Hey everybody, I'm back with chapter 11
I am so so sorry its taken ages to update but ive been really busy, i just finished my first year of uni, had to settle back in at home, get a part time job and help out with the family so its been sorta hard to keep up with my stories, but thank you everyone for waiting. this chapter isnt very long so i do apologize

Previously:
"It's a long story" I pointed out
"No problem, we're about to go to the cafeteria to get some breakfast how about you join us" Lacey then suggested.
I sighed as I realised that I wasn't going to get out of this "Fine fine," I caved, the two females grinned at each other, "deal" they both said
"However first things first. Your view on bacon" Midnight asked
"Take my bacon and I'll kill you" I replied with teasingly as I pointed my finger at her
"Something tells me this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship" Said Midnight, as her and Lacey showed me the way to the cafeteria. And I had to admit that I was starting to agree with her.
Chapter 11: Bacon is Life
Normal POV:
"That's one heck of a story Light" exclaimed Lacey as she finished downing her drink, Midnight nodded in agreement
"But it's one awesome story to tell your grandkids" Midnight said jokingly,
Light sighed "It's an awesome story, yes. But it means nothing if we can't get back home"
"What?" asked Midnight, "why would you want to go back, your living in the one place you've always wanted to be"
"But it's not home, I have our parents to think of. Our family. All our friends. It would be selfish to just stay here and it's not fair on them if we just up and vanished from their lives again" Lightning explained, placing her food back on her plate slightly put off from eating now.
'Again?' the two female soldiers thought to themselves but where brought out of their thoughts when they heard a female child's voice shout out
"Lightning!"
The two soldiers glanced behind the purplehaired girl to see a little girl no older than 5 years old run up to Lightning. She had shoulder length pink hair, a checkered skirt, white top, black cardigan and trainers. Light turned around at the sound of her name being called and smiled as the child approached her, bending over she picked up the little girl and settled her on her lap before lightly tickling her tummy.
"Look at you" exclaimed Light, as the child laughed from being tickled "I see Ratchet gave you a human form as well?" she asked rhetorically.
"Uh…Light whose this?" Lacey asked in slight confusion
"This is Echo" answered Light as she gestured to the child "Did I forget to mention that the autobots have the ability to turn human as well" she then asked, Midnight and Lacey shook their head in denial. "Sweetspark, say hi to Midnight and Lacey" Said Light as she pointed to the two females.
"Hi" greeted Echo as she waved at the two women
"awwwww" exclaimed Midnight and Lacey as they observed the child.
"Echo, where are you?" they heard someone shout in the distant, Lightning raised an eyebrow as she recognised the deep baritone voice of Optimus and gave an accusing but playful glare at Echo, who giggled innocently. Light sighed.
"Over here Prime" Light then called out as she waved her arm in the air to get Optimus' attention, behind him were the other bots – also in their humans forms – with Epps, Lennox and the two older teens. Light chuckled as she heard Ratchet mutter something about being too old to babysit sparkling's.
"There ya are" exclaimed Jazz as he patted Echo's head,
"I'm guessing she ran off when she had the chance right?" Light asked Optimus. Said bot chuckled slightly
"She said something about sensing you were near and ran off" Optimus explained, Light looked a little puzzled at Optimus' explanation and looked down at the sparkling
"You could sense me?" she asked, Echo nodded and pointed to the all spark she had around her neck
"Could hear spark energy" Echo then explained. Light still looked slightly confused
"Hear?" Light asked but before Echo could respond Lily-Ann interrupted
"Light~~~~" Whined Lily, "I'm hungry"
Said older sibling sighed and patted the seat next to her "I'm not hungry so you can have the rest of mine, it's a bacon butty". Lily- Ann's smile brightened by a tenfold before she jumped off of Bee's back and made herself comfortable at the table before wolfing down the food.
"Another bacon lover" Lacey asked Light as she pointed to the young blonde, Light laughed
"Wait till you meet Angel" she replied with, before turning back to the bots "actually, where is Oliver and Angel?" Light then asked. The bots all glanced at each other confusedly.
"Aren't they here with you?" Lennox then asked, Light tilted her head to the side
"No, why would they be with me. I haven't seen them since I dropped Echo off to Oliver" Light explained,
"Thev wesh to fines chuu" Lily said with a mouth full of food. Light frowned at her sister, "Finish food then talk" Light scolded, lily swallowed and smiled apologetically
"Sorry, Oliver said you had a flashback nightmare and went to see if you were ok" Lily then explained more clearly, Light's face paled slightly
"How did he…?" Light began to ask but Lily answered back before she could finish
"You called him Otouto" Lily answered, Light's eyes widened when she realised Lily was right and internally cursed herself for slipping up. 'Stupid, stupid, stupid' she thought to herself
"Where are they now?" Light asked, this time it was Jazz who answered
"They said somethin' bout goin' to tha trainin' area" he explained, Light nodded before getting out her phone and quickly typing a text to the two middle siblings. Echo still currently sitting on Lightning's lap, stared intensely at the phone as she watched Lightning's fingers dart across the keypad.
