I had just finished another counselling session with Doctor West and I think it was another successful one. I was walking to my car when I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket, grabbing it out of my pocket to find it was Spencer calling me.

Answering I say "Hey Spence."

I heard Spencer sigh with relief before saying "Good you're finished, can you come to Aria's place we need you?"

"Sure thing, I'll be there in a few minute."

"Thank-you," Spencer then hangs up her phone which was very rude of her. Shaking it off as nothing, I put my phone back into my pocket and unlock my car to get into and drive to Aria's house. All the way to the house I was thinking about the counselling session, we had talked about the day our base got ambushed. It had been a normal day, we we're hanging out at base camp, kicking rocks around and telling each other stories about our lives. It was starting out like one of our good days then but it was about afternoon when we saw a vehicle driving extremely fast towards us, Toby was the first to spot it and we all quickly grabbed whatever we could. Steve and Brodie both grabbed a tent each, Toby and Greg grabbed food, Billy and Connor grabbed water, Harris grabbed medical supplies and I grabbed weapons for everyone. We had been able to quickly get into two squad cars before leaving our base, the car stop and stayed while we were able to get away. We thought we had until another two vehicle came out of nowhere, one coming towards us and the other behind us. Toby was driving the car I was in which also had Steve and Harris. Greg was driving the other one, which had Billy, Brodie and Connor in it. Both the drivers decided it was best to spilt up and meet at a spot that was to meet up at if something like this happened. The one behind us followed us while the front one followed the other one; I was the best shooter in this car, so I had to get to the window which meant laying over the top of Steve and starting to shoot at the vehicle. They start to shoot back; I saw a built hit Harris in the shoulder. I moved off of Steve and we swapped seats so he could help Harris and I could shot back at the vehicle coming towards us, I was able to shot two tires out and they were smart enough to stay put. We arrived at the point, the same time as the other to find out Connor had also been shot. We all chip it in to help save their lives before setting up camp for the night, all taking watch every two hours and we stay there for two week before going back to our base to find it completely trapped. Coming back out of my thoughts to find I was now out the front of Aria's house, hopping out of the car and making my way towards the front door; I rang the doorbell.

Standing there waiting for a bit before it opened to reveal Mike, he said "Hey Emily."

I replied with "Hey Mike," he moves back to allow me into the house. Walking into the lounge room before hearing an explosive followed by guns shooting, which made me jump and crouch down behind the couch

Mike asked "Emily, are you okay?"

I asked back "What was that?"

I slowly stand back up, as Mike replied with "A game my friends and I are playing, I forgot to turn the sound down, are you okay?" he reaches for a control to turn the sound down.

I say "Yeah I think so, sorry just came from a counselling session so my head is still pretty wired from all the stuff."

Mike replied with "It's okay Emily."

I say "I still haven't fitted back into normal living yet."

Mike said again "Like I said, it's okay. I take it you're here to see the happy couple," he said it really sarcastically.

I asked "Why do you say it like that?"

Mike replied with "They are fighting."

I nod and say "Explains why I'm here but I have been meaning to come see you and catch up but things have just gotten in the way."

"It's fine Emily, I understand that you have a life."

"Which you are a part of, I'll go deal with them and we can catch up really soon, yeah?"

"Yeah, okay, whatever," he then sat back down to play his game. I nod my head and head over to the staircase to go find out what was going on with Spencer and Aria. Outside Aria's door, I am about to knock when I hear the sound of something been thrown across the room and landing on the floor. I quickly walk into the room without bothering to knock to find, Spencer at one side of the room and Aria at the other by Spencer's foot is a book that Aria must've thrown and they are now glaring at each other.

I asked "What's going on?"

Aria replied with "Ask her?" she points at Spencer and I do look at her.

Spencer said "We are trying to work out who things we need and whose we don't, it' not going very well."

"I can see that," Spencer rolls her eyes at me.

I say "Okay, both sit down," they do as I ask and sit down on Aria's bed and I sit on the floor in front of them.

I asked "What are you fighting over?"

Aria replied with "Beds, cupboards, clothes, desks and things like that."

I nod and asked "Whose bed is bigger?"

Spencer replied with "Mine."

I say "Okay, go with Spencer's bed because one it's bigger, two it's where you two had your first time together and also agreed to go out with each other and three it's easier to move."

Aria replied with "I guess her's is really symbolic to us, okay what about cupboards?"

I say "Well Ali has a walk in wardrobe which is big enough for both of your clothes in, so if your parents don't want them, then sell them and make some money that you'll probably need."

Spencer nods and replied with "Extra money is always good but we'll have to wait and see if it is big enough too."

