1 I have joined a group called the Degrassi Saviors which consists of fellow authors Halawen Christlove88 and tomfeltonlover1991. We have a website called at which you will find story clues teasers and blogs pertaining to Degrassi, so if you want to stay in the loop as far as whats coming up with new stories teasers etc. stop by.
There is poll on the site in which readers can vote for the story that replaces Road to eternal love. There are two choices to chose from, We are One and A divine Romance visit my fan fiction page for a bit about both stories.

Chapter11 Its All About Family
It had now been a full week since the hostage situation at Degrassi and everything was slowly getting back to normal.
Clare and Alli kept themselves busy by getting ready for their baby girls arrival, while Maya and Bianca seemed to be headed for a new level of bliss in their relationship with Bianca putting the finishing touches on an arrangement that would allow her to finish out the term and work at both Degrassi and the dance studio as well as being able to keep an eye on Maya from close by.
With the trial only a few short weeks away Alli Fiona and Bianca did everything they could to put their girls at ease.
Imogen had been sleeping better over the past few days with the relaxation techniques she had been taught which made both Fiona and Imogen's lives easier which was a good thing especially for Fiona who had been a little overstressed lately due to the upcoming trial, but she was also noticing that Imogen had been more tired then normal and eating a lot more which worried her a bit.
Imogen had gotten to the point that Fiona had convinced her to go into their head doctor to get herself checked out.
After a mini argument the night before Imogen finally agreed to go see Dr. Stevens who was Imogen's head doctor.
"Immy its time to get up."
"Fiona why the hell am I up so early I feel like crap."
"Oh Immy I'm sorry but you know you cant miss any days of school yet, its too early and besides you have a short day anyway."
"Fiona the hell with my short day I'm staying in bed."
"Imogen Moreno you will get up now." Fiona mocked yelled in her best Natalie impression.
"Alright Fiona you didn't have to bring Natalie into our bedroom I'm up."
"That's my angel now go get ready while I fix breakfast." Fiona said as walked out of the room towards the bathroom to freshen up and prepare for the day.
Once Fiona was ready she went down to the kitchen where she saw Bianca making Maya breakfast.
"Hey you two whats on the menu today?"
"Oh hey Fiona, Maya just wanted tacos topped with BBQ sauce for breakfast no big deal for my angel." Bianca replied as she saw Bianca and Maya both dressed sitting down wrapping up their breakfast.
"That's great B do we have anymore sweet rolls I wanted to make some for Imogen to go with her eggs and bacon."
"I think there's a stack in the freezer."
"Thanks B you're a life saver Immy's had a craving for sweets ever since last week and I know she loves the rolls with fudge".
"Anytime Fiona, any luck getting me that key?"
"Yeah go get it downstairs before you leave today the building manager had it made already."
"Thanks again I'm going to take Maya to campus today I'm heading up to Alex about some stuff Ill be back tonight."
"Fine B just make sure you and song bird over there don't over do it you're handling very precious cargo."
"Yes Fiona Ill take care of my girlfriend just make sure yours doesn't kill you today."
"Don't remind me Bianca now go take your girl to school."
Bianca grabbed Maya's bag and waited for Maya to grab her coat.
"Fiona Ill take my car Alli and Clare took a cab over here and are waiting downstairs for Maya and I so don't worry we got the split detail today so you two still have cover."
"Thanks B Ill see you tonight." Fiona calls as Bianca and Maya head out the door.
Once Bianca and Maya left Imogen came into the kitchen with a semi happy look on her face.
"Fiona I'm begging you let me stay home today I got no sleep last night."
"Immy if you can't make it through today how are you going to make it when you're getting ready to bring in our little angel into the world?"
"You're right Fiona I'm sorry I'm just being cranky I have to think about our little angel."
"Here I made you eggs and bacon now eat while I get the rest of your stuff and before you ask don't worry about me I'm eating later."
Fiona gathered up Imogen's stuff straightened out the loft and went back to check on her girlfriend.
"Fiona I'm ready lets go." Imogen said as she cleaned up her plate and headed for the door knowing Fiona already had her stuff ready to go.
"Alright Imogen let me grab the keys, don't forget after school its straight to the doctors."
