A.N Well here is another chapter! Sorry it took so long for me to actually write this chapter. I was busy with a school project! But I hope you all enjoy this chapter and it makes up for it! Spoiler Sakura become interested in medical ninjutsu in this chapter! c;

Chakra Control
Sakura was tired from her kunai training and her arms ached, but that didn't stop her from helping Mikoto and her mother by putting all the dishes into the dish washer. Once she finished she turned around and noticed her mom and Mikoto weren't in the kitchen anymore. They must have silently left, without her noticing. After she thought about it for a second though, she did notice that it became awfully quiet a few minutes ago other than the sound of her humming softly to herself and of the dishes hitting each other that echoed throughout the room, but she didn't think anything of it at the time.
"Huh, I wonder where they went." Sakura wondered out loud to herself as she placed the last plate into the full dish washer and then closed it shut after putting the dishwasher detergent in, that she grabbed from underneath the sink cabinet, and then after she turned it on.
Sakura then decided to go look for her mother and Mikoto inside the living room. Once she made it inside the living room she saw her mother and Mikoto sitting on the couch watching something on the television. Sakura's mom looked up from the television and glanced over to Sakura who was standing against the wall a few feet away from them.
"Oh, you finished darling. Thank you for helping us out. Do you want to watch some TV with us, before you go off to bed?" Mebuki said smiling at her daughter, and then she patted the seat next to her. Inviting Sakura to join them.
"Actually, mom.. I was wondering." Sakura said looking away from her mom slightly embarrassed by her next request.
'It's not a big deal Sakura, just ask already!' Sakura thought to herself.
"Oh, what is it dear. Is something wrong?" Mebuki asked slightly worried and looked up to her with worried eyes. "Did you hurt yourself, while you were training?"
"Oh, no. I'm alright. I was umm, just wondering. Can I look at one of your old books about the basics of medical ninjutsu?" Sakura asked quickly as her cheeks turned a slight pink color.
"Oh, darling! Of course I will! Here come upstairs with me! I'll give you the book that I read when I started becoming interested in medical ninjutsu!" Mebuki said happily jumping from her seat on the couch, that she was just sitting on.
"Really! Thank you mom!" Sakura said slightly surprised as a big smile formed onto her face.
"Of course sweetie! I'm pretty sure it is up in my room! I'll be right back Mikoto! Let me know if I miss anything important!" Mebuki said, and then began walking towards the staircase and Sakura followed her a few steps behind.
Once they made it up the stairs and into Mebuki's room, Mebuki began searching through her book case.
"Hmm, where is it!" Mebuki said out loud to herself, as she scanned her large bookcase that was filled with different books.
She then saw the book she was looking for and she gasped happily, "Oh there it is!"
Mebuki pulled out a medium sized dark blue book that on the cover said 'The Basics of Medical Ninjutsu.'
"There we go, this teaches you the basics. It goes on about chakra control, as well as things such as herbs and how you can be use them to make different remedies that can make all sorts of different medicines, as well as some basic poisons and how to cure them with antidotes." Mebuki said as she handed over the book to her daughter.
"Thank you so much mom! I'm gonna start reading it right now!" Sakura said as she hugged the book against her chest.
"Alright darling, just don't read the whole book tonight. You need your sleep! Don't forgot you have to go to the academy tomorrow!" Mebuki said reminding her daughter. She knew her daughter well, if she could she would stay up all night long reading that book.
"I know mom!" Sakura said giggling, and she then ran out of her mom's room, and then went into her room to begin reading.
"This is fascinating." Sakura said out loud to herself as she skimmed through the book her mother gave her. She has been reading it for about an hour now.
Sakura was laying in her bed, and her pillows cushioned her head so she was in a sitting position. A blanket covered her entire body, keeping her warm.
"It says here that not only can you use your chakra to heal others, but you can distribute your chakra to your hands to enhance the power of a normal punch." She said softly to herself as she scanned the page, "But it says it requires excellent concentration as well as chakra control.."
"And the amount of power it has is all about how much chakra you put into your fist." Sakura whispered to herself as she continued reading. "And it also says that a skilled shinobi's can even do it with a mere finger." Sakura said with a gasp.
"Oh.. But it says here not that many people can actually do it.."
Sakura placed a finger to her chin, as she began to think. She signed softly to herself.
'I don't even know how to control my chakra though! And I imagine even if I did, I would need to practice a whole lot to even enhance my punch by the slightest bit. If I can even accomplish it. I don't even think my mom knows how to do this.' Sakura thought to herself
"No Sakura, you shouldn't doubt yourself, until you try." I exclaimed to myself.
"I wonder when we are going to start the Leaf Concentration Practice like Iruka-Sensei talked about in class. I bet it will help me a lot, and help me be able to learn these jutsus" Sakura wondered to herself out loud.
Suddenly Sakura heard a knock at her opened door, and she looked up to see her mother standing there smiling at her with a coffee mug in her hand.
"I made you a cup of hot cocoa, how's the studying going sweetie?" Mebuki asked as she walked into the room, and placed the cup of hot cocoa on her bedside table.
"It's coming alone well, it's really interesting.. Just I don't even know how to control my chakra mom!" Sakura said pouting, feeling disappointed with herself.
"Well of course you don't yet! You just started the academy today Sakura-Chan!" Mebuki said as she sat at the edge of Sakura's bed.
"I know, I just want to know how to already, that way I can start becoming stronger." Sakura said looking away from her mother.
"Well if you want, I can start helping you! Now that you read the basics." Mebuki said smiling at her daughter.
"Really mom!" Sakura exclaimed.
"Of course darling! We can start tomorrow after I pick you up from the academy!" Mebuki decided.
"Oh, thank you!" Sakura said and then leaned forward to give Mebuki a hug.
A.N Again I'm soo sorry it took so long to update! But anyyywhooo, here you go! I hope this makes up for it! Sakura is becoming interest in becoming stronger early on. Soo I was thinking about it. How is Naruto going to learn the Multiple Shadow Clone jutsu, now that he has his father's guidance, and he's not looked down upon. I mean he needs to somehow learn it. It's his main move back in the early development of the show. Anyone have an ideas? I was thinking that his father could teach it to him as a graduation gift. But it's from the Scroll of Seals and he's not going to get tricked by Mizuki, But I mean they did steal it from the Hokage Residence... Soo I have no cluee.. Anyone? Help me? I will love you and give you credit for helping me! And I'll give you a cookie! But graduation isn't going to be for a little bit longer. If anyone has anything they would like to see in upcoming chapters, let me know! I aim to please!
