Hi guys! I'm getting back on board with this one. I'm gonna try and update daily so I can get to the next sequel for this. So here's the next chapter. We're gonna take a short break before we resume with the rescue mission. It involves Jake and Tori talking about... things. And Jake might realize that he hasn't gotten over his crush on Tori. Enjoy! Warning: This chapter contains flashbacks from 'Jake & Tori Stories'... and 'stuff' between a sixteen year old and adult woman.

Disclaimer: I do not own Jake and the Never Land Pirates or Victorious. They belong to Disney Junior and Nickelodeon. Though I do own Skylar and her friends.

Chapter 11: Conversation & Memories

"So... what do you wanna talk to me about?" Tori asked as Jake got up and closed the balcony door, and locking it. With that, he sat back down.

Jake took a deep breath, and began to explain. "Well... I know a lot has gone on since I went back to Never Land that summer... and I've been meaning to ask you... how does Ross treat you?"

Tori was rather surprised that Jake asked that. What did he think? "Ross in an amazing husband to me. I met him in my senior year at Hollywood Arts. He has just moved to LA at that time. He helped me with my studies and everything, and we soon fell in love. We dated through the school year and through college, and soon got married. And about a year later... we had Skylar..."

Jake could understand that Ross was a good man for Tori... but still, it bothered him for some reason. Why did it bother him that Tori was married to another person other than him? Could it possibly be that... he was still in love with Tori? No. It couldn't. He's gotten over his crush on her... or didn't he.

"So why did you ask about Ross?" Tori asked again, snapping Jake out of his thoughts.

"Oh. I just wanted to make sure that Ross was treating you right. 'Cause you know, some husbands can be real jerks... and sometimes abusive." Was Jake's answer. The boy looked up at the woman again, and for a moment, he could've sworn that she looked even more beautiful than before... so beautiful... so gorgeous... so sexy- what was he thinking?!

Control yourself, Jake. Control yourself. Jake thought as he stared at Tori. But he couldn't control himself. It was that moment where Jake wasn't himself... but a lovesick seductive teenage boy.

"So anyways, I've noticed how pretty you've gotten since you've grown up..." Jake continued, smiling rather seductively at Tori. The woman was freaked out by the way he was staring at her, but she didn't show it... or at least she hoped she wasn't showing it.

"Uh... thanks." Tori replied.

Jake chuckled. "You're blushing... you know you are..."

Darn it! Tori thought bitterly as she turned away. But Jake grabbed her chin and made her look at him again. There was something in Jake's eyes that wasn't right. They looked like they were filled with lust. Seductive lust. That's when Jake started to climb on the table and stare right into Tori's eyes. Her beautiful brown eyes made him shake with arousal.

"You're sexy..." Jake whispered as he leaned in. "You're hot..."

And you're freaking me out! Tori thought as Jake stopped leaning in. But their faces were inches apart... and so were their lips.

"Come on, baby. You know you wanna kiss me." Jake slurred as he leaned in further, and Tori leaned back. "Jake! What do you think you're doing?" Tori asked, extremely disturbed. What do you think he's doing? He's hitting on you! Do something.

But before Tori could do anything, Jake placed a small peck on her lips. "Jake!" Tori exclaimed in surprised. "I'm married! I have a husband!"

"I don't care." Jake replied coldly, grabbing Tori by her arms. "You belong with me, Tori! You're mine! Mine! Not anybody else's! I love you! And I'm gonna show you that I love you! TONIGHT! NOW!"

Now Tori was really scared. What was going on with Jake tonight? Why was he acting like this? "Jake, I- " Tori wasn't able to finish her sentence when Jake began to forcefully kiss her, causing her to fall out of her chair. The woman screamed behind the kiss and tried to push Jake off of her, but it was like he had an iron grip on her waist. Ross never kissed her like this. Never. His kisses were soft and warm. This was forceful, cruel, and cold kissing.

Soon, after about five minutes, Jake stopped kissing Tori, and just looked at her evilly. "You don't need Ross..." He hissed, kissing her forehead. "You need me, Tori dear."

