Hey guys sorry for the late update as some of you may know, college sucks and keeps me busy but I finally got this done and as always I hope you all enjoy =D
Lia found herself in a pitch black room with nothing around her, she looked around but she saw nothing until in all her looking she saw a glimpse of light and she walked towards it and the closer she got the more she could tell it was a person, and once she had reached this person in all the darkness she could tell she was facing the back of Alexa who was wearing a dark blue dress but her wings weren't the same, they were ice and were cracked, another thing Lia noticed was her hair was silver and the air around both of them was getting colder by the second
"Alexa are you?" Lia asked
Hearing the question Alexa turned around and faced Lia, but the fire fairy didn't recognize this person as her friend, this person had icy blue menacing eyes glaring at her
"You let this happen" said Alexa
"What?" asked Lia, "let what happen?"
"You allowed me to become this!" shouted Alexa flying towards Lia, "you did nothing to stop it!"
"Become what?" Lia asked
Alexa was about to answer when suddenly vines whipped out and grabbed Alexa and pinned her to the ground, followed by puddles of mud covering her and a harsh wind solidifying the mud, and after being trapped, all of Lia's other friends appeared around her
"Don't worry Lia, we'll take care of this monster" said Isabella
"What?! She's not a monster!" shouted Lia, "she's our friend"
"That thing is not our friend!" shouted Mandy holding Lia back, "she's too destructive to live"
"No…" said Lia shocked hearing this
"Take her away" said Delilah
The other 4 girls began dragging Alexa off into the darkness
"No! It wasn't me, I didn't want to be this!" shouted Alexa before disappearing
Lia was once again alone and now felt scared
"NO! Leave her alone!" she screamed as she ran after them but to no avail
This made her panic more and kept pacing around the darkness
"Leave her alone! Friends don't do this!" she shouted as she tried to find them
In her panic, she woke up in her room screaming and in a cold sweat and breathing heavily
"I take it you had a bad dream?" asked Alexa as she used Lia's laptop
"Uh yeah sort of" said Lia, "what are you doing on my laptop?"
"I needed to look something up and I can't find mine, by the way, why the sudden interest in Oceanus?" asked Alexa scrolling through a page
"Oh I had a project on marine life and I thought your planet would be perfect for research" said Lia
"Hmm, well you could've just asked me about it" said Alexa turning around in her chair
"Uh…no offense but…what do you even know about Oceanus?" asked Lia nervously
Alexa scowled and stood up
"Sadly nothing" she said walking out of the room
Lia once again got a confused look on her face
"That's a lie, Alexa researched all things Oceanus as soon as she knew that was her home planet" Lia said to herself then stood up and walked to the living room to meet her friends
"Morning everyone" she greeted with a wave
"Hi Lia, are you ok? Alexa told us you had a nightmare" said Delilah
"Yeah I did but it was nothing too horrible" she lied, "so I feel fine now"
Lia looked up to see Alexa sitting on a stool sipping some coffee
"So Cassidy, how was your date with Brody?" Lia asked
"It's sad to say not too good" said Cassidy hanging her head
"Oh no what happened?" asked Delilah
"Nothing bad, he's a really nice guy but I don't know if I see us getting serious" explained Cassidy
"I bet Jason will be happy to hear that" Mandy whispered to Lia who giggled
"What?" asked Cassidy
"Oh nothing, don't mind me" laughed Mandy walking to the kitchen
"How do you know he won't be the one?" asked Delilah, "it's barely been one date"
"I…guess that's true" said Cassidy
"Maybe you should give him a chance, he could end up being the one" Delilah told her
"Hmmm, you're right!" Cassidy smiled, "I'll never know if I don't try, I'm going to call him and set up another date…I just hope he says yes"
"Only an idiot would say no" said Delilah
"Thank you Dee, I'll call him in a bit" said Cassidy as she sat on the couch
Mandy leaned on the counter and saw Alexa looking out of it, "Hey what's wrong?" she asked her friend
"Nothing just thinking" said Alexa not looking up
"About?" asked Isabella
"It's not important" answered Alexa
"If you say so" said Mandy getting some juice
As Lia sat on the couch talking with her friends her phone beeped
R- You ready?
