"In order to get this story going on again, after having taking too much time after the last update, I have to take over the story this once, using what he had already written, which is, not quite a lot, actually, about only two chapters are in store. He just doesn't have the time to surf the internet, and because of the filters still pestering him. Sad for him, really, having to live in a boarding school now, which limits his access to the internet even more than before. Oh well, destiny is sure being rough on him, I guess. And I guess the most ridiculous thing he ever created is something actually not to ridiculous for most of the time, but he did create something totally ridiculous and stupid, even he himself rewrites that ridiculous and stupid part and makes something even more sensible, so no ridiculous things in this chapter, okay? And it looks like I took too much time already, so let get this story rolling, shall we?" -Destiny, just in case you readers wanted to know.

Jack, James, Frank, and Gerald sat down on the chairs inside the conference room once again as they were told to be there, along with several more random generals that I don't want to name. The general that proposed the Thermobaric gun idea came in with small smile on his lips, being followed shortly with two soldiers bringing a laptop and a projector. The random generals, as usual, chatted with their neighbors as the general prepared the laptop.

"What do you think makes us called here? I mean, we're practically nowhere near the ranks of even the lowest generals in this room." James whispered the Frank, who was sitting beside him. The latter shrugged, his face scowled.

"Hell if I know. All I know is that we're called here, and that's that. I don't give a shit about reasons." Frank whispered back, and sighed. "Sometimes, they do this kind of questionable things, but don't ask it. Just do it."

"Well, I agree with him." Gerald chimed in, leaning towards the duo. "Though if the orders have some suicidal part in it, then I won't even hesitate to question it. Better be able to live to kick another enemy's asses the next day than being six feet under."

Frank eyed the commander for a second. "You and I have different methods, Gerald, and you know it."

"Yeah, while I like to be conservative, you'll do reckless things." Gerald muttered under his breath. "Sometimes, my mission is far more dangerous than you, y'know."

"Yeah yeah, whatever." Frank waved his hand dismissively. "And where the goddamn hell is that Brits anyway?" He said while looking towards an empty chair.

"Well, he said that he'll be back to the UK. Says that he got several things to do there." James answered while looking up. "And he certainly suggested that we don't ask him about if he's going to be drinking tea all the time."

"Damn, I was about to ask just that." Frank muttered. The room then got dark. "Well, looks like it's finally starting. Better be fast so I don't have to sit here all day and watch something probably boring."

"Not a fan of sitting through an entire conference too." Gerald added his own comment.

"Generals, I thank you all for coming to the meeting that I held on this very day, in order to show you what we are going to use to breach that barrier we talked about yesterday." The general opened up his speech, before fiddling with his laptop again.

"Well, at least it's about weapons. I always liked weapons." Frank muttered under his breath, leaning forward with his head rested on his hands. The projection then showed a picture of a tank.

"This is, as we know, is the famous M1A2 Abrams, our current Main Battle Tank. It is technically one of the one of the best MBT out there currently, and the world is still racing to make a better one, us included. And today, I told the engineers to specially make several new shell types just for this very occasion." The photographically taken M1A2 Abrams changed into sketches of it. Well, Ammunition sketches anyway. Everyone in the room immediately started talking about it as the general in front of the room started trying to explain how it works.

"As you can see, generals, I didn't change much of the armament, since we're still going to be using the same 120mm M256 Smoothbore cannon, but it carries special ammunition for the cannon now; specially made Thermobaric rocket designed to be fired from the cannon." The general then clicked the picture of the ammunition, which then zoomed in on the screen. "As you can see, the cannon will now be able to fire specially made Thermobaric rockets. It will detonate upon impact, or you can set the rocket to blow up after several seconds of being fired, and you can also set at which distance it will detonate. This ammunition will take 1/4 of HE's ammunition, so you should take consideration if you want to use it." He then exited the picture. "The tanks don't get any other major changes other than the ammunition, and the tank will also use the TUSK system, since fighting in a forest still can get the tank ambushed from unexpected angles. Is there any question?"

Several raised their hands, asking how the general, how the rocket will work, and other kind of things that I can't think of. The general answered the entire question either clearly or vaguely, and he then pointed towards the last questioner. "Yes, what's the… oh, right, I completely forgot about the four of you." The general said, and before the one he pointed could ask the question, he cleared his throat. "You four are to lead the expedition group later when the ammunition is finished, which is about probably five days or more for the making of everything necessary if nonstop, with all the inspections and faulty checks taking place at the camp site. I just hope it passed the tests as clean as white sheet, but I will brought some of the mechanics there too in case it got some problem. But, you have to be on the spot where the Japanese soldier is last spotted at least five days from today. While we're at it, some of the troops are also on the way towards that site, and the ammunition is in the making process."

"Well, that surely explains why we're here, and some that I didn't even ask too." Gerald lowered his hand, but another one shot up. It was Frank's.

"Yes?" The general asked.

"What's the call sign of the tanks there?" Frank asked.

The general hummed for a second. "We'll call it Dragon."

Frank nodded as he lowered his hands. The general looked around again, looking for one that might want to raise their hands again. Since there is none, he shut down the laptop. "If that is all, then that is for today's meeting. I'll see you four five days later on the site." The general said, and everyone went out of the room, continuing their own things, though some stayed, arguing if the new ammunition will work or not.

