As Juliea listens to the song she pictures Jessica and herself and the happier times. She then makes a whispered vow. "Jessica I swear I will find you and your family will have peace."
(Present Day)
As the black Kaiba Corp helicopter lands on Duel Academy Island the young brunette inside turns off her mp3 player. She waits until the pilot tells her it's safe to leave then she exits. When she gets outside she looks around and smiles just slightly and heads inside. Once inside she hears a commotion coming from the duel arena. She follows the sounds and once she gets to the area her eyes widen at the sight before her.
There right in front of her in the middle of a duel are her twin brother Jaden Yuki and his best friend Syrus Truesdale. The two are dueling against world famous tag duelists the Paradox brothers. The Paradox brothers have Gate Guardian on the field in defense mode.
The brunette girl, Juliea, walks down to sit next to Chancellor Sheppard and as she gets to his side she watches as Syrus uses Shield Crush on Gate Guardian. "Well Down Crowler. Your idea on setting up this duel that teaches teamwork and dueling fortitude. I'm very impressed." Chancellor Sheppard told Crowler with pride in his voice. Juliea watched as Crowler became angered. She smirked knowing that her brother Seto wasn't going to let Crowler keep getting away with his attitude.
Paradox soon used the card called Dark Element which halved their life points. The did this in order to summon Dark Guardian. This move nearly defeated Syrus and Jaden however Jaden countered with Hero Barrier.
The field was Jaden/Syrus:: Sparkman and Drillroid
Paradox:: Dark Guardian
Jaden then used pot of Greed and after he used Fusion Gate to summon Elemental Hero Tempest. After he summoned Tempest he played Skyscraper to rise Tempest's attack. He attack and then used Tempest's ability to keep Tempest on the field. The Paradox brothers used the card One On One to make Tempest fight and Jaden in order to save Tempest gave up Skyscraper. The life point counter went to 200 lps on Jaden and Syrus side.
On Syrus' turn he sacrificed Drillroid to summon Uforoid. He then played the spell Powerbond and fused Tempest to Uforoid to summon Uforoid Fighter. Thanks to Powerbond doubling the attack power of their monster the two defeated the Paradox brothers.
Off to the side Alexis Rhodes had said she was happy Jaden was staying. Bastian reminded her that both their friends were staying. She agreed. Chazz Prinston wasn't happy about their win. Juliea looked on with pride at the two. She just agreed that the two needed to do essays to complete their punishment for going to the abandoned dorm.
A few hours later (After dinner) Juliea knocked on the door to her brother's dorm room. Chumley answered the door and after seeing who was there he let her in. "Congradulations Chumley on being allowed to stay here." She told him as she entered. Upon seeing her Jaden jumped to his feet and hugged her. "Welcome home sis!" Jaden told her. "Thank you."
Jaden held his sister to him as he hugged her. She let him and relaxed into his hug and wondered what tomorrow would bring.