L- Whoa, I knew you wanted to see me but not this badly
R- Haha so funny ;P
L- I try, give me a couple minutes and I'll be ready
R- Sounds good, I'll see you soon
L- See you soon
Lia put her phone away and looked up to see her friends all smiling coyly at her
"Was that Robin?" asked Alexa
"Ooo big plans with him?" Mandy asking nudging her
"Oh my gosh stop" laughed Lia as she stood up
"But you two are so romantic, I hope I can find someone as nice as him someday" said Cassidy
"I know you're so lucky Lia" added Delilah
"Boys are too much of a distraction" said Isabella
She looked up to see her friends give her angry stares
"But! If he makes Lia happy then he's worth it" she added quickly
"I will neither confirm or deny if that was Robin, all I will say is that I have to get ready" Lia said getting up and walking to the bathroom
"Mhmm, you can't fool us" said Alexa
The girls shared a laugh as the scene changed to the boys dorms to show Robin getting ready and Jason sitting at a desk
"I mean she barely knows this dude and she just asks him out?! She just met him" Jason ranted to his friend
"Uh…that's usually why people go out buddy, to get to know each other" laughed Robin
"Pshh well she doesn't know me, why doesn't she ask me out?" asked Jason crossing his arms
"Hmmm I'm going to go out on a limb here and say…she doesn't like you" said Robin pointing at him
Jason's jaw dropped then he glared at his friend
"Oh cause you're Lia's cup of tea?" he asked smugly
"Hey I'm meeting her today, I'm doing better than you" Robin said fixing his hair
"Uh…didn't she tell you that she didn't want to make it official?" asked Jason
"She said that she wanted to get to know me better before we got serious" explained Robin
"And the difference is?" Jason asked
"Between us? That I actually asked the girl I like out, you're waiting for Cassidy to run to you like you're some sort of god" laughed Robin
Jason glared at him as Mike walked in and plopped down on his bed
"Well help there sunshine" said Robin
Mike stayed quiet as he put a pillow over his head
"Yeah you want me to ask Cassidy to get rejected like this guy?" asked Jason
"Why are you talking like I'm not here jerk?" Mike asked
"Sorry bro, just proving a point to Robin" Jason said
"Hey at least we're not wondering what if, we took the risk and as far as I know, that makes him braver than you" said Robin patting Mikes back
"Thanks Robin" said Mike looking up at him
"Its too late anyway, she has that Brody fellow and who wouldn't like her" sighed Jason resting his head on his hands
"Right…well I'll leave you two depressed boys here, I got somewhere to be" said Robin as he took out his phone and texted Lia
R- Meet where we had our picnic?
L- Sure, I'm on my way
R- See you soon
L- See you then
Robin smiled then put his phone away and looked up to see his sad friends
"You guys should go do something, Mike why don't you call Avery up?" he suggested
"No" Mike said
"Just leave us be dude" added Jason
"Suit yourselves" Robin said as he left
Robin left the school and hopped on his wind rider and after a couple minutes he landed in the clearing where he told Lia to meet him soon she arrived and transformed back to her normal clothes
"Hey" she said waving at him
"How are you?" he asked waving back
"Not that good but I can't complain" she laughed as she walked towards him, "and you?"
"Dealing with some heartbroken friends but other than that it's all been good" he said
"Your friends are heartbroken?" she asked concerned, "what happened?"