"Hello Shinki!" I greeted the goddess of Makai, before blinking at the condition of the whole room which was, well, a shipwreck. Papers strewn here and there, there were broken glasses, a chair stuck at the ceiling somehow, several places of the room was scorched badly, and Shinki was groaning with her face planted to the table. "Uhh… Hello?" I asked. Another groan answered my question. "What happened here?"

Shinki lazily lifted her head, her right eye twitching. "Hehehehehe…" She laughed, and she laughed like she was going to go crazy. "Black-san, you wouldn't believe how much rotten luck I have earlier." I eyed her for awhile, and kept silent, prompting her to continue. The goddess then messed her own hair. "AAAARGH! That damn gap hag just had to ruin it!" Okay, Yukari is somehow involved in this, that much I can already tell. "I already finished the antidote and she just have to pop out of nowhere, startling me, and then making me drop that antidote into freaking acid! Aaaaagh!"

"Wow, that must have sucked hard." I commented, before I patter her shoulder. "You can always make one easily. You're a goddess after all."

"It's not that easy." She wept. "That's pure hard work and not because I make it using my power. At least that much should be put as a trophy, right?" She looked at me piteously. "What would you do if you do a project all day long like this, and the very first that you do was that you accidentally broke it or somewhere around that lines?"

I nodded in agreement. Even if I never made anything, it's already certain that the person who made the project would go berserk. "So, what happened next?" I asked her.

"I chase her off like she was a mouse and I was the cat." …Yeah, I should've seen that miles coming. "I managed to beat her, since she was in my world, and this is the result. And she also dropped this letter." She showed me a classic white letter, and had a golden seal on it.

"I guess it's from the yama." I said as I take the letter and opened the seal.

"Well, let me read it for you.

Shinki, the goddess of Makai, I, Shiki Eiki, Yamanaxadu, want you to be at the Scarlet Devil Mansion tomorrow for a meeting at 7 o'clock in the morning. You can send a messenger if you're unavailable to exchange you, or you will be forced to attend the meeting. That is all.

Huh, looks like it's starting already. Isn't that fast?" I commented as I closed the letter. "So, what would you do now, goddess of Makai?"

"Send you as a freaking messenger, I bet Yukari's there too. And make sure you're as good as late. The forced part is probably having Yukari gapping me there." She said disdainfully. "I bet you my world that when you arrived late with Sariel as your escort, the first thing she'll ask you is why it was so hard to get into my world."

I chuckled at her. That's a big bet she made, though she probably said that on a whim. Guess I'll "give" one too. "And if you're wrong, I'll give you a taste of one of my power." I said and created another bomb, before suddenly, my head hurts. "Ack!"

"Hahahaha! See, told you I can breach into her mind when she used my power again!"

"Well, that's a good start. If we can keep this up, we'll surely be able to get out of her body. But then again, there's still the "Key" to lock us again."

"Well, if we do manage to get out, we'll just grab the key, and then destroy it! That's my specialty after all!"

"Do you even know what the key is?"

"Of course! Our power is inside the scythe she used, and the scythe is where most of our power is being kept at! If only your power didn't lock us inside her body, then we'll be free from this vessel!"

"Shut the bickering you two, ever since she can use your power, I can give my influence to the outside world. In fact, I just did."

"Wow, really?! Damn, that's useful! If only I can just go out and start experimenting again!"

"Stop with your virus fetish damn it, the last time that happened, all of us ended up vomiting blood until you can come up with the cure! And I'm not sure if we even have blood in our body!"

"And if it isn't because of my power that's slowing down the time that her mind will be resealed, we wouldn't still be here. And we do have blood in our body."

"And being observed too."

"Bah, this is why I didn't like being inside a well protected vessel! Barely even give me screen time! Next time, I'll make sure I have even more screen time!"

"And you just destroyed the fourth wall. Congratulations. Good thing it's fixable every time it got damaged."

"Hah! I don't have the name-"

"Stop there. No need to be telling our names right now. An angel will tell us later."

"Come on guys, we don't have much time left."

"Bah, can't you just stop it? I still want more screen time!"

"My power is still limited here, you know. And there's five more seconds till her mind is resealed."

"Well, I managed to breach her mind and fourth wall, so I guess that's a start. Hope we make long lasting memory and suspicion!"

"…Black!" ...What just happened earlier? "Black! Are you there?!"

"…Here." I croaked, and noticed that my throat is now dry for some weird reason. "Damnit, I need a drink now."

I looked around, and spotted a glass filled with a clean liquid on a table. I walked wobbly there, and then grabbed it.

"No! Don't!" The voice now known as Shinki, shouted towards me.

"Shut up, it's just a drink, a few chugs would do." I grumbled as I leaned the glass to my mouth. "What's this anyway? Some sort of acid?"

I started tilting the glass to my mouth before I heard the answer.

"YES!"

…Shinki, you damn bas-

Whatever I was about to think was stopped as the acid went into my open mouth, and I gurgled in pain instead of screaming. My hand also accidentally shattered the glass, it hissing in absolute pain as the acid does what it does best. And some of the liquid also reached my darned face. Practically, I'm in a lot of pain now. Though, the feeling is not the same as three things stabbed my head, throat, and chest. Luckily, it means instant death for me, for what stabbed my body is swords, probably courtesy of Yumeko using what knowledge she knows about me to stop my pain.

Like how it used to be, I died, and was immediately revived some seconds later, without any pain or injury. But damn, that's painful earlier. And no, there's no Yumeko.

