AN:/ I am so sorry guys! I didn't mean to not post in so long I just got caught up in school and speech and other highschool drama i won't get into but yeah IM BACK!

3rd POV

Jace awoke to strong arms around his waist and a warm body pressed against his back. He smiled to himself as he cuddled a little close, not realizing that Alec was awake.

"Good morning, sleepy head" Alec whispered into his ear. Jace smiled and rolled over, facing Alec. Alec smiled softly at him, pushing Jace's hair behind his ear. Jace closed his eyes and leaned into the touch.

"How are you feeling?" Alec asked softly. Jace's face fell, remembering everything that had happened. He tried to block it all out, and chose not to answer the question, and shook his head slightly instead.

"What time is it?" Jace asked, burying his face in Alec's neck and kissing it gently. Alec smiled.

"It's 6:30 babe." Alec answered, pulling JAce closer to him.

"At night?" Jace questioned.

"No, morning." Alec replied, kissing Jace's temple.

"Why the hell are you up so early?" Jace asked grumpily, causing Alec to laugh a little.

"I always get up around this time. It's like I have a personal alarm clock. Can't sleep past 6 am."
"That's stupid as fuck." Jace said.

"Yeah well so are drugs." Alec said, before realising what he said. Jace pulled away from Alec and sat up, staring at him. Alec stared back, his eyes wide.

"Jace.." Alec began.

"Why would you say that?" Jace whispered, the hurt evident in his voice.

"Jace, I didn't mean it like that. I promise." Alec pleaded, but Jace only stared down at him. They stared at each other for a couple beats before Jace began to get up.

"No. Jace, baby, please. I didn't mean it like that." Alec pleaded once again, taking Jace's hand and trying to pull him back. Jace stared at him again, tears apparent in his eyes. Alec knew he fucked up. Alec got up and hugged Jace to him.

"I'm so sorry, Jace. I wasn't thinking. Please stay." Jace slowly wrapped his arms around Alec and hugged back, burying himself into Alec.

"It's ok." Jace finally said, after a long pause. Alec sighed in relief'

"I love you so much." Alec whispered into Jace's ear.

"I love you too." Jace said back. Alec laid them back down on the bed pulling Jace back into him. Jace cuddles into Alec and looked down at his wrist sadly. Alec watched Jace's emotions cross his face. Alec finally lifted JAce's chin to look him in the eyes.

"Don't think about it, ok? It's in the past." Alec said, staring Jace dead in the eyes.

"I'm just afraid i'm going to do it again." Jace whispered, fright evident in his voice.

"You won't. I won't let you." ALec said.

"What..?" JAce asked. Alec laced his and Jace's fingers together and leaned his forehead against Jace's.

"I want you to promise me something.' Alec whispered.

"What is it?" Jace asked nervously.

"I want you to promise me, that if you even think about cutting again, you come to me, and you do it to me." Alec said staring into Jace's eyes, complete seriousness in both his eyes and the tone of his voice. Jace stared at Alec in confusion, bafflement, and finally horror.

"No! I will never do that!" Jace said firmly.

"If you can't do it to me. The you can't do it to yourself." ALec said calmly. Jace cupped Alec's face.

"I love you too much to hurt oyu like that." Jace said, tears once again threatening to fall again.

"Why cant you love yourself that much?" Alec asked in a whisper. JAce didn't know what to say to this. he just rested his forehead against Alec's once again and closed his eyes. After a moment of silence Jace finally opened his eyes to look into Alec's to see he was already looking.

"Okay." Jace said, defeatedly. "Okay."