"Well you already know what happened with Mike and Alexa, and now Jason thinks Cassidy owes him a chance with him" he explained laughing
"Oops…sorry about Alexa, you know she hasn't really been herself and maybe if he talked to her Cassidy may give him a chance" Lia said
"That's what I told him" said Robin
"So why did you want to see me?" Lia asked
"I wanted to make sure were ok, I thought you could use a break from all the problems" he said
"Well you're right about that" she said with a sigh
"Anything I can do to help you feel better?" Robin asked
"I know it's cliché, but I could really use a hug" Lia said
"Your wish is my command" Robin said with a smile
He walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her and she gladly returned the hug and closed her eyes
"Thank you Robin" she said in a low voice
"Anything for you" he said rubbing her back
Lia smiled as this gesture did help her feel much better, as the hugged the scene changed to Narakus Tower with the evil wizard speaking to Alexa
"So…my parent did abandon me?" Alexa asked
"Yes, as I said I was their royal advisor and I begged them not to, but they said they didn't want anyone to take their power" Naraku told her
"Their power? The abandoned me to be stronger?" asked Alexa looking up at the evil wizard
"It wasn't too clear why they wanted to get rid of you, I just know they didn't want anyone to come and take their place" explained Naraku
"But I don't understand, what place?" Alexa pondered
"Do I have to spell it our for you?" asked Naraku
"It would surely help" said Alexa
"Alexa your parents are the king and queen of Oceanus" he said with a glare
"WHAT?!" asked Alexa shocked
"Yes, but once you were born they knew one day you'd be married and you would be the new queen and they would never let anyone take their place…not even their own child" said Naraku
Alexa went pale and wide eyed hearing this
"So does that mean..." she began
"Yes, you are the princess of Oceanus" Naraku finished, "I told you that you were something special"
"So you told them to keep me…and they said no?" she asked
"I was only their advisor, I advised them on what to do but if they went along with it was up to them, that was the one time I hoped they'd listen to me" he said
"But then why did you kidnap me? Why are you known as an evil wizard? Why were you sent to the Omega dimension?" Alexa asked
"When I found out they would go through with leaving you I tried to take you away and I would raise you myself knowing I could give you a good home, but your parents found out and to stop me they told everyone I was trying to kidnap you and hurt you, the whole kingdom turned on me and your mother sent me to the Omega dimension, sealing the truth away with me" he explained
Alexa looked down confused
"But then why did you bring me here? Why do you keep me in this cage?" she asked him
"Because everyone knows my reputation, you never would have listened to me if I just came up to you and tried to talk" he told her, "The cage allows us to talk without you leaving, but now I can tell you my proposition"
"Proposition?" Alexa wondered
"I want revenge! But I need you, don't you want revenge for them leaving you alone in the world?" he asked her
"I-I don't know…I just found all of this out…it does make me mad but it's all so new still" she said looking down
"Alexa, they abandoned you and sent me away for trying to protect a child, all for power, just helpme get revenge on Oceanus and in return I will give you your freedom" said Naraku
Alexa's looked at the ground
"I'm like you, we were both victims to two greedy royals" he told her as he walked around the cage, "you grew up lost and not knowing who you were and I was damned to spend eternity frozen in the Omega dimension, we deserve to avenge ourselves"
Alexa furrowed her brow and a scowl appeared in her face, she clenched her fist and Naraku grinned proudly as he say the blue jewel on her necklace turn whiter, the ground beneath her froze quickly and her blue highlights turned white, she closed her eyes tights and when she opened them they were icy white and she grinned at Naraku in an evil way
"What do we have to do?" she asked
Naraku laughed and opened the cage, "Come with me and I'll explain"
They walked off to another part of the tower as the scene changed to Lia and Robin riding on his wind rider at a fast speed
"Wooo!" Lia cheered as she held on to him
"Hehe, having fun back there?" he asked smiling back at her
"Definitely!" she shouted back
As they flew Robin did various tricks lick backflips, dives, and barrel rolls
"Man I wish we go these things" she said
"I could probably teach you to use mine and you could use it anytime you want" Robin told her
"I might just take you up on that offer" she said
"Hope you do" he said before looking down and seeing Mike, "Mike?"
"He's here?" asked Lia
"Yeah down there, let's see what he's up to" he said as he drove down to where his friend was and parked
"Yo Mike! You finally left the room?" Robin joked as he walked up to him
Lia followed and waved at Mike, but when Mike turned around she could tell something was off
"Of course I left the room, I had to come see my girlfriend" he said
Lia looked confused as she noticed his eyes looked like he was in a trance
"Uh…Mike are you ok?" she asked
"Of course I am, when you have the best girl in the realm of Magix you're definitely ok" said Mike with an exaggerated laugh
"You have a girlfriend?" Lia asked, "who?"
"Me" said Avery as she walked up to them and wrapped her arms around Mikes arm
"What?" Lia and Robin asked sharing a confused look
"I thought you said Avery wasn't your girlfriend" Lia said
"Why would I say that? Of course she's my girlfriend, Avery's the best thing to have happened to me" Mike said putting his arm around her
"Wait…what about Alexa?" asked Robin
Avery scowled at him, "what about her?"
