The Ringed Titan: Wizard

After his final battle, Souma Haruto now moves onto a new journey. When he arrives in Jump City, he finds himself amongst a group of five teens who are heroes, one of them being half Phantom. Can Haruto become Kamen Rider Wizard once again and bring hope? Will he be able to find a way to bring back Koyomi, and what do Phoenix and Slade have to do with this? Please read to find out!

11. Before the Storm

Hey there, people! What's happening? I'm back! After such a long break, I have returned! That's right! This is SuperHeroTimeFan coming back to you after a long break with a brand-new Chapter of The Ringed Titan: Wizard! I'm glad to be back after such a long time. I apologize for my lack of updates on this Story. I had Writer's Block a couple of times, and it was hard for me to get over it. I'm also sorry that I was gone from this Story for a whole year. I have a lot to catch up on now. Still, thank you all for continuing to support me, even through my trying times. Chapter 11: Before the Storm

Celebrating Three Years of success on "The Ringed Titan: Wizard"…

At a monorail station in Blüdhaven, a girl walked up onto the platform with a backpack on her back. She was a redhead girl, who wore her hair in a growing ponytail. She had a yellow tank top with a loose short black shirt on top and blue jeans on, as well as an indigo sweatshirt tied around her waist and wore yellow and black boots over her feet. As the train came, she took out her phone and looked to what appeared to be a city covered in plants.

"Don't worry, guys," the girl said to herself. "I'm coming back… and I'm bringing help."

"Attention, Passengers, the train for Jump City will depart from Track 3. Last Stop: Jump City. The train for Bellwood will depart from Track 4. Bellwood, Track 4." The conductor announced over the PA System.

The redhead girl got onto the train for Jump City. As soon as everyone was on board, the doors closed, and the train sped off for Jump City.

In the plant-covered city, several teens were hung in the air by vines. The teens included a blonde girl with a red cape, a blue shirt with an S on the shield in the center, a red skirt and red boots. Another female teen was wearing a red and black harlequinesque costume. A male with a black and blue costume with a white mask and a lightning logo on his chest, and another male in green with a mechanical backpack were trapped in vines, just like the two females. In the middle of the entire city was a plant-looking Monster, constantly growing from the lives of the victims he had captured.

In Jump City, at the Titans' Tower, all of the Teen Titans were walking towards the center of the Training Room. As Robin entered, he took out his Bō Staff and twirled it around. Cyborg readied his Sonic Cannon while Starfire lit her hands up. Beast Boy transformed into a giant spider while Terra levitated sharp, flat rocks into the air next to her.

DRIVER ON, PLEASE!

DRIVER ON! COME ON, LET'S GO! DRIVER ON! COME ON, LET'S GO!

Haruto and Raven walked towards each other and placed their hands over their respective Drivers.

SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN! SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!

AZARATH A-METRION ZINTHOS! AZARATH A-METRION ZINTHOS!

"Henshin." Haruto said as he placed his Flame Ring over his WizarDriver.

"Henshin." Raven called out as she placed her Balance Ring over her RavenDriver.

FLAME, PLEASE! HII, HII, HII-HII HII!

AZARATH METRION RIDER, PLEASE!

CONNECT, PLEASE!

Haruto transformed into Kamen Rider Wizard and reached for the side, pulling out his WizardSwordGun. Raven transformed into Kamen Rider Raven at the same time and in a similar way to Haruto, she pulled her RavenRifleScepter out from a Magic Portal.

All of the Teen Titans stood across from each other, all forming a circle and staring each other down. Cyborg pressed a button on his arm and caused a fence to rise up and surround everyone.

"Remember, this is a free for all battle," Robin said. "Every Titan for themselves. Last one standing wins."

"While it seems to be most unfair, I concur with the rules of battle," Starfire said. "Prepare to feel the hurting!"

"Begin!" Robin yelled out.

All of the Teen Titans charged at one another, randomly battling against each other. Haruto slashed his WizardSwordGun at Robin, who clashed with his Bō Staff before Beast Boy knocked the Boy Wonder away. Haruto shot at Beast Boy before turning around and knocking aside a Starbolt from Starfire.

Raven flew at Starfire and slashed at her with her RavenRifleScepter in Scepter mode, knocking Starfire out of the sky. However, Starfire managed to regain herself before shooting Starbolts from her eyes at Terra. Terra lifted up a piece of the ground to defend herself from the blast before sending the crumbled rocks towards the rest of the Titans.

Cyborg shot at Terra from the side before Robin ran and kicked him towards the fence. Cyborg formed a second cannon and rocketed back at Robin to punch him away before Starfire shot down at him.

"Oh, no you don't!" Cyborg called out. "Not about to fall here!"

Cyborg shot back at Starfire, both of their blasts colliding with each other in midair.

Haruto formed his WizardSwordGun into Gun Mode again and spun around, shooting at the Teen Titans randomly. Raven managed to deflect a Silver Bullet, but Starfire and Cyborg were both knocked off-balance while several of Terra's rocks were shot, causing dust to spread around.

"Nice try, but no enchilada!" Raven exclaimed, placing a Ring over her RavenDriver.

SMART, PLEASE! SUBA-BASHI KKO-OI! SUBA-BASHI KKO-OI! IKAZU-YO!

Raven gained her yellow robes and converted her RavenRifleScepter to Rifle Mode. As soon as she did, she placed another Ring over the hand on the RavenRifleScepter.

PRECISION, PLEASE! OH YEAH! I'M GAME!

Raven scanned the room, seeing all angles around her. Through her scope, she could see where her Silver Bullets would hit, as well as all of the Titans in the smokescreen. She pulled the trigger, and six Silver Bullets were sent around the room, bouncing off of the walls and hitting all of the Titans.

Haruto saw the Silver Bullets coming and placed a Ring over his WizarDriver.

HURRICANE, PLEASE! FUU, FUU, FUU-FUU, FUU-FUU!

Kamen Rider Wizard transformed into Hurricane Style and spun around, knocking the bullets away from their flight path before shooting at Raven.

Raven gasped and shot more Silver Bullets as Beast Boy leapt at her as a dog. With all of the Silver Bullets flying around, as well as the wind blowing, everyone, including Haruto and Raven themselves, were all hit and knocked to the ground.

"I call a rematch!" Beast Boy called out as he transformed back into himself.

"Does it count when we're all knocked out?" Terra asked.

Haruto and Raven both looked to each other and reverted back to human form. The two stared each other down before chuckling. Their chuckles turned into giggles before they broke out laughing.

"Oh, that was good!" Haruto said. "Nice use of angles there."

