A/N: Ok Ok sorry x 10000000000000000 for being late. I just was having some horrible writers block and such. This is probably the end or close to the end. I haven't decided yet xD I'm trying to end this story good but fast because I have been inspired for a new D/G so watch out for that one coming up ^_^

It had been two weeks since they had made love and they were going strong. They were seeing each other everyday at least once. Ginny was in the kitchen cooking for their date at her flat. He was coming late tonight because of work. She was okay with that, of course. She understood.

She hummed to herself while she cooked and she heard the door open and shut.

"Draco?" she called. When she got no answer and panicked. She grabbed her wand from her pocket and cautiously walked into her living room. She looked around and she couldn't see anyone. She was just about to walk back in the kitchen and conclude she was hearing things when her wand flew out of her hand and someone caught it behind her.

She froze. The person walked up behind her and she could feel it was a man. His breath was in her ear and she cringed.

"Hello Ginevra."

She knew that voice, it was putrid and disgusting. She turned around and looked into the eyes of her attacker from a two months ago.

"Who are you?" she asked in fear.

He chuckled before locking and silencing the door.

"Since, I will kill you tonight I might as well show you." he said darkly.

He waved his wand at his face and his glamour charms melted away.

Ginny gasped loudly and he chuckled again, "Surprising isn't it, Ginny?"

"But why?" she croaked out.

"Because if I can't have you no one can." Harry replied, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

She felt sudden anger bubble up inside her, she would not go down without a fight.

Her grinned and, in one sudden movement, he pinned her to the wall. She struggled against him, but it only seemed to excite him more. She froze, wide eyed when she felt his arousal against her. She choked down the bile that rose in the back of her throat when he forced his mouth on hers.

She bit his lip hard and he cried out in pain pulling away to cover his bleeding lip. In a split second decision she brought her knee up and smirked slightly when she felt it connect with his anatomy. Harry dropped to the ground and the fetal position and she ran for it.

She finally stopped running when she ran into Draco in the lobby.

"Draco!" she said clutching to him in fear.

"Gin, what wrong?" he said as his eyebrows furrowed and he wrapped his arms around her.

Ginny took a deep breath before explaining everything in a low voice.

Draco's jaw clenched and his jaw muscle ticked. He walked toward her apartment with Ginny at his heels.

Draco stormed in and saw Harry standing up. He pointed his wand at Harry and disarmed him.

Harry smirked, "Going to kill me Draco?"

Draco smirked right back, "Yes" he said giving Harry just enough time to widen his eyes in fear before he spoke those deadly words, "Avada Kedavra"

There was a flash of green light before Harry's lifeless body dropped to the ground. Ginny gasped and looked at Draco, who seemed to be unfazed by what he had just done.

Before anyone could react a half a dozen aurors came rushing in and they all had their wands pointed at Draco.

"Draco Lucius Malfoy you are under arrest for the murder of Harry James Potter."

End.

A/N: Kay you guys probably hate me BUT I might write a sequel if I don't get hate reviews ^_^ I want to write a new story but I didn't want to write it while this one wasn't finished because then i would just update later then I have been and I didn't want to do that to my readers. After my next story I will probably write a sequel. Review if you want a sequel, or just review if you don't XD either way I love reviews.