"He just finished telling me he likes her" Robin said getting stern
"Her? Hahaha" laughed Mike, "I don't like Alexa at all, I don't even want to hang out with her at all"
"Sorry again for asking you to do that sweetie" said Avery with a sad look
"No problem, I only care about Avery" Mike smiled
"What is going on?" Robin asked scratching his head
"Nothing's going on, we're just a happily dating" said Avery, "Now if you'll excuse us we have a date to go to"
They both walked away and once they were out of ear shot Lia and Robin looked at each other
"That was weird right? I'm not going crazy?" Robin asked
"No, there was definitely something up, Mike didn't seem like himself" pointed out Lia
"I don't know about that but he sure keeps contradicting himself" said Robin
"That's true, what's that all about?" she asked
"Maybe he's trying to move from your friend?" suggested Robin
"Hmmm maybe" she said
"So…down for another flight?" he asked
"Sure" she smiled
They ran to the wind rider and they took off into the sky as the scene changed to the girls dorm where Jason had just arrived
"So…she's not here?" he asked
"Nope" said Isabella as she read a book, "sorry"
"Do you know where she is?" he asked
"With Brody" Isabella told him not looking up from her book
"What? Didn't she just see that jerk last night?" he asked frustrated
"What makes you say he's a jerk?" Isabella asked now looking at him, "do you knowsomething about him?"
"Uh…no?" Jason said scratching the back of his head
"I'm just glad I convince her to give him a chance" said Delilah to Mandy as they walked into the living room
"YOU WHAT?!"shouted Jason
"Uh…she…she thought Brody wasn't the one for her and she was going to stop seeing him" explained Delilah
"But she convinced her that he could be the one and told Cassidy to give him a chance" finished Mandy
Jason's eye twitched as he eyed the girls
"Let me get this straight…" he began, "she was going to stop seeing that jerk…because she doesn't think he's the one…and you told him he is, so she should date him!?"
"Yup" said Isabella now back to reading
Jason rubbed his temples and grumbled to himself and paced around the living room
"Did I do something wrong?" asked Delilah as she watched him
"Oh sweet naïve Delilah" said Mandy patting her friends back
Jason kept grumbling and pacing when Robin and Lia walked in
"Jason?" Robin asked
"How you going to let him date a jerk? In what world does that make sense?!" he grumbled to himself
"He's been like this since he got here" Isabella told them
"Dude I think you're going about this the wrong way" said Robin
"Look I get it, I don't own her, and I'm usually more chill than this, I don't know what it is making actlike this" said Jason sitting on the couch
"I do, it's the evil green monster" said Mandy patting his shoulder
"The what?" he asked
Mandy gave a laugh and ruffled his hair, "In boy talk, you're jealous buddy"
"No, I've felt jealousy before but never this bad, it's something else" he said fixing his hair
"Jason…trust me, I know exactly what you're feeling" she said glancing at Isabella
"What do you mean? How could you possibly know wh-" he began before Lia spoke up
"Jason…she does" she told him
Jason looked to Lia then Mandy and smirked and stood up holding her hand
"THEN LET'S YOU AND I DATE AND MAKE THEM JEALOUS BACK!" he cheered
Everyone went silent and their jaws dropped as they stared at him and exchange glances
"Uh…I-what?" asked Mandy
"Yeah, if we can't get who we want, let's both date each other, it'll either help us move on or it'll make them jealous and send them to us" he explained now holding both her hands
Mandy stayed quiet as she looked from him to their hands back and forth
"Is this really happening?" asked Isabella
Mandy hearing her friend made her scowl to herself them smile
"Fine let's do it" she agreed
"Yes!" Jason yelled hugging her and lifting her off the ground "this is going to be great"
"I guess it is" said Isabella going back to her book
"Usually I would say romantic…but you guys are just dating to make people jealous" added Delilah
"Hey who says we can't like each other?" asked Jason facing her, "if we happen to move on and actually end up liking each other then everybody wins"
"Dude…who are you going to make jealous? Cassidy doesn't like you" said Robin
"Thanks Robin, for reminding us that only you were lucky enough to get the girl, but I got a girl now too and we're going to make our evil green monsters get off our backs right?" Jason asked looking at Mandy
"That's right" he agreed
"Alright well I got to go share the news, I'll text you" he shouted back at her
"Bye" Mandy waved to him
"I better go too, see if I can help him chill out a little" said Robin
"Aww, ok then I'll see you later" said Lia
Robin looked around and once he saw no one was looking he gave her a peck on the cheek making Lia blush really hard her face now red
"Oh my gosh why would you do that?" she asked covering her face
"Cause it's fun" he laughed heading to the door, "bye Lia"
"Bye Robin" she murmured still covering her face trying ot get her blush to go away
