I! LOVE! YOU! GUYS!

Iggy POV

I threw open the front door and kicked off my shoes, I was in a perfectly perfect mood; I've missed my Maxie. "Gooooood Morning Fang," I sang. (HA RHYMED)

"You're certainly chipper." Fang mused, his voice came from the couch where I knew he had his feet up on the coffee table with his shirt off while watching CSI. "Where were you?"

"I went and shared a dish best served cold with Max."

"Revenge? Against who?" He turned toward me and I plopped onto the couch.

"Revenge? You are a fighter at heart, but alas we only shared ice cream and gossiped." I put my hands behind my head and mimicked his pose and I felt his eyes widen with the mention of Max.

"Max? That's cool like what did y'all talk about?" He attempted to be nonchalant to the point where I actually laughed out loud.

"Why do people think you're so sly and sneaky? However you are correct in assuming we were discussing you."

"What did she say? Is she not going to talk to me again? Is she afraid of me? Did I mess everything up?" He sat up and put his elbows on his knees and ran his fingers through his hair, "I feel insane."

Worse than feared. I patted his back gently, "There, there Fangy. I won't tell you what she said, because best friend code of conduct, but I am full heartedly, no forcing you, to ask Maximum on a date."

"Even worse. How can I? I don't talk to girls."

"Good thing you are incredibly sexy and girls think your two words an hour and smirk is a new kind of love language."

"I hate you."

"I wish I was kidding, it only seems to work on tall dark guys as for me I'm white without a soul and have to work hard for m'ladies." Fang sighed and went back to not speaking. "Sooo..what about this date?"

Max POV

Ella came skipping down the stairs just minutes after I had just gotten back from my impromptu outing with Iggy. "Get your swimsuit and look cute we're going swimming with Iggy and Fang!" She twirled herself around me and I stood completely still and slightly paralyzed. My breath shortened and I tried to play it cool.

"Sounds great, I'll go get ready." I quickly turned and locked myself in my room and then locked myself in my bathroom. My floor length mirror confirmed what I was worried about. Hideous. I slipped off my tee shirt saw my body for what is was. I had some curves but they didn't distract from the pudge on my stomach. My thighs didn't touch but they were close. I grabbed my makeup bag and started to conceal the fresh cuts with a pound of foundation and trying to blend it in to look natural. It was a pool so I also pulled on all my bracelets my everyday precaution. I wiped away my frustrated tears when I heard Ella knock on the door.

"What swimsuit should I wear?! Open up!"

"I'll be out in a minute!" I sigh and go to my drawer and tie on my only swimsuit, a simple black bikini. It sounds really skanky but it's not revealing or hoeish? Just simple. I put on my loose black tee and grabbed my sunglasses, flip flops, and took a deep breath before I opened the door. "Ready. Let's go."

"Woah woah, I know you want to see Fang's hot body but I'm not ready, some of us need prep to look pretty, while you just are. Now what swimsuit?" She held up a fringe peach top or a strapless blue and white polka dot top.

"The fringe. It's very…you." Wow most helpful sister award.

"So common white girl basically?" She looked thoughtful, "Well, you're right. Okay I'll be down in 5."

"So I will tell the guys 10 minutes?" I called up the stairs as I went to go answer the impatient knocking.

"Fancy seeing you here." Iggy quipped ironically as he brushed past me, I don't know how he is blind. Fang walked in behind Iggy and I did a light smile, which probably looked uncomfortable, not wanting to say something dumb and he just did his side smile, which was cute of course.

"Thanks for the heads up Iggy since we were together 10 minutes before I was aware of these plans."

"Sorry I know you have to make like Lissa and put on your face but you like so pretty all naturaalll." He turned on his southern drawl, oh god. For the sheer mention of Lissa I punched him in the arm, the name has been banned from my house.

"I'm going to fetch my lady who dwells up yonder." Iggy quickly swept up the stairs, using every other step.

I turned to face Fang and did my best 'play it cool.' "What were you doing this morning as Iggy and I ate our weight in ice cream?" While I was asking him, I was pulling my hair up into a top knot for the pool, and so I wouldn't awkwardly stare into his eyes.

"You know just went on a 5 mile run and like made a wheat grass smoothie." He shrugged and sat on the barstool so he was directly across from me. He must have noticed my eyes bugging out and added, "kidding, that was a joke. I ate cold pizza and watched TV."

