the next day-
"Morning babe" Brax said.
Charlie was about to reply but she jumped up and ran to the bathroom and threw up all the contents in her stomach. Brax came in and held her hair and rubbed her back. She finished throwing up and washed her face and brushed her teeth.
"what do you want to do today?" Brax asked as they lied in bed.
"Movie day?" Charlie asked leaning into him.
"sounds perfect" he said placing his hand on her stomach.
...
"Babe what room will the baby sleep in?" Brax asked halfway through a movie.
"Well Ruby and Casey can share a room like they have always wanted to and then the baby can have the other room" Charlie said.
"Which room will they have?" brax said.
"I am guessing Ruby's cause it has the built in wardrobe" Charlie laughed.
"yeah and Casey's room will be perfect for the bubs" He said hugging her.
later that day-
"Ruby, Casey tea is ready" Brax yelled out.
"coming" they both yelled.
"Who made this?" Ruby asked as she picked up her bowl.
"Me" Brax said.
"Well thank god one of us can cook! Otherwise this baby will be living on takeaway for the rest of it's life" Ruby said laughing.
"Oii I can cook aswell" Charlie said.
Ruby just raised an eyebrow.
"Ok I am a horrible cook" she admitted.
"So kids Charlie and I were thinking about where the baby will sleep, so we thought Casey's room would be good" Brax said.
"Where will I sleep" Casey asked with a mouthful of food.
"Casey that is disgusting, and Charlie and I both agreed that you guys are old enough to share a room now" Brax said.
"Really?" Ruby asked.
"Yes only if you want to" Charlie said.
"Of course we want to" Ruby said.
"Ok great, this means a lot guys" Brax said.
"So when can Casey move his stuff?" Ruby asked.
"Later this week" he replied.
"Ok, well I am going to bed, night Mum, Night Brax" she said Kissing them both.
"Night Rubes" they both said.
"Night" Casey said.
...
That night Charlie and Brax were lying in bed in comfortable silence, Brax's hands on Charlie's tiny baby bump when Charlie said
"you are gonna make a fantastic dad"
"and your gonna make a fantastic mum" Brax said.
"Brax I am scared..." She trailed off.
"what are you scared of babe?" He asked.
"That I won't be able to bond with her like I couldn't with Ruby" she said sobbing slightly.
"Charlie that was different and you know it, I may not know the whole story but I know enough to know that this is completely different. Straight as you see this baby you will fall in love with it straight away, and I will love this baby unconditionally aswell" he said kissing her on the head.
"I know, I know I am just getting worked up over nothing" she said cuddling into his chest.
"Get some sleep babe, love you" Brax said.
"Ok and I love you too so so much" She said kissing his chest.
...
Charlie woke up and rolled over, to see Brax staring at her,
"Hello you" he said.
"Morning Sexy" she said.
"How about we all go to the beach today?" He asked.
"Yeah, I will message B" she said rolling over and texting Bianca.
"Ok I will ask Ruby and Case when they get up" Brax said.
"Bianca said she will meet us there at 1" she said.
"Ok well its 11 now so how about a shower?" He said wiggling his eyebrows.
"I like the way you think Mr" she said.
They both got up and chased each other into the shower.