"You blew the competition away!" Raven exclaimed. "I think you pretty much won it back there."

"That did seem fun, friends." Starfire said.

"Good job, everyone," Robin said. He turned his attention to Cyborg. "Cyborg, can you lower the fence now?"

"You got it," Cyborg said as he pressed his arm again, causing the fence to lower. "I guess this just comes to show that sometimes there can be no winners."

At the same time, a female figure was approaching Titans' Tower. She wore a dark blue suit with a golden bat logo in the middle, as well as a cowl over her face resembling a bat's head. She also had a utility belt and some long black skinny jeans. She had yellow boots on her legs and golden bracelets over both of her arms. She looked to the surroundings of Titans' Tower before noticing several hidden sensors. She carefully leapt around them, making sure that not a single trap went off. She finally made it to the Tower and started to climb up towards the main room.

"Well, we had our exercise," Haruto said as he got back up. He looked to his Hope Ring and watched it glow. "Koyomi…" he said to himself.

"Something wrong, Haruto?" Robin asked.

"What may be bothering you?" Starfire asked.

"The Hope Ring rarely glows," Haruto explained. "Sometimes it helps to detect Phantoms. Other times, it could mean something else… like Koyomi's spirit calling out to me."

"So what are you saying?" Terra asked.

"It means that it might be time for… Koyomi…" Raven started out, pausing for a moment before she said Koyomi's name. "To be given a proper resting place," she went on, managing to regain herself. After saying this, she turned to Haruto. "Right?" she asked.

"Hai," Haruto said as he looked to his Hope Ring again. "I might have to go back to Japan for that. It's where she grew up."

"I feel you." Raven said.

"Then we'll come with you," Robin said. "You're a Titan, after all. We can't let you go by yourself, not while there are more Phantoms out there."

"All for one and one for all, Dude!" Beast Boy exclaimed.

Haruto smiled. "Arigatou," he said. "This means a lot to me."

All of the Teen Titans smiled.

"Come on," Cyborg said as he walked towards the elevator. "I'll make us all a meal. Dinner is on me."

"Yes!" Beast Boy exclaimed. "Nothing is better than free food!"

In the main room of Titans' Tower, the bat-dressed girl was looking to a photo of Robin with the rest of the Teen Titans. She smiled at the sight of him with his teammates before suddenly hearing the elevator ring. She looked to the elevator before backflipping into the shadows.

"You know, we hardly got to see all of Japan last time," Cyborg said. "Maybe we should spend some time there after we help Haruto with Koyomi."

"Not even I was there," Terra said. "It will be a nice change of pace to be somewhere other than Jump City."

All of a sudden, Robin stopped. He held up his hand, motioning for everyone to stop where they were.

"What is the matter, Robin?" Starfire asked.

"We're not alone," Robin said as he looked around. "Someone's watching us."

Cyborg scanned around the room with his robotic eye. "Rob's right, guys," he said. "I'm picking up another life signature here. It's female."

"That picture was moved," Haruto said as he looked to the picture of Robin with him and the Teen Titans. "Someone took it down from the wall."

Robin went over for a look. He stared into the reflection of the picture before seeing a golden bat emblem shine from his left. He turned around and tossed a Birdarang towards the shadows, in which a bat-shaped boomerang was sent to counter it. The Boy Wonder let out a chuckle.

"You can come out now… Batgirl." Robin said.

Batgirl grinned and leapt from the shadows.

"Still as slick as ever, I see," Batgirl said. "Bruce wasn't kidding. You stand among Titans."

"That's the Teen Titans," Beast Boy said. He looked to Robin. "Is this girl…?"

"My old partner," Robin replied. "Batgirl, aka Barbara Gordon," he said before looking to Batgirl. "I like the new suit."

"You gave yours a couple of modifications, I see," Batgirl said as she removed her cowl. "Nice to see you again. Care to introduce me to your team?"

"This is Haruto, Cyborg, Beast Boy, Starfire, Raven and Terra," Robin said, introducing his friends from left to right as they nodded in response to their names. "Now, what brings you all the way to Jump City? I thought you were working at the IT Department of some High School."

"I've come for help," Barbara said. "Dick… Gotham's a jungle now."

"Poison Ivy?" Robin asked.

"For once, no," Barbara replied. "I found Red back in her department, no longer green. Came to her for answers. Said that some guy drained her of her powers. A guy you call a Kamen Rider, one that looks like a samurai, came with some sort of padlock and took her powers and left during the attack."

"Friend Gaim?" Starfire asked.

"The guy look orange to you?" Cyborg asked.

"More like red, but that's beyond the point," Batgirl replied. "Anyways, it was some Plant Monster. From what I've heard that's been happening here, it was a Phantom. Calls himself Mandrake. He started out small, attacking greenhouses and Gotham Park, but he moved onto different targets and took out Phosphorous, the one hothead who could have burned him to a crisp."

"Where were Batman and Batwoman?" Robin asked.

"You know the story," Batgirl said. "Kathy retired. Batman was investigating in a case in Nanda Parbat. Something about the League of Assassins, Ra's al Ghul and stuff. I tried my Dad, Detective Bullock and Alfred, but Mandrake claimed them first. That's when I called in for outside help."

"What happened?" Haruto asked.

"I got Supergirl to come in from National City, and Static and Gear from Dakota," Batgirl explained. "The four of us tried to take on Mandrake… but even with our combined strength… he was just too powerful," she said sadly. "They knew we weren't gonna win, so they bought me enough time to escape. I knew I couldn't just leave them, and that's when I became desperate."

"How desperate are we talking here?" Terra asked.

"Calling in Harley Quinn desperate," Batgirl said, causing Robin's eyes to widen with surprise. "Yeah, she had the same reaction when I went to her for help," she said. "We went back. Harley got a few hits in… but as it looked like we were winning, she cracked," she said, causing everyone to gasp softly. "Mandrake sent a thorn through her leg and claimed her, attacked us out of nowhere. I managed to get out just in time, but sadly, Mandrake had another trophy to add to his collection. I came here to get more help, but Mandrake's labyrinth is growing further and further towards the outskirts of Gotham. It won't be long before the surrounding cities are claimed by Mandrake too."

"So this is a Phantom that grows on more than one Gate?" Haruto asked. "It sounds like the Sabbath is happening all over again."

"Not quite," Batgirl said as she took out a paper. She rolled it onto the table to show everyone a map of Gotham City. "He's not trying to put people into Despair. He's feeding off of their life energy," she explained before looking to Robin. "Robin, you and the Teen Titans are the last people I trust and would come to for help. Please… help me."

