A/N: Apologies in the delay of getting this chapter done. I have had Blaine in that of a little time out; and haven't had the right frame of mind to write him in close proximity at the moment to Mikki, which he is in this story; and have Sebastian and Mikki purely as 'friends' and also having Kurt hate Mikki as much as he does he now after writing them as besties in another story, is also weird!
So this chapter sees the start of the take down of the Smythe parents, and the help they are going to be getting from friends in order to do so.
Anyway, not much more to say but enjoy and you all know what to do at the end.

Chapter 10.
It was just after that of the new year, and Brian Duval and Julia Anderson, along with assistance from Eric Kapowski, were in full take down of the Smythe's so that Sebastian would be able to access the money that was within his trust account and also a monetary compensation for that of Scott as well, who should also since he is that of a Smythe by birth have access to that of financial assistance from those who were essentially his birth parents.
Sitting in the office of Brian Duval, Sebastian along with Scott listened to the older male that was working the case pro bono for them, along with also Julia; and Mikki's father Eric who also was donating his time, telling the two boys what they had been able to gather so far in regards to getting money from the Smythe parents.
"So you will be able to get Scott money then as well" said Sebastian, looking to the three adults in the room.
"Yes" replied Julia, with a nod to him. "Eric, you're the main point on this after all it's what you found that opens this up more"
"Right" said Eric, looking to her and then to the two boys. "It seems Sebastian, that your grandfather was aware that you had a twin brother"
"Wait he knew and never said anything about it?" asked Sebastian, looking to him.
"Yes" replied Eric, with a nod. "And I know it's not something you can now talk with him about, since he has passed away. But upon my searching of paperwork relating to all this, that is when I came across the trust accounts set up for both you and Scott by him"
"So the grandfather I never knew" said Scott, looking to Eric also. "Set up a trust account for me as well"
"Yes, that's correct" replied Brian. "And that is where this all gets very complicated, as it was stipulated by the late Smythe that the trust accounts don't come into effect until you are both twenty one; and this is where Edward has done some very shall we say devious things"
"Devious things how?" asked Sebastian.
"When your grandfather died five years ago Sebastian, your father came here to the States for a bit in order to sort out all his affairs; and had a judge rescind that of what was Scott's trust account to him" said Julia.
"How did he even do that?" asked Scott. "Wouldn't he have to have proof that I didn't exist or something"
"As far as any paperwork goes" said Brian. "A Scott Smythe technically in terms of a birth certificate, as you were listed in the trust account by your grandfather, never has existed"
"Because he's always been Scott Hudson" said Sebastian.
"Correct" replied Brian, with a nod. "So therefore he claimed that your grandfather was senile and that he made up this Scott Hudson in order to keep money from that of himself and got that money that was in trust for him, transferred over to his own accounts"
"That son of a bitch" said Sebastian. "Is there any way that we can prove that Scott is entitled to that money my grandfather left for him?"
"There is, yes" said Eric; and the two boys looked at him. "I've spoken with Carol, your adoptive mom Scott; and she has provided me with the paperwork in regards to the surrogacy arrangement and as well as that the adoption papers for you; which initially had you listed as Scott Smythe before becoming Hudson. So that is one step to backing up that your grandfather was not at all senile"
"Okay" replied Scott, with a nod. "So what does that all do?"
"Well for starters it is stepping us into the right direction" said Julia. "For getting the money from the trust account released early for you Sebastian, and for Scott getting the money back that your parents have essentially stolen from him"
"Will they go to jail for this?" asked Sebastian. "Because there would be nothing sweeter than seeing the two of them rot in a cell"
"It wouldn't be jail, I'm afraid" said Brian, shaking his head. "But it will certainly not do your parents reputation any good"
"And we're also going to making sure this is covered to some extent in the media as well" said Eric. "If that is okay with the two of you that is, because essentially this is your personal lives that are going to be splashed over them and their will be a lot of speculation from other people"
"I don't mind" replied Scott, shaking his head.
