"Yeah he was hungry, thought we might do well with a warm shower. "Here let me see him, go ahead and get washed baby." Korra said taking her son securely in her arms, over the last week the bender found a way she could hold her son without fear of dropping him. He was tucked tightly in her arms as she talked to him sweetly.
Asami started washing her hair and rinsed it quickly. Korra moved a little closer "hey buddie, lets see how you like the water huh?" Korra asked stepping into the stream of water so it could gently pound his soft skin on his back and legs. His head was resting gently on Korra's shoulder as she rocks back and fourth with him. He smiled and cooed as the warm water dribbled down his delicate form. "awe look Sami, look at my little water bender." Korra was smiling brightly, Asami didn't think she could get the grin any wider that already there. "Hehe well least he will like to bathe. For a boy that's always a plus." Asami said and was given a slight grunt in disapproval "well I think he disagrees with you." Korra said laughing.
"On the other hand though, if he is anything like you, he will be all brain and not so much bronze." Korra said kissing her son on the side of the temple. Asami just smiled and continued her shower. They let Van enjoy the water for a few more minutes, then got out to dress for their departure.
They made it down to breakfast with the beifong family. "Asami, Korra I hear your leaving today?" Su said sipping her tea. Asami nodded and adjusted Van to the other arm. "Yes, we have to make a stop at republic city to get some supplies and then we are going to the South Pole." Asami said nibbling on a piece of toast; then CEO was never a breakfast person. Though Korra on the other hand was a lover of breakfast, lunch and dinner, and she ate like a slob. The CEO found it quite adorable while others found it disgusting.
"I would like to join you to republic city, see my sister see how she is doing." Su said sipping her tea again. Korra and Asami looked at each other and smiled like giggling school girls. "what?" Su said eyeing them suspiciously. "its nothing Su, we would be happy to have you come with us." Korra said chocking on the laughter trying to force its way out of her mouth. The metal clan leader took another sip of tea looking at the two girls with precision as if she were to look closer she could see what they were hiding.
(later that afternoon.)
"we are arriving in republic city Miss. Sato" the captain said to the CEO smiling softly. They let Su hold Van so Asami and Korra could get there luggage out of the air ship, the two girls couldn't stop smiling the whole way back to the city. They had Lee waiting for them to take them back to the mansion. "driver could you drop me off at Lin Beifong's apartment please?" Su asked Lee sweetly.
"no need for that Suyin, your sister has made herself quite at home in the mansion." He said smiling. They pulled into the estate and he got their bags from the car. Asami led them inside, "why would Lin be here?" Su asked herself. They walked into the house and a dull thumping could be heard from upstairs. The two lovers just giggled and slipped out of the room and up the stairs to there own room. they looked down the hall with interest and couldn't stop laughing at what was about to happen. They saw Su walking up the stairs and the metal clan leader stopped in front of one of the doors in the hall that the thumping noise was coming from. She pointed to the door looking at the two ladies and they nodded vigorously for her to open it.
Su put her hand on the door knob and opened the door quickly, what she saw would scar her for life. Her sister was on one knee, her shirt off, and her pants unzipped and wide open to get a full view of the black boxers underneath. Her head was bobbing between a small woman's thighs. The little woman was scared up but moaning loudly. "Fuck Lin right there…" the little woman looked in the doorway and her eyes went wide. She tapped on Lin's shoulder to get her attention away from her core. "umm… Lin I think you have company." She said with a slight moan. Lin pulled away from her lovers aching clit. She looked up and followed Yuii's eye to land on Su. "Su! Holy shit!" Lin launched herself away from the bed so fast she fell over. She zipped up her pants and threw on her shirt. "um… I'll see you down stairs." Su said embarrassed at the situation she just caught her sister in. she looked at Korra and Asami who were dying of laughter, they were practically brought to their knees.
"you two are terrible." Su said pointing at both of them, it only caused the girls to laugh harder, till they herd a very mad Lin scream from Yuii's room. "Korra I'm going to fucking kill you." Yuii and Lin both screamed. They both pulled their heads bac in the room and locked it.