"Sounds like a big job," Cyborg said. "A lot of weed whacking."

"We can't let Gotham die," Haruto said before turning his attention to Robin. "I've never faced this kind of situation before… but I suggest we help. Kamen Riders, Teen Titans too, never turn down a cry for help."

Robin nodded. "Yeah…" he said before turning back to Batgirl. "We're in."

"Thank you," Barbara said as she hugged Robin. "I knew you'd have to come back to help out eventually."

"But what of Friend Koyomi?" Starfire asked. "She still requires a place of rest, does she not?"

Haruto paused for a moment and looked to his Hope Ring. He could see that it was still glowing, but as a Kamen Rider and a Teen Titan, he knew that there were other deeds that needed to be carried out.

"Koyomi-Chan would want me to do the right thing, not just put her before everyone else," Haruto replied. "We can put finding Koyomi a resting place later. Right now, we need to help save Gotham."

"Spoken like a true Titan," Robin said. "Don't worry. We'll help you find a resting place for Koyomi."

"Arigatou. Thank you." Haruto said with a smile.

"Well, what are we waiting for, ya'll?" Cyborg asked. "We've gotta save Gotham!"

"You lead, Batgirl," Robin said. "You came to us for help, and you know more about this Mandrake Phantom than any of us do."

"Whoa!" Batgirl exclaimed. "I get to lead the Teen Titans?"

"Yeah," Haruto said. "You should feel proud. Even I never got to lead the team."

Barbara smirked. "Okay," she said. "But before we go in, you all need to know a bit more about the situation," she said before looking to the big screen. "Can that display maps?" she asked.

"You need to show us something else about Gotham's state?" Robin asked.

"I'll take that as a yes." Batgirl replied.

"I'll pull up a satellite image of Gotham now," Cyborg said as he dialed onto his arm. As soon as the map came up, everyone gasped to see most of it covered in green. "Man. That Mandrake guy must have been a busy dude."

"That's one way of putting it," Batgirl said. "See, what Mandrake's been doing is using all of Ivy's plants, making them stronger to the point that they would have their own free will, almost as if they were living. That Phantom's been making them spread. He started out his attacks by targeting the most powerful figures in Gotham first before moving on to small targets like decommissioned chemical plants. But all of his targets had something in common," she explained before showing images of gardens, greenhouses and flower shops. "He's building armies. Armies of plants."

"Like Ivy and Baudelaire's?" Robin asked.

"An enhanced version of those plants," Batgirl explained. "Not only do they trap people and force them into submission, but they drain their life force, and it slowly degrades anything the plants come in contact with. I saw it happen quickly with my friend, Donnie. I tried to save him, but he was planted into the ground, like a plant in a flower pot."

"Who was Mandrake before he became a Phantom?" Haruto asked, causing Batgirl to turn to him. "Phantoms are always born from the Despair of a human. Sometimes an animal, but mostly a human." He added on, remembering Raum.

"That's the one thing I can't find out," Barbara replied. "I've had cameras up all over Gotham ever since Mandrake appeared, and I can't find anything about his history. I'm thinking that maybe a plant became a Phantom, but based on what's been going on, I highly doubt it's possible."

"Looks like Mandrake has been cutting off all entrances and exits into Gotham," Raven said as she looked to security footage of all paths leading into Gotham City. "Doesn't look like Phoenix, Slade or the Gorgon Sisters could have been responsible for this."

"After Supergirl, Static, Gear and Harley were all defeated, I was the only thing standing in Mandrake's way," Batgirl explained. "After I escaped to find you, he wanted to make sure that anyone trying to stop him, me, a Sentai Group, the Justice League, even the Suicide Squad, wouldn't be able to enter again," she said. "The Government is even considering isolating Gotham, but I managed to persuade them to give me at least thirty-six hours to try and fix things. That was eight hours ago."

"What would happen if you did not meet the line of the dead?" Starfire asked.

"If I didn't meet the deadline, the Feds would drop bombs on Gotham to eliminate the source," Batgirl explained. "We need to get in there now, but I've tried all possible ways to get in, even using the BatPlane to drop in. That didn't go so well."

"You try to get in from underground?" Beast boy asked.

"Several times," Batgirl replied before pulling up part of her suit, revealing a rash. "Poison Oak, Venus Flytraps, all kinds of plants down there. Couldn't even get an inch close."

"Then we try from above again," Haruto said as he took out his Flame Dragon Ring and his Drill Ring. "I have an idea. It's risky, but it just might work."

"After what's happened, I think we're willing to go for risky," Batgirl said. "Let's move out."

"You heard her," Robin said as he looked to the rest of the Titans. "Titans, Go!"

Haruto nodded before he walked over to his room. As he did, the rest of the Titans headed towards the Hangar Bay.

Batgirl looked around, seeing if anyone was taking any notice of her. When she saw that the coast was clear, she went after Haruto as quietly as she could without making a single sound.

Haruto arrived in his room and went over to his desk. Opening a drawer, he moved his hand past the Green Lantern Ring from Jon before grabbing the second WizardSwordGun from his battle with Mira-Mira. A Magic Circle appeared, and Haruto placed it into the portal before making his way towards the door.

Batgirl watched from the shadows and took out her grappling gun, pulling the spare WizardSwordGun out before the Magic Circle disappeared. She hid it in her cape before walking out and making her way towards the Hangar Bay.

"T-Ship prepped and ready to liberate Gotham," Cyborg reported as Haruto came into the Hangar Bay. "I'm programming my cannon to double as a flamethrower for when we get there. I get that you have an idea with Flame Dragon and all, Haruto, but it never hurts to be prepared," he said to Haruto before looking around. "Hey. Where's Batgirl?"

"Right here," Batgirl said, appearing behind Cyborg. Everyone looked to her with surprise before Haruto noticed something silver in her cape. Something that looked too familiar for him to forget so easily.

"Where were you?" Raven asked.

"Looking at some more pictures. Got held up," Batgirl explained. "But we've wasted enough time. We need to get to Gotham now."

"You're the temporary leader," Robin said. "Lead the way when we get there."

"Mandrake took our city and is close to killing our friends," Batgirl said sternly. "I won't stop until he's brought to justice."

"Whoa," Terra said with amazement as Beast Boy came next to her. "Hardcore!"

"Yeah," Beast Boy said. "This is."

Haruto nodded before walking to Raven as she made her way towards the T-Ship, stopping her in her path.

"What is it?" Raven asked.

Haruto simply handed Raven his Flame Ring. "You'll need this," he said. "Extra power for when we take on Mandrake."