"Fiona for the last time if you mention that place one more time I swear you will be on the couch til I give birth."
"Immy I'm just worried with the trial coming up and you pregnant I don't want anything going wrong."
"Fiona honey for the last time nothing is going to go wrong with the baby, now I need you to pull yourself together we need you to be strong for us because we both know when the trial starts Ill need all the support I can get because I cant face that monster on my own."
"Imogen Ill always be your side especially for that we will make it through this together." Fiona said as she kissed Imogen softly as the girls headed out the door to the car.
The drive to Degrassi was a short one with both Fiona and Imogen listening to the radio to ease their nerves.
Once Fiona made it to Degrassi she made sure Imogen was settled before heading off to class.
"Immy Ill pick you up after lunch if you need anything find Alli or call me I love you."
"I love you too Fiona."
Imogen kissed Fiona as Fiona turned to leave her girlfriend and head off TU.
Meanwhile across the hall Adam Alli and Clare were in art class with Alli keeping a watchful eye on her pregnant girlfriend while trying to finish a still life piece, Alli had been full on mama bear mode since they found out Serene Genesis was on the way Alli made sure that Clare was extra careful in school not to get over worked.
Once the bell sounded to end class Clare and Alli headed out the door and while walking out they noticed Adam looked a bit off today so Clare being Adam's closest friend took it upon herself to check on him before going into class.
"Hey Adam wait up." Clare called as Adam turned around to notice it was Clare calling out for him.
"Whats up Clare are you feeling alright?"
"Yes Adam I'm great its you I wanted to check on."
"Okay shot."
"You looked a little spaced out in class anything you wanna talk about?"
"Yeah but it can wait til lunch its no big."
"Adam are you sure I have time for you."
"I'm sure Clare go be with your girlfriend Ill be okay."
"Alright Adam just know you'll always have me to talk to."
"I know Clare thanks." Adam replied as he hugged Clare and walked off.
As Clare walked into class next to Alli she felt a bit of a kick.
"Clare are you okay baby?"
"I am Alli, Serene just kicked."
"Okay as long as you're good say what was up with Adam?"
"He said he's fine but I don't know he's been through a lot with that ass shattering the world he knew and replacing it with this cluster."
"Clare baby take it easy you're getting worked up." Alli said trying to calm her girlfriend.
"I'm good Alli I just get mad thinking of what that no good jackass has put us all through."
"I know babe but we cant focus on that now we have to let Sherm and the courts deal with that our main focus should be Serene and making sure both her and you are kept safe don't stress."
"Alli you keep me sane what would I do without you?"
"You'll never find out because I'm never leaving your side." Alli replied sweetly just as class was beginning.
Class went by quickly and Clare and Alli had a study hall next so they were able to relax before lunch and take care of the small load of homework they had after which Clare took a small nap while Alli did a bit of reading to pass the time.
As Alli was taken by the book she was reading she noticed Maya had come walking into the library.
"Hey Maya whats up?"
"Nothing Alli finished a test early and played the pregnancy card to come find you guys."
"Maya what would Bianca say if she knew you were skipping class."
"She wouldn't say a thing because she wont find out and on top of that class was basically over anyway."
"Alright I see this is a battle I wont win so come join me Clare's relaxing on the couch and I'm reading til lunch."
"Cool with me I just wish I had B here to snuggle with for a bit."
"Relax Maya she'll be here for lunch."
"Easy for you to say you have your girlfriend here with you I have to wait for mine to show up hell if you wanted to you could have sex with her anywhere in the building." Maya said as she began to cry.
"Maya relax and keep your voice down." Alli admonished.
"Sorry Alli its these damn hormones driving me insane.
"Its okay Maya I get it just relax and calm down."
"Thanks Alli I needed that sorry."
"Maya don't worry about I told you I get it remember Clare is going through the same thing besides I think of us as family now this has bonding experience for us all Bianca you Fiona and Imogen are like the sisters I never had I would do anything for either of you."
"Thanks Alli that's sweet." Maya said as she shared a hug with Alli and Clare woke up and the bell rang for lunch.
"What did I miss?" Clare asked.
"Nothing babe Maya was a bit emotional over missing Bianca."
