Stephanie's POV

"I can't believe you're getting married to a Gibbler next week," Dad said sitting with me in the living room as I sorted through some last minute details.

I smiled and shrugged. "What can I say, I fell in love."

"I'm all for this wedding, but what I want to know is if I'm getting a niece or a nephew," DJ chimed in.

"Yeah Aunt Steph, are you ever going to tell us about our baby cousin?" Max asked sitting next to me.

I checked my watch. Jimmy would be picking me up any second so we could put our plan in action. "Hey. Hey. You'll find out later tonight when we have our little party."

Everything was coming together. We would marry next week and have a short honeymoon, so we wouldn't leave Kimmy alone too long. As the months shortened I worried more and more.

"Steph, you ready to go?" Jimmy said coming through the front door.

We were bringing Kimmy along with us, so she wouldn't spill the beans.

We had our plan set, and just needed to pick up a cake and some items for the babies. First we stopped by the baby store and picked out the outfits we would reveal to the family.

"Jimmy, look at these clothes. Their all so tiny" I said linking arms with him as strolled the aisles.

I combed through different onesies. "Kimmy, come here. What do you think of this little outfit?" I asked holding up a cute purple dress with white swirls along the edge.

"Cute. Gah I can't believe you're marrying my brother. We're really going to be sisters," Kimmy said looking at some car seats.

"And to think you annoyed me to death growing up," I said pricing the car seats.

All we needed for the party was the outfits and the cake. So we were just browsing the aisles.

"Steph, what about a stroller?" Jimmy asked roller over a fancy double stroller.

"That'll really pack the punch, but not that one, it's ugly," I said.

After about fifteen minutes we moved on to our next stop on the trip. Car shopping.

"Jimmy I don't think that's the best choice, especially if we want more kids," I said as we walked through rows and rows of cars at the dealership.

"Yeah, you're right," he said as we passed the two door jeeps.

"More kids? I only agreed to this surrogate thing once, and look where that got us," Kimmy said grabbing me by the shoulder.

"Don't worry. We haven't talked about it that much," I assured Kimmy.

"Hi, may I help you," a man with auburn red hair asked coming up to us.

Jimmy wrapped a firm arm around my waist. "My fiancé and I are looking for a new car."

"Preferably one's that's family friendly," I added.

"Well we have some nice family friendly suvs right over here," the man gestured.

"Steph, could we hurry this along? My feet are killing me."

So, Jimmy and I didn't drive away from this place with a new car, but we had a better idea of what we're looking for. "Come on. My phone is blowing up. Everyone's home and their anxious," I said walking back to the car.

Back at home we decided to set up the gender reveal party and the basement since pushing the stroller up a flight of stairs would be hard and pushing it through a door in the basement would be easier.

"Ok I think we have everything ready Kimmy you can go tell everyone to come down," I said pulling my hair into a messy bun.

"Jimmy this is it. You know my family but be prepared for about 20 hugs," I said putting my arm around his waist and looking around the room.

We picked up some yellow streamers and hung them up. In the center of a 5 foot table, we had purple balloons underneath a box, that we would lift up.

"Yellow? This tell us nothing," Max exclaimed coming into the room.

"That is the point, young Max. Sit back and all will be revealed soon," Jimmy said. He made a path to the lounge area where Jesse, Joey, Fernando, Ramona, Jackson, Max, Becky, DJ, and Dad sat down.

"Ok everyone. We're ready to share what's baking inside Kimmy," I said walking behind the box with Jimmy.

"Ohhh I'm so excited," DJ said.

"Alright. On the count of three. 1….2…..3!," Jimmy exclaimed helping me lift the box to reveal the balloons under the box.

Gasps filled the room.

"A girl!"

"We need a girl."

"Baby," Tommy squealed out.

I felt tears form as I picked up the gift bag with the matching outfits inside.

"Dad, as much as I wish Mom could be here for this, I wanted you to open this," I said sitting the bag in front of him and sitting in the space next to him.

He pulled the outfits that happened to be linked together. Jimmy and I awaited his and everyone else's reaction.

"Twins?" Dad asked his mouth agape.

The room erupted in cheers and Jimmy and I were engulfed with hugs.

Next up baby names and a touch of intimacy.
