Chapter 11, why is this so late? Because I've been working on other stuff and two new fanfics. Animaniacs and Fire Emblem Fates 2. You are welcome to give those a look if you'd like, but Ripper Roo has been waiting for me to post this.

Remember this story is from his point of view so if it looks like I'm talking, this is all written by Ripper Roo and NOT me. Ripper Roo has written this document to be honest as I sat back and read this all myself. lol

Enjoy though. We shall see what else he's written for us.

I decided to pack up my things and leave the hotel, the room was a bit of a mess because of my uncontrollable insanity that happens during the night. But I'm sure the maids will clean it up. I really didn't care about Cortex anymore as it was me now. I have a life to live and some friends to find.

I hopped out of my hotel room with the key and my bags and headed to the front desk. The man at the stand took the key and gave me the bill. I paid for the check out bill and left. Car and trucks were flying by on the streets. I was hopping along on the side walk, people freaked out at my appearance but I didn't care. I decided to wait for a taxi near a bench.

Some guy was reading a news paper, I took a peek at it as well. He then turned and saw me. He yipped and shook in fear until I spoke. My collar was turned on.

"Hey, no need to be freaked out, okay? I'm a person too, just not like you." I commented.

"Oh... You uh? You wanna read the morning paper?" The man's face turned into a grin. I smiled and refused. I wanted him to enjoy his day.

"Nah, it's not worth looking at. I'm just waiting for my taxi ride. I'm heading back to my family." I replied.

"Ah, where are you headed?" The man asked.

"To some place that looks like a desert, a place with hopping Kangaroos like me." I smiled and looked both ways, trying to see if a taxi is on the way.

"If you are talking about Australia, you have to fly there. A Taxi can't go over seas." The man giggled before returning to his news paper. I was confused for a moment as I asked him an obvious question.

"Hey, how can I fly there? Do they have flying things around here?" I asked the man. The man answered me while reading.

"The air port is straight ahead. If you keep going and then make a right, you will get there." He replied. I smiled and shook his hand.

"Thanks sir! I will never forget you!" I laughed and hopped away. He smiled at me as his taxi arrived.

"Take me to city hall." The man ordered. The driver nodded and drove off.

At the castle...

"We lost Coco and Crash again!" Tropy kicked the trash can near the kitchen.

"Oh well... I guess we will never win..." Joe hissed.

"It's that kangaroo's fault. He didn't finish the job!" Moe growled.

"Shut up both of you! Ripper Roo was fine until I messed up! Blame me!" Cortex shouted at them.

"Why should we blame you, mate? You really didn't know that this would happen." Dingodile let go of his anger towards him.

"Yeah, you tried..." Rilla Roo coughed.

"N Gin, please patch up Rilla Roo's chest and stop the infection!" Cortex called.

"Yes sir!" N Gin took Rilla Roo from Koala Kong.

"I should have never took out that photo book. Listen, you all just go on ahead and watch TV, I'm going to my lab. There is something that I need to do." Cortex left the room. Tropy sighed and sat on the couch.

"Oh! Can someone make popcorn?" Pinstripe asked. Everyone turned to Brio.

"What? You want me to make the popcorn?" Brio gasped.

"Yes, you must make it since you knew about Ripper Roo's past too." Tropy smirked at him.

"Fine, but after this, you're making them popcorn, Tropy." Brio stomped into the kitchen.

Cortex entered his lab, he was looking for my files. As he opened the drawer that said experiment 225. He was looking through the notes as he found his cell phone in my folder. He threw my notes down and scrolled through his phone to find my contact number. He dialed me. The phone rang.

At the airport...

I was hopping through lots of folks. I finally heard my phone ring as I stopped and saw that it was Cortex calling me. I was still angry with him as I clicked on the red button to ignore his call.

"I wish he will just leave me be..." I hissed as I hopped along.

I finally made it to my flight as I knew that I was going back home. Most of the people in the plane didn't care about my appearance as they wanted to take the same flight. I hopped into the plane and took my seat next to a man wearing sun glasses. He was drinking a martini and reading a small black book. I peeked at what he was reading and he didn't notice me at all. He continued taking sips from his drink.

Once he coughed a stopped peeking and quickly faced the window. The plane was beginning to take off. I felt tit shake as I held in my fear. Once we were in the air, there was no turning back.

