HAPPY EASTER! To celebrate here is a new chapter of Even If She Can't See Me! LOVE YOU BUNNY! Before we start (And don't kill me I know I'm hyping it up way to much I'm just super proud of it) My RotBTG fan fiction is up! It's called The Chosen Ones! I would love it if you'd check it out! (As I said I'm super proud of it and just want the world to love it as much as I do! I promise I don't normally do this when I write a story!) Okay Onwards!

When the golden light dimmed Pitch and Gothel found themselves alone and completely outmatched. Bunny tapped his foot on the stone and two giant egg like creatures hopped out of the ground, ready to attack when needed.

"It's over Pitch." Jack said, his eyes softening for the first time in a day or so.

"It'll never be over!" Pitch growled. "Never! Mark my words, you and Rapunzel will pay, Frost!"

The Guardians chuckled a bit arrogantly.

"In case you haven't noticed yet mate, we always win. We always will be here to protect the world. And each other." He looked at Rapunzel and gave a small smile.

Pitch and Gothel cowered, to them the Guardians had grown in size, they could feel the energy crackling out of Jack's staff, they felt their fears growing and that could only mean one thing..

Whinnies echoed off the stonewalls. "NO!" Gothel screamed as the Nightmare started charging them "You promised! You promised me I'd get her back! You promised me!" She yelled at Pitch as they overtook her.

Her scream of "YOU PROMISED!" Echoed around the Guardians as she was carried into the darkness.

Rapunzel, even though she knew she shouldn't cry over that woman, felt tears coming to her eyes. That woman had raised her and even with the wrongs she had done some part of Rapunzel would always love her.

"PUNZIE!" Jack swept the girl off her feet, flying into the air before setting her back on the ground. "How did you do that? That was amazing! You saved us!"

"I found my center." She said simply, eyeing North gratefully.

"Which is?" North prompted as curious at the rest of the Guardians.

"Change. I'm the Guardian of change."

'She would be the last Guardian the children ever believe in.' Jack thought. 'If they ever believe in her, they might not. But if they do she will lead them from childhood into adulthood.' He looked at the childlike girl proudly. 'She might just have the most important job out of all of us.'

"Anyone want to explain to me what the HELL a Guardian is?" Flynn asked walking up to stand beside Rapunzel.

Chuckling Tooth came around and gave him the short version of the definition.

"So you're immortal?" Flynn asked a little sadly to Tooth and Rapunzel.

"Yes."

"Looks like it."

Flynn looked at the floor, just his luck to start to have feelings for two girls both of which would outlive him.

"Plus." Jack added flashing Flynn a snow-white grin "This ones taken." He pulled Rapunzel close to him.

"I am?" Rapunzel questioned "I- "

Whatever she was going to say was cut off when Jack pressed his lips against hers. The kiss continued until one of the Guardians cleared their throat awkwardly,

"I think we get the point mate." Bunny tried to sound annoyed but he was smiling for his friend.

The thief just continued staring at the ground until Tooth flitted to his side and gave him a small kiss on the cheek. He gasped and looked up, Tooth just winked.

Evelyn chose this moment to stop oooing and ahhing over her new found daughters happiness and stepped in.

"Rapunzel?" She said a little tentatively

"Mother!" Rapunzel cried breaking away from Jacks hold and flying into her Mothers open arms.

"Oh my baby." Queen Evelyn started crying into her daughters shoulder. "Oh! I missed you, your father missed you, and oh Rapunzel we never gave up hope that you would return."

Rapunzel was too overwhelmed to say much of anything but she started crying too.

All the Guardians took a trip to Corona. There to celebrate the lost princesses return thousands of lanterns were released into the sky.

"Come on, come on!" Rapunzel jumped into one of the small rowboats that they had all rented for the occasion.

"I'm coming Punzie." Jack laughed; he had had to fly to catch up to Rapunzel who had not wanted to wait for anyone before paddling out to the middle of the bay.

Jack made it to the boat just as the first lantern lit the sky. Punzie gasped.

"Oh Jack." She said hugging the Winter Spirit. "It's beautiful." And together they watched as her dream come true.

In the next boat over Tooth rested her head on Flynn's shoulder.

"It's so pretty." The fairy commented, as they watched the lanterns shine against the inky sky.

"Yeah, I guess it is." Flynn agreed. But he wasn't looking at the lanterns. His eyes were fixed on the fairy in his arms.

All the Guardians could agree, this was a perfect night, the first of many to come.

The end! Short little fluffy ending! Thank you all for coming with me on this journey!