"You should've freaking told me earlier, or at least put a label that's written acid on it, you dumbass." I growled as I reached towards her, the goddess flinching as I stepped forward to glare at the goddess. She looked scared because of this, and she should be.

"S-sorry." She said, head drooping. "It's just that, I never thought anyone would drink it."

"That damn thing looks like freaking water, you idiot." I said again through gritted teeth, the goddess's head drooping even lower. "Maybe that thing is acid in this world, but outside, I drink water exactly like that when I wanted or needed one, minus the acid part. And please, do tell me it had another side effect to make me feel better if I don't have said side effect."

"You're lucky, then." The goddess whispered, sounding guilty and scared about what just happened in the span of seconds. "It would leave a long-lasting effect and that it will leave the wounds completely not repairable, since it leaves the wounds at your soul. Only those that can die and revive can fix that wound."

"…" I fell silent after hearing that. Not because I'm considering forgiving her or feeling any better, but was dumbstruck about the acid. What kind of freaking acid leaves the wound at your soul, and still leaves the mark at your body? That just doesn't make any sense. "Why would you have access to acid like that?" And is a part of me is being ecstatic about that acid? The hell is wrong with me?

"I need the virus to be unable to regenerate the wounds it had, so I have to find something that should only be curable by death, while also nullifying the power of the immortality potion, which won't work on something that is already immortal and can die and revive again in the first place. The rest is up to Sariel to do the genetic working of the acid, but now I have to request another one. It takes her about three days to do that, and I need about 12 hours to make the antidote. I just need to find the notes to make it at the exact same time, though. But Sariel's out for another half a day today, so I have to wait first and vent up my stress." Shinki told me, and by the time she finished that sentence, she had all her courage again. "And what happened to you earlier?"

"Which part, me getting a headache or me drinking your totally-not-suspicious-acid?" I asked while crossing my arm. "No, it's probably the former. Of course you know what happened with me from the latter."

"You don't say." Shinki grumbled. Materializing a chair, she then sat on that chair. "So, what happened?" She then asked.

"Well, as far as I know, there are... five… person that breached into my mind, composition is probably around 3 man and 2 woman, but I can't say for sure." I answered with some doubt. "The one that breached my mind is telling his friends how he had bet them that he'll breach my mind when I used his power again. He also had said that my body is a vessel, and that my scythe I used is a key for them to be free from the vessel, which is… me." I grimaced a bit after saying that, since that's, well, hard to take in easily. "And also, they can break the fourth wall easily."

Shinki's eye went wide for a second, before closing with a sigh. "Well, it looks like the day is nearing, huh?"

"What day? The day I'm going to be berserk?" I asked, eyebrows furrowing. "Do you know who those five inside my head is?"

Shinki nodded once. "Yes, and Sariel did know too, but she doesn't want me to tell anyone about it. But what I will tell you about what I know is, when those five are out, it's going to be messy to try and subdue those five. They are, as Sariel told me, some sort of… entities unlike devils and angels, and that those five attacked suddenly when the angels and devils are on one of the small war, and actually have to make Him take care of the problem." My jaw almost dropped when I heard the last bit of the information, but I recomposed half a second later. "Or so Sariel told me. She was only told by the highest of the highest angels after they help Him take care of the five."

"Oh great, Michel is one of them. I can bet my ass she's not going to give me any of that information." I grumbled, and then sighed. "You know, do you think something is wrong here?"

"Now that you tell me, the author had a bit of a weird knack of making totally overpowered characters, but I don't think I can just come up with that conclusion." Shinki answered. "You're just one of the examples. Remember Sayaka and Kotomi? Both of them are courtesy of me, but that was because I was rather bored and had nothing to do, so I just followed his ideas. Both of them are also Original Characters, while you're a… a mix of canon and fanon, and also originality, I guess."

I nodded once at her answer. Even if I was struck by this kind of information, I'm more than ready to accept it, what with me going towards other universes back in those days. There was always that kind of character out there in the alternate universe, even if I've never been in one. "You also told me that Sayaka can change her body only once, right?" The goddess nodded. "Want to bet that the author will give her something overpowered?"

Shinki scoffed at that question. "No, I don't. I can already foresee that coming miles away when you mentioned it." She said, and then looked towards the ceiling. "Say, don't you think he's making himself into trouble?"

"Who, the author?" I asked, sounding not surprised at all.

"Yes, I mean, authors have influential ability to other person without them knowing about it, but they can't exactly influence people that know about any other universe or world, or just plain powerful, in this universe." Shinki answered, and eyed me for a bit. "If you're a vessel for five entities that can give both angels and devils trouble at the same time, what do you think will happen when you're berserk and, probably, have control over them?"

"What will happen, huh?" I repeated, before I sighed. "The author will have totally no control when the problem arises, since his influential power will completely be nullified. But what kind of entities that are already alive except God, angels, devils, the first human, etcetera?"

"Well, I certainly don't have any idea, and Sariel did either. But what she knows is that those five will be a lot of trouble when that time comes. So, what do you think of this situation?"

I scratched my temple in confusion. "At this point, I don't know how to make of the situation anymore. What about you? What will you do after this, Shinki?"

"Well, I don't know, but I probably think I'll go around my world so since I don't have anything to do until Sariel gets back." Shinki said, and then stands up from her chair. "I'm going to grab something there too. Want to go with me?"

"Sure, and maybe pester Yuki's training after I do just that." I replied, and Shinki sighed in response. "Oh, and you viewers, go observe Kotomi for me would you? Maybe there's not going to be a long talk with the fourth wall being annihilated like this if you're observing him." I said, before trailing after the goddess.