We flew for hours, during the night I tried not to go insane, but my brain couldn't help it. I hopped over the guy wearing sun glasses and snuck into the snack room and ate up all of the food. I finally stopped and realized what I've done. I huffed and hopped back over to my seat and fell asleep again.

The guy wearing sun glasses yawned and woke up that night, he called the waiter for a snack, but she called to him that all the snacks were gone. He groaned and turned to look at me. Crumbs were on my face.

"I bet you ate the last snack..." He huffed, but he calmed down and looked out of the window, the night sky and the clouds were beautiful. He decided to rest a bit more as he drifted off to sleep again.

The next morning...

The plane landed in Australia, my home land. I hopped in front of everyone and left the plane in happiness. Home is where I wanted to be! I was free from Cortex and everyone else! Even though I will miss Nina, she was the only friend that knew about how I felt. But I finally get to see my friends!

"Marsha! Clay! I'm home!" I called out to them.

"Who was that?" A voice asked, it sounded like Clay.

"Chain?" The male kangaroo looked at me.

"Yes it's me!" I hopped over to him, be he was hopping away.

"Get away from me! You're not Chain! You're some crazy looking blue dog!" He yipped.

"No! It is me! Here is proof!" I got out my bag and took out the photos that Cortex hid from me.

Clay came over to me slowly and grabbed a photo from my paws, he looked at it.

"This is Chain. Wait, show me another one!" He barked. I gave him a lot more photos they were in order.

"You'll see the story from a strange point of view. But that is me and it's still me." I replied.

"Wait... This is the guy that killed Crow! They are the men that captured Chain! Wait... You're Chain!?" He gasped.

"Yes, it is I." I spoke.

"What's been going on? How were you? How did you escape and why is your fur blue?" Clay asked me a lot of question.

"That ray that he zapped me with in this picture did this to me." I answered.

"So, you've become this ugly thing?" Clay was confused.

"You may call me what you like, but it is me. I just go by Ripper Roo now." I answered him calmly.

"But this is great! Marsha will be happy that you returned!" Clay hopped over to get her.

Marsha came out from the brushes and saw me. She gasped but Clay showed her all of the photos. She turned and waved to me.

"Hey Chain! I'm glad to see that you are home!" She rushed over to me and leaped on me. I had to work hard to get her off of me.

"Yes, it's me! My name is now Ripper Roo. I'm used to my new name and I rather be called that than Chain." I replied.

"Oh, well, Ripper Roo, what are we doing now?" She looked around.

"I'm back, so we can just travel, just like we always did." I laughed.

"Why are you laughing like that?" Marsha was confused.

"Oh? Sorry, the zapping I received did a number of things. Changed my voice for one thing and made me go insane. Without this collar I wear, all you will hear is laughter. I won't be talking at all." I explained.

"Oh... Sort of like an after effect." Clay added.

"Exactly." I answered.

"My question is, are you that man's pet?" Marsha asked.

"No, Cortex is no longer my owner. I left him. Brio too. They both lied to me." I huffed.

"What about making friends?" Clay finally asked as he looked at me.

"Yes, I made one friend, her name is Nina. She is Cortex's niece." I answered, I wasn't willing to tell them my whole story because it would be too long.

"I think she misses you." Marsha felt concerned.

"Marsha, don't be sad, Ripper Roo has come back! He's home!" Clay cheered.

Suddenly, I felt some pain in my stomach, something was telling me to go back to the castle, but I wanted to be here. It's like my heart was telling my brain to change sides. I shook the feeling off and decided to spend more time with my real family and friends.

Later that day...

Joe hissed for Brio to come into the living room. Nina nudged him.

"More popcorn massssster!" Joe hissed.

"Ugh, fine." He took the empty bowl and got out more popcorn and made some.

"Ah, I wonder how my uncle is doing..." Nina sighed.

"I'm more worried about Ripper Roo, he's been gone for a while now." Pinstripe sighed while watching the film.

Cortex was in his lab, he was trying to contact me still, but I wasn't answering my phone. He finally sighed and gave up. He placed the phone in his pocket and left the lab.

"It's no use... I ruined this whole thing. I should have told him the truth. I should have never lied to him." Cortex placed his face in his hands, he felt defeated. He didn't care about Crash anymore. He cared more about me.

