I'm anxious before we even get outside. Whenever someone looks at us walking I feel as though their eyes are piercing through my skin. It feels as if they know that I am disobeying, though that wouldn't even be possible yet. I can already imagine what is going to happen when he realizes that I am gone. I'm still not sure if this is even worth what will happen to me when I come back.

"Hey, you don't have to go if you are that upset about it you know," Hikaru says from ahead of me, interrupting my thoughtsI nod before realizing that he can't see it but he chuckles to himself realizing what I have done without even asking and I smile to myself. Even though I am scared right now, there is a sense of fun from disobeying that I have never felt before that must be the feelings of friendship. Without the Host Club I would have already switched into another school or have been on even more medications. The people that I have the most to thank are Haruhi and Hikaru and before the trip ends I am determined that I will do that. I have to, because I'm sure that when I come back there will no longer be a place for at Ouran.

Before long we reach the private jet owned by the school. I'm a little nervous because I have never been on a plane before but when Hikaru points for me to get on first I get aboard without causing any problems or saying anything. When we board all the members are already there and they stand up and cheer, which makes me smile. I haven't smiled this much in so long.

"We didn't think that Hikaru would be able to convince you Hika-chan!" Honey yells excitedly.

"Yeah, even I am pretty surprised by his skill," Haruhi adds laughing. "Normally Kaoru would have to handle this kind of thing because Hikaru gets mad so easily. He is actually being really cool right now and if it weren't for the fact that this was also going to be educational and you and Hikaru hadn't won it I wouldn't be going…silly rich kids," she says drily.

I hear a snort from behind me and everyone laughs which makes me smile again.

"Be quiet so she can sit down and we can leave," Hikaru says crossly. "I want to go swimming right now!"

"Calm down Hikaru, everything is going to be alright, we aren't in any hurry, the school has pretty much given us as much time as we want," Kaoru says to Hikaru.

He nods but doesn't say anything else and as Haruhi gestures for me to sit next to her I figure he understands that we only have as much time as it takes for my Father to realize that I am gone before all hell breaks loose. It is with this thought that my phone rings. I look up the same time that Hikaru looks back and the group goes quiet so I can hear the speakers' voice. His eyes ask a question. I answer the phone.

"Otou-sama?" I ask softly.

"No it is just me, Sensei. Hikaru asked me a strange question today and I wanted to confirm it with you. He says that it is really important that nobody tells anybody outside of the school where you are and I wanted to know why. Are you running away from home Hikari? If so I am afraid that I will have to stop you and contact your family immediately. If that isn't what is happening…"

"Umm, Sensei, it's just that I want to uh…get something for them and I want it to be a surprise and show them how much I have improved since that incident on my file. Please keep it a secret that I am here. You can tell them anything else that you want that you think will keep them happy," I interrupt quickly.

"Oh I understand completely Hikari but I am not going to lie to your family. I will try to evade them in any possible way that I can without keeping any secret from them. Is that clear?"

"I understand Sensei thank you," I whisper before hanging up the phone.

Everyone looks at me in confusion and I give a feeble thumb up. I can tell they want to ask but a glare from both Hikaru and Haruhi silences them. Within minutes we are in the air. Soon we will be in Hawaii but I don't know what that will entail for this beautiful group of people. I just hope that it doesn't hurt them in any way possible.