"You sure about this?" Raven asked. "What about you?"

Haruto grinned and took out the Ryuki and Hibiki Rider Rings. "I've got other tricks up my sleeve." He said before turning around and getting into the T-Ship.

Raven lifted an eyebrow in confusion before looking to Haruto's Flame Ring. She put a confident look on her face and clenched the Flame Ring in her fist before getting into the T-Ship with the rest of the Teen Titans.

"Course for Gotham set," Cyborg said. He turned his head to Haruto. "What's your plan?"

"Drop me." Haruto simply replied.

"Be careful," Batgirl said. "Mandrake has plants up for all kinds of defenses. You need to hit him before he can make a move."

"Don't worry, Barbs," Robin said. "This is Kamen Rider Wizard we're talking about here. Haruto always knows what he's doing."

"Let's hope you're right." Batgirl said with a tense tone in her voice.

Haruto, Robin and Cyborg all activated their controls of the T-Ship and took off from Titans' Tower, making their way to the plant-infested City of Gotham.

In Gotham, an Armored Kamen rider who resembled Kamen Rider Gaim, only with red replacing the orange color on his armor, was walking through the gardens that were plaguing Gotham City. He looked to several fruits on a vine hanging from Pamela Isley's cell before grabbing one of them. The blood-armored Kamen Rider looked to it before it turned into what appeared to be a padlock with the helmet of an upgraded version of Kamen Riders Ichigou and Nigou.

"The Lockseed I was searching for appears before me. How very interesting," the blood-stained Kamen Rider said before turning his attention to Pamela. "Even a tiny sample of your powers can create miracles."

"You can't keep my powers forever, you Blood Orange Monster," Pamela said. "You'll peel away before you can even get the chance to put your plan into fruition."

"I have wasted far too much time letting others fight for the land that belongs to me. Helheim spreading to Earth is just the beginning," the Blood Orange Kamen Rider said before taking out another Lockseed and clicking it, causing Pamela to scream in pain. "The Bujin Riders and their Followers will learn to fear my name… Bujin Gaim!"

DARKNESS ARMS!

Vines came from the ground and wrapped around Pamela's arms, legs and torso. She struggled to get free, but green energy from her powers started to flow through the vines and to Bujin Gaim. After a while, he put the Lockseed away and the vines disappeared, causing Pamela to drop and stop screaming. She groaned as she fell onto her knees.

"You won't take away my Garden." Pamela said sternly.

Bujin Gaim let out a laugh. "I won't," he said before more vines grew, followed by a zipper opening behind the evil Rider and opening a portal to a village with a large tree. "Mandrake, on the other hand, might have a say in the matter." He said before letting out a laugh and taking a step backwards into the portal.

"Come back here!" Pamela called out.

The zipper closed, cutting off Bujin Gaim from Earth, and at the same time, cutting off Pamela Isley from him. Pamela growled and kicked one of the bars of her cell before sitting back down on the floor.

Meanwhile, in the center of Gotham City, the Mandrake Phantom was looking to all of the people he had captured. Supergirl and Static were the only ones slowly awakening from slumber as they noticed Former Mayor Grange, Penguin, Wrath, Scorn, Ellen Yin, Catwoman, and even the Joker lie unconscious.

"Wonderful, isn't it?" Mandrake spoke up, getting Static and Supergirl's attention. "You two are the first to experience the evolution of plant-life on a whole new level. Not growing through photosynthesis, but through biology… human biology."

"You're out of whack!" Static yelled. "You'll kill every human on Earth!"

"Like I said." Mandrake said sternly.

"You're making a big mistake!" Supergirl exclaimed as her eyes started to glow red. "Batgirl's gonna come back here with help, and she's going to kick your ass all the way to the sun!" She exclaimed before using her heat vision. However, a green light coming from the vines holding her glowed brightly, causing the Girl of Steel to groan in pain.

"Supes! You okay?" Static asked.

"If she keeps using her powers, she won't be," Mandrake remarked. "I came prepared for Superman, but the blonde one is so much better. My plants holding her have been given a special touch… of Kryptonite."

"Doesn't matter," Supergirl retorted. "Help is coming. I don't even need Super-Hearing to know that."

"My plants know about the Ringed Mage, as well as the Teen Titans," Mandrake spat. "They'll be in for quite a shock when they get here."

"Who told you about the Kamen Riders?" Static demanded. "Slade? Phoenix?"

"They have nothing to do with my plans," Mandrake replied. "I am in league with someone far more powerful than the other Phantoms. I'm afraid that once your friends arrive, this battle garden of mine will be fully operational," he said darkly. "Be thankful. You will get to witness the power of my plants up close and personal."

Supergirl groaned before turning her attention to Static. "Virgil," she started out. "We have to let Batgirl, Wizard and the Teen Titans know that they're walking into a trap," she said. "Both of us can't use our powers, not in these conditions, but we need to think of something."

"Way ahead of you," Static replied before looking to Gear lying unconscious. "I think I can give Backpack a jolt, get it to send a message to Batgirl and the Titans before they arrive here. I can try Morse Code!"

"Do it!" Supergirl whispered quietly.

"Here goes nothing," Static said as he shot a bolt of lightning towards Backpack on Gear's back. Backpack slowly started to activate as soon as the lightning hit it. Virgil began to focus his powers on sending a message as best as he could. "Sending… Morse Code… now!" He said with a strained voice as he started to control Backpack, sending out a Morse Code Message to the Teen Titans.

In the T-Ship, as it flew over Metropolis, Haruto placed his Fusion Ring on his finger and took out his Flame and Hurricane Dragon Rings as well.

"Let me get this straight, see if I understand this correctly," Cyborg said. "You want me to drop you over Gotham? In midair? Over dozens of killer plants?!"

"Yah," Haruto replied. He showed everyone his Drill Ring. "I'll make an opening big enough for you to go through, and with any luck, I can burn away the plants in the way. My Firestorm Fusion should be able to provide me with enough power to pull it off."

"How are you so certain this will work?" Robin asked.

"I know a friend who's drilled through stronger stuff, all the way from space," Haruto replied. "If the Kamen rider before me could do it, I can too."

"Let's hope so," Batgirl said. She checked her phone as it suddenly vibrated. "Katana is leading another team on the ground. She, Firestorm and John Constantine should be arriving within the hour."

"Good," Raven said. "It will be nice to see Constantine again. We're going to need all the help we can get to save Gotham from Mandrake."

All of a sudden, something came up on Cyborg's controls. Everyone looked to him as he accessed what was happening on the computer.

