Chapter 11:
*Ramon's POV*
Artemia soon falls asleep peacefully in my arms. Her soft breathing is getting to me. Feronia's still with Adrienne and Jonathan, knowing that Mommy wants to with Daddy now. Once we got to our locker room, I seated myself on the bench against the wall hugging her a little tighter. My eyes never left the beautiful vampire. Everything about her is amazing to me. Not just her looks, but her personality, attitude, and nature. When she becomes a kid for Feronia when they are playing together. Her eyes turn lustfully when we are enjoying ourselves and seductively when she comes out to the ring. Also how playful she can be.
"Is it time?" I thought to myself. The smile grew more as I continue to stare at her. "It is time."
Feronia sleeps peacefully in her forest as Artemia continues to rest her beautiful body on our bed. I'm laying next to her admiring her beauty before falling asleep for the night as well. Then my phone vibrates for a text.
"Hey you got a minute?" Jonathan texted.
"Yea, what's up?" I texted back.
"Since we are scheduled to wrestle, but not the girls, I was wondering if you can help me with something during the weekend."
"With what?"
"I'm thinking about giving Adrienne something special."
"I see where this is going ;)"
"Even though it's been a few months of us together, I believe it is time for it."
"Well I believe it is time for me as well."
"Awesome! So we are good for this weekend?"
"Yep."
If I am able to defeat Daniel Bryan at Fastlane, maybe sharing the victory will be special with it, but at the same time it is special if it's just the two of us. Man, I have a lot of planning to do for it.
The next morning at four o'clock, I finished up getting ready for the day and also for the plane ride. My fingers run themselves through her dark locks, awaking her up from her slumber. "Hey Sweetheart," I smiled to her.
"Hey Love," Artemia sleepily smiles back.
"Jonathan and I need to leave for Fastlane."
"Today?"
"Yea we have a few things to do before then."
"Okay, will you come back for me?"
"I will always come back for you," I said, getting close to her gorgeous face.
"I love you so much Joe," she smiles.
"I love you so much more."
Our lips touch into another amazing kiss. We gotten a little steamy, but hey it's normal for us.
*Artemia's POV*
I couldn't go back to sleep when Roman left home. Even though it is four o'clock in the morning. Why not just get ready for the day now? Usually on Fridays and weekends, Adrienne and I will have our own choice to either workout or not. I took my shower and put on some black jeans and a black undershirt. My hair's dry from blow drying.
Little Feronia all awake when I saw her. Her gray eyes look up to me with sadness in them and her voice, "Mommy."
"You're couldn't sleep either huh?" I smiled sadly to her.
"I miss Daddy already."
"I know I do too."
She takes her shower before getting her clothes for the day. While helping her get ready for the day, I couldn't help, but smile. Feronia is definitely the picture perfect of Roman and me. Long, smooth hair like Roman's, but thick and straight like mine's. Also her skin's darker than mine, but it's lighter than his. Gray eyes are identical to his. She's petite like me when I was her age. Forest green pants are on her legs as a black dress covers her torso that went down to her knees and showing off her arms.
"Mommy," Little Feronia speaks to me as I brush her long dark hair. "When will Daddy be home?"
"Daddy will be home on Monday with Uncle Johnny," I answered with a smile. "But we can watch them on Fastlane if you like."
"Yes please," she smiles.
"Well, since it's still early, do you wanna watch Beakman's World?"
"Mommy," she giggles. "You're doing it wrong."
"Why yes I am," I giggled.
"Beakman's World," we said it together with our eyes and smiles wide as we move our fingers just like him. I just love it when we bound with things like this. Beakman's World was my favorite show growing up and now that Feronia loves him, it's amazing. Season 1 of Beakman's World plays on the television. Feronia seems to have a crush on Beakman I swear it's crazy.
"Little Goddess, would you like some breakfast?" I asked her.
"Yes please."
Only on the weekends is when we have three meals instead our usual brunch and dinner. The smell of my famous pancakes filled up the kitchen. Before long, the pancakes are ready. Feronia's pancakes are cut into smaller pieces so it's easier for our precious little goddess. Syrup makes a small puddle on the plate of her pancakes, just the way she loves it. Mine's the same way, but they are whole. I brought the pancakes to the living room where she eats, focusing on her crush. She has definitely got her interest in guys older than her from me for sure.