"Jake! What has gotten in to you?!" Tori demanded, struggling to get away from the boy. "You know I'm married. You and I both knew we couldn't get together because of our ages. I thought you would've gotten over me."

"Well I haven't!" Jake snapped, giving Tori a kiss on her cheek. "I still love you. And I was never gonna stop loving you. When I found out you were married to another man, you didn't fully realize how heartbroken and bothered I was about it. Everytime I saw you guys kiss, I cringed. I'm helping you find your daughter because I care for you... and I know you care for me too..."

So that was it... Jake was still in love with Tori. He still loves me...like he did when we were younger... Tori thought. Suddenly, she saw Jake tugging at her shirt. Now what was he doing?

"How about we have some fun tonight, Tori?" Jake asked seductively. Tori gasped. Now she knew what he was gonna do. "No! No! Stop it, Jake! You're too young for this. Let go of me!"

"I'm not gonna stop until I'm satisfied. Until I get what I want..." Jake whispered in her ear.

Tori knew she had to snap Jake out of this lovesick state. But how? Then, it hit her. Thinking carefully, Tori struck Jake across the face. The boy blinked a few times and shook his head. He looked at the position he was in and gasped. "Oh my gosh... I'm sorry, Tori." He said sadly as he got up and helped Tori to her feet. Then, Jake sat in a chair and buried his face in his hands. "I'm so stupid... I can't believe I did that..." He whispered.

"It's okay, Jake. You couldn't help it-" Tori tried to explain.

"Yes I could! I could've helped it! I know you're married, and I tried to rape you! What kind of pirate am I?!" Jake snapped, tears streaming down his cheeks.

"You're a very good pirate, Jake. And I know that you still love me. I still love you too... but only as a friend..." Tori told the boy, grinning a bit. Jake blushed as he spoke next. "But it's really true, Tori. I still love you, and I want to be with you. But I know I can't... because you've found someone else..."

Tori frowned. She didn't want Jake to think of it like that. "I know... but it's okay. I care for you... and you care for me... I remember that time in the ice cream shop... before you left... when you kissed me.

This made Jake blush even more as he remembered that day.

Jake and Tori sat quietly together. They were both eating ice cream at a local ice cream parlor. It was the last day they would be together... because the Never Crew was leaving for Never Land that night. They decided to pick one last place (Beck and Andre's choice) to spend their time together before Jake left.

It was silent since upon arrival at the parlor. Not one of them spoke a word to each other. The only thing they had said was what type of ice cream they wanted. As they sat beside each other, Jake finally spoke up.

"I can't stand being so silent." He said. Tori nodded in agreement. "I know. It's so awkward." The two of them stared at each other for another minute before Jake spoke up again.

"You know, Tori... this is gonna be a pretty sad night." He whispered.

Tori nodded again. "Yeah. I mean, you're leaving tonight. We had such a good time this summer. Hard to believe that it's all gone by so fast."

Jake sighed. As much fun he had, he just had to return as his duties as a pirate leader. Not to mention that he probably had to face... him.Jake growled slightly when he thought of him. It was almost hisfault that both Jake and Tori nearly died. Healmost killed them. Healmost ruined their vacation. But despite all of that, Jake really though he had a good vacation.

"Jake... do you think we'll see each other again?" Tori asked. Jake grinned. "Of course we will, Tori. I'll visit you when I can. Who knows, maybe you can visit me." He replied. Tori smiled, and spooned down some more of her ice cream. She had ordered a nice strawberry flavor, while Jake ordered vanilla. At the moment they were the only people in the parlor. So that was part of the reason it was quiet.

"So... what will you do when you get back to Never Land?" Tori couldn't help but also ask.

Jake shrugged. "I dunno. Maybe settle in before going on another adventure. What about you?"

"Well. I have school next week. It'll be my senior year. That means it'll be my last year of high school. After that, I go to college."

"I bet you'll be a great singer when you get older."