I need to dig more information about those five people inside my body, though, but who should I ask?

…Eh, I'll just do it later. I can also try to ask Sariel how to improve my memory seeing ability, so that I don't have to ask that damned archangel.

"Hey, Mistress," I called her, looking at the unconscious angel that is now being held hostage. "Are you sure that the ice will not break easily?"

My mistress then glares at me. "As long as she doesn't use any kind of holy power, it will hold on. Hell's ice is not a flimsy ice. These ices are specially made to torture that that did treason as their sin, and was used to bind Satan himself. To even be able to make one is an achievement on its own."

"Just to make sure." I replied with a shrug.

Well, we're currently inside the inn again, with Michel being held on the floor with ice binding her down on the floor around the wrist, ankle, waist, and neck as a precaution. The guards and Satomi-san are quite shock when I get back with Michel beaten up on my shoulder, though I managed to say she lost a battle, and I was on the scene just on time to help her. Thankfully, they bought the story, which is technically the truth, since she did lose a battle.

That, and I seriously need to call my mistress with her name, since it's starting to get boring. Shinki-sama says her name is…

"Kotomi, what's wrong? You grinned all of the sudden." Mistress snapped me back from my recalling. Ahahahaha, how can I forget something so simple like that?

"Sorry 'Mai', I just recalled something about a certain language that had exactly the way you're named. And I can't believe it actually worked!" I said with an even bigger smile. "That means I don't have to call you with 'mistress' anymore!"

'Mai' scratched her head in confusion, and it was shown in her face too. "Uhh… good, then. But what language is that? I think I can recall it being said somewhere."

"English." I answered. "I'm calling you with "My", which means me or mine, and was pronounced just like your name, 'Mai', mistress."

"Ah, that language. Yes, now I remember." 'Mai' told me, closing her eyes as she did so. "Mother once bring me, Yuki, and Yumeko to the outside world, which she called the town in we materialized was New York or something like that back in the twenties." There was a small smile on her lips as she said that, though it died down a second later as she went on. "Though I still don't know where mother now went when she's gone to nowadays."

"Probably harassing people there, hahahahaha!" Broadlight chimed in suddenly. "Or the more boring one, buying something."

"Well, she was more to the latter, I believe, but mother never told me where she buys those slim black screen thingies which she called television, or a weird book she called laptop, or practically everything she brought back with her every time she went to the outside world." 'Mai' grumbled.

"Well, how are you going to predict what a god will do next?" I muttered.

"Hmm… That's actually true. How are you going to predict what a god will do next?" Broadlight then repeated the words I just said.

"Well, she's my Mother, at least I have to predict what she'll be doing next." Wait, you're actually answering the question? "What will you do when your mother is going somewhere without you not knowing what she'll be doing there, Kotomi?"

"Well, I would ask her what she'll be doing there. What's the hard deal with just asking?"

"It can be hard, you know, partner. Maybe your mother will do something nasty there, like murdering people or something." …Thanks, Broadlight. I totally didn't know what to expect there. "Why, thank you. You're welcome."

-I never knew you can be flattered with such a simple praise.-

"And I never knew you're the jealous type."

"And there they go again," I sighed when I heard them bickering again. "Giving me more headaches."

"Just ignore them." 'Mai' said, and then looked to Michel. "And it looks like she's waking up too."

"About damn time." Broadlight grumbled. "I was thinking if that angel is ever going to wake up."

"Urgh…" The angel groaned, eyes opening and closing slowly. "Where… where am I? And why is it so... cold?"

"You're in an inn, in my room, and were being pinned down to the floor with ice." I answered. The angel's head would probably jerked up to confirm it, but since her neck is also pinned, she couldn't do so, so she simply turned her head left and right.

"What is this?! And how did you get these ice?!" She asked loudly, nearly shouting.

"Relax, I just want some information from you. If you cooperate, that is." I answered the first question. "And the second, it's a courtesy of an ice demon."

"Why should I cooperate with you, you demon?!" She spat out, every inch of her voice sounding venomous. "And how did you acquire the assistance of another demon?!"

"I found one on the road, and told her to help me." I answered sarcastically. "Say hello, 'Mai'."

"Hi." 'Mai' said, before she looked towards me. "Do you really have to say that?" She whispered, a hint of annoyance in her voice.

"I can't just say you're my master." I whispered back. "And besides, that's not a technical lie anyway."

"Not only you disguised as a human, you also asked for help from your own kind?" She asked through gritted teeth, her gaze full of hatred. "I should have killed you from the very start of our fight."

"Just shut up." Broadlight said, sounding not amused. "Clearly. Come on, up the ante! It's time for the second method!"

I sighed in response, knowing full well what that meant. "Well, then I'll just have to pry it from you." I said while I changed my hand into a drill, and started it. Since it doesn't use any engine, it doesn't produce any noise at all. "It's your choice now, archangel. You want me to give the information freely, then I'm not going to hurt you. After that, you can leave from here unharmed."

"As if I will fall for that lie!" She said, not convinced that what I was saying is true at all. "Hurt me all you want! You will not get any information from me!" ...God damnit, did you have to make it hard?

"This will be good." Broadlight said gleefully.

-What's good about this?!-

"Nothing." I answered while I leaned towards the archangel. "Well, I hope you can hold the pain."