"What's going on?" Terra asked.

"Morse Code Transmission," Cyborg reported. "'Mandrake is expecting you. You're walking into a trap. Expect heavy resistance'," he read. "Someone from Gotham is trying to warn us."

"So this could be a setup?" Beast Boy asked. "Dude, not cool!"

"Came from the backpack Gear wears," Cyborg went on. "But the coding is rough. I'm guessing Static used Backpack to send us that warning."

"Trap or not, we can't risk leaving those guys to die," Haruto said. "Whatever we do in Gotham, let's make sure we do it right."

"Speaking of Gotham, here we are now," Cyborg spoke up. "Haruto, get ready."

"Way ahead of you." Haruto said before placing his hand over his waist, summoning the WizarDriver.

DRIVER ON!

"Fly down when you see the explosion." Haruto ordered.

"Going in with a bang, is that correct?" Starfire asked.

SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN! SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!

"Yeah," Haruto said before opening his cockpit just as the T-Ship spun upside down. He spread out his arms and let himself fall before flicking the visor on his two Wizard Rings. "Henshin!" He called out.

FUSION, PLEASE!

FLAME… DRAGON!

PLUS!

HURRICANE… DRAGON!

FIRESTORM, PLEASE!

Haruto spread his arms out and dived towards the garden labyrinth covering Gotham. As soon as he entered Firestorm Style, he gained his wings on his back and dragon head on his chest, he placed another Ring over his WizarDriver.

DRILL, PLEASE!

Haruto spun around and started to drill towards the surface. Several thorns started to fire out from plants at Haruto, but the Ringed Mage burned them and reached the surface, drilling right through the plants, causing an explosion to go off.

"That is the signal of Haruto," Starfire said. "We must descend."

"Boo-Yah!" Cyborg called out, steering the T-Ship towards the explosion. "Going in hot!"

"I'm gonna eject and help out," Raven said as she opened up her cockpit. As she did, her eyes glowed. "Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" She called out, flying out and activating her RavenDriver.

AZARATH A-METRION ZINTHOS! AZARATH A-METRION ZINTHOS!

"Henshin!" Raven called out as she placed Haruto's Flame Ring over her RavenDriver's Scanner.

FLAME, PLEASE! HII, HII, HII-HII, HII!

Raven's robes flew off and turned into a red, flaming raven. It screeched and flew back down to Raven, placing itself back onto her body before her armor appeared, turning Raven into Kamen Rider Raven. With the Flame Ring, her robes became red and let out a streak of fire behind her as she flew down to help Haruto.

On the ground, Gotham started to shake. Mandrake tried to maintain himself as the ground rumbled while Supergirl and Static grinned.

"Wizard and the Titans are here, Mandrake!" Supergirl exclaimed. "You've heard about that Rider before. Best to give up before he destroys you!"

"You two are more foolish than I thought," Mandrake said. "I would only run from Wizard if I were a coward. I have him, the Bat Brat and the Teen Titans exactly where I want them. Once they get in, they can never get out."

"You can't defeat them all!" Static exclaimed.

"Of course I can," Mandrake said before turning around to look to several large flowers sprout up. "Other Phantoms have made the mistake of using weak Ghouls to do their work. I, on the other hand, know what to expect. They can destroy Ghouls… but can they destroy you?"

"What are you talking about?" Supergirl asked.

At that moment, the flowers bloomed, revealing plant clones of Supergirl, Static, Gear and Harley Quinn. The four looked up and leapt down from their flowers before bowing before Mandrake.

"Going a little cliché, aren't we?" Static asked. "Batman told us all about his adventures. Poison Ivy tried this before. Using cheap copies of humans, two Meta-Humans, a Kryptonian and a jokester, are nothing compared to the originals."

"You wanna bet?" the Static Clone asked. He reached in his jacket and took out the Static Saucer and tossed it in front of him before shooting lightning from the ground to fly up, landing on the Static Saucer before the Supergirl Clone used her own version of heat-vision to knock away some stones near Static and Supergirl.

"These Clones have your Powers, the Meta-Human Gas, Kryptonian DNA, the works," Mandrake explained. "They even have your memories. None of the heroes will be a match for my Elite Ecos."

"You underestimate Batgirl," Supergirl said while secretly reaching for something within her cape. "She'll know your clones are fakes."

"Who said I had to worry about Batgirl?" Mandrake asked.

Meanwhile, Haruto continued to drill through the plants. Raven flew down and used her new flame powers to burn through the plants alongside Kamen Rider Wizard as the Teen Titans and Batgirl in the T-Ship followed behind them. Within a matter of minutes, Kamen Rider Wizard and Kamen Rider Raven broke through the defensive leaf barriers and landed on the ground. The T-Ship flew in midair before Batgirl, Robin, Beast Boy and Cyborg leapt out while Starfire and Terra flew out and joined their Kamen Rider Friends.

"Batgirl, you know your way through this place," Haruto said. "Lead the way, and we can put an end to Mandrake."

"Okay," Batgirl said as she walked in front of Haruto and Raven. "I know a path that can lead us straight to the center of Gotham. This way."

"You heard her," Robin said. "Let's go."

Haruto, Raven and the rest of the Teen Titans nodded before walking after Robin and Batgirl.

"There's something off about Batgirl," Raven whispered to Haruto. "She was telling the truth about Gotham being a labyrinth of plants, but I feel like she's hiding something."

"I know what you mean," Haruto said. "The White Wizard, the one who supplied me with my powers and made me a Kamen Rider, he was so obscure about his objectives until he revealed that he only needed me and others who suppressed their inner Phantoms to perform the Second Sabbath."

"Think we should keep a close eye on her?" Raven asked as she took out her PlaMonsters.

"Definitely." Haruto replied.

Haruto and Raven let out Garuda and Anzu, their respective flying PlaMonsters, and let them fly towards Batgirl, both keeping an eye on her as they continued to make their way through the forest.

"They're on their way," the Supergirl Clone said. "I can hear them."

"Stop them. Tire them out," Mandrake ordered. "When they get here, I will have the honor of finishing them off."

"As you wish, Master," the Harley Quinn Clone said. She took out a hammer and walked into the jungle, followed by Gear. "They won't know what hit them."

"What's your game, Mandrake?" Static asked as soon as Clones Harley and Gear left.

"You'll find out if you're smart enough." Mandrake said before letting out a chuckle. He stepped aside, revealing something that caused Static and Supergirl to gasp in surprise.

"So, let me get this straight," Beast Boy said. "Batman isn't in Gotham, but some place called Nanda Parbat? This tanks!"