"Yeah. And if I have my own daughter, I'll tell her all about you. I promise."

"Wow... thanks Tori."

With that, the boy hugged the teen lovingly. Tori giggled as their eyes meant once again. It was that moments when their staring at each other became... somewhat romantic. Then, without thinking, Jake lifted Tori's chin a little, and pressed his lips against hers. At first Tori was shocked, but soon got into it. After about ten seconds, Jake pulled away, blushing in embarrassment. I can't believe I just did that. He thought. What is wrong with me?

Wow. I can't believe he did that. Tori thought. So weird... yet so loving.

The two both sat in silence for a few more minutes before Jake spoke up once again. "I'm so sorry. I didn't know what I was thinking."

Tori grinned. "It's okay. I... kinda liked it." Jake gave her a confused look. "You did?" Tori nodded.

Jake grinned back. He didn't think Tori would like the kiss very much, but who was she to turn down a loving kiss. "Let's not tell anyone about this." He whispered.

"Okay." Tori whispered back. "It'll just be between you and me. Our little secret."

Jake chuckled. "I didn't know what was going through my head when I did that." He admitted. Tori giggled. "Hey. I said I liked it. And I remember when you saved my life when I was kidnapped by that monster..."

Tori opened her eyes again. As she did, she noticed that someone was standing in front of her. It was Jake. He was crouching down, holding his side in pain. She looked over at Blake, who was blowing smoke from the Desert Eagle. She put two and two together, and realized what happened.

Jake had been shot... in his right side.

"Oh my god!" Tori exclaimed. "Jake. Are you okay?" The pirate boy groaned. "I'm... I'm fine... just a little bullet wound, that's all." Tori almost couldn't believe that Jake was trying to make the situation sound better, and it wasn't helping at all. "Jake, you need help. You could be bleeding out-"

BANG!

Tori gasped as Jake was now clutching his left arm. She could see blood dripping from it. Blake laughed evilly. "You're just as pathetic as she is. Hard to believe that you can handle to bullets inside of you." Jake, despite his pain, glared at the villain. "You know, Blake..."

Tori listened carefully. What was he going to say?

"Nobody could have a higher opinion about than me..."

Higher opinion?

"And I think you a sadistic..."

Uh oh. Tori had a feeling she knew what Jake was going to say.

"...brutal..."

"No Jake!" Tori called. But Jake ignored her.

"...murderous..."

"Don't do it. Please!" She begged. If he said that one word, it could cost his life.

"...PSYCHO!"

The was silence. Tori look on carefully. Blake had a very enraged look on his face. A few seconds later, he held up the gun. "YOU'RE DEAD!" He shouted pulling the trigger. Tori let out a scream of pure bloody murder as the bullet went through Jake's head... in the back that it. The pirate boy fell to the floor. Right in front of Tori. He was breathing heavily, and so was she.

Everybody else was shocked that Blake had managed to shoot Jake three times and three different places. Beck bowed his head as he held Jade, who was sobbing lightly. Cat was sobbing uncontrollably while holding on to Robbie, her face buried in his chest. Andre stay silent, watching as Tori held Jake in her arms, she was crying uncontrollably too. Trina tried to comfort her. As for the Never Crew, Skully had to look away from the scene. Izzy and Cubby were both sobbing for their fallen leader, holding on to each other. Peter tried to comfort them, while at the same time clenching and unclenching his fists in anger.

"OH GOD NO! Jake!" Tori wailed. She was too devastated to even pay attention to anything else. All she care about right now... was Jake's fate. She could hear his faint breathing. The boy opened his eyes. His beautiful green eyes set upon her brown eyes. "T-T-Tori..." He spoke, coughing up blood. "D-D-D-Don't c-c-c-cry... I-I-I'll be f-f-fine..."

Tori sniffed. "But you shot in three different places..." She whimpered. "How will you survive that?"

Jake smiled a weak smile. "I'll live... I... love... you."