I stretched my drill onto her abdomen, right on her stomach part. Her eyes burned with absolute hatred as I was doing so, but just as the tip was about to touch her chest however, her eyes widen quite suddenly, her emotion quickly replaced by fear. "N-no…" She whispered, sounding far too different from earlier.

"Chickening out suddenly?" Broadlight taunted. "I thought-Wait a minute, what the hell-"

"NO!" She shrieked suddenly, startling me. "NO! THIS COULDN'T BE! THIS IS WAY TOO FAST! THE VESSEL SHOULD HAVE CONTAINED THEM UNTIL THE TIME HAS COME! HOW COULD IT STARTS TO FAIL NOW?!"

"Huh?" I blinked as I pulled my arm back, turning it back into my normal hand. "What's wrong with her?"

"You… you didn't notice it?" 'Mai' asked, sounding scared for some weird reason. "That amount of power… And you didn't feel it?"

"Dude, something's wrong with you!" Broadlight shouted. "How can you didn't feel it?! That's a shitload amount of power being released for a short amount of time!"

-M-master… I'm scared… The power… It's too scary…-

"...Oookay, so somehow, I missed a large amount of power being released. Care to indulge me on what happened earlier?" I asked, confused with the situation at hand now. "Maybe normal humans couldn't feel it, perhaps?"

"LIES!" Michel shrieked again.

"…Does my sound feel like I'm lying now?" I asked the angel, giving her a deadpan look. "Oh yeah, 'Mai', where did the power come from?"

"From the direction to Makai…" She whispered the answer. "I hope everything is okay there…"

"Makai? Lily Black said she went there earlier." I muttered, holding my chin in thought. "She said she wanted to pay Shinki-sama a visit."

"L-Lily Black?" Michel asked to me, her voice telling me that she knows her. "You… You know her?"

I was about to answer before a knock from the door interrupted me. "Kotomi, what's going on in there? Is there something wrong?"

Oh crap. "Ah, uh, no Satomi-san, we're just talking, but then the archangel shrieked after hearing one of our news. don't worry, Satomi-san, nothing is wrong." I quickly answered.

"Nothing is-HMMPH!" I quickly closed her mouth, silencing the archangel.

"Well, keep the voice down next time, okay?" Satomi-san asked from behind the door.

"Ahaha, yeah, sorry again, Satomi-san."

"No problem."

The sound of footsteps starts getting farther and farther away, and the sound of paper rustling convinced me that Satomi-san is now gone from behind the door of my room now, behind his desk looking at the papers on his desk.

"Look, yes, I know her, and that's the kind of information I want to know from you. What her power is actually, how she used it, and this vessel you just blurted… I want to know all about her. Now, you tell me that or I will hurt you, okay?" I asked the archangel again. A nod answered my question. "Good, now can I trust you so that you didn't do anything stupid if I were to release you?" Another nod. "Good. 'Mai', release her."

'Mai' nodded, and the ice vanished like it sublimed. I watched carefully as Michel sat on her spot, looking disheveled. I sat down on the floor, looking at the angel. "So, are you going to tell us anything?" I asked.

Michel nodded, her eyes now looking dull. "You heard that she was a vessel, right?" Before I could answer in any kind or form, she went on. "She was a vessel for five entities. Entities that called themselves… Apocalypse personified."

"You've got to be shitting me." Broadlight said in shock. "Seriously, Apocalypse personified? Even that is pulling my leg. Water, I can understand, wind, I can understand, nature, I can understand, that? No, that's pulling every single leg I have, and I can make loads of them. Literally."

-I agree with him. Now if only I can somehow vocalize it…-

'Mai' simple went as white as her wings.

Michel, to their dismay, shook her head. "No, that is what they call themselves. They suddenly appeared in one of our small scale war with the devils. The called their name from the weakest to the strongest. Their names are, from the weakest to strongest from innate powers perspective, Disease, Destruction, Time, Death, and Destiny."

"Shit dude, no wonder their power are so oppressive even from afar." Broadlight muttered. "I still can't believe that you missed it."

Oh shut up.

"Both our side and our enemy's side looked at the five newcomer that time, too unsure for what to do, until Destiny said out loud the confusion that happens today will soon be followed by an outrage. It actually happened on devils side. That devil, however, was silenced after a knife embedded right at its chest, before the devil spasms for several seconds, and then fall down to the ground, it's life taken away. Destiny then said aloud again that the death of the devil will start a war against the five of them, which then happened. But before they can even reach the five, those that started making their way towards them… exploded with a flick of a finger from Destruction. Death was using his teleportation ability to move everywhere, to cut the souls directly from their body, leaving a lifeless body of what was once a devil.

Time and Disease utilized sharp tools for their weapon, but both of them used it differently. Disease's knife was coated with something that kills the devil with each stroke, no matter how shallow the wound is, and Time was, standing still on one spot when a devil attacked, and the next second, Time was behind the devil, before the latter turned into minced meat. Destiny, on the other hand… only write something to the book the entity bring with it, and then, something will happen. No matter what the entity write, it will happen, no matter how unreal it is."

-…M-m-m-m-master… that's… that's too…-

"The five of them take on an entire small army of devil and was winning? God, that was so unreal I might as well be laughing and mocking the storyteller right now if it wasn't for an archangel that told me."

"Y-You mean… All this time, I have… I have been with…" 'Mai' stuttered.

"…" I just stayed silent, prompting the angel to continue.

