Getting Some Exercise

Tucker shivered as the cold wind blew past him. He hugged his body tightly in an attempt to keep warm. Leaves skittered across the pavement and he scowled in annoyance. "Where are they?"

He was standing on the cement steps leading to the front doors of Casper High, waiting for Danny and Sam to meet him. He was now the only one outside, and he thought wistfully of the heated classroom waiting for him. Tucker wrapped his red scarf more securely around his neck and scanned the sidewalk once more for his friends.

"Finally!" he cried when he spotted two familiar figures jogging towards him.

Sam and Danny panted as they halted in front of him. "Sorry, Tuck," wheezed Sam. "Danny took forever!"

Danny frowned. "It's not my fault I couldn't find my gloves."

Sam rolled her eyes. "They belong in your coat pocket, not underneath your bed."

"If you lovebirds are done-"

"We're not lovebirds!" the two snapped.

"-then I have a dare for you," continued Tucker, ignoring their annoyed expressions at his remark. "I dare you two to run around the school in your underwear during Lancer's class."

Sam gaped at him. "You're not serious?"

Tucker pointed at his numb face, which bore a serious expression. "Does this look like a joking face to you?"

Sam shook her head madly. "No way. I use a chicken. I refuse to be humiliated with this indecency."

Danny bit his lip. He knew he would never hear the end of this if he did it, but he would also be in the lead. It was too much to pass up.

"I'll see you two after Lancer's class," he grumbled.

Tucker cheered. "This is going to be great!"

Much to Danny's dismay, English arrived quickly. Leaving his friends at their lockers, he stalked to the bathroom and slipped into a stall. "I can't believe I'm doing this," he whispered as he removed his clothes.

"Danny?"

"In here," he called.

"I thought I could take your clothes for you. So no one steals them."

"How considerate," said Danny sarcastically. He shoved his clothes underneath the stall door and Tucker shoved them into his green backpack.

Danny stepped out of the stall, wearing nothing but his blue cotton boxers. "It's freezing," he hissed.

"Just wait until you get outside."

"You are so dead," threatened Danny before going intangible and slipping through the wall to get outside.

Tucker grinned. "This is gonna be hilarious."

The techgeek raced to the English room and took his seat. Sam glared at him. "This is cruel."

"He didn't have to do it," replied Tucker. "And come on. You know you wanna see Danny in his boxers."

"I do not!" Sam blushed and turned away from her smirking friend.

The bell rang and Lancer did a quick head-count. He frowned when he noticed the empty seat that Daniel usually occupied...when he bothered to show up, that is.

He was about to ask Samantha the whereabouts of her friend when Tucker started whooping loudly. Confused, he turned his gaze to the window and closed his eyes as he saw a crimson Danny tearing across the school yard wearing nothing but his boxers.

Dash laughed loudly. "I wonder who forced Fenton to do this."

Sam found herself hypnotized by Danny's faint muscles. When she spotted Tucker staring smugly at her, she quickly looked away.

Lancer rubbed the space between his eyes and took a deep breath. "Mr. Foley..."

Tucker held up his backpack. "I stole Danny's clothes in gym class and locked him in the change room. He must have slipped out the window. Didn't think he'd have the guts to do it."

Sam raised an eyebrow. Tucker shrugged. It was a believable excuse. The three them did have gym last period.

Dash leaned over and held his palm open for a high-five, which Tucker accepted with a surprised expression. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but nice one Foley!" he praised.

A knocking suddenly sounded from the window. Danny was pounding on the glass, a scowl on his red face. Tucker jogged over and opened the screen up, letting in a blast of chilly air. Danny hopped from foot to foot, a mix of purple and red and he was shivering. He snatched the backpack from Tucker without a word and hightailed it to the bathroom.

Tucker closed the window and casually made his way back to his seat, avoiding Lancer's glare.

"Detention. After school, Mr. Foley."

Tucker propped his feet on his desk and smiled. "Totally worth it," he whispered to Sam, who only rolled her eyes in response.