"Would you want to be in the capital of the League of Assassins instead?" Robin asked.

"On second thought," Beast Boy said after taking a moment to think. "Gotham Garden isn't so bad."

"We must free Static, Gear, Harley Quinn and Kara Zor-El immediately," Starfire said. "Tamaraneans and Kryptonians are allies. They never leave anyone behind."

"And we won't," Batgirl said. "They're counting on us. We won't let them down."

"Haven't you already done that?" a voice called out.

Everyone turned to see Gear and Harley Quinn emerge from the pathway. Both of them had stern looks on their faces.

"Richie, Harley!" Barbara exclaimed. "You're safe!"

"No thanks to you!" Harley Quinn remarked. "Come on! I'm ready for some weed-whacking!"

"What are you doing?" Batgirl asked. "I left so I could get help! We're all on the same side here!"

"Whatever," Gear said, causing Haruto to narrow his eyes at him, seeing him temporarily turn green for a split second. "Let's get back to Static and Supergirl."

"Whoa," Robin said. "Even for Harley… she seems off."

"Yeah," Batgirl said. "I only just met Static and Gear, and not even they were this hostile."

"You kids coming or what?!" Harley Quinn called out.

"'Kids'?" Terra asked. "I'm offended. I was a High School Student!"

"Choto Maete," Haruto said as he took out his WizardSwordGun. "No one, not even other heroes, calls us kids. And I'm not even within the age range."

"You know what we mean, Wizard!" Gear said.

"My name is Haruto… Faker." Haruto spat before shooting Gear in the head.

Gear turned around and tried to fight back, but the Silver Bullet went through his head, causing a hole to appear. Everyone gasped before Gear suddenly made the hole disappear.

"Plant Clones!" Batgirl exclaimed.

"Ah, you can't get away with anything!" Harley Quinn exclaimed before turning into a plant version of herself. Gear did the same.

"No Ghouls?" Cyborg asked. "This is one smart Phantom!"

"You won't get close to Mandrake, fools!" the Gear Clone exclaimed before sending vines towards the Teen Titans.

Everyone went out of the way before the Clone Harley Quinn leapt into the air and slammed her hammer down at Cyborg. Cyborg blasted her in the chest before Raven used her RavenRifleScepter to shoot her away.

"Static was right! This is a trap!" Robin exclaimed as he clashed his Bō Staff with the Hammer of the Clone of Harley Quinn. "He's already sent his forces to deal with us!"

"Aren't you the smart one?!" Clone Harley Quinn exclaimed before slamming Robin away.

"Leave him alone!" Starfire ordered as she fired Starbolts at the Plant Copy of Harley Quinn.

Clone Gear lashed out at Terra, sending vines to try and stab her. Terra backflipped away before the Clone of Gear sent large leaves to try and suffocate her.

"Rock, Paper, Scissors! One, two three!" Terra exclaimed as she summoned some rocks. She used them to break through the leaves before hitting Gear. "I know it's against the rules, but this time… rock beats paper."

"You'll pay for that!" the Plant Copy of Gear exclaimed before charging at Terra.

Beast Boy leapt into the air and turned into an eagle, flying down towards Fake Gear. He morphed into a Swordfish and stabbed him through the chest before Terra used a rock to slam him to the side.

"Need a hand?" Batgirl asked as she took out some batarangs.

The Plant Copy of Gear turned to Batgirl and let vines come out of the ground beneath her, but Batgirl leapt over them and tossed the batarangs towards him, causing his arms to fall off.

"Here we go!" Raven called out as she placed the Flame Ring over her RavenDriver.

NICE! SHOOTING STRIKE! FIRE BLAZE!

Raven shot at the Clone of Gear, letting fire come out from her hands. The Plant Copy of Gear yelled in pain as he was burned away before exploding into oblivion.

"Mandrake's trying to delay us!" Haruto exclaimed as he took out a Wizard Ring. "We have to get to him before he causes more harm!" he said before placing the Ring over the Scanner of his WizarDriver.

RYUKI, PLEASE!

Haruto spread his arms out and let himself get lifted into the air. The DragReder of Kamen Rider Ryuki appeared from a Magic Portal and circled around him with the Dragon Phantom. Both Dragons roared as the Plant Clone of Harley Quinn growled and took out a gun.

"Finale!" Haruto exclaimed as he placed a Ring over his WizarDriver.

CHOU II NE! KICK STRIKE! SAIKYO!

Haruto spun around and flew in as both the DragReder and his Dragon breathed fire down with him. Both fire blasts from the dragons, combined with Haruto's Ryuki Wizard Kick, destroyed the Plant Clone before clearing a way through more of the plants. As soon as he got back up, he reverted back to himself.

Raven noticed this and ejected from Rider Mode to tend to Haruto.

"That must have used up a lot of Mana," Raven said before giving Haruto a Ring and placing his hand over her RavenDriver. "Here. Have some of mine."

TRANSFER, PLEASE!

"You can share your Mana?" Haruto asked with surprise.

"I'm chock full of magic," Raven said. "I never run out. Plus… it's always good to share."

"Arigatou," Haruto said. "I owe you one."

"Mandrake's using Plant Clones to distract us," Robin said. "We need to get to him before he sends more after us."

"I'll take care of him," Haruto said as he walked ahead of Batgirl. "Don't worry."

Batgirl sighed. "You can't destroy Mandrake," she said as calmly as she could. "You might be one of the Kamen Riders who can do it, but this time… everything is in his favor."

"We're going to help free Gotham and save your friends," Haruto said. "Everything's going to be alright. I promise you… as a Kamen Rider. We're going to destroy Mandrake once and for all."

"He still has innocents to bargain with," Batgirl argued. "You can't win. You can't do this."

"Watch me." Haruto said as he made his way down the path.

"I'll make myself clear," Batgirl said as she suddenly took out Haruto's spare WizardSwordGun in Gun Mode and aimed it at Haruto's head, causing everyone, except Raven, to gasp in surprise. "Don't… do… this."

Haruto stopped where he stood and placed his hands in his pockets. "I knew something was up when I saw that thing flash in your cape," he said. "Don't get me wrong, I like you, but unless you were planning on double-crossing us, you'd at least have a reason," he said. "Why are you doing this?"

Back at the center of the Garden of Gotham, the real Gear and Harley Quinn were waking up. Both of them looked to Mandrake with surprise as he revealed Commissioner James Gordon inside of a barrier, his whole body covered in vines.

"What is this?" Supergirl asked. "Some kind of joke? Using the Commissioner as leverage?"