"It eventually ended with the five of them winning without a single scratch. The angels are kind of freaked out after that, so they called the highest of the highest angels, I was already there, mind you, to take care of them, after making sure that we will not be affected by their power. Even if our group had the number, they can still fight us on equal terms. The battle went for hours until He came himself, sealing the five entities in a makeshift jail. That makeshift jail didn't hold on for too long, so a vessel was needed."

"Let me ask you something," I cut her. The archangel looked unsure, but nodded nevertheless. "Is it just me or my feeling right now is someone is trying to mess with my already messed up life as it is now with every kind of information I obtained in this land?"

The archangel frowned at the question I just delivered. "Follow that feeling of yours, and you'll get the answer." She then answered, probably trying to be a cryptic one, but was failing at it since I knew what exactly that meant. I hated it.

"Now I see why I have a messed up life ever since I get here." I grumbled, and then massaged my forehead. "Someone is messing up with my Goddamn fucking life ever since I get here."

"Can I continue now?"

"Sure, I just need to know about that." I answered nonchalantly, closing both my eyes. "When I met who is responsible for this, I'll make sure he wants to be sent into hell rather than to be within a mile from where I am now."

"Serves you right from my point of view," The archangel said, probably sneering as she said that. "Well, anyway, we needed a vessel. We tried every single thing that can hold on for a long time. All of us objected immediately, so we tried with things that can live until the end of the time. Every single vessel that contained never really stayed long before the five of them break free, and have to be resealed again. That is, until we remembered about the twin Lily's."

"Lily White and Lily Black…" I muttered.

"Yes, those two. We already tested with the fairies several times, but since Lily White was a spring fairy, which, in a year cycle, means the start of a new year, so Lily Black was, in inverse kind of way and logic, the end of a year. So, taking another huge gamble, since every, I mean EVERY, single vessel that those five contained, they'll be dead when they break free. Imagine our surprise when she actually held on for even for even two days, let alone until now." Michel continued, but then she sighed. "But of course, not wanting for her to use the power of those abominations, we brainwashed both of them so that they didn't remember anything about the event and before the event, up until they were created, especially Lily Black, since being a container of those five can give her direct access to their powers. It's only a matter of time until she noticed the weird power inside her, and started testing it, and trained it."

"It started growing until now and then the rest is history." I said, trying not to have a totally long history lesson of her again. I just got one from Shinki-sama, and I really didn't need another one. "So, about the powers she can use right now."

"Right, the powers," Michel repeated, before she cleared her throat, before continuing. "Well, the most common one she used, Death's teleportation ability is, just like what it said, teleportation ability. The second was Destruction's physical strength, but decreased by a lot of margin. If she can utilize it to its full power without any limitation, she can destroy the entire universe with a single full-powered punch. It's a good thing the entity never fully use his physical strength to fight someone, or Lily Black for having that much limitation."

"Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa! Hold on just a minute there! That's a fucking huge physical power! That Destruction entity can destroy a single universe, WITH A SINGLE PUNCH?!" Broadlight literally screamed at the end. "Gods damn fucking it, just how powerful is that Destruction entity?!"

"He was the strongest in physical ability from all of the others, the other were pretty normal. And I myself still can't believe I managed to say that calmly." Michel then let out a sigh. "Continuing, the powers that she can use that I said earlier is still not a threat, so we only occasionally monitor her, that is, until she have access to the key of her prisoners; the all-killing scythe. It also gave her some ability to use… weaker powers taken from the five entities, but it's not really much of a threat."

"So, how… how does that… work?" 'Mai' asked, though stuttering.

"Well, everyone in her immediate area of about a meter will get their life sucked just by being near her, but that effect was only affecting those who couldn't hold their life strongly, stronger life forms can, however, shrug off the effect. If, however, they get any kind of mortal wound from the scythe, they'll be mostly guaranteed death if untreated really fast."

"Even immortals?" I asked. If I didn't clarify this, then I'll be in a big trouble later.

Michel nodded. "Even immortals, though to what extend the creatures they can kill are, we didn't know yet, since He doesn't tell us. But you see, what we do know is that the scythe… it doesn't take souls like normal reapers do. If normal reapers cut their souls from their body, the targeted creature will probably still have something that can negate it. The scythe, Death's scythe, it cuts the soul AND life source or reviving ability of the target. Faith that let gods to be immortal, devils, normal immortals, even angels, after the owner of the scythe, AKA Death, fights back and managed to kill four of us. You name it; the scythe will probably kill it as long as it can make the killing blow. Or if it can't kill its victim, just tell Destiny to make them killable. And now she has access to that one annoying power of Destruction's innate power…"

"You mean those exploding black bombs?" Broadlight asked this time. "Those things are pretty cool to me."

"Yes, those bombs, one of Destruction's simplest destruction ability coated with Death's power. The bomb will guarantee a one hit kill to humans, but not to a stronger life form or human, and Death's power will make the bomb bypass any sort of defense not made by the person that the user targeted. And by made, I mean using their own body as a means of defense, not like shield or walls they made themselves." Michel cringed at that. "And that was how Destruction managed to hold us on spot during our fight with them at one time. He… what was the word again… ah, yes, spammed those bombs, effectively holding us back. And because we can't block it with our power we have to try and shrug off the pain. It didn't work really well, to be honest.

And there's that subconscious power she released, one of Death's power, the power nullifier. Every power that isn't related to physical and magical ability will be nullified, so innate ability will be nullified. And if she met someone that can still use their power in her immediate presence; she can split her mind so that she can release the amount of power in a bigger scale, nullifying the power."