"Does everyone just forget I'm here?" asked Isabella
"HUH?! Oh no not at all, if you saw that I'm sorry, it was embarrassing I know, so I'll just be going to my room and scream internally hehe" Lia laughed nervously before bolting off to her room
"Hehe, she'll believe anything" Isabella laughed
The scene changed to Jason walking into his dorm room where Tyson was still working on what Lia had asked him to do
"Jason what were you thinking?" Robin asked following him inside
"I was thinking I could either make her jealous or move on with her" Jason said simply laying back on his bed
"What'd he do now?" asked Tyson not taking his face off his computer
"You want to tell him or should I?" asked Robin crossing his arms
Jason suddenly looked at Tyson nervously, his eyes widening
"Uh…I'd really rather not" he said trying to hide his nervousness
"Why not?" asked Robin
"Because none of your business that's why" said Jason signaling him to drop the subject
"Just tell me, it can't be that bad" said Tyson typing away
Robin signaled Jason to tell him and Jason was fidgeting in his bed
"Man whatever I'll tell him" said Robin, "He asked Mand-"
"NO SHUT UP!" screamed Jason tackling Robin
"Ow, what the hell?" groaned Robin
"Dude why won't you drop this? It's my business" said Jason
"Because we're all friends here, I just thought you'd want to tell him, what do you have to hide?" said Robin
Jason looked at him angrily but then dropped to a sad face and sighed
"You're right, he's going to find out anyway" he said standing up and helping his friend up as well
"Tyson…I'm going to tell you something, but you have to promise to not get mad at me" Jason said turning to face his other friend
"I doubt I will, you can tell me anything" said Tyson
"I…maybe sort of…kind of…possibly…asked…Mandy to date me" he stumbled and once he said it he braced for an attack
Tyson had stopped using his laptop and slowly turned around in his chair glaring at him, "you what?"
"I asked her to date so me and her could get over the people we like, or also make them jealous of us" explained Jason
"You're using her to get over you never could be fantasy with Cassidy!?" Tyson shouted standing up
"Whoa use her? She agreed to this" pointed out Jason
"It's true I was there" added Robin
"…You stabbed me in the back Jason, you broke a rule in your own stupid 'bro code', what's up with that?" asked Tyson
"I'm sorry dude…I completely forgot and was clouded by my anger of losing my shot with Cassidy, and when I heard she couldn't have the guy she liked either I thought this would be perfect" Jason explained
"She likes somebody?" Tyson asked
"That's what she told us, she said she knew how I felt" Jason told him
"Oh…well crap that means I never had a chance, the guy she likes is probably super strong and better than me in every way" said Tyson with a sigh
Jason gave Robin a guilty look then walked towards Tyson
"Look man…I'm sorry for what I did…I got so caught up in my situation that I forgot to take your feelings into consideration" he apologized
"It's fine, I should've known this wouldn't happen" said Tyson going back to his work
"I can call this whole thing off, it's no big deal dude" Jason offered
"Just go for it, its best that I face the truth now anyway, not like you calling it off will make her stop liking the other guy" Tyson responded typing away
"Come on man, don't let this get you down, you will end up with who you're meant to be with, wether you meet her now or later" said Robin patting Tysons shoulder
"Thanks" said Tyson
"I'm going to see if Mike is back from his 'date' yet, see you guys later" Robin said heading to the door
"Ask Zach, maybe he's seen him" suggested Jason
"Noted" said Robin as he left
Jason then got a guilty expression and looked at Tyson without saying a word
The scene changed to Brian in his room with Zach tutoring him
"Come on Brian, what fighting technique is best to subdue a dragon gone rogue?" he asked his blonde friend
"Pssh, none, you just attack head on" laughed Brian
Zach gave him an unamused look and shook his head
"How do expect to graduate when you won't even take your studies seriously?" Zach asked
"Easy" said Brain sitting up, "I just have to kill it in combat class and wind rider tests and my grades will be high enough to pass"
"Brian, in combat class they test you on the techniques, they ask you to demonstrate them, what are you going to do if they ask you for one and you don't know the right answer?" Zach pointed out
"Uh…fail?" Brian laughed
Zach looked irritated and sighed
"That's it, I'm not tutoring you anymore" he said putting the book away
"WHAT? Come on man I was just kidding, I don't want to fail please" pleaded Brian
"Nope too late" said Zach laying back
At that moment Robin walked in with a knock
"Hey guys, how have you been?" he asked them
"Robin my man! How was date number two?" Brian greeted
"Hey Robin" waved Zach
"It went well, but we ran into Mike and he was acting extremely weird" Robin explained, "he said he was in a date with the love of his live Avery but didn't he tells us he hadn't heard from her since the party?"
