The story so far: Jerek and the Insurgency have freed Donna from imprisonment on Themyscira and have gained the support of the Amazons reducing the size and manpower of Superman's army.
A/N: Hello everyone and welcome back to Injustice Gods Among Us: Dragonborn! I know what I did in the previous chapter involving Platinum of the Metal Men was probably very left of centre and I kinda agree that it was left of centre but it got you all talking didn't it?

"Let's scan both of them and find if either or both of them are Clayface in disguise" Dinah suggested and everyone nodded their agreement. As they walked to the lab, J'onn spoke to Jerek

After placing the vials of blood into a machine, Bruce then scanned the blood samples and after a few moments, he spoke
"They're clean" he said "Neither J'onn or Aqualad are Clayface in disguise" he added and there was a relief of tension in the room and J'onn spoke
"I am glad that you now trust us" he said with a smile "Now may I ask what you intend to do against the Regime next?" he asked.
"I've been thinking about this for a while" Bruce replied "One advantage Superman has over us is his control of the Watchtower which has a nuclear fusion cannon that has enough force to equal a small nuclear bomb" he said.
"So if we take out the Watchtower, we reduce their firepower" Slade said "Then what?" he asked.
"We take out Aquaman" Bruce said.
"So we sneak into Atlantis and take out Arthur?" Dinah asked "That's pretty gutsy" she said "Then what?"
"We begin our final push" Bruce stated in a serious tone.
"Final push?" Helena repeated "You don't mean…?"
"Exactly that Huntress" Bruce replied "Thanks to Jerek's actions and hopefully with the next two missions going successfully, we now have enough firepower and manpower to begin our final assault on Superman and his forces" he said.
"Superman won't go down without a fight" Barbara said.
"I wouldn't expect anything less of him" Bruce replied "So get some rest everyone, we move out tomorrow morning" he said.
"How are we getting up to the Watchtower anyway?" Mari asking the obvious question.
"I can take a small strike team up there" a young blonde haired woman with elf-like ears and wearing a Green Lantern uniform.
"And you are?" Jerek asked.
"I am Arisia Raab" the young girl replied "And you are Jerek Stormgard the Dragonborn" she said in awe.

"I've been waiting a long time to exact justice on the Regime" she said.
"But won't the Watchtower still have all its defences?" Deadshot asked.
"We can take care of that" a large alien with a bulldog like face wearing a Green lantern uniform said "Me and the rest of the Lanterns will neutralise the defences and let the strike team enter" he added.
"Sounds like a plan" Bruce said "Get some rest now, we leave tomorrow morning" he ordered.
The Insurgency members then shuffled off to get some rest and prepare for the next mission.

A/N: well there it is everyone a prelude to the final mission arcs of Injustice. I know that some of you will be saying that it just can't end here and it won't end here, I do plan on bringing in General Zod into the story after Superman's defeat as a new enemy for Jerek to face, after which there will be a celebration for the world for its freedom from Superman and his Regime after which a mysterious Kombatant with an affinity for thunder will arrive and whisk Jerek off to a new adventure so keep an eye out for that.