-Master, ask if she can use magic or not.-

"So, can she use magic?" I asked, and she looked at me as if I was an idiot. "What? She can't?"

Michel shook her head. "She can, before she became a vessel of those five. Even if she can contain their power, it used every single space available inside her body, including her magic reservoir. The worst part was that since every single space inside her body is used, and still barely even enough to contain even one percent of their combined power, it greatly damages her nervous system over time. The rest of her power was being stored inside the scythe." Michel then raised her hand. "She can, however, change the power inside her body into magic, but it will be pure and raw magic, one that is volatile and dangerous for even the veteran magicians and strong youkais to use. So, if you were to challenge her into a danmaku duel, you better be somewhere where there's nothing around you, else she'll destroy the surroundings."

'Well, there you go Sayaka. Don't go challenging her to a danmaku duel, okay?' I asked, more to joking rather than being serious. I'm still wondering what this danmaku duel is about, though.

-Hmph. I can't telepathy anyone but you right now. How can I propose a challenge to her? And I think you have to dodge the bullets in that duel.- I know it meant bullet hell, but how does that work, that's what I want to know, and what's the rules of the duel. –Well, don't ask me, Master, I don't know about that.-

"Let me ask you three questions, demon," Michel said suddenly, her eyes sharpening towards me. "One, why did you asking about that kind of information? Two, how did you first met her? And three, are you actually a demon?"

"Well, first of all, the first question; maybe I'll be at the warzone, so I might be able to come up with something when that happens, but I'm pretty sure I will be there, since she's observing me." I answered.

"Ah, yes, I forgot to tell you about her mindset. No wonder she attacked me suddenly earlier." Michel smiled wryly. "That's Disease, Time, and Destiny's mindset, but it was much more prominent for Disease. They all like to observe things they found interesting, and whenever there's trouble that the one they observed can't handle, they'll take care of the problems themselves. And if you're wondering how did I know this, because He told us Himself."

"Well, that's promising." I said, and then I rubbed my chin. "And for the second one, I met her after I died… temporarily, before I got resurrected. Needless to say, I'm sort of… Immortal now." Michel nodded, but didn't say anything, so I continued. "And the last, no I'm not. If you want to ask that, ask Shinki-sama yourself."

"Shinki, you said?" Michel asked, frowning at the question. "She must be bored out of her mind again. I thought I told Sariel to keep an eye on her after our last meeting."

"Wait, how did you…" 'Mai' began, but stopped to think about it for a second, and then she let out a sigh. "Oh yeah, she's an angel. She's one of your kin, of course you knew her."

"Well, if you're a courtesy of Shinki, then I suppose I can let you go." Wow, really? All that fighting just because you didn't knew she was one of the instigators of all this bullshit crap I've been dealing with? "I suppose I owe an apology… test subject."

"You bet your damn ass right, angel." Broadlight grumbled. "And next time, read the entire book, not just from the cover and the first few pages."

"Old habits." Michel simply said, and then stands up. "Well, I suppose this is where I depart now."

"Yes, yes indeed." I said with a nod.

Without any other words being exchanged, Michel went out of the room, and closed it. But then, I heard a sigh. "Well, I can't just let him know that she can see someone's memory, make closed spaces where you can spent being there for an eternity alone, and can make a deal with a death consequence if the deal was broken. That would be leaving way too much information for him." She's probably trying to say that low enough for me not to hear it, but then again, I have exceptional ears. I could finally hear her footsteps as she finally leaves the inn.

-Well, that was… helpful.-

"Helpful indeed." I muttered, and looked outside. The sun was now already sinking, the darkness of the night starting to exchange the brightness of the day. "And time passed when you do something worthwhile."

"So, what are you going to do with all that information, partner? Gonna go and think of something?" Broadlight asked.

"Well, for now, I can analyze the information more, and think of a way to torture of that person who's messing with my whole fucking life right now." I answered while taking a futon, sprawling it on the floor, and went on top of it. "And then I'll go to sleep. I'm freaking tired."

"You're not the only one." 'Mai' told me after she sprawled the other futon, somehow already grabbing one without me realizing it. "I just hope I didn't get nightmares when I sleep later."

"Well, good night." I told her. She didn't say anything in response, and just went into her futon.

Okay, short recap of all the information; Lily Black is a vessel for five overpowered entities that called themselves Apocalypse personified, she has access to their innate and physical power, their mindset, and will start to grow even more powerful as time went by. Worst case scenario as she grows was the five of them break free, and she will be killed along the way. And I will be in that scenario, probably, so I have to find a way so that she can be saved when that since someone is messing with my life, I'm also going to torture that person when I have the chance to meet that person.

"Just leave the thinking to me,so you better go get some rest." Broadlight butted in suddenly.

"Huh, thanks, Broadlight. Guess I owe you one this time." I said, and went into the futon in order to get a good night sleep.

I hope I don't have to deal with a shitload of trouble tomorrow.

I teleported into the second floor hallway of Satomi's inn, and peeked inside. There, Kotomi and Mai were sleeping. I smiled despite myself, and closed my eyes, trying to see if I can get more information from either Kotomi or Mai.

The ability to see someone's memory, one of the things I can do quite easily to the dead, not so easily to the living things. I tried doing this because Sariel told me to do so since it will be easier if I do it repeated towards a living being, which is, expectedly, not. Not without having more headaches and those group 'breaching' my mind again, with one of them ranting that they were now off screen (Those poor guys). When I tried doing this now, it started to become even more natural after several more headaches, and now, I can do it as easily as reading a deceased memory, though I have to see it from where I left earlier. Good thing I can fast forward the boring part.