I say "Believe me it is and will be."

Aria asked "How do you know?"

I replied with "It's just a thing I know about that house, Ali's room and that part of Ali's room."

Spencer said "Okay, what about desk?"

I answered with "Take both, you will have the extra room for it, your papers won't get mix up with each other and I've seen you both work, you need your own spaces."

Spencer said "Will it fit though?"

I nod and reply with "Yes, it will just trust me again."

Aria said "Okay, I think that's all the major stuff worked out. You're really good at sorting through stuff Emily," I just shrug while Spencer nods agreeing with Aria.

I say "And Spencer there are enough shelves in that room for all your books," Spencer smiled at me. Hearing the sound of explosions and guns shooting again, it freaks me out and causes me to crawl under Aria's desk in fear. I can feel my breathing becoming rapid and out of control, I try focusing on it but it's not working and I try to think of anything else but nothings coming to mind.

I then hear Spencer's voice saying "Emily! Emily it's okay! You are safe! Emily," I can feel her shaking me but it's not really doing much.

I hear Aria's voice in the distance yelling "Mike! Turn your game down! Can you bring me a glass of water! Quickly Mike, it's needed now!" Everything else is deafening after that all I can hear is my breathing, explosions of bombs going off, and guns being fired. Then my vision is taken over by the replaying of Toby being blown up his arm being ripped off of him, every explosion that happened out there and every bullet I fired that killed someone.

I then could hear myself yelling "Make it stop! Make it stop!" I kept shouting it over and over again, as more images of everything I saw out there kept coming up. I then felt something really cold hit me in the face and everything I had been seeing left and transformed back to Aria, Spencer and Mike's scared faces. Looking down I saw I was covered in water, looking up I saw Mike with a glass in his hand and his face was totally scared.

Spencer grabbed a hold of Aria's hand before asking "Emily, are you okay?"

I reply with "I don't know," my voice was weak, confused and disorientated in sounding.

Aria asked "What were you trying to get to stop?"

I answered with "The memories, I was seeing everything I did/went through and just everything that ever happened out there."

Mike said "Wow that must be horrible to relive," I nodded my head in reply.

I then say "I think I should go," I start to stand up but I felt too weak and end up falling onto the ground.

Spencer asked "Are you okay?"

I replied with "I'm just feel really tired."

Aria said "Mike, can you pick her up and put her on the bed?"

Mike replied with "Yeah sure," he lifts me effortlessly off the ground and carries me over to the bed and places me on it.

I then hear Spencer say "She needs Melissa."

Aria asked "What's wrong with us?"

Mike replied with "Come one Aria, if you were like her at this moment would you want me or Spencer?"

Aria said "Point taken but she in class."

Spencer said back "She won't care, Emily is her life and that's more important than school."

Aria replied with "Okay, go get her and we'll look after Emily," I saw Spencer nod her head before grabbing a set of keys and leaving.

I feel the bed dip before I hear Aria say "Melissa will be here soon, don't worry Emily, everything is going to be just fine." I nod my head slowly, I then start to feel my eye lids starting to get heavier and heavier and before I know it, I'm fast asleep.

Spencer P.O.V

Seeing Emily like that, totally out of it, not being able to hear us shot from her to come back and only being brought back by water being thrown in her face; was scary. I knew she had done stuff out there and I knew when she came back she wasn't going to be the same Emily. She has definitely age, matured and what not seeing being back but she seemed fine, she willing went to counselling. Pulling into the Hollis student carpark, I was really grateful today had been a day where Emily had driven Melissa to school meaning we wouldn't have to worry about one of our cars. Thinking as I parked in a non-park, what class was Melissa in right now and coming to the solution of History in the east wing of the school. I took off running after parking the car, took off running to Melissa class, Emily need Melissa and I was going to bring Melissa to her. Running up some stair, dodging on coming students and then I finally arrived at Melissa class.

Taking a deep breath before barging into the classroom, the class stopped and the teacher said "Can I help you?" in a very annoyed tone.

I heard Melissa asked "Spence, what's wrong? I spot her sitting up the back of the room.

Her teacher asked "You know her?"

Melissa replied with "Of course I do, she my sister. What's wrong Spence?"

I say "It's Emily."

I see Melissa face go pale immediately, she asked "What's happened?"

I answered with "She had an overload panic, way worse than the last one," Melissa goes more pale than before which I didn't realise was possible.

Melissa asked "Where is she?"

"At Aria's"

"Why is she there?"

"Does that matter right now?"

"Right, sorry," she starts grabbing all her books and making her way towards me.

Her teacher asked "Miss Hastings, where do you think you are going?"

