*Fierypaw's POV*
Fierypaw crept out of camp to make her way to Rock Island. Hopefully Barepaw would be there. She didn't know why, but she felt that Barepaw was special. She felt drawn to him. It's against the code though! She heard a voice in her head say. But she could always join Snowclan, couldn't she? After a while she was at Rock Island, where Barepaw was waiting. Her heart beat a little faster. She raced up to him. "You came." Fierypaw said.
He shrugged. "I promised. So what did you want to talk to me about?"
"I-I know that it's against the code, but my heart beats faster when I'm around you. I want to meet with you every night Barepaw. If needed, I could even come to Snowclan!" Fierypaw said it all so quickly. "Of course, you don't have to if you don't want to." She said as she saw Barepaw hesitate
He thought about it for a moment. Fierypaw didn't know what she would do if he said no. Finally he looked at her. "Yes, we can meet here every night. But neither of us is leaving our clans. And don't get your hopes up that this will continue. I'm just testing it out." He then raced off.
Fierypaw nodded, even though he couldn't see her. She turned, and bounded off to Fireclan camp. He said yes! She didn't care that it might not be long. She would treasure every moment of it.
Sorry that this is the shortest of the chapters. I like one thing to happen at a time in a chapter. Since its short, I'll add in a QOTD.
QOTD: Why do you think Barepaw hesitated? Was it because of his loyalty to to the clan or something else?