"Oliver and Angel are on their way now" Light then said as her phone suddenly *dinged*
"So this flashback nightmare thing then?" Lennox began,
"Nothing you need to worry about" Light then said rather harshly back while glaring at the captain, her eyes widened in shock before looking down and rubbing her temple with her right hand "sorry, I don't really talk to people about it cos I don't want to burden them with my problems" she then explained, Ironhide crossed his arms and rolled his eyes
"Tch, Remind you of anyone prime" Hide then half-jokingly asked, said Prime playfully glared at his weapon specialist.
"There you are you baka" exclaimed a familiar males voice, everyone turned to see Oliver and Angel approaching the group, looking slightly out of breath. "What the bloody hell were you thinking Light" Oliver began ranting as he stomped up to his older sister "only two hours sleep and you decide to have a six hour training session, the deal was if you had a flashback nightmare you would go to us!"
Light rolled her eyes and sighed heavily before responding "It was just a nightmare, no biggy"
"No biggy? No biggy? Are you bloody stupid or something? You're injured, sleep deprived and went on a fragging training session, and you're telling me no biggy. God damn it Light we don't want to lose you again" Oliver argued but before Light could respond Angel stepped in
"ENOUGH!" she shouted, grabbing the attention of the two oldest siblings. Angel pointed to Oliver "We get it, Light shouldn't have done what she did but she did anyway, you know how stubborn she can be when she has her mind set on something" Angel then pointed to Light "Next time, considering the condition you are currently in, come to us. We're your siblings for a reason and here to talk you should know that by now. Now can both of you stop arguing like a couple of sparklings" Light and Oliver looked down, as if a couple of children being scolded by their parents. Angel sighed "More importantly, Light. What do you remember?"
Light looked up as she stared at her sister confusedly, Angel sighed again "Your flashback nightmare, do you remember anything else?"
"No, it's all very blurry and I can't make out what their saying" lied Lightning, Oliver crouched down in front of Light and stared intensely at her
"She's telling the truth" He said before getting up again, Lightning mentally cheered in her head for being able to lie to them, 'They shouldn't be involved with this, not again' she thought to herself.
"Ah, there you all are" Said a feminine Australian voice, practically everyone turned to see Maggie, Glen and Keller approach them. Lennox, Epps and the two female soldiers saluted Keller as he came over, Keller nodded back to them before turning to Optimus "We need you and your autobots to follow us, we have to head out for a meeting with the higher ups on deciding on what to do, you can't stay in here forever plus they want a detailed report on just what exactly happened" He explained before turning to Sam, "You and your girlfriend will also need to come"
"Then I need to go as well" stated Lightning, Lennox turned to said girl "But you guys arrived here afterwards" he pointed out
"True, but I know exactly whats going to happen within the next ten years, including who's involved and where your base is, I can give input. Also a girl with her siblings stuck in this world after coming through a portal no one has a clue about is definitely going to pipe their interest." Light explained, Keller sighed
"fine, fine. You can come along as well" Keller said,
"I object, she is no condition to be travelling in and we have no idea what the side effects of the All Spark could do to her" argued Ratchet. Light stood up, balancing Echo on her right hip she walked up to Ratchet
"Well then, your just gonna have to make sure I don't get into any trouble then" she said jokingly before winking and turning around and walking away again. Ratchet growled and was about to counter her till he felt a hand on his right shoulder, turning he saw Optimus shaking his head
"Miss Lightning has a point and from what I can tell so far from her actions is that just like Solus she is going to be one stubborn femme" Optimus explained, Ratchet sighed in defeat
"Fine, but if you don't feel well at any point you come to me immediately" Ratchet ordered as he pointed at the oldest sibling, Light chuckled and saluted Ratchet with her left hand
"Okay Doc bot, I'll go to you if I have any problems" Light responded with, ignoring Ratchet growl again she made her way to her siblings and placed Echo in Oliver's arms "She stays in your sight at all times, don't let any of the soldiers near her or the girls"
"What?!" whined Oliver as he settled the sparkling more comfortably in his arms "why do we have to stay?" he asked
"Cos I don't trust these 'higher ups', anything could happen, remember some decepticons are still out there plus we don't all need to go." Light explained before turning to Midnight and Lacey "Do you guys mind staying with my siblings for me please, I trust you guys out of all the other soldiers so far"