"Feronia," I speak to her.
"Yes Mommy?" she says, focusing on me now.
"I was wondering since Daddy is with Uncle Johnny this weekend, do you wanna have a Mommy and Little Goddess weekend?"
"Without Aunt Adri?"
"She was planning on visiting her daddy this weekend anyway."
"Okay Mommy!"
My phone rings 'Friends Forever'. That's signals me Adrienne is calling me. "Hello?" I greeted.
"Hey Big Sister," I hear Adrienne's voice on the other end.
"Hey Little Sister," I smiled. "You at the airport?"
"Yes I am. Joe and Jonathan already left with their plane."
"Well that's good. When is your plane ride?"
"It'll be at six thirty."
"Well, it's six fifteen now. Shouldn't you be boarding now?"
"I am. I just wanna say that I'm leaving now and I love you both."
"We love you too Little Sister. Tell Nature Boy that we said hi."
"Will do. See yea."
"See yea," I hanged up.
Feronia and I continue on watching Beakman's World until the first season finishes. "Mommy," she speaks to me. "May I help out with the dishes please?"
"Yes you may Little Goddess."
Even though she has done it a few times before, she's really good at helping out around the house. Once she's done with the dishes, my fingers begin to tickle her into a tickle attack. Her laughs echos throughout the whole house.
"You give up Feronia?" I laughed.
"No!" she laughs back, managing to escape from the attack. "You shouldn't have done that Mommy!"
Now the tables are turned. She begins to tickle me. My laughs grew louder because she knows my ticklish spots too well.
"Alright, alright!" I laughed before gasping for air when she stops. "Well that's a work out," I chuckled.
"Yes Mommy it is!" she giggles.
"Well, it's now like seven o'clock, wha'cha wanna do Little Goddess?"
"I don't know mommy," she admitted. "Wha'cha wanna Mommy?"
"I've an idea," I smiled. "Let's play Monster Tea Party."
"What's that?"
"Monster Tea Party is a game that we dress up into anything we want and have pretend drinks and treats."
"But don't we do that on Halloween?"
"That may be true Little Goddess, but we can have Halloween everyday," I smiled to her.
"Really?" She smiles.
"Yes my child. To us "outsiders" everyday is Halloween."
"Can we have candy and sweets?"
"It's still too early for sweets so maybe in the evening when you go to bed you can only a few candies."
"Okay Mommy."
"Now my child, let's go to your room and play Monster Dress Up."
Feronia gotten excited and run happily to her room with me running behind her. I help her out with her "costume". The costume is her Sunday dress as I put on my Sunday dress. Her bed's set up for a little Monster Tea Party with her antique victorian tea set that her Grandmama Hart has given her as a new member of the family. We use it for playtime and on special occasions such as the holidays.
"Would you like some swamp water Little Goddess?" I asked, pretending to prepare the swamp water into the teapot.
"Oh yes please Mommy," she answers, pretending to prepare some bloody cakes. "Would you like some bloody cake?"
"Yes please," I answered.
Feronia places the cake mix into the toy oven of her black and white plastic kitchen on one side of her room. After a few minutes, she takes it out and brings the cake back to the bed. We continue to play our Monster Tea Party until lunch comes around.
"Mommy," she speaks to me. "I want to have real food and drinks please."
"Alright Feronia," I smiled to her. "Let's clean up the party and I'll take us to get sandwiches at Jersey Mike's. Sounds good?"
"Sounds wonderful!" she smiles.
We clean the party and got ready for our little trip out. Something simple, like getting our meals and head home to eat it. Feronia helps out with the dining room to get ready for our meal. She and I prayed the meal prayer before digging into our food. All of the excitement for the morning has really made us hungry.
"You want a bite Feronia?" I asked, offering her some of my sandwhich.
She takes a bite and smiles. "It's good Mommy," she says, after swallowing. "You wanna a bite Mommy?" she asked, offering me.
I took a bite and smiles as well. "It's really good Feronia," I said to her after swallowing.
She smiles back, but then frowns. "Mommy?"
"Yes my child?"
"I miss Daddy."
