Halinor Potter

Previously:

"You two stop acting like children and let's go before you give someone a heart attack." The older of the sisters said shooting her sister and Halinor a brief glare as she dragged her younger sister to the Antechamber while everyone merely watched them go in shock, especially when Halinor laughed as Kadma and the younger sister got into an argument over something minor.

"It's good to have you both back, Cassidy. Nerissa."

Now:

As soon as they entered the room that was empty of all but them the two French students spun around and had Nerissa pinned with Kadma's knife at her throat.

"Alright start talking Nerissa. How were you reborn our age when last we saw you were cackling as you killed us?" Kadma said snarling while Halinor had a flame in her hand and was tossing it up and down like a baseball; Cassidy having known this was going to happen merely stood out of the way and kept an eye out for anyone else entering the room.

"You're granddaughter went ape-shit on me after I was forced to kill you by the Shadow Specter that possessed me and made me kill Cass." Nerissa said calmly although she was eyeing Kadma's knife warily and slightly curiously, where had the werewolf been hiding that?

"Shadow Specter?" Halinor asked raising an eyebrow, she had read about them in a mystical creatures book at Beauxbaton library.

"Yeah took me over a month before the Oracle took the Heart from me, it had been in control of me from then until my death. Soon as Will saw it she went ape-shit on it too, but probably doesn't remember since she had to have been knocked out from behind by the Oracle and Cass said that she visited Will once before she allowed herself to be reborn too, Will seems to have the memory sealed away thanks to the Oracle." Nerissa said wincing, that had hurt like hell.

"Makes sense I suppose. You and Cass were as close as sisters so I knew something was up when you suddenly went AWOL on her and us." Halinor said after a moment of observing Nerissa or Cassidy for any signs of a lie.

"Close as sisters in our past life and real sisters in our new one, ironic ain't it?" Cassidy asked with a snort of wry amusement as Kadma released Nerissa and put away her knife after a touch on the arm from Halinor. The two exchanged looks and mentally agreed that they wouldn't completely trust Nerissa just yet but they'd trust her a little bit, they'd just keep their eyes on her at all times.

"So do you have new names or were you given your old names like we were?" Halinor asked looking at the two in curiosity and causing them to shake their heads.

"New ones. My name is Daphne Greengrass, fourteen year old female Slytherin. Cassidy is now Astoria Greengrass, eleven year old female Slytherin." Nerissa, now Daphne, said nodding to her two reborn friends just before the door opened and Vicktor Krum walked in giving the four girls respectful nods before going to sulk in a corner.

"So who do you two think the Hogwarts Champion would be?" Kadma asked looking at the two Hogwarts students curiously and causing them to merely shrug.

"What is my brother like?" Halinor asked next, a little scared of what the answer would be since she couldn't really envision James and Lily raising a nice respectful boy.

"He's a fat, arrogant, bullying prat that runs off crying to his mom and dad if he doesn't get his way. You should have seen the look on his face the week before you guys got here though." Cassidy, now Astoria, said snickering as she remembered something while Daphne merely flushed lightly and looked away, waving slightly at Cedric who entered the chamber right then and walked over to them curiously.

"What happened?" Halinor asked raising an eyebrow as she sighed at how her brother was, according to her trusted friends' description at least.

"Well he was going on and on about how most all Slytherins are 'dark evil slimy death eaters in training' before trying to hit on Daph. Then he said something about having his parents arrange a marriage contract between him and her, Daph waited until the coast was clear before she socked him across the jaw and chewed him up one side down the other, around the fat and out again. I swear I broke a rib laughing." Astoria said snickering and causing Kadma, Cedric, and even Krum to snicker as well while Halinor merely sighed and gave a sheepish Daphne a look of fond exasperation. The moment of amusement and relaxation ended however when the chamber door slammed open and several adults, as well as a strutting Harry and the two Headmasters and one Headmistress came in arguing.

"As extraordinary as it is it seems we have a fourth Champion!" The man that had introduced himself as Ludo Bagman said grinning at everyone and bouncing like a hyperactive school boy. There was a heartbeat of silence as everyone merely looked at Ludo before looking at Harry before it was broken by the sound of Kadma and Astoria snickering while Halinor and Daphne face-palmed.

"Let me get this right. My arrogant rather chubby and not very bright fourteen year old brother somehow managed to get into the Triwizard Tournament that has killed more athletic, humble, and smarter seventeen year olds?" Halinor asked massaging her forehead as she turned to look at her Headmistress who had brought Fleur along with her so that they girl was not left alone out there with all the lecherous boys and some girls.

"You're fourteen too." Severus Snape said sneering at Halinor slightly although he did agree with her on the fact that the male Potter Brat was arrogant and not very bright.

"I, however, am a physically fit seventh year that has a strong fire affinity and a smaller earth affinity in case you did not see that in the Hall mere moments ago." Halinor said demonstrating her point by creating a green fireball in her right hand while Kadma had wrapped her arms around Halinors slim waist protectively and glared at Snape dangerously for his sneering at her wife.

"And iz ze top student." Maxine agreed with her young charge who gave her a nod of thanks while Harry was standing by his parents turning redder and redder in anger with every word spoken, he was not arrogant or chubby!

"Your brother is so dead Hali." Kadma said shaking her head at Harry as if in pity although she was inwardly laughing at the look on the boys face at her words, despite the fact that most others in the room agreed with her in their heads. Halinor was not amused by her mates words however and smacked her upside the head lightly before saying something that had Daphne, Astoria, Fleur, and Maxine laughing their heads off.

"You shush or else you'll be on the couch tonight."
