Hey guysss (:
Yeah, I was gonna update in September, but looks like I didn't. TBH this chapter was supposed to be out YESTERDAY, but I was kinda rewatching Boys Over Flowers... hehe, I love Kim Bum he's adorable. I was also instagramming hahahaha (I'm a pretty lazy person on Saturday).
YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO G-DRAGON'S NEW ALBUM, Coup D'Etat. My favorite song off it is "R.O.D." featuring Lydia Paek. I like other songs from his other album, One of a Kind. My favorites are "Missing You" and "Today".
OMG you should listen to TEEN TOP's song "Rocking" and "Rock Star"!
Yeah... I hope there are more kpop lovers out there. Hahaha I don't wanna just blab out a bunch of kpop stuff if no one cares.
I changed my username from "citrasama" to "citraella" if you haven't noticed. What does "citraella" sound like, guys? c:
Just so you all know, the dinner date isn't in this chapter since they planned it to be a little later. Here's a tiny spoiler: it's going to be in the next chapter. But you guys WILL love this chapter, because Paul is a huge stalker! YEAH!
Disclaimer: I do not own Dawn's huge collection of dresses.
Ino Rose Kindergarten.
Paul was pacing back and forth in his rented apartment. "That damn idiot Ash," he muttered. "Why would he..." He knew that idiot wouldn't lie to him since Ash hates lies the most.
The purple-haired man stopped his pacing and sat down at his desk. He flipped open his laptop and started it. He went online searched: Ino Rose Kindergarten, Unova Region.
To his expectation, there was a kindergarten with that name. He copied the address down onto his phone.
"What am I doing?" he mumbled.
He deleted the note and closed the window he opened on his laptop.
Paul was so annoyed. Ever since Ash told him about Dawn's daughter's kindergarten, his mind was blank, and it was frustrating him.
He reopened the window and jotted down the address again.
Paul was going to visit the kindergarten.

"Ash told him what kindergarten Charlotte and Taylor goes to!"
May sighed. She held her head in frustration. Ash, Ash, Ash, you IDIOT. She glanced at the clock in her room and sighed. It was about time to go fetch the kids. Usually Dawn picks them up since she passes by from work, but looks like May has to spend thirty times getting them herself.
Well, she wasn't annoyed at that, she was annoyed at Ash. Like, what an idiot!
She got herself ready and walked down the stairs. She slipped her shoes on and grabbed the car keys.
"Where are you going?"
May froze. She looked up and saw Drew drinking coffee. She smiled. "Picking up Taylor and Charlotte."
He frowned. "Doesn't Dawn pick them up on Tuesdays?"
She nodded. "Yeah, but she called me yesterday asking if I could pick them up today..."
"Should I go with you?" Drew asked.
May's eyes widened. "What? No! No, it's okay. I'm good." After she said that, she immediately scolded herself mentally. Damn! I sounded like an idiot. What am I doing? She opened the door and she just waved. "I'm good, Drew. You continue to work. Bye."
He nodded. "Later."
As she walked to her car, she was still mentally scolding herself. Ever since Drew made that not-so-good dinner, she couldn't calm down when he was around. Did Drew think she was suspicious? Wait. I was always suspicious. May sighed and she unlocked the car.

May drove into a parking space and parked her car. She climbed out, locked her car, and headed into the kindergarten.
When she reached the classroom, she saw Kelly yelling at a kid.
"Niko! You think this is a joke? Stop. I've told you thousands of times, when are you going to listen? Do I have to send you back to preschool? From what I see, you can't handle being in kindergarten." Kelly's face was red from yelling at the blond-haired kid.
The kid, Niko, just glared back. "Ms. Kelly, why are you yelling at me? I wasn't the only one, you know."
"You started it," Kelly said. "And don't you dare argue back, I saw it with my own eyes."
"Adults aren't always right," Niko said, arguing back anyways.
May realized this was the same kid who was chanting the "Kissing in a Tree" chant at Taylor and Charlotte. She sighed and the little troublemaker.
"I'm going to talk to your parents about your behavior," Kelly said. "If you do this once more, I'm sending you to the principal's office."
"Did you know the principal keeps strawberry candies with her?" a girl said.
"Only good kids get the candy," Kelly said. "Niko, you are not one of the good kids."
Niko just crossed his arms and looked away.