"I knew Batgirl was the only thing standing in my way after I took down all of her forces," Mandrake replied. "I would never let anyone escape… unless we worked something out."

"Mandrake has my Father," Batgirl said. "I'm sorry. I never told you the truth. I got out of Gotham before… but not before he revealed to me that he had my Father as his hostage."

"I let her leave in exchange for bringing me the two Ring-Bearing Kamen Riders," Mandrake said to the captured heroes. "The only way she would have left is if she agreed, and since she didn't have the power to take me down, she did just that."

"You Monster!" Gear exclaimed.

"He didn't want anything in his way, and that included you and Raven," Batgirl said. "I went to Jump City to get not only the Teen Titans, but the Kamen Riders that are a part of them."

"He sounds more like a coward than a strategist," Raven said as she aimed her RavenRifleScepter at Batgirl. "There's another way. We can get your Father back, but that doesn't have to mean you get to work with the devil."

"Don't do this, Barbara!" Robin exclaimed.

"She won't do it!" Supergirl exclaimed.

"I know Batgirl, and she would never stoop so low!" Harley Quinn exclaimed. "Not even I would stoop so low!"

"You're going to come with me, and that's the end of it." Batgirl said.

"Are you sure?" Haruto asked calmly. "Your arms are shaking. You've never killed anyone before."

"There's a first time for everything." Batgirl said.

"You always know how to find a way around everything," Haruto said. "You know this isn't the way. You're not going to shoot me."

"You want to test your luck?" Batgirl asked. "Come with me right now, or else I blow you to Hell!"

"Do not do it!" Starfire called out.

"Calm down. I've got this," Haruto said. He turned his attention back to Batgirl. "Say that we do come with you," he said. "Mandrake gets us, and you get your Father. What would he say if he knew you agreed to do this? Would you see a smile on his face that says he's proud of his daughter?" he asked.

Batgirl panted heavily and continued to aim the WizardSwordGun at Haruto, her arms shaking as Haruto said.

"You can choose to shoot or you can choose to do what Batgirl would do… Barbara Gordon," Haruto said. "Are you a hero… or not?"

"Don't make me shoot you." Batgirl said.

Starfire lit up her hand and aimed it at Batgirl. Cyborg activated his cannon and aimed it at Batgirl as well.

"I'm okay with whatever you choose," Haruto said. "But if you really are Batgirl… prove it."

Batgirl narrowed her eyes at Haruto, who narrowed his own eyes back. Everyone stood ready to take on Batgirl before she pulled the trigger.

From the center of Gotham City, everyone heard the gunshot of the WizardSwordGun go off. Static, Supergirl, Gear and Harley Quinn all gasped with surprise while Mandrake turned around, seeing Batgirl arrived, still armed with the stolen WizardSwordGun. In front of her, all with their hands behind their heads, were Robin, Starfire, Cyborg, Beast Boy and Terra. Behind her was Raven carrying an unconscious Haruto over her shoulders.

"You came through," Mandrake said. He let out a chuckle. "I had a feeling you wouldn't let your Father die."

"I've come through with my end of the deal," Batgirl said. "Now it's time for you to come through with yours. The two Ringed Kamen Riders, plus the Teen Titans as a little extra," she said as she kicked Robin to the ground and aimed the WizardSwordGun at the back of his head. "Let them go."

Mandrake scoffed. "You're a gambler after all," he said before opening up the cage and letting James Gordon drop to the ground. "Your Father, as promised."

Batgirl smiled. "Dad!" she yelled out. "Are you okay?"

James Gordon said nothing and got up. Mandrake walked up to him and formed a blade from his arm, sending it through his chest.

"NNNNOOOOO!" Batgirl yelled. She panted and looked to Mandrake angrily. "You agreed to free my Father if I brought you the Ringed Kamen Riders!"

"I agreed to let him go," Mandrake said. "I never said I would let him live."

"But you gave your word!" Batgirl yelled while panting angrily.

"I lied…" Mandrake said. "From the beginning, ever since we made our deal… I lied."

Batgirl's angry snare suddenly turned into a mischievous grin. "Funny," she said before aiming the WizardSwordGun at Mandrake. "I lied too." She quipped before shooting at Mandrake.

Mandrake gasped as Silver Bullets hit him. He stumbled back and fell before more Silver Bullets hit the vines trapping Static, Gear, Supergirl and Harley Quinn. All five looked to see Haruto and Raven get up, aiming their WizardSwordGun and RavenRifleScepter at Mandrake with Batgirl. As the three grinned, the rest of the Teen Titans got up as well.

"What?!" Mandrake exclaimed. "But I heard the gun! You were dead!"

"You don't know the real story…" Batgirl said as she twirled around the spare WizardSwordGun. "I never even took a life."

Five minutes ago…

Batgirl screamed and aimed the WizardSwordGun at the ground, shooting at a tree instead.

Haruto smiled as Batgirl cried. "Don't worry," he said. "We both knew that making a deal with a monster isn't you."

"You're right," Batgirl said as she cried into Haruto's chest. Robin walked over and patted her on the shoulder. "It isn't me… it never was."

"We're going to get your Father back," Raven said as she sheathed her RavenRifleScepter. "But even if you do bring us in… Mandrake won't keep his promise."

"So what do we do?" Cyborg asked.

"I have an idea," Haruto said. "But you're going to have to hold onto that gun."

Batgirl nodded. "What's the plan?" she asked.

"Take us in," Haruto said as he walked over to Raven. Raven looked to him before his knees suddenly gave away, causing him to fall while placing his arm over Raven's shoulder. "Mandrake heard you shoot the gun. You'll bring us to him, all of us, and I'll be dead." He said before placing a Ring over his WizarDriver.

SLEEP, PLEASE!

"Give the signal, and we'll attack." Haruto said before the effect of the Sleep Ring fell on him, causing him to fall unconscious.

Batgirl nodded before looking to the rest of the Teen Titans. "What about you guys?" she asked.

Robin, Starfire, Terra, Beast Boy and Cyborg all placed their arms behind their heads.

"We're your hostages," Robin said. "We're with you all the way."

"I've got Haruto," Raven said. "You ready, Batgirl?"

Batgirl nodded. "Let's go." She said before leading the Teen Titans away, aiming the spare WizardSwordGun at them as they walked towards the center of Gotham City. Raven followed behind them, carrying Haruto over her shoulder.

Present…

"You think I'd stoop that low?" Batgirl asked. She tossed the spare WizardSwordGun back to Haruto and took out her batarangs, tossing them towards another plant cage, freeing the real James Gordon. "I'm Batgirl. I'm a hero. I would never give into Despair. You wanted that, you accounted for everything."