"I know, I miss him too, but we will see him when he comes home on Monday."
"But Monday feels like it's far away."
"Well time flies when you're having fun."
"Time flies?"
"It's a phrase meaning that when you are having fun, time seems to be moving faster than usual. Like this morning, we played Monster Tea Party at seven o'clock in the morning. Once we finished for the day, it's already noon. Five hours later. We were playing so much that we didn't check on the time until we're finished. You understand now my child?"
"Oh okay."
"After lunch once we take a break, you wanna go to the bookstore?"
"For a book about Davy Jones?"
"Yes and any other book you like."
"Okay!" she smiles.
The bookstore wasn't so far from the house. So I figured why not just walk there for some exercise. Just down the block really. I was on the side of the sidewalk where the cars are moving as Feronia is on my right where the houses are.
"Now Little Goddess," I said, holding her hand. "You must stay with me at all times when we are going somewhere like the bookstore. We don't have Aunt Adri, Uncle Johnny, or Daddy with us. Or anyone else from WWE."
"Okay Mommy," Feronia says, tightens her grip on my hand.
"Also, don't talk to people you don't know. If it's a fan, let them talk to me first. You understand my child?"
"Yes Mommy."
Once we arrived, we head towards the kid's section first. There's some books that I enjoyed reading as a child I would like for Feronia to read as well. I introduce her to The Berenstain Bears books. When her tiny eyes begin to read one of them, the Gimmies, she was hooked. Feronia knows how to read, but some words she will have problems with, so I helped her out as much as I could before she gets it. I smiled to her before quickly finding two books. The Bible and a book about Davy Jones. Feronia needs a bible for her own and Davy Jones, she really wants to study about him ever since I told her about him.
I did found them and head back to the kids' section. She's just where I last left her.
"You enjoying them Little Goddess?" I asked, sitting next to her on the small bench.
"The Bear Family is amazing," she smiles, still reading.
"You may get three books of the Berenstain Bears and also these," I smiled, showing the books to her.
"Really Mommy?" she asks, looking at me.
"Yes my child. Now it is time to go okay?"
"Okay Mommy."
That evening, I am reading a chapter from the Bible on my bed in my pajamas. Even though it's only nine o'clock in the evening, we are both pretty tired from the day. Just when my eyes are about to fall down, a scream of a little girl rings my ears.
"Feronia?" I asked, heading towards her room.
"Mommy!" she says in fear, stretching out her tiny arms to me. "I had a nightmare!"
"It's okay Little Goddess," I speak to her, pulling her into a hug, turning on the light. "What was the nightmare about?"
"There was a monster in my closet!" she points her closet.
I look over and head towards there. A monster in her closet? Hmm. I open the door and turning on the light in there. My hands look through everywhere, even the hiding spots, and nothing, but clothing and stuff in there.
"I don't see anything Feronia," I said honestly to her.
"Are you sure?"
Knowing that the fear wouldn't go away, no word appear out of my mouth as I seated myself on the bed next to her. "Feronia," I speak to her. "You know that you are special to Daddy and me right?"
"Yes Mommy."
"Well there are two types of special for children. One is when the parents are just saying that for the child and the other is when the child is truly special to them. Now Daddy and I are not saying that to you. We are saying it because it is true."
"Okay."
"You are a good girl. The Lord is our protector. He will protects us from the wicked. Whenever you scared of the dark, read Psalm 23. It's a message saying that He is your protector, also embrace the darkness."
"Why Mommy?"
"Because Jesus was born at night. The night is a part of time. Even I was born at night."
"Really Mommy?" she was surprised to hear that.
"Yes my child. Always remember, you don't need to fear about monsters or the dark. Some monsters are friends and some are not. Like creatures of the night. The animals that comes are out at night. You understand my child?"
She pauses, letting everything I said to heart before giving me a hug. "Thank you Mommy," she smiles.
"You're very welcome my child," I smiled back, hugging her back. "Now it's getting late, let's back to bed. Goodnight my child."
I kissed her cheek and tucking her to bed. Once I was at the door, "Mommy?"
"Yes Little Goddess?" I asked, turning to her.
"I love you Mommy," she smiles to me.
"I love you too Little Goddess," I smiled back to her.