Finally his phone rang, he looked at it to see that it was me calling.

"Hello?" He answered.

"Cortex, there is something that I must tell you." I answered him.

"And what might that be?" He asked me in confusion.

"I'm back home, but my gut wants me to come back home with you... I think I will stay with my family here. I just can't go back, it hurts me too much now." I explained to him.

"Oh, well, if you do want to visit someday, you know where to find us." Cortex sighed and smiled.

"I might come back and visit, but I think I need more time than I said I needed." I grinned.

"Ripper Roo, please keep in touch with me! I need to know if you're okay!" Cortex reminded me.

"You know that I got your number, I was just mad at you and I still am a little." I growled.

"I'm so sorry." He whined.

"I shall think about your apology. For now, please stop calling me so much. I will call you when I can." I said.

"Okay, well I will talk to you later. Dinner is getting ready." Cortex coughed.

"Alright, bye." I smoothly said while laughing a bit.

"Bye." He answered back as we both hung up at the same time.

He continued down the hallway and went into Brio's library. He was looking at the books that I used to read. He saw one about time travel. He was thinking that I read this book to find out about my past. It was the correct book as he placed it down on the desk and began to read it.

"This must be why Ripper Roo wanted to know about his past. This book must have an answer!" He skimmed through the book and found something interesting.

He gasped.

In the living room...

A dinosaur was chasing a women through the forest along with a giant wolf and a gorilla.

"Man, who knew that this movie was scary?" Moe laughed.

N Gin was wetting his pants as he walked through to check on Rilla Roo.

"Oh man... I peed my pants!" He quickly went into the bathroom.

"Why was he looking then?" Dingodile laughed.

"Shhh!" Tropy hushed him, Dingodile grumbled and turned back to the movie.

"Tiny likes the big monkey! He smashes stuff like Tiny does!" Tiny cheered as the gorilla was smashing down buildings, people were screaming.

"Looks like they will destroy the city." Joe snickered.

"This is what Crash needs." Nina smiled.

"Sure, like we can get a monkey that big to do the work for us." Pinstripe laughed.

"But it might work." Koala Kong turned to Pinstripe, he then looked at the film.

Brio returned with the popcorn as he sets it down near Dingodile and Joe.

"Yes! Thank you!" Joe hissed, he gave an ugly grin towards him.

"You're welcome, just clean up once you're done." Brio walked out of the living room.

That night...

I was sleeping in the grass, under the stars while Marsha and Clay were resting behind the bushes like always. They were used to hiding ever since I got captured for the first time. I didn't want them to worry so much. I finally woke up int he middle of the night and went insane. I could not control it as I tried to stop.

"No no no! I have to get back to sleep!" I begged myself as I finally calmed down and was knocked out cold. I was asleep again.

Clay woke up and hopped over to me. He heard me yelling like crazy.

"Are you okay, Ripper Roo?" He shook me awake.

"Oh? Me? Yes I'm fine... I just go crazy at night and I don't know why..." I looked at him, I was worried.

"Well, I'm always here for you." Clay sat next to me.

"I know... I've been thinking though... What if you guys came to my new home and lived there with us?" I asked him.

"What!? But those humans killed Crow! There is no way I'm going back! If you want to head back, go on ahead!" Clay's tone changed.

"But, I can't stand sleeping on the ground. I'm used to sleeping in a cell, in a bed." I cried.

"If you want to go back... Then leave... But you can always visit us." Clay's tone went soft again.

"Cortex is a good man... He may have killed our friend, Crow. But he apologized for that. I sort of miss my owner... I broke his heart." I sighed.

"Are you willing to forgive him?" Clay wondered.

"Of course. It's why I was thinking about taking you guys with me. Tomorrow the plane leaves. If you both haven't decided by then, I will be leaving without you guys." I explained.

"Listen, Marsha and I will go with you... It's been a long time since we saw each other, but if things go wrong, we need to go back here." He responded.

"Sure. I will make another trip to come back here." I replied.

"Good. Now, let's get some more sleep." He yawned and went back into the bushes.

I fell asleep again. I started dreaming about Crow. He didn't have much to say about my decision. He knew I loved Cortex and Nina. He knew that I wanted to be in my new home.