"Aw that's sweet lets get to lunch I'm starved."
"Come on you two I'm sure Imogen's starved too."
The trio walked to the cafe where they ran into Adam Becky Imogen and Bianca.
Upon seeing Bianca Maya ran into the other girls arms.
"Hey song bird whats with the super speed?"
"Oh Bianca I missed you baby now shut up and kiss me."
Maya planted a heated kiss on her girlfriends lips.
"Maya whats with you?"
"Sorry B its just that I missed you can we go eat now?"
"Okay I get it babe lets go."
Bianca walked into the cafe with Bianca as Imogen Fiona Clare Alli Becky and Adam followed.
Once at the table the group was joined by Connor and Jenna.
"So guys we heard about the trial how are we doing this?" Jenna asked.
"Well we decided we want this all to just go away and my mom spoke to our lawyer who is offering Drew a plea deal to avoid trial but his lawyer wants a trial so it looks like we're going to trial in a few weeks." Fiona replied.
"Alright if that's what we have to do to end this I'm in."
"Thanks Jenna that means a lot." Clare chimed in.
"No problem Clare, Drew deserves to pay for what he put us all through and he will once the trial rolls around."
"Guys lets not talk about this we should focus on moving on and hoping that the babies are okay." Adam stated wanting to change the subject.
"You're right Adam sorry."
"Its okay Jenna listen lunch is almost over I'm going to take a walk Ill see you later."
"Okay Adam. The group called."
"Adam wait up." Clare called just catching Adams attention.
"Whats up Clare?"
"Look we still need to talk about earlier I can bring Alli with me and we can talk in the hall."
"Fine come on you two."
"You what guys Imogen and I will get going too she has a doctors appointment to get to." Fiona said as let Imogen finish up her lunch and gather her stuff to leave while Alli Clare and Adam made there way out of the cafe while Maya and Bianca also headed off.
Once they found an empty room the trio sat to talk.
"Well Adam whats up with you?"Clare asked.
"Well guys I've been doing a lot of thinking and I think its time Becky and I took the next step in our relationship."
Both Alli and Clare were stunned at the news.
"Adam are you saying you're planning to have sex with Becky?" Alli asked.
"No Alli I know Becky wants to wait until shes married for that but the step I want to take is a prelude to that."
"Wait Adam what are you saying?" Clare asked still a bit unsure of her friends intent.
I want to propose to Becky."
"Wow Adam that's a big step are you sure you want to do that?"
"Yes Clare I do but I want to do it after this whole mess is over I was hoping you two could help me out and support me."
"Of course we will Adam anything for you."
"Thanks guys I already know the ring I want to get Becky I've been looking for a couple days now its $1500".
"Wow Adam that's expensive." Clare comments.
"I know I sold a few vintage comics to come up with the money but Becky's worth it".
"That's sweet Adam you must really love her." Alli says sweetly.
"I do and before you ask my parents don't know I'm doing this yet Ill tell them after this trial with Drew blows over."
"Alright Adam if that's what you want you can count on us." Alli said.
"Thanks guys I just hope this blows over quickly because I cant take a drawn out trial."
Don't worry Adam I'm sure this shouldn't be too long after all there's no way Drew gets off we can all put this behind us soon." Alli says as she comforts Adam.
Thanks guys I guess Ill see you guys later I'm going to find Becky so we can spend the rest of the day together".
"Stay safe Adam." Clare says as she hugs her best friend and they go off in separate directions.
Alli and Clare headed out of Degrassi deciding to catch a cab home, in the cab Clare thought about the trial and realized she was going to need a lot more support to handle the trial so she sent a mass email to the five people she knew would be by her side in no time flat hoping that the people she called would be able to come through for her.
Once they got to Alli's Alli noticed Clare looked at her phone for a response message from the people she reached out to."
"Clare baby who were you emailing in the cab?"
"Just some people that I really feel would help us out when things get crazy around here and trust me they will."
"Okay but why we have Fiona Imogen Jenna Connor Maya and Jenna we don't need anyone else."
"Alli I know but with everything going on now I feel like the more help we have the better and besides I was thinking we've been together long enough that I feel its time we told people close to us that you and I are dating." Clare said as the duo walked into an empty home since the Bhandari's were still at work.