"oh my god that was priceless, I can only imagine Lin's face." Korra was practically snorting she was laughing so hard. "I think we should hide for a little, I don't need my fiancée going into an early grave. "Asami said giggling.
"oh man this is just fantastic." Lin said pinching the bridge of her nose. "Well she was going to find out sooner or later." Yuii said pulling on a tight shirt. "Yeah I figured that just didn't think she would find out by having my head between your legs." Lin said stressed out. She looked up and saw the thief was nowhere to be seen, but she could hear faint footsteps going down the stairs. She sighed and walked out of the room and down stairs. When Yuii got down stairs, she saw Su standing in the living room a blush still on her face. Yuii decided to just go with it "Sisi Su, so good to finally meet you properly, Lin has told me a lot about you." Yuii said giving the metal clan leader a small hug. "Well I'm flattered she would mention me, but I don't believe I know you." Su said surprised. " I am a friend of Korra, I was the one who saved her from the blood bender in Ba Sing Se." Yuii said smiling. "oh yes! You were introduced at the party, I'm sorry I totally spaced." Su said shaking her hand a little more firmly.
"so are you and Lin-"
"Together? Yes Su." Lin interrupted from the stairs. She walked forward and gave her sister a hug. "I really just want to kick myself in the ass right now." Su said truthfully "why is that?" Lin asked. "well I mean, I should have known, ever since Tenzin, you were never interested in dating-"
"Wait you had a thing with baldy, you never told me that!" Yuii said accusingly. "it was a long time ago, he's married and has a bunch of kids, besides I'm way happier than I ever was with Tenzin." Lin said crossing her arms. "awe Beifong, didn't know I had such an effect on you." Yuii said cupping Lin cheek and laying a light kiss to her lips.
"I'm happy for you Lin." Su said smiling. "Thanks Su… what you here for anyway?" Lin asked wrapping her arms around Yuii's slim waist. "I came to see how you were doing, you seemed a little out of it before the party, you seem to be much happier now." Su said smiling wider. Lin unwrapped her arms and whispered in Yuii's ear. "Yeah sure, nice meeting you Suyin." Yuii said patting the metal clan leader's shoulder and walked up stairs to go talk with Korra and Asami.
"Su I need your help." Lin said taking a seat on the sofa. "What is it Lin?" Su said sitting next to her sister. "Yuii is dying, and I need to stop it." Lin said right to the point. "Whoa! What? She seemed fine a moment ago." Su said confused. "I've been making her take treatments; they have been making it a little better." Lin said sadly. "what exactly is wrong with her?" Su asked rubbing her sisters shoulder. In went over Yuii's shared soul and her crazy maniac of a brother, and how the damage is affecting her lungs. "I need to find him and kill him before she runs out of time." Lin said sadly. "what do you need me to do?" Su asked determined.
"I need a maniac to catch a maniac, I need Kuvira Su." Lin said knowing her sister would have a bad reaction. "Kuvira is sentenced to live in prison, I can't just hand her over." Su said shocked at her sister's request.
"Su you and I both know you have kept those two in good conditions, Baatar has a feather bed for god's sake. Please Lin, I can't lose her, you don't know how bad it gets, there is so much blood she coughs up, how much pain there is. There is no way she can take much more, I have to fight like hell to get her to do the healing sessions." Lin said crying slightly. "okay, but this is not to get out ever, she helps you, she never leaves your side, then after its done she comes right back Zaofu." Su said sternly. "Thank you Su, you don't know what this means to me." Lin said pulling her sister into a hug. "No need to thank me Lin, I'm just glad to see you happy, I can see how much you care for her. Come with me back to Zaofu, and I will let you take her from there." Su said reserved. Lin nodded and went up stairs to pack a day bag. Yuii was laying on the bed watching the news. "some time last night a robbery took place at Jade jewels emporium and stole over four million yuan in jewels, there are yet to be any leads to the suspect, all that was seen was a small figure in black stealing the jewels on camera, the face of the suspect was covered and police are baffled at the level of skill needed to stel from such a well secured building, if you have any information on the suspect or details that might help republic city police please call this hot line." The pretty woman on the TV moved to get a statement from the shop owner. "wow I'm jealous, four million in jewels, now that's what I call bling." Yuii said clicking the TV off. "how did your talk go with Lin?" Yuii asked coughing lightly. Lin looked at her concerned and Yuii put her hands up to show no blood had been coughed up. "it went well, I have to go to Zaofu, for a day or two, there is someone who might be able to help with the case I'm working on." Lin lied slightly. Yuii nodded "okay do you just want me to go with Korra and Asami, or woud you like me to accompany you… cause I'm not getting stuck here to be baby sat by Lee" Yuii said sternly.