"Oh of course hun, anything for a friend" said Lacey as Midnight swung an arm over Angel's shoulder
"I believe me you have some bonding to do over bacon" she said, Angels eyes sparkled as she heard the magic word, Midnight laughed at the young teen's reaction "They'll be just fine with us Light, we won't let anyone touch them"
"Trust us Light, we'll scare off anyone who tries anything" Lacey then said, her facial expression rapidly turning serious "I'll show them what hell is truly like" she muttered darkly, at that Oliver laughed and pointed his thumb over at Lacey
"I think we'll get on just fine. How good are your fighting skills?" Oliver asked, both the female soldiers looked at each other before smirking
"Boy, we're gonna wipe the floor with you" they both said, and began leading the children out of the cafeteria "Don't worry Light, we won't hurt them…well too badly anyway" Lacey hollered over her shoulder as they walked away. Light turned back to Keller as she clapped her hands together
"So, when do we leave?" she asked excitedly
"We leave as soon as possible, but I gather from the fact you guys are in the cafeteria means you were eating, so we leave in ten minutes, that way those who still need to eat can. I don't want my men to turn up half dead from starvation" Keller explained "I guess you'll be travelling in your other form then?" Keller asked Optimus
Said bot nodded in agreement "It would be good for us as we have spent a lot of time in this dam" Optimus explained
"Plus me an' Bee wanna see just how fas' our wheels can go" Jazz also piped in excitedly, but shrunk down as he received a scowl from his commanding officer "or maybe not, whatever's cool man"
"Well then Lightning are you okay to go with Maggie, Glen and a few other soldiers" Keller asked Lightning,
"Um…" began Lightning nervously as she twiddled her fingers together "would it be okay if I went with the bots, I'd feel safer being with them…if that's okay with you guys" Lightning then asked the bots
Optimus glanced between his weapon specialist and CMO "Of course that is ok Miss Lightning" he answered, Light chuckled
"Please none of the 'Miss', it's just plain old Lightning" Lightning said
"Is Lightning even your real name cos I don't think I've ever met somebody with that name before" Epps asked
"Of course Lightning's not my real name, it's just a nickname practically everyone calls me by now" Light explained
Epps thought for a sec before responding "Wait, so what's your real name?"
Light winked "that's a secret~" she said before skipping off, Lennox shook his head
"You know for someone whose sleep deprived and injured she sure is full of energy" he then commented, as he watched the retreating back of Lightning, the bots nodding in agreement.
Light smiled to herself as she overheard Lennox, 'The only reason I haven't collapsed from exhaustion is because of those monster cans I drank earlier', she thought to herself as she remembered that she was almost falling asleep again when her and the two female soldiers reached the café and in an attempt to keep her awake Midnight grabbed a couple of energy drinks for her.
Light fetched her phone out of her pocket and clicked on the internet, surprise showed on her face when she noticed her phone was still connected to her home internet back in her world, doing a quick search she found that the internet still contained everything there was to know about the bots, 'somehow the phone is still connected to the other world' she thought. She shrugged her shoulders and began to search up on the internet for a specific person. She then began texting Angel
- Hey hun, think you can get into the governments network again? Need you too search something for me? – Light
She didn't have to wait long for a reply
-Sure what do you need? – Angel
-Get access to the satellites, we need to keep an eye out for any possible bot landings or possibly cons. The gov is busy trying to get back on track they won't bother keeping an eye out. Secondly find whatever information you have on this guy, 'Lucas Williams', there's a pic to help – Light
Light had managed to search up that 'Lucas' guy from almost a week ago and already had several ideas on how he knew the bots but needed some extra info from her sister to confirm her suspicions, she attached a photo she found of him on the internet and sent it over, her phone could only hack so far into government system without being detected.
-Sure no problem, I already got into the system once so I should be able to bypass them much easier this time around. How am I pose to get an autobot reading? :S – Angel.
Light thought for a sec before responding.
-All Autobots have this coding system that helps distinguish them from allies and enemies while on the battle field and what not, Echo is also a bot so she has the coding. Ask her and she should give you the coding for an autobot signal –Light
Light smiled and tucked her phone back into her pocket just as she made her way back into the main hanger bay with one main thought in her head
'I will get my family back home'
And done, like i said it wasnt very long but i hoped you enjoyed it so far i promise the next chapter will be longer and up soon.