"Me either" said Sebastian. "I want our parents to pay for what they did. Keeping Scott and I a part, never telling either one of us that we were a twin; people should know what devious unloving parents they are"
"Okay" replied Julia, with a nod. "I have some contacts at the paper who I can provide information to once this does go into courts, if that is your consent to do so"
"Is it" replied Sebastian.
"So we now just wait, for you to get this through then?" asked Scott.
"It will take time, I have to let you know that" said Brian. "It's not going to be an easy case. I'm sure Edward is lining up some of the best lawyers he can get"
"Oh I bet he is" said Sebastian, with a laugh. "Jerk thinks money can buy anything, including friends and family"
"What might help your case with the judge" said Julia. "Is statements from the both of you, telling how not knowing one another until now has affected you; and also maybe some character statements from that of friends, who know both of you separately and also that of jointly. That will be a good foundation for them to see, just what your parents did affected both of you"
"Sure" replied Scott. "I'm sure we have some friends who'd be more than willing to help us out with that"
"Yeah" said Sebastian, with a nod to his twin brother; knowing exactly who he was referring to get to write character references for them.
"Well if you can get them they will be a great help" said Brian.
"And you both know that will keep you in the loop as to what is happening as well" said Eric. "You see that of our children often enough, so we're all in this for helping you get justice"
"Thanks" replied Sebastian, with a nod to him. "It really means a lot that you are all doing this for us"
"It's no problem at all" said Julia, with a smile to him; and then talking with the three adults for a little longer, Scott and Sebastian left the office, confident that soon they would be able to take down their biological parents and get what they rightly deserved.

After meeting with both the lawyers and accountant who were assisting them in getting access to the trust account set up for Sebastian and also some sort of compensation also for Scott; the two boys asked their friends to come around to the talk with them and once arriving around the Hummel Hudson house, Blaine rang the doorbell; and a few moments after doing so the door was opened by Kurt, and he looked at his boyfriend.
"I wasn't expecting you" said Kurt, looking at him and seeing that he was dressed more casually then he usually was when at school, and then also saw the other three people that were with him as well.
"Well that's because we're not here to see you now, are we" said Mikki, and Kurt looked at her.
"Why are you all here?" asked Kurt.
"Because I invited them over" said Sebastian, having heard the doorbell also and coming down from upstairs and looking at Kurt and then the others. "Hey guys"
"Hey man" replied Nick, with a smile. "So you needed to discuss some things with us"
"Yeah" replied Sebastian, with a nod. "Scott is upstairs, come on up"
"Sure" said Jeff, and the five of them went to go upstairs.
"Umm there's to be no girls in bedrooms" said Kurt, as they went to walk up the stairs.
"Oh Mik's totally one of the guys" said Nick, with a laugh putting his arm around the brunette girl.
"Who you think has a cute ass" said Mikki, with a laugh.
"Okay shut up Kapowski" said Nick, looking to her with a smile.
"I'm sure Carol will be okay with Mikki coming up there" said Sebastian, looking at Kurt.
"Hmm" replied Kurt, looking at him.
"Come on guys" said Sebastian, and headed up stairs and the others followed him, but Kurt quickly grabbed Blaine's hand stopping him.
"What?" asked Blaine, looking to him as the others went upstairs.
"So you come over here and what don't even want to talk with me?" asked Kurt.
"I need to talk with Scott and Sebastian" replied Blaine.
"Fine whatever, go" said Kurt, looking at him.
"We can hang out a bit later" said Blaine. "Maybe go and get a coffee or something"
"Sure whatever" replied Kurt, and Blaine nodded then raced up the stairs to where the others already were.
Kurt sighed to himself and then headed back into the kitchen where he had been helping Carol.
"Who was at the door?" asked Carol as he picked up the knife that he'd be using to cut the potatoes with.
"Umm Blaine, Nick, Jeff and Mikki" replied Kurt. "Scott and Sebastian invited them over"
"So they're upstairs now then?" asked Carol.
"Uh huh, and I should note that one of them is a girl" said Kurt. "Scott and Sebastian are completely ignoring house rules about no girls in bedrooms"
"But Mikki isn't dating any of them is she?" asked Carol.