Kelly sighed and rubbed her temples. "I swear, this kid..." She looked up and gasped when she saw May at the door. "May! You're here. Why didn't you say so?"
May just grinned as she walked in. "I was admiring your yelling. You have no idea, I always hold myself back when I want to yell like that."
"You have nothing to yell about, Taylor is an angel," Kelly said. "Taylor! Your mom is here!"
A yell of happiness came out from the back of the room. May and Kelly laughed. "I'm picking Charlotte up today, too," May said. Kelly frowned. Before she asked, May explained. "There's a reason, don't worry."
"Charlotte! You're leaving with May, too!" Another yell of happiness was heard, and Kelly gave May a strange look. "Does it have something to do with Paul?"
"Yeah," May said. "That idiot Ash 'accidentally' told Paul that Charlotte goes to school here. I think from today on I'll be picking them up until Paul leaves or something."
Kelly sighed. She bent down and helped Taylor and Charlotte with their shoes. "Those two should just really make up. I don't see what Dawn's running away from."
"She's stubborn," May said, shrugging.
"Mom!" Taylor yelled. Kelly opened the gate—the gate was used to keep kids from running away—and Taylor attacked May with a huge bear hug.
"Oh my gosh I love you," May said, bending down to hug her son back.
Kelly laughed. "When you see Dawn, tell her to call me."
May smiled. "No problem. Thanks for today, Kelly." They bid their goodbyes, and May left with the two kindergartens. She held Taylor's hand and he held Charlotte's.
"Mom, I thought Aunt Dawn was picking us up today," Taylor said.
"What honey, you don't want me to pick you up?" May asked.
"That's not what I meant, Mom!"
May just laughed. "Charlotte, your mom is working a little late today, so I'm picking you two up. Is that okay?"
Charlotte nodded. "Yeah! I can play with Taylor." The two kindergarteners started chatting with each other, and May smiled at the sight. They were so cute.
They walked out of the building and to the parking lot. "Where's the car, Mom?" Taylor asked.
"It's over there," May said, pointing at the car.
When May pointed, she didn't realize there was man at the direction.
"Mom, that's a guy, not the car," Taylor said.
May frowned when she saw him. He looked... her jaw dropped. Who couldn't recognize that purple hair.
"Oh wait, the car's over there!" May said, taking another 'route' to the car. It was just another way so they didn't have to walk by Paul.
"Wait, Aunt May," Charlotte said. They all stopped their tracks so Charlotte could stare at Paul a little more. He was close enough for earshot, and Charlotte gasped. "Hey! He kind of looks like papa!"
"You have a daddy?" Taylor asked. "When?"
Charlotte shook her head. "No! Mommy keeps a picture of someone who looks like him in her room! I saw it. He looks like that guy!"
"That guy?" Taylor asked, pointing at him.
May started a mental panic and she hit their hands lightly. "No pointing! That's rude." Especially when it's Paul you're pointing at.
Paul already noticed them, and he heard what Charlotte had said. He walked over to May. "Hey Maple."
May froze at his words. Damn you, Dawn, putting me in this trouble! "Uhh," May said. She met his eyes and she gave the purple-haired man a nervous grin. "Hey?"
"I see you and Troublesome have been hiding in this city the past years," he mumbled.
"Not hiding, just living," May said. "It's quite nice here." What the hell is happening... for once, I'm having a normal conversation with this anti-social prick.
"Mom, you know him?" Taylor asked.
May gave him a look to stay quiet. He got the message and Taylor and Charlotte started whispering with each other. "Is that your kid?" Paul asked.
May scowled. "You can find a more polite way to put it."
Paul's expression didn't change. "What about the other girl?"
"Who does she look like?" May asked. Paul didn't say anything. "Look, I already know that you're acknowledged to the fact that Dawn has a daughter, who is this girl right here. And the reason you're here is to find out whose daughter she is, right?"
Paul didn't say anything. He sent May a cold look.
"Are you my dad?" Charlotte asked. "Cuz you look like him."
"How do you know?" Taylor asked. "We've never seen our dads."
"Yeah, but remember?" Charlotte said. "I said my mom has a picture and it looks like that guy!"
May bit her lip. Charlotte's gonna spill it anytime soon. "Anyways," May said. She gave Paul an annoyed look. "I swear, Paul, you're like a stalker."
