"Ok. What did you find?" Hotch asked the group as they gathered around the office after returning from conducting the interviews and visiting the crimes scenes.

Rossi and Wolsky decided they would go first and share their findings.

Rossi began by saying. "Wolsky and I interviewed Luis Ramirez and Samuel Gunther.
Luis Ramirez, 35 was married to Javier Ramirez, also 35. Both are attorneys and they were married for two years. Javier Ramirez was found in an alley on Jefferson Davis Drive. According to Luis they had dinner every Saturday at Monti's Steak House. Javier Ramirez was found early Tuesday morning. He had the day off on Monday and was taking the day to run errands. Luis said Javier called him at around 5:30 Monday evening to inquire what he wanted for dinner. Javier was headed to the market to pick up groceries. That was the last time Luis spoke to Javier. He said chances are that if he did make it to the market, he would have gone to Harris Teeter's."

"We'll get Garcia to see if she can access the security footage from Harris Teeter around the time he spoke to Luis Ramirez." Hotch said.

"According to Luis Ramirez, he had not seen anyone suspicious hanging around or acting threatening. In their line of work of course they make enemies, but as far as he knows Javier had not received any threats." Rossi continued. "But then again, he said Javier probably would not have said anything because he wouldn't want him to him to worry. He said that's the type of person he was. Would try to handle things on his own so people wouldn't worry."

"Sound familiar." JJ snorted. They all laughed thinking that described exactly how Reid is when it comes to handling problems.

Wolsky continued. "We then interviewed Samuel Gunther, 29, Real Estate Agent. His partner was Jacob Sanderson, 27, unemployed. Sanderson was found in an alley on Euclid Street. They had dinner at Sushi Palace to celebrate Sanderson getting a job at an IT firm. According to Mr. Gunther, while they were dining, there were three diners at the table next to them making 'not so nice' comments."

"What kind of comments?" Prentiss asked.

"Things like it's an abomination and relationships are meant to be between a man and woman. Things like that. He said they tuned them out after a while. The three ended up leaving. Mr. Gunther said that when they got home, Jacob Sanderson realized they were out of coffee. He needed coffee to start his morning on his first day of work. He left to buy coffee and never came back. Mr. Gunther kept calling him all night, but of course, there was no answer. He said he called the police, but unfortunately because he was only missing for a few hours we could not do a anything. Gunther was contacted at 3:00 Monday morning. Sanderson never got a chance to start his new job." Wolsky said sadly.

"Ok, so far we have three of the victims who were out having dinner prior to their attack. Could it be possible that the unsubs are finding their victims at restaurants? Did Gunther say if they frequent Sushi Palace." Will inquired.

"Yes, they did. They ate there at least a few times a month." Rossi responded.

"I don't think they are solely being targeted based on their dining experiences." Hotch said. "Prentiss aspeaks poke with Jack Clemons, Harry Coltrain and Luke Danforth. Jack Clemons, 37, a Business Analyst, said he and his husband Simon Clemons don't go out to dinner very often. They have a one year old daughter and didn't have much time for themselves. Simon Clemons, 34, a stay at home father, was found in an alley behind the Whole Foods Market. Jack Clemons said they spent their free time as a family either going to the park or family gatherings. He said he doesn't recall anyone acting suspicious when they go out together."

Hotch continued explaining the next interview. "Harry Coltrain, 41, Car Dealer. His partner Sam Lee, 40, Automotive Worker was found in the alley behind the Auto Shop he owned. The car dealership and the auto shop were right next to each other. That's how they met. They usually had lunch together, but barely went out to dinner. They both work late hours. So, if they were being watched it would have been at their place of business. They didn't live together. Coltrain started to worry when Lee didn't open the shop and wasn't answering his phone. He went around back to see if maybe he fell asleep in one of the garages he has behind the auto shop. That's where he found Lee and called the police."

"Elvin Meyers, 31, Nursing Student was found in an alley a block away from George Washington Hospital where he was doing his internship. We interviewed his partner Luke Danforth, 33' Chirf Operating Officer. He said they had dinner at least three times a week at Spago's, but occasionally changed it up. He doesn't recall anyone acting suspicious or negatively towards them when they were out in public. Meyers was last seen at 6:00 pm, Wednesday when his shift ended at the hospital. Danforth spoke to Meyers prior to Meyers getting off his shift since Danforth was getting off work late. Danforth found out about Meyers death when one of Meyers neighbors called him to let him know the that the police were in Meyers apartment. They didn't live together. When he showed up at Meyers apartment, the police informed hiM of what happened. Meyers didn't have any other family." Prentiss informed the group.

"Ok, JJ and Morris, what did you find out from your interview Gino Bonati and Dan Smith?" Hotch asked.

Morris started. "Gino Bonati, 37, owner of La Cucina Restaurant was married to Luigi Bonati, 36, Co-owner. Luigi Bonati was found in the alley behind the restaurant. Gino Bonati remembers three men dining at his restaurant who were making derogatory comments to a female couple sitting at a table next to theirs. He remembers them because he had to ask them to refrain from upsetting his customers and that their restaurant was an equal opportunity establishment and that he and his husband do not tolerate such attitudes. The three men were asked to leave. He said that altercation happened three days prior to Luigi's death. He said he didn't really get a good look at all of them, but he is able to describe the most out spoken of the three. Based on his description he sounds like the same man that I saw at the restaurant."

