So, this isn't really a continuation of the current story (yet.) Below is what I call a deleted scene/plot. It was SUPPOSED to be chapter 3, but then Lulu came along and I got the idea for a new plot..so...this is what I originally typed except for this of course. Well...this will probably be terrible. GOOD LUCK SURVIVING THIS...TRASH! I'm uploading this because I have no clue when I can get the (actual) tenth chapter up. So...ENJOY I GUESS?

Thanks to those who reviewed once more! I'm so happy, haha! Happy go lucky me...never mind. Spongebob anyone? ENJOY! :D OH AND SPOILERS FOR HOUSE OF HADES AND A THEORY ABOUT BLOOD OF OLYMPUS THAT PERCY IS BEING POSSESSED BY GAEA (look it up, it sounds relatively possible). So yeah, he was in this. WARNING, SLIGHTLY DISTURBING POINT IN THIS CHAPTER.

Disclaimer: I don't own PJO/HoO, nor Coca Cola

Percy
I beckoned Jane in. She stood there, but hesitantly moved in.

Sydney beamed at her. "I'm glad you finally trust him."

Oh yeah, she didn't trust-WAIT. I frowned. "Why don't you trust me?"

Jane sighed and looked away. I wonder if something I did made her not trust me. Gods, what did I do? I thought nervously, but calmed myself down. Relax, Percy. It's not like you're on a date with Annabeth. Pfft, you can't "calm down." You have ADHD.. I made myself focus. Jane and Sydney were whisper-arguing (is that a thing? Hm...), and I immediately stepped in, although I simply said,

"Come on guys. I'm going to introduce you to Chiron and-"

"Seaweed Brain!"

Annabeth ran up Half Blood Hill to me. She was wearing a regular camp tee shirt, shorts, and flip-flops. Not Annabeth at all, but I figured she dressed like that from the heat. I didn't blame her. Even though it was snowing outside of camp, it was a hundred degrees inside of camp! How does that make sense? Yeah, I don't know either. Aside from the glistening of her skin, actually, never mind that, she was GORGEOUS. Her blonde hair was wavy today, not curly, her storming grey eyes filled with...

"PERCY!"

I jerked. I hadn't realized I was staring. Annabeth looked at me, frustrated, and said, "I've asked you about those two three times now and you haven't replied!"

"Er..that's Sydney, and that's Jane."

Jane smirked at me. "Let me guess, girlfriend?"

I felt my face go crimson. I don't know why I was so nervous, I mean, I'd fought GAEA, but I wanted to melt at that very moment. Jane reminded me of Reyna, and Reyna was almost as frightening as I thought Annabeth was when I first met her. Of course, I don't think that anymore (just don't let her know that), but still.

Annabeth nodded, and rolled her eyes. "Yeah, I love him. Don't get me wrong though, he's still a Seaweed Brain."

Jane cracked an authentic smile for once.

Sydney fake-coughed (again, that's a thing, right?) to get Annabeth's attention. Annabeth looked at her.

"Yes?"

"And you are..?"

"For one, you don't start a sentence with 'and', and for two, I'm Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena, head of the Athena cabin and architect of Olympus."

Sydney showed no emotion. Ever since she had her..'blackout' in the car, she'd been acting different. It was slightly annoying, but I was more curious then anything. Whatever happened during the blackout had made her troubled, that was for sure.

Great, now I sound like Annabeth.

"Do you introduce yourself with that name all the time? Oh, and, why isn't there snow here?" Jane asked.

Annabeth was about to reply, when Sydney began asking questions. "Who is our GODLY parent? Do we have powers? What is this camp? What if you're Roman, Percy mentioned Roman gods too earlier? What exactly are monsters? What do they-" She reminded me of Leo on sugar at that point. The girl was a 5'3 or so hyper 15 year old, who on top of regular hyper-ness (is it hyperness or hyper-ness or just hyper? I'll have to ask Annabeth later..) had ADHD.

Annabeth interrupted her, and turned to me. "Did you tell them ANYTHING?"

I nodded.

She scowled, and muttered, "Not enough apparently. You really are a Seaweed Brain, aren't you?"

"Hey! I heard that! And I told them enough!" I protested, sticking my tongue out maturely at her.

She sighed. "Come on, Sydney, Jane, I'll be your new MATURE and informational tour guide."

I was about to protest, since I had found them, but Annabeth shot me a look that said I shouldn't argue. So I shut my mouth, and jogged off, allowing Annabeth to give them a tour, and probably take them to Chiron. I virtually had nothing to do, so went up to the Zeus cabin.

I knocked on the regal door, and Jason Grace pulled it open.

His blonde hair was tousled, his blue eyes looked tired. He gave a small smile when he saw me, as we'd developed somewhat of a...bromance over time. He beckoned me in, and came in.

