Author's note: Something triggers Milori and Clarion's relationship in this chapter and it grows to be pretty intense. This chap is mostly based on Clarion and Milori, as I promised, there will be fluff in here. Now that it's Spring Break for me, I'll be updating everyday and I'll have more time to make sure the story doesn't feel rushed, I promise, thanks for all your support everyone!

Ice Queen of Love: Thanks so much for letting me know, enjoy!

Heyy: Thanks, really glad to hear the good news about the plot! And yeah, the story will be gradually fading into a calmer zone, maybe a few more rushed ones and that's it!

Chapter 11

Clarion woke up the next morning the strong arms of her sparrow man, she smiled as she snuggled closer to his warmth. He opened his eyes and caressed her cheek, "How are you doing beautiful?" Clarion blushed and said, "I slept great last night, thanks to you." Clarion said, he placed his lips on hers and it was a gentle kiss at first, but it slowly turned into a rough kiss.

Milori rolled on top of her and she ran her hands through his hair and she moaned as he kissed her neck, he kissed her lips one last time before getting up. Clarion sighed, missing that she couldn't get pregnant. Even though it would break her heart to have another child and remind her of her loss, she still couldn't because that's how queens work.

They only need to produce one heir for the throne, and now Clarion and Milori are worried since their one heir is forever gone. "Come on sweetheart, do you know what today is?" Milori asked handing her her golden gown, Clarion smiled knowing it was the changing of the seasons, Autumn.

"Right, need to go check on Redleaf...hopefully everything is on track." Milori grabbed her arm and pulled her into an embrace, Clarion slightly gasping. "I know what you're thinking right now, and I want you to not worry about it sweetheart okay, just focus on Autumn right now, for me?" Clarion nodded and he placed his lips on hers, "I love you sweetheart." Milori stated

"I love you to." They pulled back and Clarion walked out of the room.

"Hello Queen Clarion, how are you today?" Redleaf said greeting her in the Autumn Woods. "I'm doing great, how's Autumn?" She then noticed Vidia swirling around buckets of leaves and they were immediately arranged again.

"Is there something wrong with those leaves?" Clarion asked pointing at Vidia, Redleaf smiled.

"Those are the leaves we've been preparing since the start of the season, Vidia has been extra careful and protective, won't even let me near them. They are very beautiful and fragile leaves, at least that's what she says." Clarion chuckled to herself.

"She is a very delicate fairy as well." Clarion continued talking to Redleaf and minutes later, everything was ready to go. Clarion stood in front of all the excited fairies and folded her hands. Vidia held the leaves tightly in her hands as she set them down into the basket on her pigeon and made sure the gaps were closed, this really got Clarion thinking.

"Well fairies and sparrow men, this is your moment to shine once again. For the last season, you've been preparing Autumn and now you are ready to give it to the mainland so they can enjoy their share. I wish you all a safe trip and have fun!" She nodded to Redleaf as he stood on his pigeon, "To the air fairies, to the air, the mainland awaits!"

Pigeons flew off into the beautiful blue sky and all the nature fairies and some tinker fairies were out of sight, Clarion smiled as she watched them leave. When she turned around, she flew to the Winter Woods to see how Milori was doing.

Scarlet appeared in the forest and looked at her map, "Okay, first I have to cross the troll bridge, then fly through the red arch of death. Wow, what a name that is apparently, anyways, then finally, I have to find the correct herb to wake sleeping beauty. What does that have to do with me, gosh!" Scarlet sighed and continued reading.

"Then once sleeping beauty wakes up, she will lead me to the enchanted necklace that has never been found before and watch me make a wish. But before for what you wish for because if you wish wrong, the wish is forever gone." Scarlet sighed and put the map in her bag, then she looked started walking towards the troll bridge nodding her head the whole time and staying alert.

Milori was teaching Periwinkle how to frost the first layer of the water bubbles the water-talents had just sent over.

Periwinkle started screaming when the bubble popped for the 100th time, Milori tried his best to calm her but she just started crying.

"Periwinkle, everything's going to be okay." Milori promised

"Winter is coming and I still don't know how to do this!" Periwinkle said sadly, Milori sighed and touched her shoulder. "Don't worry Peri, you're going to do just fine, let's give it one more shot alright?" She nodded and swirled her hands over the water bubble but just as it was frosting, "PERIWINKLE!" Peri's hands slipped and the water bubble broke and deathly sharp pieces flew out to all directions in Pixie Hollow.

Milori's face paled as he heard screams, then silence. He hopped on his owl and sped off to winter while Periwinkle flew next to him crossing her fingers the entire time.

He found Clarion tending some fairies that have gotten struck by the sharp frost pieces. Her eyes were filled with anger and sorrow, after losing her daughter, it pained her even more to see her fairies getting hurt.

"Milori, do you want to explain this?" Clarion was so calm that it frightened him.

"Sweetheart, Periwinkle just had a little trouble frosting the water bubbles." Clarion raised her eyebrow and moved her head to gesture what they've done. Clarion sighed and knelt back down to see Fawn waking up.

"Don't worry Fawn, you're going to be okay." She dropped her own pixie dust on the large wound across her waist and it soon healed, then she went to tend other fairies without saying anything to Milori or Periwinkle.

"Clarion, she was learning!" Milori yelled after her.

"She could have killed someone!" Clarion snapped her head back towards him, "You should have been in a room or something!" She huffed and disappeared into pixie dust.

Scarlet continued walking through the dark forest and kept alert. It's been three days already and she was starving, she threw her stuff on the ground and looked at the plants around her.

"There is nothing to eat here, or drink. Clearly they want me to die before I reach the wishing thing, looks like the weren't lying." Alex appeared I front of her looking brighter than ever and instantly, Scarlet knew something was wrong.

"Alex, what...are you okay?" She said getting up. He walks over and embraced her, "Now that I'm here with you." He leaned in and kissed her neck lovingly.

"Do you know what we have to go through?" Alex nodded after reading the map. "Of course I do sweetheart." Scarlet sighed and started a fire, "I hate my life." Alex sighed as he brought her more wood.

"Don't say that, it's going to get better, I just know it." Scarlet was about to reply when she heard a shriek above her...

Author's note: There is another cliffhanger folks, well not exactly one. Clarion is now mad at Milori because she thinks it's her fault for not watching over her fairies well enough and now they are hurt pretty badly.

Scarlet and Alex continue to venture in the journey AKA must go path. What so you think caused that shriek, what do you think will happen?
