Jeremy POV:

Jeremy sighed, it was 10:25 and he was standing at the basketball courts dressed in his nerdy attire with the guitar in hand. He was nervous but couldn't afford to be if he was going to do this right.

Sissi POV:

"Can we go now Yumi?" I sighed we had not even been eating for the last 20 minutes and she still refused to get up. Ulrich and Odd had left a while ago.

"Uh yeah sure, Ulrich texted me that their at the basketball courts so let's go meet them"

"Why are they over there?" I curiously asked, they were up to something Yumi had been looking at her watch anxiously for the last 30 minutes.

"C'mon!" Yumi shouted as she shot up and headed towards the door. I sighed as I quicly followed.

Jeremy POV:

I took a deep breath and began playing my guitar as soon as I spotted Sissi.

"This is for you Sissi" I sighed as I took a deep breath and began to humiliate myself for love:

A broken smile fell from your face

And now I can't believe I've hurt you this way

But if you give me chance I can make things right

I'll fix that smile that once was so bright

I'll do whatever it takes to bring things to light

And that I want to dance the night away with you at prom missy

Sissi Pov:

I couldn't help but laugh at the dork that had just written the cheesiest promposal ever. I ran to embrace him as I shouted that I would go to prom with him. I couldn't believe it, all this time I had been trying to set up my best friend with satan's spawn when I was the one he loved. I was so ecstatic that I didn't even realize everyone laughing at us, but I didn't care, I was happy.

Jeremy Pov:

I was happy that Sissi had taken my humiliation as something worthy of forgiveness. I mean if she was hugging me and accepting my prom invitation then that could only mean that we were on good terms once again.

"Sissi, everyone is laughing at me, I, I hope you aren't embarrassed I did it without asking, I don't want to ruin your chances of being prom queen with my silly act." I sighed, maybe I had ruined things because she immediately let me go.

"Don't worry about it Jeremy I could care less about being prom queen, all I want now is to have a good time by your side at prom" she smiled sincerely and then I realized that there was no way she could be lying. She was great, and I was lucky.

William Pov:

"Are you almost done setting up the other bucket? We can't risk getting caught do you know what that would do to us?" I anxiously asked, we had been setting up buckets full of vinegar for the past hour or so in case we didn't win prom king and queen. I sighed as I watched Aelita struggle with the buckets, if we were going to pull this off we had to be out of here in the next 5 minutes.

"Let me help you Aelita we have to leave soon."

"No it's fine William see, I got it." She smirked satisfied with her work. I quickly grabbed her hand and helped her down the stairs. I smiled and we ran full speed to get ready for what was sure to be an unforgettable night.

Sissi Pov:

"Okay Yumi I'm ready, what do you think?" I smiled as I came out of the room, but the real surprise came when I saw Yumi in actual color. She looked gorgeous, maybe even more than I did, she was wearing a beautiful teal dress, her hair with slight waves and a small strand of hair pinned back with a diamond clip.

"You look great Sissi, I love how coral looks on you and your curls are great." Yumi smiled at me and for the first time I knew what it felt to get a sincere compliment from another girl.

"You look beautiful as well Yumi, Ulrich's going to be happy." I winked as I saw her blush.

I looked closely at my dress, it was glittery from the waist up with an opening in the back. The bottom half was loose with the back slightly longer than the front part of the dress. I couldn't be happier with both my attire and the group of friends that I was heading with.

"C'mon Sissi the boys are downstairs we'd better get going." Yumi smiled as she headed towards the stairs. I quickly followed excited to see my handsome date.

Jeremy Pov:

Ulrich and I were anxiously waiting for our dates to meet us. I could tell that he was just as nervous as I was about the whole situation. However, unlike him, I had already told Sissi I was crazy about her.

"Hey Jeremy, do you think it'd be a good night to tell Yumi how I feel? I just don't want to ruin the night if she doesn't-"

"Ulrich, don't worry about it, she likes you too trust me." I smiled as I reassured my friend. I wonder where Odd was and who he was even taking to the dance. He always had so many girls all over him that it wouldn't be crazy to think that he was taking three girls to the dance.

"Hey boys!" Sissi greeted as she walked out, and we were both at a loss for words, they looked amazing, both of them. I had always thought Sissi was beautiful but tonight she just killed it.

"Er you guys look great, now how about we head over to the dance?" Ulrich finally managed to speak up since I just could not, I simply nodded in agreement and we headed to the dance.

Odd Pov:

I sighed, because of my careless girl crazy attitude I had ended up dateless. I was sitting outside the bench in my tux because I couldn't face the fact that I'd be the only single one in the group the whole night. The dance was nearly over anyway, they were going to announce who the king and queen were soon and after that everyone would just leave to a party.

"Hey Odd, you look so handsome today." A mysterious brunette said to me.

"Thank you mystery girl, I love your dress as well you look beautiful." I smiled at her, I don't think I had ever seen her.

"I'm Naomi, I've always thought you were great and now that you're here all alone I figured I'd make my move." She winked flirtatiously at me and I knew this could only lead to one thing.

"Well seems like today is my lucky day. You wana go make out on top of the stage, there's a great little hidden ledge where nobody would see us." I smiled as she took my hand and we snuck into the gym through the back to get up there. Seems like my night won't be so boring after all.

Sissi Pov:

I smiled as we danced, Jeremy was quite amusing to look at while dancing but he was trying and I though it was great.

"Sorry to turn off the music but it's time to announce your prom king and queen!" Jim smiled as he brought the dancing to an end.

I sighed, as much as I wanted it, I was sure Aelita would win, she was still sleeping around with all the popular boys, they'd definitely vote for her.

"Now for the moment we've all been waiting for... you're prom queen and king are William Dunbar and Elisabeth Delmas!" The room went crazy, I looked at Jeremy and knew what I had to do next.
