I am so sorry for the huge delay. My computer is a piece of crap of the highest caliber.

Changes to the canon time line: Luce had Aria earlier in life and Aria is yet to have Yuni.

To address some concerns. Nana in this universe was petty much mind raped by her husband to make her more Yamato Nadeshiko like and willing to wait for him. This made her more susceptible to mental manipulation. Kawahira grudgingly took advantage of that to make sure she did not kick up a fuss when he takes Tsuna away for the year. Nana used to be a powerful Mist and had actually harmonized with Iemitsu before he flames to make her what he wanted. It broke the Harmonization and made her extra easy to manipulate since her mental defenses are obliterated. Now she is unable to use her flames and remembers nothing of them.

That is why she is so chill about everything. Don't worry! The Bastard will get what's coming to him when Bermy shows back up!

Fun Fact: Betty White is older than sliced bread. That makes her one of the few people to know what was better than before sliced bread. (Ya know the saying the 'greatest thing since sliced bread'. What came before sliced bread?)

The Final First Day

Tsuna walked beside a really pretty lady, Auntie Luce. They were in a big mansion looking for his newest mama. Uncle Kawahira had left him with her so she could take him to her daughter to raise for the year. Auntie Luce couldn't take care of him because she was often away doing things for Uncle Kawahira along with his past papa's and Mama Lal. Auntie had told Tsuna that his newest mama already knew that he was coming. She told him that Mama Aria thought he was an orphan from an old friend of Auntie's and that Tsuna could stay Tsuna.

They finally reached an indoor garden room where another preety lady was sitting, reading a book. She looked up when they entered the room.

"Oh! You must be Tsuna!" she said with a big smile and open arms. Tsuna found that he instantly liked Mama Aria. She was warm and safe.

Parenthood

Aria did not regret taking in the orphaned little boy her mother brought her. She found a fulfillment in taking care of little Tsuna that she had never felt before. He had only been with her for three months and she found that she never wanted him to be anywhere else but safe with her

'Kuran-nii

It was four months since Tsuna Started living with mama Aria. He loved living with Mama Aria, even when she made him wear fancy clothes because guests were there for the first time since she took him under her wing, so to speak. The adults were boring and seemed kinda snooty to him. He was alone in he corner while the adults talked. He was reading a new book Auntie Luce had sent him from wherever she was now. It was the first Lord of the Rings book.

He was completely lost within Middle Earth when someone shoved a large marshmallow in his face.

"Hiya! You seem lonely! My name is Byakuran Gesso! Do you wanna be my little brother?" Tsuna stared for a few seconds before taking the marshmallow.

Done

Brownie was happily chatting with his cousin while on a week vacation. They were out in the hedge maze behind the Giglio Nero Manor when two giggling children came tumbling into the center clearing. That was odd in and of itself. What made him feel like his soul was leaving his body was the fact that one of the children was the same kid that was randomly found to be the child of multiple influential members of the mafia. That wasn't the worst part. The kid was seemingly an imperfect clone of the Vongola Primo.

The children scampered away to the next part of their adventure. Leaving the Vongola Sun nearly in tears.

"Marcia? Who is the brown haired kid?" he asked is cousin. She looked up from her knitting.

"That's Tsu. He's an orphan Donna Luce brought home for Miss. Aria to take care of."

"I see."

He did not see. At. All.

Flames

Tsuna was entranced by the pretty fire Miss. Marcia was making dance along her fingers. They wee a pretty indigo color.

"Do you want to learn how to make fire of your own, Tsu?" Mamma Aria asked when she saw what had her son so entranced.

"Yes, Mamma."

Little Sibling

Tsuna was amazed. He was gonna be a big brother! Mamma Aria was going to have a baby. He would be the best big brother ever!

Job

Aria wished her mother was around more often. She was nowhere near ready to run a mafia family and raise a child, let alone two!

Auntie

Tsuna frowned. Auntie Luce was home, but she seemed so sad. It was two days before his birthday. His actual birthday, not what his other families thought it was. She came home for the week to spend time with him, but every time she looked at him it looked like she was going to cry. He didn't want her to cry. He crawled into her lap and snuggled close.

Final Birthday

Tsuna was now eight years old. He was a big boy! He wished his other Mamma's and Papa's could be there too, though. He missed them.

"Cheer up, Tsu-nii! We gotta run! I put a real spider on Miss. Marcia!" Byakuran said as he started dragging Tsuna with him as he ran from an enraged Mist user.

The Return to Namimori.

Tsuna was ready to go when Uncle Kawahira came to get him with Auntie Luce. His 'Kuran-nii had left an hour ago to go back to his home because he got sick to his stomach and had a fever. The only things he was bringing with him this time was a hat, scarf, and glove set Miss Marcia made him and the stuffed squirrel toy his Mamma Aria gave him the first day in the Manor. Auntie stayed while he left with Uncle Kawahira.

Luce hated having to act panicked and to tell her daughter the boy she thought of as a son had gone missing. She had to do this, though. It would be better in the long run. Everything would be better in the end. She told herself that every time she looked into Reborn's haunted eyes, looked at Fon's fake serenity and Skull's fake smiles and boisterous act. She told herself that everything will be fine every time she sat silently with Mammon who would refuse to look at lions. She told herself that they would be happy whenever Lal would argue over the phone with her ex-fiance that she still desperately loved. She told herself one day Verde would care again. She held her daughter as she mourned for her son. She only wished she would live long enough to see her friends and family happy.

Fin

It has been a long road since I first began this fic. A lot had changed in my life and I feel so blessed to have received the positive reaction that I have had for this fic. It started out as just a tiny little runt of a plunny and has since gown into its own.

My only regret for this fic is that I received no fan art yet. Out of all of my stories this one is the one I most wanted fan art for.

Thank you everyone for everything!

Stay tuned for the sequel!