"I love you too!" Tori exclaimed, finally deciding to admit it. "Oh I love you so much!" With that, she gave him a kiss on the cheek. Jake chuckled and blushed. She does love me. He thought. She really does...

Jake had also remembered that day too. It was not his best day. "It wasn't my best day. I was in so much pain..."

Tori nodded. "I know. I thought you were gonna die, and I thought I was gonna die. If it wasn't for me stopping that monster from cutting my throat. And then... there was when you left..."

"Well... I guess this is goodbye..." Jake whispered. Tori bit her bottom lip. "Yeah. I guess it is... but we'll see each other again."

"I know. I just wish I didn't have to leave soon."

"Me neither."

The two had stood in silence for a minute before Peter called for Jake. It was time to go. Jake offered to walk Tori downstairs. As they did, everybody else was walking outside the door. The boy and teen followed them. Jake joined his friends at their sides as they were about to bid their goodbyes. That's when Tori remember something.

"Hey! Wait a minute. We've got to take a group picture. I'll go get my camera."

That's when Tori ran back inside the house, and upstairs into her room. After retrieving her camera, she came back downstairs, and outside. Everybody had gotten ready for the picture. She set up the camera on a timer, so she could get into the picture.

"Okay." Tori began. "Everyone looks good. Now say: Summer!"

"SUMMER!" The gang shouted. The camera snapped the picture. Tori told everybody she would get the picture developed soon. Jake then walked over to Tori, and hugged her one last time.

"I love you, Tori." He whispered.

"I love you too, Jake." She whispered back.

With that, the two of them broke apart. Jake thought he could see tears in Tori's eyes as she waved sadly. He waved back as Izzy sprinkled pixie dust on the Never Crew, and off they went into the sky. Peter let out a rooster crew as they soared into the second star to the right. The LA teens waved goodbye. As he flew, Jake looked back, and said these words.

"Farewell, Los Angeles."

Tori walked back inside the house. She missed Jake already, and he had only been gone for a few seconds. She sat down on the couch, and Trina sat beside her. "They'll be back." She assured her sister. "I know they will.

Suddenly, Tori noticed something in the belt loop of her pants. She reached for it, and saw that it was a small bell. On the bell was a note attached to it. The teen read the note.

To Tori

This is a present from me. If you ever need me, just ring this bell, and I'll be there. Love you.-Jake

Tori grinned, and held the bell tightly in her hand. She knew, that for that one moment.

She never had the chance of not loving him.

"I never had the chance of not loving you. I never stood a chance of not loving you." Tori admitted. Jake smiled. "Same for me, too." He replied. With that, the two hugged for a few seconds, and then broke apart. "I'm gonna save Skylar, Tori. I know I will. You can count on me..." Jake whispered. Tori gave Jake a kiss on the cheek.

"Do it, Jake. I know you can... if only we could find out where she was..."

Oh yeah. We still don't know where Skylar is being held captive... Jake thought. But I'm gonna find out... "Tori... about what happened tonight... let's not tell anybody... I don't want Ross to kill me if he found out I nearly assaulted his wife."

Tori smiled. "You have my word, Jacob."

"Thank you, Victoria. Love you."

"Love you, too."

Well. It turns out Jake is still in love with Tori, but can he control it? Next chapter, Jake will make it his mission to save Ryan. And we'll see who's holding him and where. So here another chapter preview for you:

"Ryan! Are you here?" Jake called as he walked down the halls. Where could the Shapiro son be in this place? Jake had practically looked all around and checked every room... or so he thought.

There was one room that was locked, and through the window, Jake saw Ryan tied to a desk and a black haired lady talking to him. This had to be the one holding him hostage. Jake kicked the door open and stormed in. "I'm here to save you, Ryan."

Ryan looked rather scared. "But why? Why are you saving me?"

"'Cause your parents are waiting for your return and-"

Before Jake could finish his sentence, he felt a metal ruler hit him in the back of his head.

Now don't expect Jake to be knocked out at this point. I'll see you guys later, and don't forget to review, please. Thank you.
