Tsunade sat at her desk awestruck. "This could be bad. Really bad. If he decides to come back and the others find out he was here now, then he might be banished, or worse, executed!" Tsunade thought frantically.
"Sakura, you need to put that blanket away right now!" Tsunade yelled.
"Why?" Sakura asked confused as she stuffed the blanket into her backpack.
"You know very well that Sasuke is a missing Nin, and a traitor, right?" Tsunade asked. Sakura nodded. "Well, since he betrayed Konoha, if he were to return here then he is to immediately come to the Hokage's office and ask if he may return as a citizen. But, he came in, and then left. Therefore, technically, he is no longer allowed in Konoha because, well, he just isn't!" Tsunade gasped for breath as she slumped into her chair. Sakura looked confused.
"Isn't there some way to get around it?" Sakura asked.
"Yes, Sakura, there is. Nobody else can know about his return. Nobody, not Naruto, and definitely not Ino. NOBODY can know other then you and me. Got it?" Tsunade clarified.
"Yeah I get it. But what of the blanket?" Sakura wondered. Tsunade thought for a moment, then spoke.
"You can keep it, but if anyone asks where you got it, tell them you found it at a shop." Tsunade said. Sakura turned to leave.
"Thank you, Lady Tsunade." Sakura said as she stepped out the door.

Sasuke stared up at the sky. He didn't really know why he went into Konoha last night; all he knew was that he was glad he did. He had stumbled upon Sakura, which he had expected to make him happy, but now he wanted to go back even more. Sasuke sighed. Why were these things so complicated?
"We're leaving now." Suigetsu said to Sasuke, snapping him out of his thoughts.
"Thank you for your help." Sasuke said in his normal monotone voice. Sasuke braced himself for Karin to leap on him, but she never did. Sasuke looked at Karin, she smiled, then Sasuke noticed she was holding hands with Suigetsu. As soon as their backs were turned, he smiled slightly, but as quick as it started, it was over. Sasuke turned to Juugo. "Bye, Juugo."
"…Err, bye Sasuke." Juugo said awkwardly. He didn't know where he was going to go after this, so he just followed Karin and Suigetsu.
Sasuke stood in the clearing alone. It was different without them. Not too terribly much, but still, different. Sasuke turned to his tent.

Sakura lay in bed awake. It was nine, but she still couldn't sleep. She turned over. She adjusted her legs. Nothing seemed comfortable to her that night. She opened her eyes, and noticed her backpack. She got up from her bed and reached into her backpack. Sakura fished her arm around until she found what she was looking for. She pulled out a neatly folded blanket. She smiled and got back into bed and laid the blanket over herself. Before she knew it, she was asleep.

Sasuke couldn't sleep. It was ten now, but he just wasn't tired. Sasuke sat up and unzipped his tent. He stood up and walked over towards the meadow. As he walked through the trees, he noticed that they were beginning to lose their leaves. "Fall already?" Sasuke thought. He walked into the meadow and looked towards the cherry tree. Not a single petal had fallen. Sasuke wasn't one to be superstitious, but he wondered if the cherry tree and Sakura were connected, then he pushed the thought out of his mind. That couldn't be possible, could it?
Sasuke stood under the beautiful pink tree. He looked up through the branches at the dark cloudless sky. The stars looked like millions of diamonds on a dark piece of fabric. Sasuke sat down at the base of the tree and stared at the stars. "So, beautiful." Sasuke thought. His eyes started drifting shut and before he knew it, he was fast asleep.
A/N: Hey guys! I'll keep at this pace for a while, you know, two chappies a day, but when it stops, then you're caught up and I'm still working on the next chapter. When it gets there, I'll tell you and I'll try to get out a chapter a week. I get discouraged easily, so REVIEW!
