you know what? I must thank you guys. you have provided me with a source of constant turmoil and endless nights of unrest. but on the other hand you have also given me entertainment once my minecraft minutes are up. so i guess it kinda balences out... hmm because of the way the last chapter ended (not the flashback part. (XD you probably hate me for that!))im thinking about making this a may POV chapter but of course as i did last time i will fail and seem like a sexist and then lose all my reader thus my self esteem and the my happiness i will fall into a HUGE depression and snap my laptop in half, burn all my money, (all $11.25 of it) smash anything smable in sight, then jump off of a cliff. but knowing my luck i would land on a (warp point here.) very stretchy trampoline with a deep pit under it and i would survive. then id have to walk ALL THE WAY BACK UP THE CLIFF and jump off again in a differant place where there will be another (go to warp point.) of course you all know this is a wort (very) case senario... so heck to the risks (im stupid in that way.) and lets do the POV! (im doomed.)

Disclaimer: just like everyone else I dont own pokemon. oh wait yes I do, you know im just the multi-millionare owner of pokemon so I just sit here on my tiny little laptop typing away instead of making my epic(ish) story real. no im just kidding I dont own pokemon and never will.

dddeeonacef(if this shows up ima cuss. im supposed to remove all of these and replace them with lines. these just remind me where to put the line.)

I heard ash and (never mind its already too hard!) turned to his voice (after six seconds (give or take) of deep thinking i decided to write POV anyway!) the impact of the chunk of concrete made it hard to breath and even harder to move. in fact it was well nigh impossible to move anything but my legs. ash ran over and inspected the block. he first tried lifting it up, that idea was quickly abandoned, he then tried pushing it off of me. it started to work but he coulden't get it more then three inches over, and that wasn't enough. ash gave up and slumped down head between his knees. I was starting to panic, the cement seemed to get heavier and heavier as time went on. the light from the crack in the wall was petering out. "I dont know why but ive never been outside at night..." i wheased. ash looked looked up, his brown eyes seemed bigger the normal. "yea," he said smiling, "ive only been out there once." I looked up with interest, anything to take my mind off the slab on my chest was welcome. "go on." i prodded him. "it was awful." "why?" "you will know soon." an unearthly screech that made my blood run cold came from out side. "there it is," ash said. suddenly there were more screeches, screams, howls, and other rather disturbing sounds filling the air. I glanced over at ash, he seemed as unsettled as i was. that fact alone made me afraid, ash always seemed so on top of things, in charge, you could put him against an army and he wouldet flinch. but now, in this bombed out shell of a room, his eyes betrayed his fear. "ash?" i whispered afraid whatever was out there would here me, "what's making those noises?" "y-you dont want to kno-" just as he was answering the was a scratching at the wall, more holws and screeches, then the scraping became louder and ambiant. we both looked up at the crack in the wall. suddenly to my right, a brick fell from the wall, about two feet from my face. Curiously, and somwhat fearfully, i glanced out the hole. nothing seemed out of the ordanairy. Out of no where an enormas eye, bigger then a brick, appeared at the gap. as can be expected of a 13 year old girl: i screamed, loudly. a fat lot of help the screaming was. I was still under a chunk of cement. I was still in danger of a heart attack from fear. I was still an easy target for the creature that was looking in if it decided to reach in. I was still in a small room with somone i barly knew who could kill me at any time and blame it on the cement hunk. I was still- yea you get the point. but despite its uselesness, i continued screaming. I was so busy screaming i didnt notice that ash had rammed the brick back into place and was bracing it there by leaning against it. once i noticed that i quelled my screaming and now was only slightly wimpering with my eyes shut firmly. "i would ordanarily suggest you move,' ash panted, "but that seems useless in this circumstance." i opened my eyes and looked at him. Thats when i saw it, it was the first time i ever saw it: his smile. it was a slight gesture, barly noticeable, but to me it was like sunshine after a week long storm. there was just somthing about his smile, it gave me confidece. that is untill the monster behind the brick decided he REALLY wanted to look at me again. ash was thrown away from the wall, a portion of the wall followed him. i saw both of its eyes at one time, they were hypnotic, yet gave you the chills at the same time. it reached in with its three clawed hand when a rock hit it in the eye. growling, it leered at the thrower, ash. ash picked up a dictionary from the desk and, with great effort, lobbed it at the ghostly figure outside the room. the large book struck its mark, angering the creature even further. ash jumped in front of me in a defencive stance. the monster reached for him and he ducked behind the slab of concreat that pinned me down. my hero. then just as the claw was at my face, ash pushed the concrete towerd the monster's arm. it was enough, the monster grabbed the the chunk and lifted it off effectivly. ash grabbed my hand and whispered "run." (comment if you understand the referance.) with that little bit of cheesy whovian insperation we ran to the back corner. the ghost outside seemed content to have sucessfully hunted a rock. "what was that?" i asked him. "that was a haunter." he replied. "whats a haunter?" i asked feeling as though i should know this. "a haunter is a pokemon." thats the special thing about ash. even though its obvious you should know somthing that you dont he dosnt make you feel the least bit bad about it. "oh ok a poke-" i started, but stopped abbruply to stare at him, "pokemon went exstinct hundreds of years ago, everyone knows that." ash seemed hurt by this. "may just because you cant see somthing dosnt mean its not there. pokemon exist. i should know, one killed my parents." i didnt know what to say. there wasnt really anything to say. "I-Im sorry about your parents." i studdered akwardly. "its fine. i was only 10 when it happened. you look tiered. why dont you try to get some sleep? its already 1:00 am." he said looking at his watch. i tryed to get as comfortable as i could on this pile of rubble, it wasnt very easy thanks to the many pointy edges and the 40 degree temperature. i shivered as i lay there half asleep in the fetus position to perserve heat. as much as i tried i couldent stay warm, that is untill i felt somthing warm to my left and snuggled up to it. because i was half asleep i didnt reaize what that sorce of warmth was untill he wrapped his arms around me cradling me in a comfortable, warm, enjoyable rest.
