Well hello! Here's chapter 11 of The Legend of Fairy Tail! I hope I'm not late! Anyways the last chapter I said I would make a small summary of the 3 characters so here it is!

Belle Dreyar: A sweet, kind girl with a strong passion for protecting her friends. She has forest green curly hair, and forest green eyes. She is the granddaughter of Makarov, master of Fairy Tail, but didn't know because she was kept a slave by her father, Ivan. She uses Earth Magic that she learned from her mother who was the previous Goddess Farore of Hyrule. Now she is the Goddess Farore of Hyrule because of her mother's death. Although she's very quiet she seems to open up to Link, another hylian and also guild mate, and seems to have a special feeling towards him.

Link: A handsome gentleman who is very trustworthy. He was born in Hyrule and when his parents died, the king sent him to Magnolia for a different life. He gains strength every day to protect his family, Fairy Tail. Yes, he has had girls fall for him but he hasn't really fallen in love with any of them. Of course, those feelings change when he catches a certain forest green haired girl (with pointy ears just like him) in his arms. Ever since that day, he's always wanted to be near her and the warmth that she gives him with her beautiful smile.

Lester: A member of the guild, Raven Tail, the guild Belle's father is the master of. He is known as the smartest member. Also Belle's childhood friend and he's always had been in love with her, but because Ivan was stronger, and the master of the guild, he couldn't protect her from him. He feels a certain rivalry with Link for the love of Belle, and feels hate towards him. He swears to himself that he won't let Link have her without a fight.

Now on with the story!

Chapter 11: Erica and Thomas

Belle's POV

I couldn't sleep at all thinking about what Lester said. His negativity sure did frighten me. Usually when were younger I was always the negative one, always thinking I would get killed the next day. Then he would be there soothing me about how nothing bad would happen to me and that my mother was always protecting me. He was always there for me and for that reason only I continued on. But now, he's different. Father's changed him and turned him into something horrible where he didn't have any confidence at all. I sighed. I felt the heavy bags under my eyes. I got out of my room and found Lucy waiting with everybody in front of their rooms. Lucy turned to me with a smile and ran up to me.

"Hey Belle, it's about time-"she paused with her mouth hanging open.

"Don't say ANYTHING!" I hissed, glaring at her to keep quiet. She flinched at my words. I sighed and went up to her softening my gaze. I noticed Link turning to me. He had a green tunic on with tights and brown boots. A sword was in a sheath on his back. I turned to Lucy trying not to blush. "Sorry…I didn't sleep at all…" I yawned loudly, tears at the corner of my eyes. Then I rubbed them lazily.

"Belle you have to sleep sometime. Our mission might take long so we need as much power as we can get." Lucy scolded. I nodded ashamed. Lucy then smiled and laughed a bit. "Its fine but you need your rest to stay healthy!" Here let me help you-"she was cut off when Link walked up to them and put an arm around Belle.

"Don't worry Lucy, I can help, if that's alright?" he said the last three words facing me. I blushed and nodded. Another thing I was thinking about all night was when we were on the stairs almost seconds away from our lips locking. Lucy blinked and was about to protest when Natsu grabbed her hand. Lucy looked at him with a blush and Natsu persuaded her.

"Lucy, I want you to come with me! I don't want to hang out with Link!"

I could feel Link twitch at his words but he didn't say anything. Lucy smiled and nodded. The moment they were ahead it grew silent. I turned to Link, who was staring ahead and he slowly turned to me. Looking at him blush also made me blush. He let his arm out and kept looking to me. I slowly linked our arms and I smiled a little.

"You didn't sleep either, right?" he asked me.

I nodded slowly. Suddenly words left my mind. What am I supposed to say? Link also stood silent. He kept on opening his mouth, then closing it. He sighed and looked ahead.

"About last night," he began.

He was cut off by a noise behind us. We both turned and our eyes fell on Sebastian. He cleared his throat and walked our way. My eyes narrowed and I moved closer to Link. But then out of nothing, he walked past us. I blinked confused and turned to Link who was smirking. Then we started walking.

"What did you do?" I asked demanding an answer, looking at him suspiciously.

He turned to me with innocent eyes. "I didn't do anything!"

I put on a serious face, but seconds later it turned to a smile. Then the smile turned into laughter. He began laughing too as we finally reached the entrance.

Arthur, Risa, the rest of the team, Sebastian (I tried so hard not to laugh at how he looked at us), and the other maids. I smiled almost forgetting about how sleepy I was.

"Ready?" asked Erza, smiling softly.

We all nodded and were each given a small bag with apples and a small water container for the mission by Risa. We all thanked her and Arthur and when we got to the front gate he wished us good luck.

"Fairy Tail," he began with a small grin, "I believe that you will be victorious in this job! Please, take care!"

We all smiled and waved back.

"Okay! Time to find the jewel!" yelled Lucy with her fist in the air. We all answered with a 'yeah!'

We first decided to go to where Arthur encountered the thieves which was at a park at the corner of his mansion. We got to the park and saw several little kids running around playing. We all agreed to split up and search around and to return to the entrance if we found something. I walked to my left and looked around for anything suspicious. The day was clear and the sun warmed me up with its bright glow. Almost every bird was chirping and I smiled happily, although I was still tired. I covered the yawn that escaped my mouth and I held my hands behind my back. That's when I heard a rustling behind me.