I watch as Melissa replied with "It's Mrs Fields actually and I'm going to help my wife," with that she stepped around me and started leaving with me running behind her to catch up. I was curious about Melissa statement, it wouldn't pass me for them to get married in secret and just not tell us but we would have to know by now; I also didn't think it was something they would do. I will admit it did sound good to hear Melissa say that, with so much confidence and just all the love she had for Emily

Once we were in the car and driving towards Aria place, Melissa asked "Why was she there?"

I replied with "Aria and I were having a fight about what we should take to our house, to put in our room and Emily was helping."

Melissa said "Okay, I understand but how did that cause her to freak out?"

I answered with "It didn't, Mike was playing a game downstairs that had explosion and guns in it."

Melissa said "Right, I see how it happened but how was it more badly than the last one, where she attacked my teacher?"

I respond back with "She couldn't hear us at all, we knew she was having one of her freak outs but weren't really sure what was going on in her mind. Mike finally brought up a glass of water to throw at Emily, like you have told us to do and she did snap out of it. She had been shouting during her panic for it to make it stop but we didn't understand to stop what, when she came out of it we found out she had been watching everything play out."

Melissa sighed and said "Poor Emily," I nod my head.

I then asked "So since when are you Mrs Fields?"

Melissa smirked and replied with "Emily has called me a few times and well I like it."

I say "Yeah me too, it suits you," we both smiled at each. I went back to concentrating on the road and Melissa went into her thoughts; my guess was she was worrying about Emily.

Melissa P.O.V

As soon as Spencer had the car parked, I had my seatbelt off and was out of the car before Spencer even turn the ignition off. I was worried when Spencer came barging into the class since it wasn't like her to do that, but I was terrified when she said it had to do with Emily. I had thought she would still be in her counselling session but I guess I didn't realise how much time had passed, I then wondered why she was with Spencer to start with but with the details it made sense. Running through the front door finding no point to knocking or ringing the doorbell, looking in their lounge room before seeing Mike coming down the stairs, he told me she was upstairs in Aria's room and I took off running up the stairs. Upstairs I found different room but only one had a door open, I guessed that it was Arias and run into find Aria sitting on the bed with a sleeping Emily.

Aria said "She's been a sleep for a few minutes," Aria moved so I could sit down on the bed instead.

I watch Emily as she slowly starts to wake up, she smiles and said "Your home already."

I smile and say "We aren't home baby," she gets confuse but looks around to see that we aren't home but in Aria's room.

I watch as it all slowly comes back and she looks ready to shut off, but I quickly say "It's okay Emily."

Emily just nods her head and I asked "Do you want to go home?" Emily nods her head; she stands up and leaves the room.

Spencer was standing at the door and asked "You'll look after her?"

I replied with "Of course," I then chase after Emily knowing she was getting into the driver seat of the car but is in no state to drive. Walking out of the house behind Emily to find she is in the driver's seat, I walked out to find her car and walk to the driver's side of the car.

I ask "Are you really okay to drive?"

Emily replied with "No," I nod my head and smile when she hops out on her own terms. She gets in the passenger side of the car and I hop into the driver's seat and started driving us home. Driving home, the car was silent and it felt awkward for some reason but I had no idea why.

I asked to break the silence "Are you okay?"

"I don't know, I thought I was getting better but obviously that's not the case."

"How did today counselling session go?"

"Really good, we talked about the first ambush of the base but I've dealt with that already."

"When did that happen?"

"Two week of the second tour," I nodded my head but was scared to know that happened but happy to know she survived it.

"What happened in Aria's room?" I looked over at her quickly but then had to pay attention to the road ahead.

"When I arrived at the house, Mike answered the door he had been playing video games and they were going off which scared me. I was up in Aria's room helping them work through their problems they were having, they went off again really loudly and then everything started to come up in my vision of what I'd done out there." Looking over at Emily I saw that she was truly battling with this.

"I don't know what to say Emily."

"Me neither."

"Maybe you need more counselling sessions."

"Yeah, maybe but I'll definitely think about it some more."

"Good, I don't know what to say all the time Emily but if you do wanted to talk please talk to me, don't shut me out, bring me in and talk to me about everything that you're thinking about. I'm your fiancée and soon to be wife, which means we are together through thick and thin. That also means no matter what you are going through and thinking about, you can talk to me and I'll listen and try my best to help you get through it all."

"Thank-you," I then saw Emily lean over the centre console and pecked me on the cheek.

"Anytime Emily, I love you and I will do anything to help you get through this."

"I love you too Melissa," Emily then laid her head down on my shoulder and the rest of the drive was spent in silences.