JJ continued. "Gino Bonati, along with his father found his husband's body. Gino left Luigi to lock up because he had to go pick up their three year old daughter from his parent's house. That was their routine. One of them picks up their daughter from Gino's parent's house while the other locks up the restaurant. They alternate who picks up their daughter and who locks up. The restaurant closes at 11 pm. It takes about two to two and half hours to clean up and prep for the next day, so they would get home anywhere between 1:30 am and 2:30 am. By 3 am. Gino Bonati was getting worried when Luigi had not arrived home. He called his cell phone and the restaurant and got no answer. He called his brother to watch his daughter while he went to check the restaurant. His father went with him? When they arrived, he said the front door was locked but not the door leading to the alley where they trow out the trash. That's when they found Luigi."

"There are camera's in the restaurant, but somehow they were disabled." Brian told the group.

"Dan Smith, 49, Stock Broker was married to David Smith, 42, also a Stock Broker. They've been married for three months. David Smith was found in an alley not far from where they live. They had dinner the night before at Pablo's Spanish Cuisine. Dan Smith left home at 5:00 a.m. to catch a 9:00 a.m. flight to Chicago for a conference. That was the last time he saw his spouse. He was called the following day by his boss to inform him for David's death. They worked in the same brokerage firm, but in different departments. Dan said that he did notice three men at the restaurant who seemed upset. But they seemed upset with each other, as if they were disagreeing about something. If we can get Morris with the sketch artist, then we can show it to Mr. Smith and the other's to see if it's the same man." JJ finished with what her and Brian found out from their interviews.

"Will and I interviewed Gerald Cohen and Joseph Curry. Leroy Summers, 36, Contact Analyst was found in an alley at Gallery Place. We spoke with his partner, Joseph Curry, 37, Dentist. According to Curry, he and Summers did not go out to dinner often. They, however, frequently went out to museums, parks or the movies on the weekends. During the week they stayed home after work. He was not aware of three individuals who stood out to him. He said that Summers often picked him up from work. When he was running late, Summers would wait in the waiting area until he got off." Morgan informed the group.

Will continues with the interview with Gerald Cohen. "We interviewed Gerald Cohen, 42, Accountant. His partner Marc Anderson, 40, also an Accountant was found in an alley on Cleveland Street. Mr. Cohen said he and Mr. Anderson had dinner at Joe's Bar and Grille two nights prior to his death. They did see three men having dinner at that restaurant. The men did say anything to them, but they felt uneasy with them."

"How so?" Prentiss asked.

"He said they kept staring at them the entire time they were there. They said they kept waiting to see if they were going to get up and start trouble with them, but they just paid their bill and left." Will replied.

"And Mr. Anderson was the latest victim prior to Reid. That is a really short time frame between attacks. That's two attacks in less than 24 hours. They're escalating." Hotch was thinking out loud.

"The victims are from different age groups and different social classes. It's going to be harder to narrow down victimology." Prentiss said.

Will asked. "Do we know if these three men paid in cash or with credit cards. It would be easier to find out who they are if they charged their meal."

"Well, we know they did not pay for their meal at La Cucina, since the Bonati's asked them to leave. We'll have to visit the other restaurants and ask the owner and staff if they remember three men acting suspicious and how they paid for their meals. I suspect they probably paid cash. They are very careful not to leave any evidence behind that will identify them." JJ said.

"It seems that it's always the youngest of the two that gets attacked. So we see there's a pattern. We could be looking at someone who was scorned by a younger man." Morgan pointed out.

All of a sudden Brian gasped and said. "I think I remember something. There was a hat on the table where the three men were sitting. There was a logo on back of the hat. It looked like the White House with an eye above it. I didn't see the front."

"That's good Morris. We can get Garcia to run it through the database to see what she comes up with." Hotch said.

""I think I know that logo." Wolsky said. "I've seen it before. I think it's to some kind of security company.

"Morgan call Garcia and have her start running a search on companies that have that logo." Hotch was instructing Morgan.

Just as Morgan pulled out his to call Garcia, his phone rang. "Hey Babygirl. You must be psychic, I was just about to call you. We need you to work your magic fingers and look up a logo for us. What? Slow down Garcia, I don't understand what you're trying to say." Morgan turns around and tells the group Garcia wants them to turn on the news.

Wolsky quickly turns the TV on to the local news station to find a reporter saying. "We have just been informed that there is a possible serial killer on the loose in the DC Metro area targeting gay men. According to reports nine men have been killed in the last six months. Based on one of my sources another man was attacked last night and survived. We are currently standing outside the DCPD waiting for further word on what is being done to catch this individual. Maybe last nights survivor will be able to identify the assailant. We have a reporter heading to Saint Sebastian Hospital to gather additional information. We've been advised the FBI has taken over the case and the most recent victim is an FBI Agent. At this time we do not know the identity of that FBI Agent, but hope to find out soon."

"Who the hell leaked the story. Wasn't your Captain informed to cancel the press release." Hotch yelled so loud that some of the police officers walking outside the office suddenly stopped in their tracks. He started to give out orders.

"Morgan, Prentiss, head to the hospital and make sure the staff does not give out information on Reid or his condition. We're going to need a protection detail on his room. We don't know how the unsubs will react to there being survivor. They may want to finish the job."

"We'll get a couple of uniforms to stand outside his room. I'll have them meet you at the hospital." Wolsky said getting up to go find two uniformed officer's to send to the hospital.

Hotch nodded his head. "Thank you Wolsky. Once you assigned the detail, I want you, Will, Rossi, and JJ to go the restaurants, get their security footage if they have cameras and speak to the staff about three men who fit the description we have to far. JJ call Garcia and have her run a search on that logo. You guys may also want to ask if that logo seems familiar to the restaurant owners. If the logo is to a security company, that may be how the footage to Bonati's restaurant was disabled. Call me in two hours and let me know your progress. Morris your with me. I need to have a word with your Captain."
