OHMAIGOD YOU GUYZ, I AM SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SORRY TO HAVE KEPT YOU WAITING FOR SO LONG! PLEASE FORGIVE ME!
It's just that I've been crammed with loads of stuff and I just didn't have the time to write this.
It's really short because I'm running out of ideas! Help me think of more!
It will be much appreciated!
Mordecai awoke, quite suddenly, to child-like fists hitting his chest and gripping his shirt. He looked down, eyes widening at how hurt and scared his boyfriend's face looked, which was also wet with tears.
"Rigby?" He called, the first stage of panic already set in. When he didn't respond, he grabbed his stiff shoulders.
"No! Let go of me!" Rigby yelled, pushing Mordecai's chest as if he was a sick kidnapper.
"Rigby! Rigby, wake up!"
No response.
More cries.
More pushing on his chest.
...more tears...
Then the blue haired male had an idea. He leaned closer and closer to his thrashing lover, as he was stronger that him, and put his mouth to his ear.
"Rigby..." he whispered. "You need to wake up, okay? Your scaring me... please."
Suddenly, everything was at a stand still and silence fell thickly on the room. The pressure on his chest and the cries of fright stopped. He pulled back and Rigby was now looking at him, with tear-filled eyes, his whole figure shaking.
Mordecai didn't say anything, he just held him close as he cried, violently.
"Mordecai!" Rigby cried and he buried his face into the bluenettes shoulder, muffling his terror. "Protect m-me... please..."
People ran through Mordecai's mind, along with curse words and threats as his lover cried his dear little heart out.
"I w-wanna... get out of here.."
"Why?" It might've seemed like a stupid question but Mordecai really wanted some answers.
"B-because... it's infecting my mind..." Rigby whispered and the bluenette didn't know what he meant.
"What is?" He asked and Rigby stayed completely silent. Like he had just switched off there and then or in other words, straight up ignored him. The brunette pulled away and hung his head, the occasional tear slipping out every now and again.
Mordecai's expression grew stern and he grabbed onto his shoulders.
"What is it, Rigby!?" He then pulled away slightly, regretting raising his voice as the smaller one flinched.
"It's Margaret!" He shouted back, then sobbing and coughing violently. The bluenette patted his back, his face now sympathetic.
"What about Margaret?" His voice was quiet, in attempt to sooth his lover. It took the brunette a few seconds to say anything but finally:
"...I can still feel on my neck, Mordecai..." this time, Mordecai didn't say anything, even though he was confused, he just listened. "I can see her face..." Rigby whispered, his voice hoarse. Thats when Rigby looked into his eyes and Mordecai almost jumped at the sight.
They were discoloured, sunken in and the pupils were small, like he was constantly petrified. "She still wants to kill me... I know it..."
"Rigby, thats ridiculous... she's all the way across town."
"I want these to stop..."
Mordecai pondered the situation for a second and then put a hand on his lovers shoulder.
"We'll leave tommorrow, okay?"
"P-promise?"
"I promise"
The next day came and they were both more than ready to leave this hell of cleanliness and white. Mordecai left their room to go ask somebody if they could leave, specifically, the receptionist.
"Can I help you?" Croaked the receptionist as he approached the desk. The receptionist had fading red hair tied up in a bun and she was chewing on gum, rather loudly for Mordecai's taste.
"Uh, yeah. Can we leave today?" The woman looked at him with half lidded eyes, looking quite angry.
"Name?"
"Of the patient?"
"No of your dog- yes of the patient!"
"Rigby.."
The woman typed quickly on her keyboard then gave the mouse a few clicks before turning back to the bluenette.
"I'm sorry, but according to this he's got at least a week."
"Come on, we really want to leave! He's fine now, I swear."
She paused for a moment, then rolling her eyes back to her computer screen.
"I'll see what I can do..."
"Thanks!"
...don't kill me... I just ran out of ideas really fast...