Oh, Kotomi, you and your knack for information. You just have to know about how I first met with Shinki.

…Wow, really? He covered my trail of lies? Guess I owed Him a bit, then.

You're damn right about that Kotomi, they're so screwed up when I intervened later.

So, she met with that satori, huh? Well, I just hope he would remember her.

Ohoho, good work Kotomi. I love how your knack of information is helping me involuntarily.

…What… what, no… no… no no no No NO NO! Michel, you and your fellow angels sons of bitches (Sariel not included!), you brainwashed me to be a vessel of these people that keep pestering me with headaches that is another five more ridiculously overpowered Original Characters that might as well just not affected by the author's influence?! You were also taking a huge gamble too with my life by jamming those five into my body?! And I was also Lily White's twin sister before you brainwashed her and me about that event and everything before the event?! Oh no, you are so going to regret ever doing that to me! No fucking wonder she looks so much like me!

Oh, I'm so going to do what Shinki said to me earlier! Come on, head ache, hit me now! HIT ME NOW!

Another headache occurred, but I was more than prepared to face it now.

I need to consult something with them…

"And so, our vessel have known the bitter information about her life, and wanted to consult something with us." A woman figure said while reading a book, with an ink pen on one hand, the book on the other. She had waist-length, gray colored hair, red eyes, and was wearing a black lab coat for all intents and purposes that I don't know, a black colored shirt inside, and knee length black colored skirt that's tightened around the waist with a black belt. She also wore black boots and matching socks that reached her calf, and she also had a black fedora on top of her head. She would look like a woman in her twenties if the person that saw her didn't know better. "Indeed, you do know better than most people, no?"

"Of course she does! She has my mindset the most after all!" Another woman answered, sneering as she did so. She had shoulder length, blonde colored hair, and blue eyes. She also had a gray lab coat, with another white grayish shirt beneath it, and she was wearing a gray trousers that reached her ankle, tightened with a brown belt. She had white shoes, a pair of white gloves, with one twirling a scalpel coated in something, a goggle on her forehead, and a transparent white gas mask that's attached to one of the tubes behind her. The other tube was probably filled with something poisonous, if there's a gun handle that's attached to its tube.

"Finally! More screen time! That took too long, damn it!" A big, bulky man shouted. He had a black hair and matching eyes, with a red beret on top of his head. He was wearing something that looked totally similar to Kotomi's military clothing, except that this man doesn't wear any mask like Kotomi does, and the color on this man's clothes is a mix of black, grey, and white. On one of his hand was a revolver, though why he would be having one when he can destroy something with a flick of his finger is beyond me.

"Because he thinks that the handgun is cool, and his original clothing is not that." Destiny answered for me. "And this is still the same chapter, you idiot." And that was probably for Destruction. "Yes. Yes indeed."

"So, it's our time to shine now, huh?" Another man asked. He had brown hair and silver eyes. He's wearing what could be best described as a butler uniform, what with matching black trousers and tuxedo, a white shirt inside, a red tie, white gloves, and black shoes. He was also wearing a belt, with a dagger on one side, and an antique gold stopwatch hanging from the dagger's handle using chains.

"Shut up, all of you," The last member, a man wearing dark robe answered. He had white hair and dull blue eyes (as far as I can tell, since he was hooded), wearing a simple robe that reached all the way onto the…'ground' and as the result got dragged on the ground, black boots, black gloves, and a black belt. On one of his hand were a scythe, and the other one, a scroll of some sort. "Let her state her business here."

"Thanks, Death," I said. "But I think all of you already knew why I'm here."

"Of course, Destiny told us earlier, after all." Time said, one hand grabbing the stopwatch. "It is about thirty seconds ago that Destiny told us about what will happen now."

"So, you guys already have your answer?" I asked.

All of them nodded at the same time. "Of course, we will help you with your quest." Destiny declared. "We shall help you with all of our powers that your body can contain for now."

"And more lines for me after the incoming chapters!" Destruction said in glee.

"And maybe some more viruses that I can see and made to be experimented…" Disease also said in glee, drooling too at the same time.

"More time for us to be in the story." Time said this time, though his face remained stoic.

"And may our cooperation be worth the risk." Death said. "We shall end this meeting here."

"Yes." I agreed. "But I will keep my mind open for you guys from now on."

I shook my head, ending the conversation I had inside my head. It actually feels weird, really, being able to get in and out of your own head.

'You'll get used to it in time.' Time reassured me.

I could hear several more shouting inside my head, but I ignored it as I went inside the room, closed the door, and then tiptoed my way into Kotomi's futon, silently getting inside his futon, and hugged him. He might have only known me for less than two days, and that he probably thinks he owed me his life, but the fact remained that he still want to save me when that happened, and that counts as something for me.

'The reason the vessels got killed is because I killed them, not because we managed to break free. Those angels are just blind enough not to notice that I killed them, but maybe it was because I killed them when I got out, since I always get out at the last position.' Death told me.

Then don't kill me later when you guys managed to be free.

'Of course not, you're the only one that can contain us. That deserves something, after all.'

That's good. So, Destiny, end this chapter, would you? I'm going to sleep now.

'We'll see you in the next chapter, observers.

Next chapter: Two important meetings

And with that, the chapter comes to an end.'