He scowled. "That idiot told me that already."
May's annoyed expression stayed put. "What can I say? You are a stalker. You call her, you follow her, you go to her daughter's kindergarten, you bump into her friends..."
"I'm trying to have a proper talk with her but she won't let me," Paul said. He really wanted to cuss and yell, but there were children right there. He didn't want to admit it, but he was actually kind of scared of children. "And what's she doing? Playing around till she's pregnant. I don't get woman."
May's jaw dropped. "Excuse me? What the—" she coughed, stopping herself from cussing. "What did you just say? Playing around? Don't make me laugh."
"I don't really care if you laugh," Paul said.
"Let's talk after I put these two in the car," May said. "Taylor, Charlotte, you two go in the car, I have to talk to him, okay? We need an adult talk." The two nodded. They already sensed the uncomfortable mood May and Paul formed. They walked to the car and settled in. May walked back to Paul. "Stop saying we're playing around. Does Dawn really look like the type who'd do that?"
"From what I learned, women are unpredictable," he said. "So you never know when they want to play around."
"Men are more unpredictable," she said. "Why do you even want to see her? Just to yell at her from getting pregnant? No wonder she doesn't want to see you."
Paul scowled. "Hey—"
"Call her again," May said. "Say you want to see her and you miss her."
"What?"
May smirked. "Oh wait, your pride doesn't allow you miss people, right?" He didn't say anything. "I have to get going." She walked away, leaving Paul who was having confusing emotions. She sighed.
What a troublemaker.

"Hello?"
"Dawn? It's Misty."
Dawn blinked. "Mist?" she said. "What's up? I haven't heard from you in a while. This is kinda a strange question, but you're still in Humilau City, right? Woman, we should go shopping, I've been feeling like crap lately—"
"Oh em gee, ME TOO!" Misty exclaimed. "Dawn, something's wrong, I'm starting to feel..." Misty didn't finish her sentence due to confusion. She didn't know what word to choose. "I think Ash is hiding something from me."
Dawn frowned. "Hiding something from you?" Dawn repeated. "Why would Ash hide something from you?"
"Exactly!" Misty said. "We have a date tonight at a restaurant, but he's been acting kind of weird ever since we planned this date. I'm scared..."
"What are you scared of?" Dawn asked. "You've been on a million dates, what's there to be scared of? You should be exciting. Hey, let me coordinate your outfit for the dinner."
"I don't care, but I really don't know why I'm feeling scared," Misty said.
"What are you thinking he's going to do?" Dawn asked. "Naughty stuff? Don't tell me you've never—"
"No, that's not what I'm scared of!" Misty exclaimed. "I feel like he wants to break up with me."
Dawn's eyes widened. "Um, what?" she yelled. "What's he doing that's making you that scared? I just talked to him yesterday!"
There was a silence and Dawn gasped. How could she forget? Ash is proposing. Seriously, how could she forget? Dawn just rolled her eyes and sighed, what was Ash doing that was making Misty feel this insecure? Of course Ash would be new at this stuff, he was probably planning the proposal. At least he did a good job at hiding it, Misty always finds out when he's up to something.
Dawn was also confused at the fact why Misty would think that. They've been together for nearly six, no, was it seven years already? They've known each other for a hell of a long time and Misty's having these feelings?
"Uh, Dawn? Hello? You still there?"
The blunette blinked. "Oh, what? Whoops. Sorry, spaced out there." Dawn just grinned widely. All of a sudden she was finding it cute Misty was oblivious about Ash proposing. "Misty, don't think too much, maybe he's nervous about the dinner."
"Why would he be nervous?" Misty exclaimed. "Like you said, how many date have we had?"
"Maybe he's planning something," Dawn said in a cheerful tone. Dawn's work phone started ringing. "Mist, I gotta go. I think one of my customers are calling."
Misty sighed. "Okay... I'll call you after my date..."
"Okay, make sure you wear something nice! He's probably taking you out to a nice place."
Misty just rolled her eyes. "Whatever, Dawn. Bye."
They hung up and Dawn smiled widely.
Misty's gonna have a fiancee soon.

"Gary, did you take my phone?"
Leaf started stuffing her clothes back in her luggage after the search for her cell phone. There was no response from Gary. She looked around and she saw that the bathroom door was shut. "Gary, hurry up and finish pooping and help me find my phone!" She got up and looked under the blankets and pillows.