" where are the other two going? They just got back here." Lin said packing away a set of clean clothes. "south pole, Korra has been avoiding her parents, Asami thinks its time to get reunited and meet the baby all that shit." Yuii said climing out of bed. "hmm I think you should go with Korra, you be nothing but bord coming with me." Lin said going into the bathroom for a shower. Yuii walked into the door frame and leaned against it "so I can freeze to death… Lin what's the real reason you don't want me to go, hell yesterday you wanted me to go to the station with you cause you didn't want me away. Now you say id be better going to the south pole." Yuii said getting a little irritated.
"Yuii can we not do this now?" Lin asked stepping into the shower. Yuii only slid the door open and froze the shower head. "oh fuck yes we are doing this now! Your going there to see if you can get a lead on Kuzo aren't you?" Yuii said connecting the dots. "oh my god yes! I'm going there to see if I can get some help finding him." Lin said angry. "then what Lin! What will you do when you find him! Kill him?!" Yuii yelled. "yes I'm going to kill him! I'm going to rip his head off for what he is doing to you, I'm going to get you better whether you like it or not! now would you be so kind to let me take a shower in peace!?" Lin yelled back. Yuii unfroze the water and let it sprey the ice cold water on an unexpecting Lin. "go fuck yourself." Was Yuii's last word before she left the room slaming the door.
"shit!" Lin yelled punching the shower wall. She quickly washed and dried and met her sister down stairs. Korra and Asami were getting Van's bag ready and Yuii stood in the kitchen with her own bag draped over her shoulder. Lin sighed and walked over to the little thief and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. Though the thief had other ideas, the second she felt Lin trying to comfort her, she stepped out of the embrace and walked away. "leave me alone." Yuii said pissed. In that moment Lin knew just how bad she screwed up, the little thief would always accept her affections. "Yuii I'm sorry." Lin said pleading. "mmm you can take that apology and shove it… Korra! Asami! I would really like to go now." Yuii yelled eyeing the Beifong in pure anger.
"okay Yuii, were ready to go, lets head out." Korra said holding her son close. The three walked out and the little thief never shared another glance at Lin, and it hurt the metal bender more than anything. "no way I'm letting her go like this." Lin ran to catch the thief and when she pulled her wrist to make her turn "god fucking damn it Lin-" her words were cut off by Lin's hot lips and tongue. Yuii pulled away still pissed, but she was held in place by the strong metal bender. "you may be mad at me now, but I refuse to let you leave without a proper farewell. Got it." Lin said sternly. Yuii looked as if to be really thinking over her words. She kissed Lin on the lips hard and angry, then pushed her away violently. "Fuck off." Yuii said stepping into the car.
The three left in Asami's car leaving the beifong sisters to fend for them. "Lin… everything okay?" Su asked putting a hand on her sisters strong shoulder. "she is so pissed at me." Lin said sighing. "come on id like to get to Zaofu as soon as possible so I can get back." Lin said pulling her car keys from her pocket and pulled herself inside.
"do you want to talk about it?" Su asked nicely, but all she got was a shake of the head in response.
(Korra)
Everything was packed up, Asami and Van had more winter clothes packed up so they wouldn't be affected by the cold. The drive was peaceful but Yuii was a lot quitter thn normal and from what she saw going on between the beifong and the thief, it was a rather touchy subject, she decided not pry… okay Asami made her keep her questions to herself and it was torture. "I really want to ask." Korra whispered. "absolutely not, it is none of your business, if Yuii feels the need to talk about it then that's her choice but you will not be nosy understood." Asami said quietly. The theif had fallen asleep against the little crib in the back next to Van. "yes dear." Korra said with a huff.