"Who's there?" I asked turning around, alarmed. I relaxed and let out a small smile as I saw a small chipmunk pop out of the bushes. The moment it noticed I was there it backed away. "Don't worry…" I said reaching my hand out. It looked at me suspiciously, and I inched a little closer to it. "It's okay, I won't hurt you, I promise!" I gave it a reassuring smile. As if trusting me it came a little closer and was about to sniff my hand when it quickly backed away and ran off. I frowned in disappointment and turned around. My eyes widened at the figure in front of me. It was a girl with dark violet hair that reached up to her shoulders and with sharp golden eyes. She was dressed in a purple shirt where the sleeves draped down to her shoulders, white tights, and brown boots that reached her knees. The aura she gave off alarmed me.

"Who are you?" I asked her coldly.

She gave me an innocent look. "That's not an attitude you should give to a stranger now, is it?"

I eyed her and backed up slowly. She gave a small sigh but then smiled evilly.

"My name is Erica Draunel, although that doesn't really matter to you." She examined her nails. "Belle, right?" she asked pointing a finger at me. "I've been observing you for quite a while now, and I believe that I have something you want!" she said finally looking at me with a smirk. I looked at her with a raised eyebrow. What is she talking about?

"You're a Fairy Tail member?" she asked eyeing the green mark on my leg.

"Yeah…and?" I asked harshly.

Her smirk widened. "You have an ugly attitude, and I'm sure I can beat it out of you!" she thought for a moment and continued on. "Although I've been observing your guild mates and you interest me, way more than that perky blonde that I saw earlier."

My eyes widened at the person she was speaking of.

"She had an ugly face that screamed out 'I'm desperate' and had humungous breasts. And she had a short skirt that made her look like a little whore-"I cut her off as I drove my fist into her stomach. She flew back and tumbled on the ground. I glared at her as she coughed on the ground.

"Don't talk about Lucy like that. Nobody talks about my friends like that, understand?"

She shot a nasty glare at me, the side of her mouth with a bit of blood.

"Why you little-"she began but didn't finish. Her hand went to her temple and she looked as if she was trying to listen to something. She nodded and said 'ok, I understand.'

She turned to me and smirked. "Looks like you're in luck. But I swear I'll get you back for this." After she said that she disappeared.

"My name is Erica Draunel, although that doesn't really matter to you."

"I've been observing you for quite a while now, and I believe that I have something you want!"

My eyes widened, remembering her exact words. Something…I…want…? The Jewel!

"I have to tell everyone!" I said running back the way I came from.

Link's POV

"So…what exactly are we supposed to be looking for?" I asked myself. It feels like I've been wondering around for days when it's just been 10 minutes. I sighed, rubbing the sleep from my eyes. If only I had gone with Belle, or at least run into her. I yawned loudly.

"What an idiot." stated an unfamiliar voice. I whipped around and noticed a guy about my age. He had flaming red hair that was really long and put into a pony tail and crimson red eyes. He had a black shirt on with a white cape over it. A blood red sword was in a sheath that clung to his belt.

"What kind of man wears a skirt and tights? And here I thought you were a bit strong? What a shame!" he laughed, sharp teeth showing. My eye started twitching. Is this guy serious? What the hell is his problem?

I crossed my arms and smirked. "I don't think you should be talking Mr. Ponytail. I mean I may be wearing a dress, but if you put on some make up, nail polish, and braid that long rope you have on your head, you can be confused for a girl. A really ugly one too."

His big smile turned into a big frown and I couldn't help but burst out with laughter.

"What happened…lost all of your confidence or something?" I said wiping tears from the corner of my eyes. He clenched his fist then smirked.

"Nope not really…after all…I do have this!" he yelled as he took out a small blue jewel from his pocket. My smile disappeared the moment I saw the small pebble hanging off of a chain.

"That's the blue jewel we're supposed to bring back to Arthur!" I said to myself.

"He-he, what's wrong? Lost all of your confidence or something?" he said, mocking my words.

"Give. Me. The. Jewel." I growled. He shook his head with an 'uh uh.'

"Not without a fight…" he cooed. He got into fighting stance but straightened out all of a sudden. He put his index and middle finger to his right temple.

"What?" I questioned to myself.

"She was what?!" he yelled. I stared at him confused.

"Wow he even talks to himself…" I muttered.

"A girl with forest hair and eyes? Yes, I understand…" he said nodding. He put his hand down and sighed in frustration. He looked at me and spoke.

"Looks like I have to go..." he had small wings that grew on his shoes and was about to take off, when I grabbed the front of his shirt and pulled him back down.

"What about a girl with forest green hair and eyes! I swear if you lay a finger on Belle-!" I shouted.

He clenched his fist that was grabbing my arm and chuckled.

"Don't hurt her?! She was the one who shoved her fist into my friend's stomach."

Confused, I let go of his shirt and he smoothed it out.

"Heh, you fairies are going to get crushed. Here!" he said throwing me a small lacrima. "If you want the jewel, come here! I can't wait to kick your ass."

I looked at the lacrima and back to him.

"Hey! First I have to know the name of the bastard I'm fighting!" I said to him. He smirked.

"The name's Thomas Weller, and you?"

"Link."

"Well then Link, can't wait to see you beg for mercy at my feet!" he said hovering up.

"I'm positive it'll be the other way around!" I shouted before he disappeared.

I stayed there thinking over and looked at the lacrima. I should go find Belle…