"Well no, not that I know of" replied Kurt. "But still it's not fair that I can't have Blaine alone in my room or Rachel can't be in Finn's room. So why should the rules be different for that of the twins?"
"I see your point" said Carol, as she put down her own knife. "I will go tell them to bring what they are talking about down here if Mikki's going to be involved"
Kurt nodded as Carol went to head upstairs and he smiled, also following her up the stairs as well.
"Boys" said Carol as she got to the bedroom that Scott and Sebastian now shared. "You know the rules in this house about girls in bedrooms"
"It's just Mik, mom" said Scott, looking to her.
"She just one of the guys" said Sebastian, looking to the woman that had come to let him under the same roof as his brother.
"Except she's got a nice pair of tits" said Jeff, with a laugh; and Mikki looked at him and punched him the arm.
"Stop looking at my tits" said Mikki, and didn't see the seething look that Blaine was giving that of Jeff.
"What they're like right there" said Jeff, pointing to her chest. "And you're not exactly making them not known with a tight sweater you chose to wear"
"Ass" said Mikki, with a laugh.
"You love me" replied Jeff with a laugh, and hugged her.
"This is why I can't allow her up here" said Carol. "So if you please bring the conversation downstairs"
"Mrs Hummel, I can assure you that we're not going to be doing anything" said Mikki, looking at her as Jeff still kept his arms around her. "My relationship with all these guys is purely that of platonic"
Carol looked at the girl in the room who Jeff still had his arms wrapped around, much to the still very displeased look of Blaine.
"Mom" said Scott, looking to her. "We just need to talk some things over, nothing is going to happen"
"Okay, I think I can trust you" said Carol, looking to him with a nod. "However I quickly suggest that boy hugging girl stops right now before I change my mind"
"No hugging Fraggles, got it" said Jeff, talking his arms away from around Mikki.
"And if I hear anything to suggest anything else beside that of talking is going on up here" said Carol, looking at the six of them in the room. "Then there will be consequences, no one here is above grounding or my calling their parents"
"We got it Mrs Hummel" said Blaine, with a nod.
"Okay, I am just downstairs" replied Carol. "Remember that"
"Yes Mrs Hummel" said Nick, as Carol went to walk away and head back downstairs past a bewildered Kurt who was standing near her.
"You're going to let them have a girl in their room" said Kurt.
"I don't think anything is going to happen Kurt" said Carol, looking to her step son. "They're just talking that's all"
"So unfair" said Kurt, as Carol walked back downstairs; and Kurt leant against the door frame of Scott and Sebastian's room, listening to them talk
"Okay why did you call Mikki, Fraggles?" asked Scott with a laugh.
"Old nickname for her" replied Jeff with a laugh also.
"Hmm, when we were younger we all loved that show Fraggle Rock" said Nick, with a laugh also. "And for some reason, I can't really remember why though we took to calling Mik, Fraggles at one point"
"It was because for Halloween one year, she dressed up as Red Fraggle" said Blaine, with a laugh and looked at Mikki who nodded.
"Yes, I did" she replied with a laugh. "And that was the same year you guys dressed up as Power Rangers, and you all wanted to be the red one"
"Because he's the leader, duh" said Nick.
"Who got to be him?" asked Sebastian, with a laugh.
"Me" replied Nick, with a smile. "I pulled the I'm older than these two guys card, and made Blainers be blue and Jeffy the green ones"
"What are you the police or something?" asked Mikki, looking over to Kurt, who was still leaning against the doorframe with a scowl on his face. "Making sure none of us get handsy with one another?"
"No I just don't think it's fair that there is one rule for you to be in here; and Finn and I aren't can't have our boyfriend or girlfriend in our rooms" replied Kurt.
"Not dating any of these guys" said Mikki, with a laugh.
"Right so they just compliment you on your body parts because they are purely friends" said Kurt.