Asami just smiled and grabbed her loves hand as they drove back to the air port for the long ride to the South-pole. They made one quick stop at the liquior shop Yuii had a liking to. "wait here I'll go get it." Asami whispered to Korra since the two people in the back were passed out to the world. Korra just nodded and nibbled on a cheese bun she grabbed from the kitchen before they left.
Asami got the large jug of alcohol and put a large green bow on it. she quietly opened the door and set the jug in the empty seat on the other side of Van. "I hope she likes it, sure it'll help with the cold while we're there." Asami whispered pulling back onto the street. They got to the air port about twenty minutes later. "Korra you get the bags, I'll get the kids." Asami smiled and Korra laughed quietly, the master bender got the bags from the trunk and went into the air ship. Asami quietly opened the door of the car and tucked a stray hair behind the thief's ear "Yuii sweety, time to get up." Asami said rubbing her shoulder lightly. "mmm fuck off Lin I'm still mad at you." Yuii grumbled. Asami sighed then got a bright idea, she grabbed the jug from the other side of the seats and opened the large black jug just under Yuii's nose. The thief sniffed and groaned, she lifted her head up and smiled like a fool. "wow Sato you really know how to treat a lady." Yuii said just before she took a huge gulp of the hot liquior. "ohh you just got this didn't you, I could kiss you." Yuii said stepping out of the car. "hehe I don't think our girlfriends would like that much." Asami said reaching over to get Van out of the car seat. She quietly started to change him.
"what girlfriend?" Yuii said suddenly angry again. "Yuii do you want to talk about it… I can tell its eating at you." Asami said putting a new diaper on her still sleeping baby "holy hell he can sleep." She thought.
"Lin is going to try and kill my brother." Yuii said still pissed. "she never even asked me what I would think about it. she just decided on her own that she would make all the decisions for both of us, I spent my early youth under the control of someone I loved, when Lin does it-"
"Feels like she would hurt you." Asami finished for her. " I don't think Lin would ever hurt me intentionally, she wanted US so badly but she never lets me put any input, she treats me like a broken china doll, the only time she is anywhere near rough is in bed." Yuii said wrapping her arms around herself. "but there is also Kuzo, I know he is a killer and what he is doing to me is in a sence wrong, but he is still my little brother, I can't just let him get killed." Yuii said crying a little.
"Yuii. What would you do to Su if the situation were switched?" Asami said wrapping a blanket around her baby. "I guess I would kill him if I thought it would make her live, but I would at least hear her thoughts on the matter, I may be a bitch but I'm fair." Yuii said turning to walk to the air ship with Asami walking next to her. "I understand that, did she try to apologize?" Asami asked. "she tried but it don't count for shit if she don't know what she is apologizing for." The thief said sadly.
"hehe Yuii, Lin and Korra are total males in a sence, they wont figure out the problem until you draw it in crayon." Asami said giggling. "Yeah I guess your right, guess I was a little hard on her, I'll talk to her when we get back." Yuii said taking another chug as the air ship door closed for departure.
(18 hours later.)
It was mid-day when the girls were alerted that they were about to land in the southern water tribe in five minutes. Asami got the baby ready while Korra got a very drunk Yuii awake and on her feet. "Asami do my parents know we are coming?" Korra asked nervous. "I thought a surprise visit would be a better idea, I didn't think you wanted the whole tripe out front bombarding us with questions, is that okay?" Asami asked worried. "No babe you did good, I'm just afraid I guess, I still don't remember them." Korra said rumbling the back of her neck.
"Korra. Baby they love you, they will understand." Asami said kissing Korra on the cheek. "That's not it Sami, I don't think I want to remember them." Korra said honestly. Asami didn't have a chance to reply before the air ship door opened so the girls could get off. Korra didn't say anything else, she just grabbed Korra's and Asami's bag and walked off the platform and into the snow. Asami sighed sadly as she held her baby closer in her warm jacket. Yuii followed behind the CEO trying to stay on her feet as she walked with the half empty jug.