The Zeus cabin was just as awesome as usual. Of course it didn't compare to my Poseidon cabin, but it was still graceful. (You see what I did there? Yeah, Jason didn't get it either...) We rambled on for a while, until Jason asked me a certain question.

"Do you ever have dreams about the war? What am I saying, of course you do."

Jason sighed and was about to change the subject, I could tell from the time I spent with Lupa, but I said, "No. I don't. I have dreams of Tartarus and what Gaea did to me."

Memories flashed across my mind. Gaea possessing me, nearly killing her...I pushed those thoughts out of my mind, and stood up.

"I'm going to bed."

Jason frowned. "It's only 5:00pm."

I shrugged and walked out of the cabin. I wasn't in any good mood anymore. Come to think of it, I wondered how I was in the first place. Even though it's been two years-two YEARS, I still haven't recovered. I don't think anyone has, even though it was a complete and utter victory. They scarred me in multiple ways, even changing who I am. My darker side that I now had. I hid my darker personality from others, even Annabeth, even from myself sometimes, that I'd gotten because of those experiences.

It's okay Percy, I thought. You rescued two demigods today.

I went over to the Poseidon cabin and opened the door. My clothes were all over the floor, multiple papers and maps too. A few chip bags and Coca Cola cans thanks to the Stoll brothers were in the mix. I sat down on my bunk, and didn't even bother to take off my shoes or jacket. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was out.

My dreams were dark.

I was in Tartarus again. I'd learned not to fear it anymore, but, then again, I didn't fear much because of Lupa.

Unlike previous dreams, this wasn't a memory. I saw nothing but the Tartarus that drove me to my near point of insanity, until I spotted something that made my heart nearly stop. Jane was sitting there, staring at me. Although something was different. Her usual green eyes were solid black. Blood came out from them, as if it was her tears. She held out her hand, and pointed at me.

"Semper in nobis manet in morte," she said.

Before I had the chance to realize what she said, my dream shifted. I was falling, hearing a voice. It was distorted, but I knew who it was instantly.

Gaea.

The falling sensation made me feel as if I was falling to Tartarus again.

Gaea's voice though, reminded of when she possessed me. The feeling of her inside of you...you could still think, but you couldn't control yourself. She had overpowered me, and I was left to watch as I (tried) to kill my friends. If they hadn't...my thinking was interrupted by Gaea's voice. I could understand..

"I've noticed a pattern, Perseus Jackson. You are always out of my reach. Only you though. The problem is, you're the only one I needed..now I'm asleep once more. I can no longer torment you. NO LONGER CONTROL YOU. If I manage to control another powerful demigod and get her to allow me to rise..."

I was myself in this dream, I realized. It's a product..of...Jane...Gaea's voice instantly disappeared, my body was now in silent darkness. I tried to scream, but nothing came out.

Wake up. Wake up. WAKE UP PERCY.

Then I woke up.

When I opened my eyes to see my cabin, not very much time had gone by. I looked at my watch. It was only 5:30pm, so I hadn't been asleep for too long.

I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I really was going crazy. Dreams like that aren't that common, even in demigods. Sure, our dreams aren't the same as mortal dreams, but our dreams are never that strange. I began to ponder on the dream. Jane, in Tartarus, she'd said something...

It came to me.

She'd spoken Latin in the dream, saying "Always in our lives and in death."

What that meant, I wasn't sure of, but I didn't want to know. Why Gaea, she COULDN'T be returning. No, she's not. Although, something is, and that I knew.

Whether it was as big as Gaea or not, I knew something was coming.

I really wanted to tell Annabeth it all. Why I didn't, again, I have no clue. I stood up and walked outside. Campers in their orange shirts were doing many activities: talking and goofing around, sword fighting, riding Pegasus, climbing the rock wall, swimming, showing newcomers around, heading to cabins to talk inside. I walked around, looking for Annabeth.

No doubt she was showing the girls around still, but someone else could do that. I needed to talk to her, and badly. If I could tell her about it all, maybe she and I could figure it out together. That much I knew for sure.

Hopefully.

I began to wonder something else I could share with Annabeth: Why had Jane spoken Latin? Or why wasn't it Sydney?

I knew the answer perfectly well: Jane might be Roman.

Percy, you have no proof.

I sighed. Theories.

THEORIES! Oh, and did anyone notice how I wrote this chapter? The changes? By the way, this isn't spoilers, it's not Gaea returning, I promise. So...how is it? I know there wasn't much Jane/Sydney in this chapter, but there will be next chapter as it's Jane POV. :D BYE! -TheSeaGirl1234 who just noticed that the dash isn't in bold form.