"I actually believed you dammit. Iggy is getting to you." He smirked. Typical. (And Gorgeous) "Do you want a drink?" I turned and opened the fridge and was about to start listing off options.

"Um no, sorry I don't um drink." Fang look uncomfortable. Fang looked uncomfortable.

Had to take advantage of it and laughed out loud. Having the tables turned for once was really nice. "Fang. Water. Juice. Soda. A Drink." I snorted to try and contain my laugh, which just made it worse. Finally his thin line of a mouth that was both embarrassed and slightly angry curved into a smile and he shook his head down and kept it there. I came around behind his chair and hugged his back and all away around to his chest and laid my head down. "Please don't hate me." I was smiling when I said it and I felt his groan and he picked his head up.

"You're so genuine, wow."

"Yeah usually I speak strictly smart-ass, you must be special." I released him from my unusual bear hug and sat in the next chair. "So you think I'm an alcoholic?"

"No, I didn't." He looked at me at first seriously and then his face softened when he noticed I was kidding.

Iggy came down with his arm around Ella and twirled her once they stepped into the living room. "Ready to go gang? My complexion could use a little sun, but not to much, I love my even tone of transparent."

We all piled into a little car, some junky lemon or Fang's baby and rode it down to the fancy hotel where they have open pool hours on Sundays. Fang drove, once the car started which he argued and said it was the car's character and not just a bad engine, and so by default I was forced into the passenger seat while Iggy and Ella could be them touchy couple they are. I had the window rolled down and let my hand dangle out the side and even let my face catch the rough wind rolling through the window. Fang kept glancing over, ever so slightly, but I pretended not to notice.

Right when we reached the pool deck Iggy and Ella were gone as soon as they set their towels down in the little cabana. The pool, or should I say pools, were all oddly shaped wrapped around the whole premise of the hotel with all these nooks and crannies. Along the edge every pool was lined with palm trees and there was even a slide.

I was reluctant to take my large tee shirt off and just crossed my arms and sat of the edge of the pool, wading my feet. Fang threw his shirt on to a chair and came and stood over me. I stood up and mimicked his stance, except I was about half a foot shorter. "One sec, lemme grab something." I turned and then whipped around and shoved him in the pool. While struggling to, well, breathe I shed my own shirt and jumped in. He came up and his long hair covered his eyes and had to do a Justin Bieber flip to clear his vision. We somewhat awkwardly waded and I looked around curiously trying to spy Ella, protective sister instinct kicking in.

A huge wave of water came over my head. Dead. I submerged myself and swam behind him and grabbed his shoulders and pushed him under. He went down fairly easy surprisingly, but his hands soon grabbed my hips and I instinctively let go and Fang's arms propelled me forward, out of the water, and finally back in but in an awkward heap. I came up out of the water rubbing my temple and mind slightly out of sorts.

"Shit, shit, shit. I'm so sorry are you okay? Max how many fingers am I holding up?" He arm was wrapped around my waist and he paddled us to the corner of the pool that was in the shade. He propped me up on the poolside and now I was only a few inches taller.

"You're such a dork. I was trying to play the injured and do a sneak attack." He reached up and brushed my wild hair that had long sense fallen out of my top knot and brushed them behind my ear.

"Don't scare me like that okay?" He finally looked at me, gentle and strong. His hands still lingered on my waist from placing me above him and my hands were on his shoulders and I leaned forward and kissed him, like really kissed him.

I was forceful and his grip on me got tighter and he eagerly returned. I felt myself being lifted again as he slipped me back into the water, however he never once left my lips. My legs were wrapped around his waist and his hands moved up my back where mine went on his neck and through his hair. The cool water from the tips of his hair rolled down my face and some of the 4 feet of water washed up onto our entangled arms. He began to open his mouth slightly and I just followed in suit. His kisses weren't forced, but hungry, we both were. His tongue began to trace my lip and I pulled away but only slightly. We were both breathing heavy and he pulled one of his hands out of my hair. "I want to go slow." I breathed, our faces still only inches apart. His eyes flicked up and he held my gaze and he moved my hair out of my eyes.

"You are the most beautiful, most amazing person I've ever met." He placed his hand on the back of my head and kissed me on my forehead. "Thanks for saving me."

What DOES FANG MEAN? MAYBE THIS FAX MEANS REVIEWS? HoPEFULLY? I lOVE YOU ALL.