Asami caught up to Korra and took her hand softly. "I'm here for you baby, I know your scared, but they are your family, and Van hasn't even met them. Baby if not for yourself please for me." Asami asked pleadingly. Korra just sighed and nodded; Yuii had caught up and put a hand on Korra shoulder to keep balance. It took a few minutes to get to Korra's home; when they got there Asami handed Van to Korra after she set the bags down outside the door. "here I'll go in first okay?" Asami said knocking on the door, then stepping inside. Korra could hear the voices on the other side of the wooden door.
"oh Asami I didn't know you were stopping by, is Korra with you?" Senna asked hopefully, she missed her daughter terribly, it didn't feel right not seeing her for so long, after her bring missing for a year, it took its toll on the chiefs wife, her eyes had slight wrinkles and a few grey hairs were showing in her brown hair. "Hi Senna I'm sorry for not sending word… but yes Korra is here, Senna she doesn't remember anything, she is a little nervous, also there is two people id like you to meet. One is a little drunk though." Asami said sheepishly. "I understand, I'll go get Tonraq." Senna said walking down the hall to get her husband.
Asami turned to let the others inside. "Okay come in, your mother is going to get your dad and meet us here." Asami said closing the door behind them after she got the bags inside. When she turned around Senna and Tonraq were walking into the room. The second they saw Korra, Senna went to hug her daughter. "welcome home baby." Senna said going to hug her daughter but was stopped by Korra putting a hand on her shoulder. Senna felt a pang of sadness until Korra opened her large jacket to hand Asami the baby boy.
She turned and gave her mother a light hug. The woman in her arms felt warms and made her feel safe. She breathed the woman's sent in and smiled, the fear of meeting her parents instantly went away. "Who- who is that?" Tonraq asked motioning to the baby in Asami's arms. "this is your grandson Tonraq." Asami said walking up to show him the now awake baby. He smiled widely and took the baby in his arms and showed Senna the smiling boy. "How is this possible?" Senna asked shocked.
"Ravva, she bent the spiritual energy within us both and made him." Korra said smiling. "what's his name?" Senna asked taking the baby in her arms. Asami smiled and ran her fingers through his jet black hair. "Drevan Hiroshi Sato the second." Asami said smiling. Their moment was cut short by a loud thud from behind them. Yuii had fallen right on her ass with a shit eating grin on her face. "yo." She waved weakly. Korra and Asami giggled "and this lovely lush is our dear friend Yuii." Asami said walking over to help Yuii to her feet. Senna and Tonraq looked at each other and shrugged. Yuii held her hand out "names Yuii, nice to meet you." Yuii slurred. "I truly apologize for being intoxicated this evening, I don't do well with cold." She said smiling.
"say don't suppose you have a bed I could crash out on?" Yuii asked staggering slightly. Senna smiled "yes of course follow me." Senna said walking up a flight of stairs and Yuii looked at them like an old enemy. "don't suppose you have a room on this floor do you?" Yuii asked quite sad. All of a sudden Korra had the thief in her arms and walking her up the steps. "oh my knight in shining armor." Yuii giggled resting her head against the master benders chest. Korra followed her mother to one of the spare rooms. She laid the thief down on the bed and tucked her in. she smiled lightly and quickly fell asleep. "She seems sick." Senna said looking closely at the thief.
"She's dying. She's been sick for a long time now." Korra said putting a stray hair behind her ear, careful not to wake the thief. On the way down stairs Korra explained Yuii's sickness and how Lin had taken a shine to her. "wow Lin found a girlfriend, I'm glad she found some happiness… I'm so happy to see you Korra." Senna said embracing her daughter. "I'm happy to see you too… mom."
(holy shit that was a long chapter, I hope you all enjoyed it. what do you guys think of Kuvira coming into the mix, well I'm sure we can guess that Asami is going to go ape-shit. After all if I saw the woman who killed my dad before my very eyes id be shanking a bitch. This chapter seemed a little rushed. If so let me know I'll add some stuff to it if need be.)