The bathroom door clicked open and Gary walked out, shaking his wet hands dry. "What are you looking for, Leafy?"
"My phone!" Leaf exclaimed. "I can't find it. Have you seen it?"
"Oh I have it," Gary said. "I'm keeping it hostage."
Leaf stopped her searching and she gave him a strange look. "What did you just say?" she said. "You're keeping my phone what? Hostage?"
He nodded casually like it was completely normal. He sat on the bed. "I hid it, you can't find it. I'm not giving it back until our little vacation is done."
"What the fuck, Gary!" she said. "I need to update my twitter so my fans—" she stopped talking when Gary's face was suddenly dangerously close to hers. He didn't say anything. "Wh-what?" Leaf stuttered.
"The three days we have here," he said in a husky voice, "is ours, and ours alone."
Leaf's face reddened and she pushed her boyfriend away. He fell on the bed. "Gary, quit that nonsense!" she yelled. "This isn't our honeymoon or anything, so give me my phone! I also want to ask May if she's doing okay or not! What if she's crying because of Drew! Same with Dawn, what if—ahh!" Gary had grabbed her arm and pulled her so she was on top of him. "Gary! What do you think you're doing?"
"Hmm, good question," Gary said, smirking. "Can't you listen, Leaf? I said this is our time, and I don't really feel like sharing it to anyone."
"What are you—mmf!" Gary had put his hand on her neck and pushed her lips to his, kissing her ever so passionately. Her wrapped his arms around her waist. They pulled apart and Gary's smirk reappeared.
"You know, Leafy," Gary said. "I really like how you're on top of me. It's really nice."
"It's your fault I'm like this!" Leaf yelled. She tried to get off, but Gary's strong hold made it so she couldn't budge. She sighed, knowing that Gary wouldn't give her her phone. "Okay, can I just have my phone for like... five minutes? I want to upload a picture of the hot springs on Instagram."
Gary had a look that looked as if he was considering it.
"You know what? I'll even just use it for three minutes!" Leaf continued. "You know how fast it'll take, right? I also want to check how many followers I have." She was smiling nervously, unsure if Gary was going to approve or not.
"No."
She groaned. "Gary!" she yelled. "Damn, you're worse than when my mom!"
"I told you, I don't feel like sharing our time with anyone, Leaf," he said.
"I'm seriously gonna..." Leaf just sighed in annoyance.
Gary frowned. "What, Leaf? You don't like it?"
"Considering that face that you took my phone, no."
Gary pushed her brown locks behind her ear and he caressed her cheeks. His fingers combed through her hair. Her body was perfectly against his and their eyes were at the same level. Gary's other hand was sliding up and down her waist and thigh.
"G... Gary?"
"No good," he murmured.
"What?"
Gary flipped them over so he was on top and she was underneath him on her back. She stared at him, not moving or fighting against him.
"I give," Leaf said. He gave her a confused look. "I surrender; I give all my time to you."
Gary smirked. "It was all mine from the beginning." He bend down and kissed her. One hand was supporting his weight and the other was resting on her waist. It crept down to the end of her shirt. He deepened the kiss, their tongues dancing, his lips completely taking over hers.

Ash knocked on knocked on their bedroom door. "Mist? You there?"
"Wait!" she exclaimed.
"We're gonna be late," Ash said.
"What, are we meeting with people?" she asked.
Ash said nothing and tried to wait patiently. He knew girls needed time to get ready, but he could never get used to that. Misty takes forever even though she doesn't look like that type. He leaned against the wall, waiting for Misty to emerge out of their bedroom.
Finally, the door opened. She was wearing a simply outfit: a blue cardigan, a white cami, black leggings, golden heels, and a long pearl necklace. He grinned, he loved how she was never too flashy. They both had casual but very nice looking outfits.
They walked to the car together, and suddenly, Ash felt kind of nervous. Misty wasn't saying a word, which was so unlike her. She always had something to say. "Misty?" he said. "Are you feeling okay?"
Misty nodded. "I'm good." He opened to door to the passenger's seat for her and she climbed in. He shut it and he walked over to the other side to sit in his seat. He glanced over at her. She wasn't looking at him but straight ahead at... well, nothing. Ash started the engine, and he bit his lip. Was she feeling unwell? Did she not feel like eating out? Was she not in the mood? Is she frustrated with song-writing? His head was filled with questions.
