When the Rangers returned to the Command Center, they excitedly told Alpha and Zordon about what happened, still riding high after a hard-fought victory. They went on and on about the powers, the fighting, the Zords, everything.
"Well, the ladies love a man in uniform," Brock jested, doing various poses. "Leave it to Super Brock!"
"You wouldn't really tell them you're a Power Ranger, would you?" Misty asked, her hands on her hips.
"Well, no, but…"
"She's right, you know." Alpha said.
"Indeed, Alpha," Zordon said, commanding the group's attention. "You have done well Power Rangers, but there is still much for you to learn and experience. Now that you are the Power Rangers, you must follow three basic rules or lose the protection of the power. First, never use your power for personal gain. Second, never escalate a battle unless Rita or her allies force you. And finally, keep your identities secret. Nobody may know you are a Power Ranger."
"I promise. I will not let you down," Brock said.
"The same goes for me," said Lia.
"You can count on me," added Tracey.
"We won't back down," Misty promised.
"And we will never give up," ended Ash.
"Thank you, my friends," Zordon said. "I have no doubt you will do your planet a great service."
"Well…" Tracey began.
"Yes, Tracey?
"We did well this time, but those monsters were tough, and a lot of people, Pokémon, and animals got really hurt. I don't know who lived and who…"
"There is no need to worry," Zordon assured him. "Though the Adder monster was powerful, he was one of Rita's weaker soldiers. After you destroyed him, everyone's wounds and illnesses vanished with him.
"Look!" Alpha said, pointing to the Viewing Globe. The teens watched the globe and saw many of the citizens starting to rebuild the damage done during the battle. Other images showed the infected children playing with each other and the little girl playing fetch with her Eevee. The Rangers couldn't help but cheer.
"That's amazing!" Lia said. "I just hope we can keep the momentum going."
Zordon smiled. "Even before you used your powers, all of you have proven that on your own you are more than willing to face any challenge with determination, intellect, and bravery. That makes you more powerful than any evil."
"Looks like our adventures are far from over," Ash said to Misty.
"You said it," she replied, smiling wide.
Ash put his hand out in front of his friends. Misty, Brock, Tracey, and Lia each put a hand in the center and chanted together:
"POWER RANGERS!"