"Yeah he did…and even more odd, when I saw him sulking this morning he said he had no plans whatsoever and that he would be staying in his room all day" Brian told him
"Have you seen him at all since then?" asked Robin
"Nope, after that I came back here and asked Zach to tutor me, but now he's being rude and said he wouldn't do it anymore" Brian said crossing his arms
"I gave you plenty of chances" said Zach
"Looks like you need a need tutor" Robing said with a laugh
"Who's going to tutor me?" Brian asked
"What about Tyson? He's pretty smart" suggested Robin
"Nah, he's tried tutoring me before but he makes it so boring, it's like I never left the classroom" said Brian
"Pshh why don't you ask that Isabella girl? She seemed to know what she's doing" laughed Zach
Brian's eyes lit up "You're right! I'll ask her right now, Robin call Lia!"
"Uh ok?" he said pulling out his phone and dialing
The scene changed to the girls getting back from helping Cassidy in the green house, they were covered in leaves, branches, and tree sap
"Cassidy how about next time you don't forget to feed the carnivorous plants yeah?" said Mandy sarcastically
"I'm very sorry guys, but I do appreciate your help and coming when I called" the read head said
"No sweat, that's what friends are for" smiled Lia
Suddenly her phone rang and she answered
"Hello?" she asked
"Oooo boyfriend alert" laughed Alexa
The girls giggled as Lia shot them a playful glare
"Yes?...oh yes…yes she's here…just a minute" Lia said before turning around and holding the phone to Isabella, "its for you"
"Me?" Isabella asked shocked
"Why that little two timer, he better not let me catch him" said Mandy with a huff
"It's Brian wanting to ask her something relax" said Lia
"Hey Isabella?" asked Brian
"Yes?" she asked
"Would you mind being my new tutor?" he asked
"Uh…I feel compelled to ask what happened to your last tutor" she asked
"Nothing, he's just being a jerk!" she heard him shout back, "so what do you say? Yes or no?"
"Uh…let's do a trial run session before I decide yeah?" Isabella said eyeing her friends
"Sure no problem" he agreed as he did a fist bump in his room
"Ok then, give me your number and I'll text you a time and place" she told him grabbing a notepad and pen
She wrote down his number then they said their goodbyes and hung up and she gave Lia back her phone
"What did he need?" asked Delilah
"He asked me to tutor him" said Isabella putting the number away
"Oh that's nice of you to do" said Lia
"Yeah, oh Lia speaking of tutoring, that book you were looking for is now in the library" Isabella said
"It is! Thank you I'll head there right now" said Lia smiling
"What book?" asked Alexa
"Oh just a book I need for a project, I'll be right back girls" Lia said leaving the room
She smiled as she made her way to the library
"Finally, this should help me solve all of this" she said as she turned corners and walked through hallways
She got to the library and asked the librarian where she could find the book she wanted and with the directions she headed to the second floor to a fenced off area
"Well that's weird…why would it be fenced off?" she pondered as she unlocked the door
She walked in and looked around to all the dusted books, until she finally saw the book she needed and pulled it out with a smile
"This is it, the history of Oceanus, if anything here connects Naraku to Alexa I'll be one step closer to figuring out what's wrong" she said flipping through it
She turned to the table of contents and saw it was organized by years
"Ok here's the year Naraku attacked the king and queen and threatened the princes" she said flipping to the page, but as soon as she got there the whole section was ripped out
"What!?" she asked feeling the torn pages
"Looking for these?" a voice asked behind her
Lia spun around and her eyes widened
"What are you doing here?" she asked