"Like who everyone we know knows about us."
"Not everyone there are still people I'm close to that don't know I'm even pregnant and more importantly your parents don't know we're dating."
"Clare we've talked about this I'm not ready to tell my parents yet but I will and as for you telling more people I don't see who else needs to know."
"Alli we have to tell your parents before the trial if you're worried about their reactions I'm here for you and the people I need to tell will be a help to all of us."
"Clare I don't know this is all just a mess what if my family disowns me?"
"If they do you'll have Serene and I we'll be your new family plus you have Fiona and the rest of us you're not alone."
"I guess you're right go get settled Ill run you a warm bath to relax."
Thanks Alli you're the best." Clare said as she blew Alli a kiss and walked off to the bathroom.
Meanwhile across town Fiona and Imogen were waiting for Imogen to be called for her check up.
"Immy that's your second bag of glaze doughnuts what gives?"
"Leave me alone Fiona I'm having this since you didn't buy me that sundae."
"Fine but slow down you'll make yourself sick."
Fiona I mean it shut up about my weight or you sleep on the couch."
"Sorry Immy I'm just looking out for you."
"Well stop okay I'm fine now shut up."
After waiting a few more minutes they were called in to see Imogen's doctor.
"Thanks for seeing us Doctor Stevens." Fiona remarked as she and Imogen walked into the young brunettes office.
"No problem Fiona its actually a good thing you came in because I have some news for the both of you."
Fiona saw the Doctor grab Imogen's chart and nod.
"Girls what I'm about to tell you may come as a shock so Fiona you better sit down and Imogen just hop up on the table."
Both girls watched as doctor Stevens setup the ultrasound machine.
"Before I get started I just want the both of you to know that this is a rare occurrence and is nothing to be alarmed about." Dr Stevens stated as she gelled Imogen's stomach and got the wand ready.
"Doc whats wrong with my girlfriend?" Fiona asked in a near panic.
"Fiona relax look at the screen and tell me what you see."
"Nothing it just looks like a big blob."
"Yes and that's your baby but after running some more tests on Imogen's most recent samples I found a bit of a surprise."
"What surprise doc?"
Well take a look at that blob on the left of the screen."
Both Imogen and Fiona were stunned luckily Fiona was the first to break the silence.
"Doc call me crazy but is that another baby?"
"Actually Fiona it is it seems like we were miss reading Imogen's test on the old equipment and instead of picking up both fetus' we were only picking up one but I can assure both are fine and healthy but Imogen is going to have to put on a little more weight to keep both babies strong."
Fiona hugged Imogen who was on the verge of tears.
"Oh my god Immy we're having twins."
"Fiona thank you baby for giving me another gift."
"Now I'm sorry for the error I hope you guys forgive us."
"Its no big Amy as long as both the babies are healthy that's ll that matters" Imogen said smiling.
"Alright so Ill set you two up with some pictures schedule my next home visit and let you guys go."
"Thanks both girls said in unison as Fiona cleaned off Imogen and she got dressed.
"Immy can you believe it we're having twins."
"I can't Fiona but I'm happy about it I always wanted a big family."
"Well you get what you asked for Immy our angels will be here in five months."
After being given the pictures Imogen and Fiona headed home on cloud nine counting down to the next big moment which would be finding out weather they were having boys or girls.
Since it was still slightly early Fiona decided to give Bianca a call and see what she was up to with Maya.
"Hey B its Fiona are you at the loft yet?"
"No but I'm driving back just went to go see my mentor and tell her Ill be living off campus soon whats up?"
Well we just found out Imogen is pregnant with twins there was a problem with the equipment but its fixed now."
Congrats, listen we got a hold o Katie by video chat she said shes coming home Maya told her what was going on and she insisted so I guess we'll have to make room for one more at your loft."
"Its cool the more support we have the better besides with everything going on I think its better that way we're a family now."
"Aw Fiona getting all sentimental."
"Shut it Bianca I'm serious."
"I know I'm just joking we'll see you in a bit alright sis."
"Yeah later B."
Fiona ended the call thinking to herself that if this whole crazy situation had taught her anything it was that family could get you through anything.
