So there's 2 stories in one chapter here. Hope you guys like it!

On March 14, during lunch break, me and Sumire went to the playground where Natsume and his friends were.

Natsume did something to Sumire, but I didn't see it. I think he scratched her or something similar and she made him apologize.

I was jealous but I kept smiling at them.

"Sumire, he's only nice to you."

"Yeah, why would I want to be nice to you?" Natsume answered cockily.

I was hurt but I kept smiling.

"Yeah, why would you?" I countered and then I attempted to touch his hair.

He retreated to quickly, though, so I couldn't touch it.

Also, that day I went to our school play called 'The Boy From the Sky.' It wasn't as good as I thought.

It started at 7 so me, Hotaru and Nono went to a shopping mall near school. We went to eat Tempura.

When we came back, we went to the playground where Natsume, Sachiko, Naoko etc. were.

We completely ignored them.

After about 10 minutes of playing on the playground, we went upstairs to the lockers to put Hotaru's bag away.

We came back down but Hotaru and Nono thought I was chasing them and went back upstairs. I ignored them and continued to go outside.

I went outside and saw Sachiko. She called me over and I laid down with her.

I asked her where Naoko and Natsume went and she said she doesn't know but they didn't go home yet because Natsume's jacket is still there.

I sent Hotaru and Nono a Wechat saying that I will wait for them on the playground.

When Hotaru and Nono came back down, they said that they wanted to know if I knew they were gone and that they thought I was chasing them so they went back up.

I said that their laughter was so loud.

We played for another few minutes and then Tim Chen (a badass that thinks he's so cool but he's actually not) called Hotaru and told her to go to the theatre.

We weren't allowed to go in yet so then we went to the common area where Natsume, Naoko and Sachiko were.

We sat down and I helped Hotaru and Nono take pictures.

Natsume, Naoko and Sachiko came over.

"COCKROACH!" They yelled. We screamed.

Literally.

Then I went over and tried to take a picture.

My phone sucks though, so I couldn't take a clear picture.

Naoko was acting all hyper and went to hug Hotaru and Nono even though they aren't really friends.

I just walked away and then Natsume threw sunflower seeds at me.

It hit my teeth.

Later, I was just talking to Hotaru and Nono when the cockroach walked under Hotaru's shoe.

We freaked out and ran outside.

I saw that the common area was all full of sunflower seeds. It gave me a mini heart attack since it looked like millions of small bugs at first.

"WOAH WHAT HAPPENED HERE? WAR?" I screamed.

"Oh, those are bugs." Natsume tried scaring me. I just rolled my eyes and left.

How stupid.

During the intermission of the play, we went outside and then when we were ready to go back in, Natsume followed behind us and was joining into our conversation.

Hotaru poked his cheek and I just touched his hair.

At the end of the show, Hotaru and Nono had to leave but we went upstairs to the lockers first to get their bags.

The lights were already almost all closed and the locker area was super dark.

Natsume and Cloe, a schoolmate of ours, were behind the lockers and once they heard us they quickly came out.

When we went downstairs Hotaru nudged me a little.

"I think Natsume and Cloe are dating."

I already kinda knew since they looked suspicious behind the lockers.

"...Ok..." Hearing it out loud, though, was more painful than just thinking it.

They left and asked a nerd, Felix to stay with me until my mom came to pick me up.

I just stayed with Felix. He's a cool guy, nice, smart and pretty fun.

He was nice enough to let me stay with him but he just read his book and I kept looking at the clock.

He left like 15 minutes earlier than me and so I went up to where the lockers were.

Naoko, Natsume and Cloe were still up there.

I sat on the sofa in front of the lockers at first, but then I decided to sit on the sofa behind the lockers since it was darker.

Natsume, Naoko and Cloe just continued talking and I was playing Fruit Ninja on my phone.

Natsume saw my and then he freaked out.

"What?" Naoko and Cloe asked, staring at Natsume in confusion.

They came over and then they screamed.

