After the battle with dragons, Rogue looked around. There was blood everywhere. There was blood in the fallen mages' clothes. There was blood in Frosch and Lector's little bodies (and Rogue wanted to believe that was someone else's blood). There was blood on Sting's and his body. Rogue knew it was all his fault. Even though he knew he won't become him in this timeline he knew that in some other timeline he shed blood. There was nothing he or his comrades could do about the blood that was already shed, he had to learn to live with guilt.