"But you didn't count on us," Haruto said. "Such a lowly plant."

"Onore!" Mandrake growled. "I'll tear you all apart!"

"Think again." Haruto said as he and Raven readied their Drivers.

SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN! SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN!

AZARATH A-METRION ZINTHOS! AZARATH A-METRION ZINTHOS!

"Henshin." Haruto said as he placed his Flame Ring over his WizarDriver.

"Henshin." Raven called out as she placed her Balance Ring over her RavenDriver.

FLAME, PLEASE! HII, HII, HII-HII HII!

AZARATH METRION RIDER, PLEASE!

Haruto transformed into Kamen Rider Wizard and Raven into Kamen Rider Raven. The two held their blades out as the Teen Titans and Batgirl got into fighting stances, surrounding Mandrake.

Mandrake formed another blade and looked around as Supergirl, Static, Gear and Harley Quinn surrounded him as well.

"Now… to count up your sins!" Haruto exclaimed as he and Raven opened fire on Mandrake.

Mandrake deflected all of the bullets before Batgirl and Robin leapt in and kicked him backwards. Supergirl flew in and punched him across the chest before Harley Quinn slammed him towards Terra with her hammer. As Terra punched him away, Gear tossed an ice pellet towards him, freezing his legs, which allowed Starfire the chance to shoot him with her Starbolts.

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" Raven called out as she leapt into the air and slashed down at Mandrake.

Mandrake fell to the ground, where Static shot him with electricity before Cyborg blasted him with his Flame Cannon. Beast Boy turned into a snake and strangled Mandrake in place before Haruto placed on another Ring. Without a word, he put it over the scanner of his WizarDriver.

FLAME… DRAGON! BOU, BOU, BOU-BOU, BOU!

Haruto transformed from Flame Style to Flame Dragon. He twirled around his two WizardSwordGuns and ran towards Mandrake as Beast Boy released him. Utilizing his rage into his attacks, Haruto slashed at Mandrake relentlessly, hardly giving him a chance to attack.

"You lowly Coward!" Haruto exclaimed. "I will never forgive you for what you have done!"

Mandrake screamed as Haruto kicked him away to Raven, who started to slash at him with her RavenRifleScepter.

"Using a hero to do a villain's work?" Raven asked as she pushed Mandrake back. "You're not just a monster… you're a coward."

Raven slashed Mandrake all the way to Batgirl, who took out a Bō Staff and started to slash at him as well as Raven attacked him from behind.

"As long as we stand… you will never make a weakling out of anyone!" Batgirl exclaimed.

"You are the monster who must die!" Starfire exclaimed as she unleashed all of her Starbolts on Mandrake.

Raven and Batgirl backed away from Mandrake as he was fired upon. Mandrake fell back, where Haruto was waiting for him once again.

"Even Wiseman would frown upon you," Haruto said before taking out the DragoTimer. "There's not even a bit of humanity in your soul!" he exclaimed before pressing the DragoTimer.

DRAGO TIME! START UP!

Mandrake slashed at Haruto, who blocked his blades with his WizardSwordGuns. He kicked him away before Kamen Rider Wizard Water Dragon came out and lashed at him with his dragon tail.

WATER… DRAGON!

"Clones! To me!" Mandrake called out as the clones of Supergirl and Static flew over, only to get slashed by Haruto and Water Dragon Wizard.

"Here's for Batgirl!" Haruto exclaimed as he and his Water Clone slashed down at Mandrake before Hurricane Dragon Wizard appeared and twirled him around in a tornado.

HURRICANE… DRAGON!

"Here's for every living soul in Gotham!" Batgirl exclaimed as she tossed several exploding batarangs towards Mandrake.

"You are all beneath me!" Mandrake exclaimed as he fell to the ground. "I will kill you all!"

"You're the one who's going to die for what you have done," Raven said as she placed a Ring over her RavenDriver. "You hit the bar low. I know low."

VOLCANO… PLEASE!

A volcanic blast of lava erupted from beneath Mandrake, sending him into the air, where Supergirl flew in and punched at Mandrake several times. After a while, she kicked him to the ground where Terra slammed several large slabs of rocks at him.

LAND… DRAGON!

Kamen Rider Wizard Land Dragon appeared and sent a boulder to Terra, who formed it into a larger rock and sent it towards the clones of Supergirl and Static first before hitting Mandrake and sending him back, where Haruto was waiting for him.

"You are never going to carry out such a sin ever again," Haruto said as Kamen Rider Wizard Land Dragon came next to him with the other Wizard Clones. "Finale!"

FINAL TIME! ALL DRAGON, PLEASE!

Haruto floated into the air, letting all his Clones come to him. Soon, he was in his All-Dragon Style. The Dragon Head on his chest lit up, and soon, as he twirled high into the air, he let out a large blast of fire onto Mandrake and his two Clones. The three all gasped and fired back at Haruto, but his dragon fire destroyed them all, killing them in an explosion.

"For you… the show has ended." Haruto said sternly before flying around Gotham.

"What's he doing?" Static asked.

Haruto blasted fire all over the plants, causing them to burn away. Circling all over Gotham, all the plants disappeared. Everyone looked up to Kamen Rider Wizard before he landed back down on the ground, ejecting from Rider Form and performing his signature pose.

Everyone cheered for Haruto and the Teen Titans. Katana, John Constantine and Firestorm, all of who had just arrived, watched and smiled.

Later on, Static, Gear and Supergirl all helped Katana, Constantine and Firestorm tend to all of the civilians. Batgirl looked around for her Father. Seeing him recovering, she smiled and ran towards him, hugging him immediately.

"Barbara!" James exclaimed. "You're alright!"

"I couldn't have done it without my friends," Batgirl replied as Haruto and the Teen Titans came over. She looked to Haruto and smiled. "Thanks, Haruto."

"Any time," Haruto said. "Now… we need to get going."

"You're welcome to join us any time you want," Robin said. "Don't be a stranger, Barbara."

"I won't," Barbara replied. "I learned my lesson. Whatever you guys do… never give up hope."

"We won't," Raven said before looking to Haruto. "Shall we get going?"

"Yeah," Haruto said as he looked to his Hope Ring. "Time to find you your resting place… Koyomi-Chan."

From a distance away, a man was watching.

"Dragon Phantom…" the man said before transforming into a monster resembling an ogre. He let out a laugh. "The end of the Phantoms is at hand. Soon… Kamen Rider Wizard will be no more."