It's not like Misty was any different, she had a million questions, too. What was Ash planning? Does he really want to break up? Why the sudden date? Why did he say they were going to be late? Why was he acting so strange? What was he hiding? Why did he go shopping the other day without her? Her heart started racing. She was scared. She was nervous. Why? It's just Ash.
They drove to the restaurant, which was a western cuisine, in silence. No words were spoken. They stole glances from each other, but their eyes didn't meet, and they didn't say anything. Nothing.
Ash was feeling uncomfortable. Misty was too.
Shit.

May was washing the dishes. Taylor was already tucking in and sound asleep. Drew was in the dining room, typing away on his computer.
She made some warm tea and gave it to Drew. He smiled. "Thanks," he said. "Sorry."
"It's fine," she said. "I was making some for myself too." She drank her tea and watched Drew. He had glasses on, which was a surprise to her, he didn't have glasses before. I guess from writing all the time, it weakened is eye sight. She smiled, she found that he looked "cool and smart" with the reading glasses on.
Drew noticed that May was staring at her. He smirked. "What are you looking at?" he asked. "Am I that irresistible?"
"Should an engaged man be asking that?" May asked, looking away in embarrassment. May suddenly found herself not knowing what to do, so she gulped down her tea. She coughed, choking on it.
Drew stopped his work and stood up. "Are you okay?" he yelled. He offered his drink and May shook her head. She lightly hit the hallow of her neck, continuing to cough. "Take it."
Her coughing stopped. She stood up and avoided his offer, pouring a glass of water. Damn, that was embarrassing. "I made that for you, Drew, you drink it."
"Hey, you were choking," Drew said. "What was I supposed to do?" May just drank her water, not responding. "Geez, what were you doing? Drink slower next time. Were you trying to see how fast you could drink it? On the top of that, it's pretty hot."
May stared at him. Was he that concerned? "Sorry," she said. "I don't know why I did that either."
Drew sighed. "You scared me. Don't do it again."
May mentally cursed at herself. Not only herself, but also her fluttering heart at his concern.
"Oh May," Drew said. "Since you're here, want to see some of the restaurants I checked? I don't know what you like, and they all look pretty good." He opened a couple links he saved.
May set her glass down and walked over. Her eyes widened. "You... you said you were treating me, right?"
Drew nodded.
"Which one of these are the cheapest?" she asked. They were all pricy, and if May was correct, authors don't make that much money.
"May, don't worry about that," he said. "I'm not telling you, and if you try to find the price, I'm bringing you to the most expensive one."
"You're gonna make me feel so guilty, you know," she said. "Woah! Is that a seafood cuisine?"
Drew raised an eyebrow. "Are you a seafood lover?"
May nodded. She looked at their menu and her eyes were literally sparkling. Drew laughed. "Okay, I'll make reservations here."
May nodded again. He smirked as he made online reservations. He didn't think May would be that excited after seeing pictures of seafood dishes. She's so cute. "Alright, this Friday night at six, okay? Wear something nice."
"Is it a real fancy place?" May asked. Drew nodded. "Let me pick something else."
"No," Drew said firmly. "I want to go here, too, so don't change your mind. I'll be upset, this place looks really good."
May didn't know whether to be relieved or upset. "Alright," May said. "Um... I'm looking forward to it."
"I am too," he said. He looked at the time, and it was ten. "Aren't you going to sleep? Do you have work to do?"
"Ah... I'll sleep now," May said. She smiled. "Good night."
Drew smirked. "Have a good rest."
"You too," she said.
She scrambled out of the kitchen. She fell on the couch, cupping her cheeks with both hands. Her heart was racing. "Ugh," she muttered. May was so happy. A date with Drew. And to top it off, it was at an amazing place with amazing food. Drew looked happy about it too. She smiled so widely, her cheeks started to hurt. "A date after five years..."
After saying that, she felt her heart drop.
Right. It's just a date between friends.
I'm no longer in his heart.
Okkaaaay!
This chapter is done. I promise, the next chapter will have May and Drew's dinner date!
Looks like Ash is having some troubles :o will he be able to propose in the next chapter?
Leaf and Gary are being adorable... how many makeout scenes do I have to write with them... I think I should making them kiss. LOL, that sounded weird.