"DUDE, YOU WERE HERE? GOSH I JUST SAW A GIRL AND I THOUGHT IT WAS MAMA (a horror movie we watched with Sachiko, Tomoko, Marcus, Simon etc.)." Natsume bursted. He went over to me.

"If you were here, why didn't you say something?" Natsume asked.

I stared at him.

"Why should I tell you?" I said. I wanted to cry. Why would he care anyways? He was the one who ignored me and refused to do interact with me.

He went back to Naoko and Cloe while I continued to play on my phone.

About a minute later he sat down next to me.

"Oh, Fruit Ninja." He stated as he looked at my phone.

"Yeah, it's the only game I have." I said.

Then my mom called me.

I stood up and when I was about to wear my bag, I saw it opened.

I closed it and then Natsume followed me to the hallways.

"If you took something, you better give it back now." I demanded, suspicious of him.

He said he was going to steal something, but he didn't.

I stared at him for a while longer before giving up.

"Ok. Bye guys." I don't think anyone said bye though...

On April 16, 2014, we were staying after school for badminton, again.

Natsume was playing with water balloons and then he made Sachiko and Naoko to throw water balloons with him at me.

He pretended to hit me with a racket and mess with my hair a lot.

After badminton, I asked Natsume why he always picked on me and he said it's cause he doesn't like me.

What he said pierced through my heart painfully and I felt my eyes sting but I kept my ground and acted like I wasn't bothered.

I told him I didn't like him either. He said I was talking behind his back when we stayed after school for basketball last time.

"What basketball?" I asked, confused and then I finally remembered.

Last time we stayed after school for badminton, they played basketball before badminton started and then Anna also stayed after school for her brother swimming.

I explained to him that I was singing a song called '我是一子小小鸟' (old mandarin song) and I never even said his name. It was him who suddenly turned around saying, "Fuck you."

"Do you swear on your life that you didn't say it?" He asked and said that he was sure he heard me say his name.

I said yes and that if I was lying I would jump right out the window.

He thought I was kidding and then Kitsu opened the window as a challenge.

They had such smug faces.

I was dead serious and stepped up and got ready to jump but the window wouldn't open big enough.

It was quite embarrassing, trying to get the window to open wider when I was supposed to make them regret whatever they said.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, calm down." Kitsu and Natsume said.

"The window isn't even big enough for you." Natsume stated.

I was at the verge of crying so then I just left.

Since they were at the locker area, they couldn't see the whole field so I went downstairs.

I didn't want to go through the common area since there are other students and adults there, so I went to basement and went on the field through another doorway.

I made sure they wouldn't see me from and windows and went to the high school steps.

I regretted that I didn't take my bag.

I waited for my dad to call and say that he's here.

While waiting, I saw a few teachers. I wiped my eyes and smiled at them, greeting them politely and trying to sound normal.

After that, my dad called and I told him I'm going back up to get my bag.

I thought for a while which flight of stairs I should go up and I really don't want to meet them again.

I went up using the stairs on the right and then I walked past the lower school gym.

Surprised, I saw Sachiko still playing badminton with a boy, which I assumed was Natsume.

I sighed and prayed they didn't see me.

When I was almost to the locker area, Natsume came from the locker area and we made eye contact for less than a second before we walked past each other, not saying a word.

I heard Kitsu call "you okay?" from the gym but I didn't answer, which I later felt guilty about.

I took my bag and left, going down the other flight of stairs so I wouldn't meet them again.

While going down, I was trying to hard not to cry.

I was cursing at him, calling him a bitch and bastard.

When I went onto my car, I pretended to be tired and happy.

I didn't tell my parents about the part where I tried to jump out the window, but I did tell them I got into a fight with him.

Kitsu told Sumire about it.

Sumire said she wasn't even surprised.

I got hurt from that.

I see Natsume everywhere now! When I want to see him, I can't find him anywhere and now that I really don't wanna see him, he's everywhere.

I can't believe it!