"So we think Mikki has a great pair of tits" said Nick, with a laugh. "Nothing wrong with appreciating the female form"
"Seriously what is with you guys and looking at my tits and ass all the time?" asked Mikki, looking at him with a laugh. "I don't objectify you in that way"
"You can if you wish" replied Sebastian with a smile to that of Mikki. "I totally don't mind you checking out my ass"
Mikki looked at him shaking her head as the other guys laughed; and Kurt just stood at the door frowning, Blaine got off Sebastian's bed that they were all sitting on and with a sigh walked over to his boyfriend.
"Can we talk for a second?" asked Blaine.
Kurt looked at him. "Yeah"
"In private" said Blaine, and walked into the hallway.
"Blaine?" asked Kurt, as he followed him and Blaine turned to look at him.
"You just really need to stop, okay" said Blaine.
"Stop what?" asked Kurt.
"This whole thing where you try to rile up my friends" replied Blaine.
"Well you didn't even have the audacity to tell me you were coming over here" said Kurt.
"Because why I am here, nothing to do with you Kurt" said Blaine. "I have other friends as well you know that I do like to spend time with, and I like to be able to hang out with them on a weekend if I can"
"Yes, well I can see that" said Kurt. "Considering the way you're dressed, and haven't even bothered to put any gel in your hair. You don't look like you"
Blaine sighed. "So I'm not dapper Blaine today, so what. This isn't what this is about Kurt"
"Then what's it about?" asked Kurt.
"The way you treat my friends" replied Blaine.
Kurt looked at him and laughed. "Yes because Mikki is just friends with a bunch of guys"
"That's all she is Kurt" said Blaine. "Maybe she hasn't known Scott and Sebastian as long as she has know Nick, Jeff and I; but she is just a girl who happens to be a friend"
"What she is Blaine" said Kurt, looking at him. "Is a slut"
"Excuse me?" asked Blaine, looking to him. "You did not just call her that"
"Oh please, she is totally that" replied Kurt. "Probably thinks hanging around guys let them talk about her tits and ass, she might get to sleep with them"
"I cannot believe you would say something like that about someone" said Blaine, looking at him. "Especially since you know firsthand what it's like to have others say mean stuff about you"
"Fine sorry" replied Kurt, with a shrug.
"Just go and do something Kurt" said Blaine, looking at his boyfriend.
"Whatever" replied Kurt, and went to walk downstairs. "See me when you finished, if you wish"
"Yeah" said Blaine, and headed back into the bedroom.
"You know we heard all that" said Nick, who had his arm around Mikki, and Blaine could see that she been crying. "Real classy of Kurt, calling Mikki a slut"
"I know I'm sorry" said Blaine, as he sat back down and pulled Mikki into a hug; knowing that there wasn't generally much that could upset that of the brunette girl, but the dig from Kurt about her being what he had called her obviously had hurt her. "You know none of us think of you as that"
"I know you don't" replied Mikki, looking to him with a smile. "Just hurts to be called that and not even have him be a little bit apologetic about it"
"He's just annoyed with my mom that's all" said Scott, taking her hand and giving her a smile. "Kurt can be a real asshole when he wants to be and doesn't realize that what he says hurts"
"Still he should know how much it can hurt after all he went through before he came to Dalton" said Jeff.
"It's a defense mechanism for him" said Sebastian. "If he gets in first to hurt someone, then it won't be so bad when they hurt him with words, because he got the first punch so to speak"
"Yeah" replied Blaine, with a nod, who still had his arms wrapped around Mikki and looked at her. "You okay my lil' mouse?"
"I am" replied Mikki, with a nod. "I know you all love me as if I'm just that of a friend"
"We do" said Nick, with smile to her.
"Yeah" replied Mikki, with a smile of her own to him. "So let's get helping Seb and Scott with these character references for when they have show down with their wicked family"
"Uh huh" replied Sebastian, with a nod and the six of them set about working out what they could tell Nick and Blaine's dad and mom about the relationship they had seen the two brothers start to forge when they finally got to learn about that of one another.
End Note: Next chapter is going to be a Glee club showdown, and then the one after that will go in to taking the Edward & Danica Smythe down.
