up here" She sneered

However as she looked down the mountain to where the group of Fairy Tail mages were standing she froze in shock as a small orb of fire rocketed past her face. Recovering from her shock she drew her attention to where the fire had been shot from but she wasn't expecting to see a pissed off Natsu Dragneel staring directly at her

"My my. It seems as if we are truly underestimating this one...I will need to inform the master" The figure said before moving away from the mountain top

"I would advise you to keep your distance from the boy Minerva, his power is growing and it will become unstable...And when it does, You will want to be as far away as possible" The figure said before snapping his fingers and vanishing into thin air.

"Hmph I don't see whats special about him" Minerva sneered before strutting away

Natsu's POV

As I stared out of the window of the moving train I couldn't help but think about the final words said by Eric as I killed him, I kept playing them over and over in my mind.

Tartaros the gates of hell, also the name of the worst dark guild in existence. Multiple counts of genocide by their lackeys and all identities of their members unknown.

If they're making a move then I need to prepare I thought to myself.

As I continued to watch the fields pass by my ears twitched slightly as I heard my compartment door being opened. "Natsu are you awake?" Came Miras voice and I simply nodded

"How are you feeling?" She asked as she sat down in front of me.

"I've been better" I joked. It was then that the smell of salt hit my nose and I looked at Mira to see tears stains down her face.

"Mira is everyth-" Before I could even finish my sentence Mira launched forward and pulled me into a tight hug and I could hear her choked sobs being muffled by my shirt.

"Y-You I-diot!" She half screamed and a feeling of guilt washed over me

"Did you even think about us! How everyone in the guild would feel? How I'd feel?! " She yelled and I lowered my head slightly.

"I'm sorry Mira, but I had to do it" I said simply and she hit me on the shoulder

"And what if you had died?! What then?! " She said through choked sobs.

I moved my head slightly so that I could look her in the eyes. Her eyes were red and puffy and she had tears drops running down her face as she tried to stop herself from crying.

I placed my hand on her chin and used my thumb to wipe the tears from her face "I know. It was stupid of me and I'm sorry, I didn't think about how anyone else would feel...I truly am sorry" I said before I moved closer before pulling her into a kiss.

As we broke apart a smile spread across my lips and Mira looked at me in confusion "what's funny?" She asked

"Nothing...Just still getting used to this" I stated and she too began to smile.

"Idiot" She mumbled playfully before nuzzling into my neck

"We should get some sleep. We still have a few hours before we arrive in Magnolia" I said and I could feel Mira nod slightly

"I love you Natsu" She said and my face instantly went red

"And I love you" I said before resting my head against hers and closing my eyes
